It was a great experience, people were very nice the food was pretty good should try the spinach dip and the wings. We had a fish & chip platter delishes. The games were so much fun and I ordered a chilton. It was a wonderful vibe all around. Would recommend for a kids party.

These people are AWESOME! The food was OUTSTANDING and service second to none. We both had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and I had the same with sausage and they were super delicious. As a started we had the Spinach and Cheese dip. WOW! TASTY! Then comes the desert. OH YEAH! Girlfriend had the Bananas Foster Pie which was out of this world and mine, well it was the Brookie Sundae Tower for which it was the BOMB DIGGITY DOG BOMB! Then there's our dilemma, we arrived around 6 PM wanting to eat and watch the fights. Problem is the storm got worst and they were closing and we couldn't get a ride. Lyft and Uber stood us up and the cab company wasn't going to make it for another 20 minutes so we stood between the front doors freezing while trying to find a ride. Then the greatest manager of all time shows up and tells us to wait inside. He even gave us chairs to sit on while we waited. Alex the manager told us he's not gonna let us stay outside in those conditions. WOW! And in less then 10 minutes our ride showed up. Thank you Alex and our 2 servers. You guys are the very best of the best.

I visited Dave & Buster’s recently with my son, who is about to turn four, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We went on a Tuesday expecting it to be less crowded so we could take our time exploring, and while it wasn’t packed, we were still treated like VIPs. My son was mesmerized by all the high-quality video games and had a blast playing. Afterward, I got him some ice cream, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising him with a big inflatable cat, which made his day even more special. Dave & Buster’s truly is a hidden gem. I had no idea how much they offer beyond the arcade. It’s an amazing spot to watch sports with tons of TVs, a pickleball practice area, a light arena for group games, shuffleboard, darts, a shooting-style game area, and an incredible selection of prizes for kids. Whether you’re there for drinks, games, or just family fun, the atmosphere is perfect for both adults and children. I also had the pleasure of meeting Casey, who I believe is the store manager, and Matt, who was our waiter/bartender. They were both incredibly kind and genuinely made my son’s early fourth birthday celebration a wonderful experience. Overall, this was an outstanding time, and we’ll definitely be back!

I had the most amazing Dave & Buster’s in Dallas this place is freaking awesome. Our server. Ronnie was an absolutely amazing hit all the points. I loved it the managers Casey and Hannah man they made us feel This place is awesome. Go ahead and my daughter got the first Stranger Things in the winter circle so that’s awesome. She’s so happy.

My wife treated me to a night out for my birthday, our first stop was a Dave and Buster’s, we had a great time! The atmosphere was fun, the games were in great shape, and the food was really good. A special shoutout to the manager, Hector, who was awesome. He was attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests. We’ll definitely be back!

On Behalf of Make-A-Wish: We recently had the incredible opportunity to host a wish sendoff celebration at Dave & Buster's, and I truly cannot say enough about the experience. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make our wish family feel celebrated, loved, and completely taken care of. Our server, Destiny, was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of anything we might need. She made sure the entire family felt comfortable and special throughout the evening. The manager, Casey, was equally outstanding. He was constantly checking in, bringing additional surprises, and making sure our wish child felt like the guest of honor every moment of the night. Dave & Buster’s generously provided dinner and dessert, game cards for the entire family, a huge gift basket filled with prizes, and even time in the human claw machine, which was such a highlight! Every detail was handled with care and genuine enthusiasm. Words truly cannot describe how incredible this experience was. Our wish family left feeling overwhelmed with gratitude and so deeply loved. We are beyond thankful to Dave & Buster’s and their amazing team for creating such a joyful and memorable sendoff!

I brought my partner here with our kids and I wasn’t feeling well but what I enjoyed was the food and the big tv. I watched the Mexico soccer game. I enjoyed the service Robert my server gave. Casey the manger even came over to check on our table. I loved seeing my kids have fun and when one of the games wasn’t working the service team fixed it and reset the game so my kids could play again. The food was good very enjoyable. I recommend the wings. My partner had drinks which was recommended by Robert the Mexican candy shot was great taste just like a Mexican mango sucker.

The manager Casey was very hospitable and helpful to me and my family. He got me a table for my party of 9 as well as greeted everyone with a warm welcome stating he is here to help. Ronnie was such a good waiter, as well as very well spoken and helpful with recommendations and even threw in a few jokes here and there haha. It was an awesome experience for my daughter’s birthday night. Thanks D&B Dallas!!!

Service was great by our server Gina! She was amazing! The food was just as good. We had the cheeseburger and grilled chicken. Green beans were better than anticipated!

Had my son's birthday party here and considering I did everything online and via email responses I was very pleased with the level of communication and the party being exactly what I wanted and they were ready for us.This location is huge! The food was very good and the basic party package fed everyone perfectly! I included the wing group meal which was also amazing! Everything was so clean and the staff were all very helpful specifically one of the managers and our waiter Donovan . All in all a wonderful experience here , definitely recommend.

Seating Varies-bar area, hi tops, dining room-booths, tables, private group areas with games. Perfect for groups-parties! Service Immediate and friendly. We wanted to see a particular ball game and they made it happen-instantly!! Food/ beverages arrived in the same manner-blink and its there!! Menu So many choices! We had the caesar with grilled chicken. Loaded with tomatoes, guac, bacon-and the salad was a mix of romaine and arugula. So yummy!! We also had the side garlic parm brussel sprouts-ate them before picture-but soooo good!! Grilled perfectly with the right amount of cheese. Tip- download the app for points! The arcade games are so many options and FUN! Points go for prizes!! Summary Perfect place to watch sports, celebrate, get your group together, or just have fun with the games! Outstanding service, food, and sports/ games. Our go to spot!!

Great experience we went for my daughter's birthday. She had a blast. Food was good service was a little slow because they had a big party before we came but once we got someone to service us, everything was going smooth.

This place is always a fun time and vibe! You can be solo, with friends, or with co-workers! Great time for kids and adults with an action packed menu! Great to host parties, meetings, and watch the game! This is the new flagship! Service is great, team member are always on the floor making sure all the machines work! The prizes you can win are always top tier for this location!

Love this Dave & Buster's location! Love the Wednesday half off games deal. The games at this location all seem pretty well maintained and if there's anything broken then there's someone working on it right away. Food wise, I really liked the cheeseburger and the Caesar pasta! They're surprisingly big portions and seemed worth it to exchange tickets for the free entrees. There was a drink deal too when I went which was awesome!

Went to Dave & Buster's after dinner with my friends, and it was a good time. The place is a bit rundown and some of the games don't work at all, which was disappointing but overall we had fun. We tried some drinks since we had already eaten prior, and they tasted great.

We went for the all-you-can-eat wings, which they offer on Mondays and Thursdays. It also includes a $10 powerplay card, so it's a great deal! There are three flavors, and the honey BBQ was the best. The wings were hot and crispy. The service was alright; the wings came out in a good time and the server was friendly. The place was clean overall, and we finished the night with Dip 'n Dots from the machine!

Food, drinks and games were perfect! Was a party of 15 and we all loved!! We ate, we drank and the kids played games!

Really big location with massive tvs and a nice big bar! It's perfect to go for happy hour, games, and on discount games Wednesday! They have a good list of specials and you can check the website for better deals and events going on. Food is good and if you don't care for the little toys and candy in the prize section, you can save your tickets for food! I really enjoyed the pasta and burger! They have tons of fun games and it's a great place to go for Parties with a group of friends. The service is fast and friendly too!

Took server forever to get to table. Food was equivalent to Applebees! Too crowded for small place. They were probably over fire safety code. When food did arrive to the table it was missing items! And server was no where to be found. So by the time we did get our stuff the rest of food was cold. Asked another server to get the items were needing only to have him roll his eyes at us and walk off. We will not come back to this location ever again!

This place is CRAZY FUN! And, the service is truly A++. Met my gal pals for something different...they played a spider man game that none of us still can figure out. We shared an appie sampler and ribs with fries. The fries were TDF! Super loud inside, so if you have an issue with noise be sure to bring bring some earplugs. Very clean. Give it a whirl!

I loved this place with the big TVs and huge bar! It's the perfect place with specials to make you feel better. The food is good, I really enjoyed the pasta and burger! It's a great place to party with a friend, or with friends. The service is top notch too, appealing attitude towards customers.

Back again and have I mentioned that if you aren't a rewards member you should really think about it. With every level you achieve you get rewarded from chips to food. With that said I'm here on a Tuesday which is t a regular day I'd be here but they kept mentioning trivia so I decided to come out and see what it's about. The venue itself is LOUD, between the music playing and the games dinging, it can be a bit much. They do offer a happy hour M-Th from 4-7 and Kate night after 9 as well. At the time of this review they are offering their $5 bites on certain food items. There are lots of TVs so I have watched a football game or two here in the past and I never felt out of place amongst strangers. With that said, there was NO TRIVIA this evening. I was told they stopped that about two weeks ago although there was a sign by the front door advertising it. I was told that they are about to do some remodeling so it will be interesting to see what comes and what goes. All kids are suppose to be accompanied by an adult over 18 but far too often I find myself feeling like I'm at a playground. With that it's still a spot to hang out to have a drink and be entertained.

Good fun. Been several years since I have been to D&B. Enjoyed the games. Didn't dine this visit.

The service level is ... horrible! I mean how much can one expect from a huge guest occupancy, but come on, do we settle for this poor of service? I hope not! We opt not to eat here for fear the food would be ice cold before it hit the table. We had 3 drinks total while we played games in a matter of 2-3 hours. We spent more time at the bar waiting for our drinks or tab than we did on the floor. It's rainy and it was predicted last week. Be prepared with adequate staffing. Great renovations but maybe spend a dime or two more on staffing so the experience can be better than marginally poor.

We went on a Saturday with the kid. It's a huge building with games, eating, and drinking options. Ample parking. We did not eat or drink there. The kid had fun so it was worthwhile. She wants to go back. I give it 3 stars because it is really noisy in the building with music and lots and lots of people. We were there probably 90 minutes or so, but after awhile I started getting a headache. Second, the games are expensive. Some of them are easy to understand and play immediately, but some seem complicated so you waste money trying to learn through experience. And some are not very fun at all. I think D&B must be a huge money maker. The cheapest games are are over $1 per play. Some games approach or surpass $2 per play. It adds up fast. Tip: they charge you $3 for the card that you swipe to play the machines. It can be recharged so don't throw it away when you leave. Bring it back, put money money on it, and save yourself the $3 charge.

Love the new remodel and all the new game concepts. The Arena is a blast and the social bays are awesome. Perfect for a night out with friends or family. And the new video wall! It dwarfs any thing you've seen in an arena and is brighter, sharper, and clearer than anything I've seen. Wonderful place to watch a game. The staff is top notch. Stayed on top of everything. The new menu items do not disappoint Particularly love the potstickers, the ribs, the boneless wings, the burgers, the pizza. If you haven't been in a while or think it's just a video game place, think again.

We've been coming to this location about once a week this summer and have just had okay service when dining every time. However, today we had a server I didn't recognize, maybe he's new but we had AMAZING service with him today. He checked on us several times and always anticipated every need. He was the first server there to ever check back on us after giving us a chance to try our food and also the only server to not have us waiting 10-15 minutes for the bill. He was also very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. And I hate that I didn't get his name but I think it was Nathan? So sorry but thanks for the service! Manager also checked on us as well, kind as well. Also! The menu has changed recently and we've tried a few things at this point and it's all so much better!

Bullet in the parking lot was an odd opening and then I dropped $300 trying to win Star Trek cards. Left drunk and with a fun dip so I really can't complain. If you want to try gambling but don't want to go to a casino this might be the place for you.

We walked in and were immediately seated. Andy was our server, he was attentive and prompt. Can't ask for much more. The ranch wings were amazing, had really good flavor. The Creamy Chicken pasta I tried was ok. It was missing something though, I never could put my finger on what it was. I added copious amounts of black pepper and that helped but it was still off somehow. My nephew had the Cajun wings and he said they were really good too. We had a blast playing the games, loved that they were downstairs from the restaurant. Great games to choose from, we always love Dave & Busters when we travel and we'll be sure to return in the future.

We went on Half off wed. Decently packed and food came out hot! Drinks specials are good. Half off cocktails! Bombarita, the Hawaiian sandwich, and Voodoo pasta. Games were half off and none of the machines were broken, so that's a W. Plus I didn't run into any crazy kids. lol

Came by here with a buddy to grab a few drinks and some food during the games. Whole overall the service wasn't bad it took a good 5-10 minutes initially to know who our server was and have our drinks taken. For a Dave n busters this one is pretty large and for going on a Saturday evening it wasn't overly packed as In i could walk around without having to get as small as a toothpick to squeeze between people

I give one star because management was on point and resolve the issue. However, my waiter was very sassy, bothered and disrespectful. He made a point of letting me know he wasn't prepared for all the traffic that was there. Honey you're a waiter at Dave & Buster's. It's always traffic. Strike 1 When we arrived, my daughter was at a party so my family and I decided to have our own table because we weren't a part of the private party it was for kids We also stated that we weren't a part of the party and we have our own tab along with other parents that had their own table and their own tab. Also he ASKED IF WE WERE APART OF THE PARTY... so we were definitely clear on what was going on in the beginning When we got ready to check out, I had to wait 20 minutes just for a tab When he walks up to me, he ASKS me what was your order!!! Strike 2! When I told him my order, he handed me a tab for almost $150 with a gratuity tip for a large party Per my earlier statement it was clearly established that we weren't a part of the large party. He also put a mandatory tip on my order which I would've gladly paid if he walked over and asked if we needed refills or if he made sure that we were OK once he took the order we never saw him again. When management came before, I could even get the story out, they knew the employee that I was talking about Which is absolutely ludicrous because clearly he's a problem. I wanted to put him in a corner because he was sassier than my eight-year-old granddaughter. And the attitude was by far and not needed. When we got home, all of us had stomach aches, so I'm not quite sure what was going on, but the only thing we all had in common where the fries Like I said, shout out to management who did take care of it ,they comped a meal so this gentleman could receive a tip that he didn't deserve AT ALL . That's Dave & Buster's loss because that man deserved absolutely nothing absolutely nothing. He didn't even bring out our food. I would've tipped the server before I tipped the man who took my order And didn't even care to know what it was then attempted to overcharge me and forced me to pay a tip that he didn't deserve. Stop making excuses for your employees because you're short staffed and stand on business This is a multi million dollar business and I expect more. If the machines were down. He should have swallowed his pride and asked for help. Strike 3 your out!! Just lost a spending customer and trust me I wasn't the only one mad you have a lot of people who will drive right past your establishment now

Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Two adults and a 6 year old in our party. They brought the adult meals and forgot to put the kids meal in. The nachos we're supposed to have the jalapeños on the side, they didn't. They forgot one of the 2 margaritas ordered. We ordered 3 game cards, they brought 2 and it took a manager and 3 staff members to straighten that out. The icing on the cake was a hair in my pasta. Terrible experience. The manager apologized, and comped our meals. We still had to pay for the cards and our drinks... if I were the manager, I'd of comped the entire experience.... I doubt I'll go to Dave and Busters again...,

Service was great, they were very attentive to us! Happy hour weekdays for $5 drinks is always a win. This location was just renovated and I was very impressed. The food is decent for being a chain. They have a VIP room, virtual shuffle board, a virtual game room and big screens for watching sports. I'm definitely impressed and would come back.

Typical D&B. Way overpriced. The adult beverages have very little alcohol and are super sweet. So stick to neat if you don't want to have to order 10 for the same effect. Got super crowded and busy as it got later so plan accordingly.

We had a fantastic time at this Dave & Buster's location! Great service at the bar and easy digital machines are accessible to get your playing card. No wait for a table and was a weekend. I was very happy with our experience, the games & prize center. Can't wait to return again soon!

Everything pretty much went well. I went for a party, the food was alright and the service was good as usual.

Fun for the entire family! I went to meet up with a group of millennials at this location to grab food and play games. I had the vanilla old fashioned for my drink, it was super delish and strong! For my entree I had the bacon burger, it was superb. There was some sort of bacon jam on it and it was divine. I got my burger with a side of the garlic truffle fries, way too much garlic and truffle oil for me to really enjoy them. Our server was nice and attentive. The games were awesome, a good amount of them were out of service but I still had a good experience after all.

I go to D&B on a regular basis. Its the best place to watch football in Dallas. They always have ALL the NFL games on Sunday and all the big games on Saturday. D&B has also made some menu changes recently. There is more choices and the quality of their food has improved tremendously. I strongly recommend D&B Dallas for all major sports viewing events!

This is my new favorite dish at Dave & Buster's. I love to go here and hang out with my friends and family. Last time I went we had a great waiter his name was Luke, he was very attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed. #hangoutspot

the first time I walked in, it was like walking into a casino. I was literally amazed at how big it was. I had a really good time and they had those power play cards you can use to play instead of using coins. The prizes section was really big too with lots of options. The only thing I didn't try was the food. I'll try it next time. This place makes me want to come back.

Brandon was amazing! He took care of my food allergy and made sure the food was cooked properly. So kind! The drinks were delicious! I recommend Dangerous waters Island Punch. (Alcoholic cocktail) of course it's loud inside but it's an arcade and restaurant. Comes with the territory. Food good. Drinks great. Had a wonderful time.

I have not been to a Dave and Buster's for a year and there is one near my work which is awesome. They still have 1/2 off Wednesday and said sure why not lets do it and check it out. You get greeted and they asked you if you are in for the arcade, food or both and I said both. They told me to take a seat anywhere and order through the phone. I sat at the table and I had 2 people asked me if I was ordering since I was sitting on the table by myself, but I was looking at the menu. Ordering through the phone is okay as it was short and condense now. I remember the Dave and Buster's menu being huge, but not it is smaller. I ordered the chicken, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato sandwich with fries and the blue jolly rancher drink. Food was very good as I got it pretty quick within 15 minutes after ordering. The only problem is you have to pay first with tip and usually with tip and on I believe with tipping it is based on how well the customer service is. But I was lucky the service was pretty good. I would give the restaurant process a 4 stars. Oh yes I am amazed how many TV's and seating area is like, I was really impressed as it would be a place I would go on a sporting event. Now time for the arcade. They have hand sanitizer stations, but it has a certain horrible smell on it. I rather go to the bathroom and wash my hands. They have a lot of machines where you can buy more tokens and recharge your card. I heard you can use your phone as a card, but not so sure how great the technology would be. So lets do a math of how much each chip costs. So if you get 750 chips worth 100 dollars that is around 0.14 cents a chip. Games for half of range from 1.3 chips being the cheapest which is usually skee ball and then the high ones which are the pirate treasure which is 5 chips. So you are paying between 0.25 to 70 cents a game for Wednesday I think. The arcade games you are going to get your money's worth on it as they last a lot longer than the ticket games. Most of the games require luck involved and cost the most. Dave and Buster's have caught on to the games that require a lot of skill has less payout like the Carnival Milk jugs. I had more fun playing the arcade style games than the ticket games as it last me longer. It is hard to get the jackpot on those. Anyways I accumulated 70,000 tickets over the years as there was a game that I was great at, but they do not have it anymore. The prizes here were not great and not much selection especially for the bigger prizes. Lots of junk prizes I would say.

One thing I will point out ,THE FOOD IS REMARKABLE!! On the other hand the service is terrible..we where sat down and it took a while for someone to take our drinks and when we did he never came ,10 min later and another server asked what we wanted to drink .while we waited ANOTHER server asked what we wanted to drink then took our food orders .so one hour later we had no food or drinks but our food arrived first still waiting on drinks . The staff clearly doesn't communicate that's my only issue but they where very nice and I got my meal last after everyone had eaten then we got our drinks

I went to Dave and busters Dallas with my wife today. It was a lot of fun and much cleaner then I thought ! It seems like they update the machines and the food/drinks were really good. we had a great time ! Thank you guys !

Dave and buster is a good place to come watch sports. They have a bunch of TVs with different sports in each. Beer selection is fairly good and pricing for the beers is decent. Games are awesome and they have a good variety of them. I am giving them a 4 star review due to food. Food is just Ok. They have a lot of dishes. I have tried most of their appetizers and some of their entrees and nothing has been spectacular. If they could focus on half of the dishes and perfect them they would not only save money but make more money. Once again, if you are going just for food try somewhere else. However, if you are going for the gaming and bar experience I recommend it as it truly is a fun time.

We had the best waitress ever. I can't remember her name but she's the lighter skin African American woman with light purple hair. She was so inviting, entertaining and personable. You would really appreciate her as a waitress. She had so much concern for all her Tables and for the kids belonging to each table. Me and my sister ordered something small and simple just to snack on while we drank and watched as our kiddos played. It's easy to unknowingly spend tons of money here in a short Period of time . Not even after an hour of loading all The kids cards with money , They were back requesting more . There were a few attractions that you had to have actual money for , I did not care to much for that idea. Overall , We all enjoyed ourselves. It was really Hot and muggy outside so indoor fun around this Time of year is always a plus. The is a great place for family Night , date nights, boys night out and even ladies night out . They have a really nice bar area and I watched as they were pushing the drinks out quickly. I highly recommend this establishment and location.

Came in went to host to be sat. Didn't like the location so I asked was the bar open seating. I was told yes. Got there all the seats said see hostess. I saw a server (Destiny B) in the area asked could I sit at this location and explained the move. After listening she replied "I'm busy so you'll either have to change seats or see the host again. I saw a manager in the area so I just asked for him. He advised he'd get someone over about 10 more mins passed and a nice gentleman named JV asked if we'd been helped. I replied no and he assisted with pleasure. He apologized and offered menu suggestions and made up the prior experience. I understand Covid has made it hard to find good workers, compassionate and even people who care to do their job, but stay at home if customer service isn't your thing. Food came out fast. Drink was decent. JV saved the day.

Great arcade for family FUN! The management is understanding and so helpful and the service is great! Kids definitely have fun and full of excitement. The food... especially the wings are amazing. It's a great place.

The employees were very rude, lots of people were bothering me while i was eating, and arcade machines didn't work.

This location is large, good for groups and plenty of games for the kids! The food is typical nothing special, the waitress was nice and patient with 6 kids ( it can be a lot ) so overall good service. They also have a nice bar area to allow the kiddos ( older ones ) enjoy themselves!

Make sure to order using the QR code or else you may end up sitting there for a while! Everything was well seasoned and delicious. Our favorite was the drink and the burger!

This was my first time here and despite the bad reviews I decided to come with a group of friends and of course... kids and I'm glad we did. We had a good time. Food was good. We ordered hamburgers, chicken wings, pasta, salmon, etc. Lots of things... and they were all good. Service itself could improve but it wasn't bad. Cold beers and hot food.
