Dashi no Toriko

First visit with reservation made online - super easy! Really fun experience as there are endless taste combinations available for you to create right in front of you with 10 different toppings! You even get to choose your own bowl 🥣 I decided that since it was my first time, I would try the "Plain" option where chewy, medium-thick noodles are highlighted. The kombu-water noodles are freshly cooked and beautiful presented with light soy sauce broth and yuzu salt broth. I opted for an additional taste as well, shrimp miso 😋 There are recommendations in Japanese (and English) on how to best enjoy the noodles. But the shop encourages you to discover your favorite tastes. Ordering is made easy with the shop's QR code. I cannot wait to visit again and try the other offerings.

Portions were generous. Reservation was easily made via Table Check. We really enjoyed the dipping sauces and condiments. No need to top up for more because we couldn’t really finish the basic.

I never thought I would rate a ramen in Japan like this, but I am disappointed with Thai experience. The ramen looked great in the photo, I got from a ramen account I followed, I had to book before coming. The noodle were not cooked, the egg over cooked, the meat was too thick and chewy to bite. Do not recommend.

We had a great time, service was really good and introduced us properly to how to enjoy our meal. Atmosphere was also really comfortable to eat in. Definitelly will be coming back!

The place was nice, counter seats, very different the normal ramen shop, not very filing but good flavor.

【だしの虜】 2025年8月、日曜日のお昼時にお呼ばれしてもらっての4名で初入店。 事前に予約してもらってたのですが、数分待って着座出来ました。 今回、私がチョイスしたのは、 ・松 特選昆布水つけ麺 (1,800円) （チャーシュー増し・九条葱・海苔増し・味玉・鶏チャーシュー・海老雲吞1個） です。 食した感想として、美味しいとは思います。 ただ、感想として、 ・「美味しいつけ麺を食べてもらいたい」と言うよりは、「説明書の通り食べたら美味しいから食べてみたら？」みたいな感じです。 ・「ご来店、ありがとうございます！」の雰囲気はありません。 ・声が小さく、笑顔ゼロです。 ・提供されるまで、まぁまぁ時間がかかります。 ・全体的に雰囲気は良くはないので、カップルで行くのはどうなんかな… なので、『美味しいつけ麺を食べさせてください！🙇‍♂️』と媚びへつらえる方は、一度は訪れた方が良いかと。なかなか美味しいので。 人生で食事ができる回数は限られているので、出来るだけ気分良く美味しいのを食べたいですね。

大通りから一本入った路地裏にある、知る人ぞ知るラーメン店「だしの虜」。名前の通り、出汁の美味しさをじっくり味わえる、落ち着いた雰囲気の隠れ家のようなお店です。 店内はとても静かで、店員さんも物腰が柔らかく丁寧。今回は細麺が昆布水に浸かったつけ麺をいただきましたが、まずはそのままで一口。昆布の旨味がしっかり感じられ、麺のつるつるした食感との相性も抜群でした。 つけ汁にくぐらせると味がガラッと変わり、さらに塩やとろろ昆布などの調味料で味変も楽しめます。見た目はシンプルながら、奥行きのある味わいで最後まで飽きずに食べられました。 静かに“和”の旨味を堪能できる、唯一無二のラーメン体験でした。派手さはないけれど、ふとまた行きたくなるお店です。

【リピート確定！一度では味わい尽くせない、味変のレパートリーの多さ！】 以前から気になっていて、やっと来れました！ 「本当にこんな所にあるの…？」という場所にお店があります。私、トーマス大森は予約をせずに行きましたが、予約特典もあるようなので(？)次回は必ず予約しようと思います🥹 土日のちょっと遅めの昼時、予約待ちの方がそろりそろりと入って行く中、30分程待ち入れました！ 店内は、外観とは全く異なり、スタイリッシュな雰囲気です。 とりあえず、初来店だったので竹を頂きました！ 結論、言う事が無い美味さです。 調味料が豊富に用意されており、味変パターンが無限大！！しかも、どれを使っても、どの組み合わせにしても美味しい！！ ここ10年くらいの間に食べたつけ麺で最も美味しかったです！ 100%リピートします！！
