To get there, step into Grey Witch’s fireplace and slip past the LED flames to a bizarro hunting lodge filled with animal bones, tarot designs, and dried bunches of wildflowers. Cocktails lean on herbaceous flavors and warming spices, which means drinks like the pleasantly spicy Midnight Masala with scotch, tobacco bitters, and golden milk.
