Dashi Ramen

The Spicy Red Devil Ramen with Chicken does not disappoint. It tastes absolutely amazing. It is so flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. If you love spicy food you’re definitely in for a treat. So do yourself a favor and stop by. Thank me later.😉

Spicy Red Devil was super spicy and delicious. Chicken and Tofu versions were great. Highly recommend if you like spicy food but you have been warned they're not exaggerating its hot. Presentation is also great.

I liked my vegetable Ramen The corn and tofu was grilled which enhanced the taste profoundly. Portion size is more than adequate I took sometime to finish mine! Free gyozas on Mondays and Wednesdays I devoured them it was fried to perfection.

Dashi, located inside Cross Street Market, was not crowded for an early lunch. Customers were served quickly. Staff were congenial and very helpful with the menu. The Hand-folded Crab Ragoon was a new dish for me. They turned out to be rather delicious after placing the dip, sauce and lettuce on the little folded appetizers. The Spicy Red Devil Ramen was really good. It surely opened up my sinuses on this cold winter day. The broth and noodles were so flavorful. The strawberry lemonade came in a small cup. I needed more.

The rice chicken bowl was delicious. The owner is very friendly and the food tops it. Update: I also tried the red devil chicken ramen. I am impressed. If you like a spice hit, this is for you. The flavors are amazing and lime 🍋‍🟩 with it is the best combination. It’s also halal friendly. Highly recommend.

Inside the market, met the owner Scott, great guy, got the Spicy Devil with the beef… Gaddamn, broth and all the other ingredients mixed smelled so good and devoured it. Highly recommend, check it out!!!

The food at Dashi Ramen was so good. Everything came out fast, hot, and full of flavor. The service was great too, super friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. Definitely will visit again, especially now that it’s getting cold out. Perfect comfort food. Thanks Scott!

The food was good I mainly just wanted the ramen and the broth because my niece was giving birth and she can only drink the broth I ordered a chicken dish that was over some rice but the chicken was fried too hard but I forgot to get a picture of it but other than that everything else was good.
