Google
This was my first time coming to this ramen spot and the food was flavorful and filling! I was able to taste the broth to make sure it was to my liking, which was very helpful. They do give you a good amount for the price as well. There is a wide variety of options on the menu too!

Dashi is an unassuming Ramen shop near the back of the Food Hall. You can order via the digital panel or by talking to someone, but the woman running the register greeted me promptly. I ordered the Spicy Miso and it came out quickly (along with two gyoza which I guess came as a side). The ramen was flavorful and packed with tasty veggies like Bok Choy and wood ear mushrooms. I asked for extra egg and corn, so that plus a coke came out to around 26 bucks. This is a food hall so you order and retrieve your food from the counter and then find a place to sit. Seating is plentiful, but be warned that if you sit close to the shop in winter, you'll have to fight with the cold air coming from the door. I could see parking being a mess here, but I think it's worth the visit.

Love this place I come here often and get the same thing and it’s always perfect! The spicy ramen is actually spicy and the lemonade is great! I love sitting in this food court it’s very chill and everyone is usually really nice.

Google
The Spicy Red Devil Ramen with Chicken does not disappoint. It tastes absolutely amazing. It is so flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. If you love spicy food you’re definitely in for a treat. So do yourself a favor and stop by. Thank me later.😉

Google
Amazing ramen! I wanted to have a ramen before going to work and this one happened to be the only one that is open at 10:00 and I ended up loving it! The staff recommended us the red devil one and it was the best i’ve had! I will keep coming back. I know this is a horrible photo but this shows how much I loved it i guess.. 😂

Google
Spicy Red Devil was super spicy and delicious. Chicken and Tofu versions were great. Highly recommend if you like spicy food but you have been warned they're not exaggerating its hot. Presentation is also great.

Google
Probably the best ramen I had in the US. I had a great experience at this restaurant! The customer service was genuinely warm and attentive, which made the visit even better. We ordered the spicy brisket and chicken ramen, and everything in the bowl was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, the broth was satisfying, and the toppings were fresh and generous. One thing that really stood out was that they are not stingy with their portions — plenty of protein and ingredients in every bite. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I’d definitely go back for more!

Yelp
Dashi Ramen is one of those places you walk into thinking it'll be good...and walk out wondering why the whole city isn't talking about it. The star for me? The potato tots and the broth. The tots are ridiculous - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned, and somehow still hold their texture even when you dip them in the broth. Speaking of the broth: it's deep, rich, and layered in a way you usually only get at those hyped-up "reservation-only" spots. You can tell they actually care about what they're doing back there - it tastes like time, attention, and real skill. Service was friendly, food came out hot, and the whole vibe is relaxed but intentional. No ego, just good food. Dashi Ramen absolutely deserves a bigger stage - this is the kind of spot you put people onto and then they start acting like they discovered it first.

Yelp
We got Dashi delivered and enjoyed our meal! Came reasonably quickly and neatly packaged (soup in separate container from noodles/toppings and labeled). Only tried the classic shoyu ramen, which was tasty but not mind-blowing, but I'm curious about the other items on the menu!

Yelp
Absolutely amazing and exactly what I needed to clear my sinuses. My wife and were under the weather and we decided to get ramen. I ordered the spicy red miso ramen with all the fixings and this was absolutely amazing. I would probably say so far it's the best ramen i had in Baltimore. We ordered through uber and our food was hot and had a lot of noodles. You know you're having good ramen when the EGG IS MARINATED ugh sorry you don't understand But yes I would definitely order again

Yelp
I usually get the spicy ramen, tots and Thai tea. This place is so good I got it right after getting my wisdom teeth removed lol if you love spice, you'll love the spicy ramen.

Yelp
I got the Osaka pork chashu ramen with dashi tots...I love starch haha and chashu and tonkotsu ramen

Yelp
Dashi ramen is located inside of cross street market. We went on Halloween but I still managed to snag a free parking spot about a block away. My friend and I got the infamous Thai tea. I'm not sure if that's what it's called but it's the orange one. It was quite delicious. The chicken was fried perfectly but to be honest had way too many feathers left on it. The crab wontons were very good especially when dipped in the Asian sauce. I enjoyed my ramen tremendously. The highlight was definitely the broth. I can't say I would go again but it definitely got the job done.

Yelp
The ramen is very flavorful. Both broth were very good, just what I needed for the chilly day. Shrimp dumplings were very tasty, the sauce complimented it well. The coleslaw that accompanied the shrimp went great together with the dumpling! The tots were amazing, jam packed with flavor.

Yelp
I ordered the chicken ramen & the vegetarian/vegan devil option without tofu. I ended up mixing the broth from the vegan devil one into my chicken and the spicy sauce it was soooo yummy!

Yelp
Ate at Dashi Ramen at Cross Street Market in Baltimore, MD. Ordered the #2 Sapporo Style Miso Ramen and Cheesy Crab Rangoon. The Ramen was good and pork was tender. The star of the show was the Cheesy Crab Rangoon. I'm from NJ and never saw Crab Rangoon shaped like this and was tentative how it was gonna taste. But let me tell you it lived up to the hype. It was cheesier than I thought it would be and quite good. I could of ordered another one. This spot is legit.

Yelp
We ordered the chicken ramen and spicy red devil tofu ramen. Both broths were flavorful and rich. The chef was very helpful and answered all our questions. We'll be back!

Janese J.

Yelp
Ramen is top notch! Ordered miso ramen, dumplings, and seaweed salad and everything was delicious. Quick service inside a food hall. Probably would do take out as it's a popular hang out spot for young people if that's not a problem for you then there's plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. I will definitely be returning.

Yelp
Ramen was very flavorful and I loved the calamari. Service was amazing and the aesthetics were very nice.

Yelp
As soon as I saw other photos of the ramen, I knew I had to try this spot immediately. I ordered the Spicy Red Miso - as soon as I sat down, two or three other customers in the market came by to ask me what I had ordered. They all got in line. The flavors are so well balanced and the toppings are generous and delicious. I can't wait to return!

Karmen H.

Yelp
I came here and the customer service was great, ambiance, and food was amazing ! I got the Spicy Red Devil Beef Brisket Ramen. They had a promotion for Feb and it came with two wontons and I chose the chicken filling. Those were really good and fresh ! I asked for suggestions and the cashier provided such good recommendations. I went back and got a second one to take home! Will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
This is the best and most authentic Ramen that I have had in Baltimore! As part of cross street market there isn't anything in the way of table service or anything like that, but there is plenty of seating nearby to enjoy a big bowl. The spicy Miso is wonderful on its own, and adding a bomb can boost the spice levels of any regular bowl as well. The only downside is that because there is only ever one person working there, if you walk up during their lunch break you're out of luck for an hour.

Yelp
I'm sick as a dog right now and I can't breathe out of my nose. I needed ramen and I needed spicy and fast. I got the smoked ramen and added spice. AMAZING. delish. The noodles are so good, the broth is so flavorful, and the veggies are so fresh. I will Definitely order here again soon! OH and the pork, melt in your mouth. Omg.

Yelp
A hidden gem! Stumbled upon this place and ordered the spicy red miso ramen- great flavors and quick service. Chashu pork was delicious and I would add another serving next time. Looking to try other flavors on their menu soon. Best ramen we've had yet in Baltimore. Highly recommend!

Krystal N.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by the flavorful broth. My chicken ramen bowl was delicious! The chicken is sliced like a disc which was interesting. The dish certainly did not disappoint and was very filling. Additionally, the service was fast. Wishing this business the very best. This stall is inside Cross Street Market which has been renovated since my last visit there in Baltimore.

Yelp
I have only tried food via GrubHub, and every time my order arrived hot and delicious. I am surprised this newish place does not have more reviews yet.

Yelp
We just love this restaurant..the food, the service, everything is just wonderful. Favorites are the edamame and the broth less ramen.

Pingpong P.

Yelp
Ramen shop inside Cross Street Market. Variety of ramen dishes with seasonal items add.

Teng M.

Yelp
The tan tan ramen is very tasty but tonkotsu isn't. I like how tan tan ramen tastes a little bit spicy and the ground pork tastes fresh unlike some other ramen restaurants' ground pork has weird taste. Their tonkotsu ramen soup is leak in flavors, the soup isn't creamy nor salty but too much sticky feeling between lips.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Had the cold ramen summer special. So refreshing on a hot summer day. I also ordered the dashi tots which were devoured by our family.

Emily H.

Yelp
Short version - The ramen was amazing!! I ordered the tonkotsu as well as pork gyoza and crab rangoons. All of it was fantastic. The cashier was very friendly and patient as my group decided what we wanted, and the food came out pretty quickly. The market Dashi is located in is pretty great - you might have to look for seating but it shouldn't be too bad.

Hans S.

Yelp
Had a lot of ramen in Baltimore, and this new ramen restaurant in cross street market is the best. Try the soy tonkotsu!
