Celebrated my grandsons 7th birthday party here. Manager Aaron was attentive and helpful. Loved the reserved party area. It was very roomy with plenty of tables and chairs. The game room was huge and clean!

I was a diehard Dave & Buster’s fan as a kid. I always told everyone I’d one day grow up and own one. (They don’t franchise in the U.S. so that dream was doomed to failure.) I visited multiple D&B’s about 10 years ago, and they looked very outdated and on the decline. Happy to say that they are finally making a comeback. I convinced my partner and 4 of our friends to go to this location with me on a random Sunday afternoon. There was no wait for the bar, food, or games. All of the games were in working order, and they had a wide variety. My personal favorite was the rubber axe throwing. Note that the VR games cost a lot more credits than the regular games, but they are fun to try. Make sure you get the app and download the buy $20 in credits, get $20 free promo for new rewards members. You’ll also get your first five games free, and I recommend using them on the VR if you want to try them because they do cost so many credits. There are also a lot of multiplayer games which were great fun for a small group. The food was pretty bad, but the drinks were good. The nachos had stale chips and the cheese was room temp (and re-solidified) when served. They were topped with canned beans, jarred jalapeños, and possibly frozen? cubes of chicken. They tasted as bland as they sound. The “smash burger” sliders were plain and nothing to write home about, and the amount of calories they fit in 3 little sliders (860) is honestly impressive. I’m not sure where they are coming from, and they were definitely plain patties and not smash burger sliders. My friends said their food was pretty bland also. Thankfully, the drinks were great and quick to come out. I got a blackberry margarita, and it was delicious. Overall, we had a great time here with small group. It was clean, the service was good, and the game prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back, but wouldn’t order the food again unless they had a special. It was overpriced for the quality delivered.

46 minutes for fried pickles. Dang. No manager involved oh well. I’ll still come back because I love lemon drop shots. Awe geeze. Best bartender did leave though. Enter at your own risk. I miss you Tim.

Best place to be. Walk in to find the hostess ready to greet you and guide you to the fun! There are kiosks at the front so that if you're there to play games, you can recharge or buy a new card to play. If you're there to eat or go to the bar for a drink, the hostess will seat you or lead you to the bar. Drinks are delicious and my favorite will forever be the backwoods blueberry lemonade. Very sweet and dangerous. For appetizers, their wings are great. They have many flavors (sauces and dry rubs) to pick from, also you can choose between bone in and bone out. Ranch rub and ranch dressing to dip are the best. Tastes like cool ranch doritos. Best meal is the chicken Cobb salad in a tortilla wrap. I substitute the fried chicken for grilled chicken. They have a new menu coming out April 15th and I'm super excited! The game room is huge and easy to walk around. The booths near the game room make it easy to watch your friends and/or family play games while you sit and eat. Tvs EVERYWHERE. The winners circle is also spectacular. They have a new set up in there and it's very neat and organized. The win manager is absolutely wonderful and fabulous. Highly recommend coming to this location if you're ever in the Austin texas area. The staff is fantastic and they are ready to give you the best experience of a lifetime.

So I never been to this South Park location yet it's a new location wanted to check it out we decided we were going to celebrate it for my nephew's birthday party. We all ordered different types of food there were some decent specials but nothing too great I didn't realize the food here was a little bit pricey I guess the games and all that kind of just adds up still the atmosphere is really nice I will say though we were there on trivia night and we could barely even hear ourselves or the people just across from us In the booth so be prepared for that. I did get to check out the restrooms they were very clean and the games were pretty fun overall I'll definitely have to come back when there's some specials coming out.

I can't get enough of Dave and Buster's. It's my go-to place for family fun in Austin. It has everything I want and more. The place is always clean and well-stocked and ready to play. I never have to worry about finding what I need or waiting in long lines. The food is solid and the drinks are cheap. The burgers are thick and juicy, and the margaritas are strong and refreshing. The staff is kind and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and offer suggestions or samples. The best part is the arcade. It has so many games to choose from, I never get bored. I can play classic games like Pac-Man and pinball, or modern games like Halo and Guitar Hero. I can even play virtual reality games where I feel like I'm in another world. A world where I don't have to worry about bills, taxes, or global warming. Just pure fun and excitement. I'm definitely excited to go back to Dave and Buster's and play all the games they have. This place is the ultimate destination for family fun and entertainment. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to laugh, play, and have a good time. And if you don't like those things, well, maybe you should go to a library instead.

I just want to start off by saying how formidable the staff was this evening, at D&B and more specifically, James and Carrie! My three year old son and I go there almost every Wednesday evening as one of our routine date nights. Added incentive is Wednesday's are half price game nights at D&B! I am not one to write a review on an establishment, unless the service was really really horrific, or really really sensational! Well, the service that James, the GM and the overall vibe from all of the crew there today, was above and beyond incredible and that is what has me writing this review, only a mere hour to leaving Dave & Busters! My toddler and I love to make our rounds to his favorite arcade games; Mario Cart, anything "car-related", and of course the virtual Bowling lanes (because I look like a rockstar on the virtual lanes and sub par on the "real" bowling lanes)! Unfortunately, when I swiped my card on both of the bowling lanes, the machine did not dispense the bowling ball, on only one of the lanes. However, as soon as I went to find a manager and James was so attentive and almost sensed that I needed assistance. He approached me, before I could even get to where he was (that's some on-point customer service)! I told him the situation and without hesitation said, "I'll take care of you" and immensely apologized for the inconvenience. Of course, it wasn't a big deal, in my perspective, but he took this minimal issue and handled it as if it held the highest precedence! He offered for my son and I to play free games on the bowling machine, or any other game that we wanted. I explained that my toddler was starting to have "Big Emotions", so we needed to head home and if he could just put the credits for the one game that I was unable to play, back on my Power Card. James obliged and not only did he put the initial credits which I wasn't able to successfully play back on the card, he added a few more credits; because he is the type to go "above and beyond" what is expected of him! To add just a little more apprise to these two individuals; James and Carrie, I mentioned to James that my son won a bunch of tickets the other day, on one of our date nights at D&B and that he chose this really nifty "mini" ring light, that clips on to your phone. I have to say, this light is worth choosing as your prize, if you have the chance! Anyway, I proceeded to tell James that the light abruptly stopped working, but I had left the light in my car and could bring it in, for him to see and see that it was still in mint condition. He didn't skip a beat and said, "bring it in and I'll replace light, no problem". My son and I went out to my SUV to retrieve the light and when we made our way back to the back, where you pick out your prizes for tokens earned, James already picked out the replacement light and was standing there, waiting for us to come back in! Again, the reason that I write such an extensive review this evening, is because I rarely write reviews, unless I want to give admonition to ANY Google reviewers, that need to be made aware of an establishment. Or, if a place is absolutely thriving with AMAZING Customer Service and those employees need to be given immense recognition! Well, my reason for writing this review is the latter and our experience that my son and I had this evening, is "review worthy" and KUDOS to a great crew this evening! Whomever is doing the hiring at the D&B in Southpark Meadows, "GREAT JOB on picking out your staff and team"! The meticulous thought you seem to have given, when deciding who is going to represent your establishment, definitely shows and we need more of James and Carrie! :-)

Our original waitress was amazing as well as all the other staff for majority of our visit, although near the end one specific server was incredibly rude and disrespectful not just once but continued until we left! He kicked us off of our table didn’t ask if we were done or anything just told us we could go sit at the bar as he was coming on shift and wanted the table for himself and not the other waitress to have it. He then continued to talk about it with other staff in front of me and my family and tried to make interaction with us to antagonize the situation. Thank goodness we are visiting from out of town and don’t have to come back to this location ever again!
