My visit to dario& was excellent. Every dish was as good or better than the one before it. Clever flavour combinations and beautiful presentation made it a meal to remember. The staff were friendly and helpful, too.

We had an excellent meal at this fine dining restaurant. Overall in Aachen we were disappointed by the food, so we weren't expecting much by the time we made it to this restaurant, but we were blown away by the quality of the dishes here. The presentation, the service, the flavors, the inventiveness, the overall care that went into every detail. We had the 4-course meal and the restaurant had no problem giving me a vegetarian version, which didn't feel second-rate at all - which is often the case with the vegetarian version! From start to finish, an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Fabulous - high-quality products, great understanding of flavours and impeccable presentation. Non-alcoholic pairing was very good. Deserving of the good things that will hopefully still come their way.

Nice discovery in Aachen. Looking for a top restaurant with an up and coming chef and we were not disappointed. Great food with innovative recipes, the daurade sashimi on a Mexican mole with fennel was a particular highlight. The wine paring was excellent. Michelin star-level cuisine fully justifying the price. Highly recommended.

My favourite restaurant what an experience Dining at Dario& was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we was captivated by the warm ambiant and attention to detail. The front of house staff were super attentive and made us feel like a valued guests throughout the evening. The menu was a masterpiece, offering a perfect balance of creative and comforting dishes. I opted for 6 courses and every bite was a burst of flavor. iingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impeccable, showing a true dedication to quality. What truly stood out was the overall experience. Was the passionate explanations from the staff about each dish, it was clear that every aspect of the dining journey had been carefully thought through. It’s more than a meal, it’s an experience, and one I’ll be raving about for years to come

Thank you for a beautiful dining experience! We had a variety of dishes/proteins and all were cooked to perfection. Service was great! It was also pleasant to see friendly and cheerful interaction between the chef and his mates, and the attentiveness and care they put into every dish.

Fantastic food, and great wine list. We had an absolutely lovely evening here. It’s a somewhat random location which makes it all the more special. Absolutely worth it.

Very well done. Will come again.
