Dave & Buster's Frisco

This is a super fun place where, as an adult, I can enjoy the arcade games I played as a kid, and my son can have fun with modern video games. The place is full of different games, not only video games but interactive ones, virtual reality games, emulators, and classic games like Space Invaders, which we love, and classics like Centipedes. This place also has a restaurant and a bar area where you can enjoy a game on TV while the kids play. There are pool tables, and well... we were there for a long time, which was relative because we had so much fun that we didn't even notice it. Dave & Buster's is the best! By the way... the food is soon nice... definitely this is an amazing place

From the moment we walked into Dave & Buster’s Frisco, the customer service stood out—friendly and accommodating hosts was mid, and the servers checked in frequently with smiles. The food and entertainment value was good: the burgers and appetizers arrived hot and well‑seasoned, and the arcade offered a great mix of classic and new games that kept us entertained all night . The ambiance is lively and energetic, with a vibrant sports‑bar feel . As for value, the Eat & Play combos and happy hour plus wed specials deliver solid bang for your buck.

The food was decent. I had the loaded fries which were good. Service was invisible. I had to walk around looking for someone to pay the bill and had not seen anyone since my order was taken except for the food runner that dropped it off.

I had fun with the new hot wheels game but I couldn’t play the other games I almost cried I tried every game with my sister. I was almost heartbroken like the new look of Crusin blast but i might go on the typhoon next time

This one has two levels. The arcade is down stairs. There is an elevator. We sat down in arcade area but no one came to take our order. We finally had to go find someone to order our food. Great menu. Lots of options. We ordered burgers and they were absolutely marvelous. While waiting for food you can buy a token package and start play. There is a wide variety of games. There are family games, young adult games , kids games...just all the games and all the lights. The music was not always kid friendly. It was loud which isn't necessary because the games are already noisy enough. You get a card with your credits on it. Buy lots of credits because each game ranges from 6.4 credits up to 12 credits per play. It was nice not to be have to collect tickets from play. The winnings are added to your card and you scan your card at the redemption center to collect your prizes. There is a good selection of prizes. Good experience and one we will remember for a long time to come.

Delicious food and drinks. Excellent for kids of all ages especially the kids over 30. Lol. Loran is a great manager. He's the John Wick. The Mike Tyson. The Michael Jordan of managers!! The model Rosie is my favorite bartender!!! 😍

First time visiting with my kids, THEY LOVED IT!!!! We went on a Saturday, I was expecting it to be crowded- it was not. I was so happy for that. My kids got to play the games and as you will see in the videos, you win a lot of tickets. We hit the jackpot on a couple of the games. The food was good. Our server wasn't very good but it worked out.

My daughter and I love coming here however yesterday really stood out to us. I was personally having a rough day but was toughing it out for my daughter’s birthday (8/6). We decided to go out and celebrate at Dave and Busters last minute therefore we got there a bit late. We had some fun first then decided to sit down and eat. We were greeted by Nathaniel who just made our experience so amazing. He was attentive and treated us like family. I’ve served most of my life, so I understand how taxing on the mind and body it can be. Nathaniel really turned our day around and made me appreciate life a little more on this very special day. Shout out to such an amazing person and he may not be aware of the impact he had on us but I’m telling you now to keep being you because we definitely need more people like Nathaniel in the world <3

Yelp 100 Challenge- #13 This was my first visit to Dave & Buster's. I visited on a Thursday and book a reservation for dine in. Two options are available for dine in. The top floor which allows for conversation and the bottom floor with booths and the games. Sadly the food was a huge disappointment. I ordered their trio option with a side of fries. The trio comes with wings, sliders, and their pretzel pig in the blankets. The trio was mediocre and not memorable at all. My friend ordered their salmon meal and the salmon was raw in the middle, so that was sent back and remade. We were unable to enjoy our meal together, so I will not be dinning in again. I believe you will get better service and quality of food at the food court, so eat in the mall and then go play games. Gaming Experience 10/10 I love that you can purchase your gaming card at a kiosks and reload it as needed. A few gaming options include racing, Mario cars, basketball, and air hockey. Remember eat at the food courts and come for the games.

Ate at the bar on Veteran's day. The bartender was busy but friendly. My chicken pasta parm was very very good!! I wish the main dining area had been open for lunch vs just the bar. When I'm not drinking I like to sit in actual dining rooms not by or at the bar.

Loved going agin super sweet waiter but for the kind of place it is I wouldn't have expected so pay 140$ on 3 people! Just a bazaar amount. Used to be reasonably priced but now it's just not worth it!

This Dave n Busters location was great! I've been to this location many times now and had a pretty good experience each time. It my experience the games were well maintained or fixed quickly and the staff was super nice. My wife and I got the burger and the alfredo(?) pasta one time and it was good but food service in the lower level was a little slow. There have been new games added recently which were great too! I love the Cyberpunk 2077 shooting game!

I like coming to D&B's. It's conveniently located in the Stonebriar mall. Anytime I leave the AMC movies we'll come here for drink and the late night happy hour. While I will say the food is nothing special, it's decent. Your typical bar style food, make sure to go during HH because it's definitely not worth full price! The cocktails are good and the bartenders are always friendly. I prefer the frozen melon drink I get that every time. The inner kid in me loves playing the games, and they do have a half price Wednesday where all games are discounted. This is a really cute date night for younger people. Can't wait to take my son here when he gets older!

Came here for a quick drink before shopping. And the bartender Jess was really nice. She also thought my rim dip key chain was funny cuz I added it to my high noon. lol

We didn't eat, the games were fun - it was my 7 year old daughter's birthday. We played what seemed like a lot of games for $60 and the staff was helpful and friendly. The coin pushing games that look like they will push coins off the ledge - Here they done win you that amount of coins it's per play you get so many tickets. SeaWorld wins on this game in San Antonio. The car / motorcycle driving games were cool, both daughters left with prizes and had a great time. Don't miss the carousel in the mall that was a hit and then we had icecream.

The custom service my bf received when we went In there with his friends and he found a stuffed animal on the floor and a worker took it from him and said he didn't buy the toy And the worker was being racist because my bf is black the he was white I was watching from afar and saw everything

Awesome location. Two levels. Restaurant up top. Arcade downstairs. Sooooo many fun games (new and old) and bonus for still having the Hot Shot basketball game. All the other Dallas locations have removed it, and I don't understand why. :( So, thank you for still having it. I'll be back! :)

It's actually a lot cleaner here than I remember so I give compliments to that. Hubby and I went for a fun night in the arcade downstairs and some drinks along with it. A little stingy on the pours but oh well it was still fun. Service was fine but nothing special to write home about. Still recommend going though!

It's not always easy to find a restaurant serving quality food at late night hours. Thankfully Dave and Busters came in SUPER CLUTCH!! Every time I come here, I have a fantastic experience, and I'm so glad to say that our recent visit was nothing different! I don't think people realize that this is lowkey an actual restaurant, not just an arcade that happens to serve food. From the cocktails to the appetizers and entrees, this is absolutely the real deal!! There were so many good options on the menu so we obviously had to order a variety of items. We started with the cantina nachos, garlic parmesan truffle fries (7 spice aioli is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!), and the fresh burrata mozzarella bruschetta. Everything was TOP TIER!! Seriously - all of the ingredients were so fresh, sauces seemed to be house made, and we were totally blown away by all of the flavors!! For entrees we had the Southern Cobb Salad (with shrimp instead of tenders), the Crispy Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich, and the Voodoo Pasta. AGAIN - everything was INCREDIBLE!! The salad was fresh, the chicken sandwich was crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the pasta was SO SAVORY and well balanced!! I really can't say enough about the food and to make things even better, our waitress was amazing!! Super kind and VERY patient, as it took a while for us to decide what to get. This was such a great experience. I truly can't imagine having better food anywhere else at 10:00 PM on a Sunday night!! I can't wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our time at Dave and Busters. The games are always so much fun and all the games seemed to be working well. We went on a night they were having a deal on the credits so we were able to get more for our money which was great. We got a couple drinks from the bar that were tasty and we also got some food to go that was really good too. Overall, it was a successful date night!

My husband and i love D&B!! Unfortunately last night we ate there and we had really bad service, we sat there for 10 minutes until our server finally realized we were there . Server hardly came to the table and disappeared for a very long time(it wasnt busy at all) . We had a reward on the app , we informed her about it but we can tell her whole mood changed alot more . The food was good , thank you to the chefs very friendly , but we were very bummed out at the end of the night i wanted to leave because of the mood of our server .

I'm into it. Came for the Texas Pinball Festival and, since it ended at 2, I had the find someway to occupy myself. The staff and service are good, especially since it was spring break and festival but, they held it down

Grandkids love and the drinks are good! Food pretty good. We had a great time with the kiddos.

It's a good place for children maybe 8-14. It's easy to spend 2-3 hours playing games for around $100 dollars. We still have a balance left from spending $100 on each card a week ago.

This Dave and Busters is a great location. My coworkers just held a Christmas Party in one of their private dining rooms. They had a great bartender and busser there, who were cheerfully helping us with everything we needed. They also have some great games like the "Typhoon" ride simulator, and the game where you use small red balls to knock down these clowns. Anyway, I highly recommend this place. I feel it is reasonably priced and a good family experience, because the parents can eat and drink, and the kids can play!...great job Dave and Buster's team. Also, they have staff everywhere and supervisors making sure everything runs smooth.

I understand D&B is known for its arcades and such but does their food need to suck so bad?? OK, probably a little my bad for ordering a Fried Chicken Cobb Salad at a bar. Barely any salad, more like chicken nuggets, and pretty expensive for bar food. Other than that, the bartender was really nice and the games are always fun.

Took forever to seat up. The calamari was delicious tho. Thanks again . Gonna probably go again this weekend hopefully they don't take 45 min

Service was good. The salad was good and the rest of my food was terrible. I had the Philly cheesesteak. The bread was three times the size as one would think it needed to be. The sandwich was so dry and had no flavor. I have had Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, and this by far was the worst. This is definitely a place I would never consider eating at again. Dave and Busters needs to shut their doors or consider getting descent food to serve you customers.

I wanted to fill out the survey from our visit but conveniently enough it was missing the 21 # code to enter the survey. I have been going to D&B for years, we go play, eat, have drinks etc..On our last visit 10/12/24 we visited the DB in Stone Briar Mall. What an experience! The place was dirty, the escalator was broken, we went downstairs and couldnt find a place to sit because the tables that were empty were dirty, full of dishes, old food, glasses etc...We stood there for a while trying to figure out what to do and saw multiple employees around but none picking up tables. Sat at the bar where it took a long while to be seen and serviced. Not even a greeting, what do you need? We started with a couple of drinks and asked for a menu. Ordered wings which for that price is unbelievable they come without fries....and cantina nachos. Food came, to my surprise, nachos were not served in a tray but in a plate, they looked messy, unappealing and they were exactly as they looked, like trash...the "melted" cheese was cold, literally cold, I could tell that it hardly had any chicken, those nachos were not 100% fresh! Fact. We sent the nachos back with a lot of disgust and to our surprise a man with long hair and pony tail, possibly a manager didn't even apologize, he took them back and tossed them in the trash....didn't offer to remake them but as a "great action" said I took care of those from the bill...really? Of course you took them off...was I supposed to say thank you! The wings weren't any better, they were also cold, not fresh, they were very low quality for almost $20 for 8 wings the thought of not even getting fries is unbelievable....well in addition to the disgusting food, the service was terrible...it would take a long time to be serviced to even get something else to drink....I once visited the Dallas on 75 DB and thought was trashy and dirty, well Stone Briar has managed to be equally bad....I will never return, the food is overpriced, the beer is overpriced, the games are old, raggedy, the service is terrible.....whoever is managing this location has crashed it to the ground. Never returning.

My husband and I decided to go to Dave & Buster's for the first time in years! (First time ever at the Frisco location) It was such a nice evening! The upstairs dining service was excellent! Our server was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious! And the arcade games were a lot of fun! We will definitely be back sooner than later!

This is the strangest D&B's I've ever been to. We walked onto the first level which is the upstairs and the place was completely empty. No hostess, no servers, no bartender. Literally no employees were to be seen upstairs and no customers. We wanted to play pool and just needed to pay for hour of pool,. We rode escalators downstairs. Only employee we could see was the bartender. Asked her about playing pool and she said we could talk to the bartender upstairs. Told her nobody is up there. She literally directed us to go to a billiard hall down the road??? Told us she can't monitor upstairs so we couldn't play. Weirdest vibe in this place. Needless to say we left. Won't be visiting here again.

First of all, the customer service at the bar is really good. They're running around like crazy, super busy, but still make sure you're taken care of. It took roughly 30 minutes for our food to get here after we ordered. It's a Saturday night, it's cold and rainy out, so we get it. We're not mad about that at all. What I'm a bit upset about is the portion of the crab cakes to arugula salad. What is advertised is nowhere near what was received. If this is what you're serving, please fox your advertising to reflect it. I was really excited about the arugula salad and crab cakes. Not so much about the bite of salad with crab cakes that I was served. Try again, D&B.

Dave & Busters Frisco is a cool and fun place to take your family. The service was great! The food was delicious and hit the spot. I will definitely be back soon.

This was our first time here as a family and We loved every moment of it!! The delicious food, great variety of games and the friendly staff! We plan to go again before we leave town!

Owned by Dave Chapelle, but not nearly as fun. Okay, as fun. Okay, actually more fun. The famous game arcade and funhouse chain, this one is located at the Stonebriar Centre and a little on the expensive side for some of the games - but still there should be more stuff like this because it's lots of laughs, and if you have the money to waste, hours of entertainment. Buster is actually the name of my cat, and Dave is the name of my ex. But anyway.

Great place to celebrate birthday's with our family and friends. Very friendly and clean loved there menu and there games.Kids had alot of fun.

it is setting a timer for trampolines and it's horrible service cause I only babysit this horrible music. I do not like this because of the wall the creepy characters Cara I hate it. What type of Siri is warmer trampolines or two small like I do not do trampolines as mom in the drink they get on who are you know we're not doing anything

I used to love going to Dave & Buster's, playing games and ordering food back in Cali. This location is quite different than others that I have been to. They have a bar both upstairs and downstairs, all of the games are located downstairs, there are also not as many games as I can recall at other locations. Perhaps because this Dave & Buster's is located inside of a mall. I have been to this location a couple of times. Items ordered were the Philly French Dip-Slow-cooked pork, grilled sliced steak, sautéed onions, cremini mushrooms, seared mozzarella, baby arugula, ciabatta, four peppercorn au jus, creamy horseradish. Sub gluten-free bun or lettuce bun. Also ordered was the Voodoo Pasta-Crispy chicken, cremini mushrooms, red onions, sweet gypsy peppers, baby arugula, creamy Cajun sauce, campanelle, Sriracha. Both dishes were a miss, the pork lacked in flavor, the bread was too thick the au jus saved the day. And the Voodoo pasta was also a complete miss no flavor nada, we had to send it back. I can recall the food at D&B being much better than this, not sure if it's the location or the fact that they completely changed the menu for the worst.

Who does not love D&B?? Well this location on Preston is super cool. Lots of different games to choose from. I must admit though, not sure if the food Is cooked fresh or microwaved. Had the problem before, and it was absolutely the same today. Food tastes old, luke warm, does not taste fresh or like it was freshly cooked at all. Despite the food not being fresh. Lots of fun for kids and adults.

We went to Dave & Buster's right at the end of Spring Break in March just after noon. There weren't many people there when we arrived since this was very close to when stay at home restrictions and things were about to start taking place. I sat downstairs so I could keep somewhat of an eye on my two children while they played. We got a pass that allowed them to play for a couple of hours. They had a lot of fun. I ordered us lunch and the food was good as well... and my drink was tasty!! Service was good with no issues. All in all, good food and good time.

Perfect place to bring your kids! If you're looking for good food and a good time I highly recommend. This location is our go to when we want to have fun for the adults and kids! Love it!

The service is not the best, but the food and drinks are! We go on Wednesday so we get a better deal! It's a great place for young and old to have fun together or alone!

We went there Sunday to watch last week of football. Arrived at 12:15 PM. We were told at the bar that it would not be open until 1:00. We thought that was odd but rolled with it. We were seated in a dining area. The waitress informs us they only have water, lemonade, and unsweetened tea. I asked her what was going on and she just shrugged. I suggested they close their doors until they get whatever is causing them to be hampered fixed. We figured it had something to do with carbonation. GM needs to reevaluate weekend management.

Love this place. Great fun with kids, fair prices, and games are reasonably easy to play. Love the cleanliness. Food is good too, redeem with voucher. Service is quite fast downstairs as it is upstairs.

Dave and Busters came through for Christmas! We had a Christmas dinner here and the food was absolutely yummy. Servers are super sweet. We ate too much to stay and play games but I'm sure it would've been a blast. This location is really big and spacious. Super nice inside!

Every week I come to D&B and Josh the bartender is lovely. Always makes sure that me and my friends are taken care of. Makes drinks fast and always checks in! Go see Josh, you won't regret it.

I around up there unexpectedly! Had my grandkids with me; our waitress was just Great! She suggested the appetizer pretzel! The kids were amazed! Big hit! Food came out quick, friendly great service! Pleasantly surprised! We'll go back!

First time visiting this D&B and everything was AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in, the staff was nice and service was on point. Food was great!! Definitely recommend and will visit again for sure.

My family and I like to make it out here for 1/2 priced games every Wednesday. It's usually not as busy on Wednesday evening like it is during the weekend. Sometimes we have trouble finding parking but it's not a big deal at all. We will power thru the cold or if it's raining! We usually snack and play games. Today we ordered the buffalo wings and the sliders and ribs and the chicken and waffles. It was all delicious. Our 7 year old can devour the sliders! I had a few drinks as well and everything came out to be $70 which isn't too bad considering how much we spend when we usually go out to eat. We're all full and we got to play some games. I've had the bartender serve us a few times. I think his name is desean (I apologize for the spelling). He is always a delight! He's laidback but you could tell he's passionate for what he does. He was asking for our opinions and thoughts on how he made my drinks and on the food. He continuously checked up on us at the booths. I've had some bartenders takeout order but would never leave the bar.

I went here, while I was in TX because I have never been and it was the perfect Date Night! Go with your Boo. I wish they Had a Dave and Busters closer to me, in Seattle! This is something, I will never forget.

This was the best dave and busters I have been too. Clean, friendly and the machines were functioning properly. The kids enjoyed their time and left with some cool prizes.

I'm not filling out any dumb form, that's useless. How about you train Bertha up front up be more apologetic when you waste people's gas money and time when you randomly close for private event. Maybe something better than the nonchalant "hey we're actually closed for a private event" like it's something to be expected.

This Sunday 4/29/24 at my local Dave and busters, that I have been to countless times before, deeply disappointed me. Me and my friend walk in just to go eat dinner when "Shirley" did not welcome us in, did not smile, did not greet us, just said "you both need to be 18 to be here" she goes on to question both of us asking if we are 18. I am 18 my friend is 17 so she asked us to leave so we left immediately. When we were outside wondering what to do, I wondered if we should mention that we just want to eat, not to play games so we go back but she wasn't at the front so we walked through to the restaurant. The other front desk people were very welcoming and kind and even gave us direction to the dining room. Shirley stops us near the host stand and told us we needed to leave and had no regard for our questions and when we asked if our friend who worked there was there she said he does not work there when he in fact was working that night. She rudely escorted us out. She just made us feel bad and embarrassed.

This was my first visit to Dave & Busters at this location. My first one-hundredth review, and that makes it fitting I write about all the super fantastic fun filled evening we all had! This place is packed tight with wall to wall people! But who cares it was so much fun. We were starving by the time we got here! As packed as it was everyone was pretty respectful of those around them. That was a shocker! Once we were able to locate a table downstairs we ordered several appetizers. We also had placed our name on the waiting list upstairs for a table. The wait was 1 1/2 hour long! No worries we had calamari, spinach dip, wings, and mega chips to hold us over. The kids ran around and played games. The adults did the same! What a treat to see the kid come out in all the "grown-ups." There are so many games here! You can either put all your winnings on your card or you can have your winnings via the paper tickets. Kids of all ages really seem to enjoy watching the machines pumping out tickets. The bathrooms need an attendant really bad! The ladies restrooms are nasty! Upstairs and downstairs! Poop in almost all the stalls either because no one knows how to flush or they are stopped up. I can only imagine the men's restroom and their bad aim! It's really loud too! You can't hear when they announce your name for seating. I suggest that when you think it's time to be seated you check back in with the hostess upstairs. This way your guaranteed you won't lose your spot at a table. We had lots of people in our party so we were able to enjoy a smorgasbord of food off the menu. Everything was pretty good too don't know why the are rated so bad on the food. Pretty sure we just about ordered everything on the menu. Can't wait to go back for another fun filled evening.

They steal the waitstaff. I think she thought we wouldn't know. She added money to our bill for her tip. Not just mines 3 different people checks And also forged someone signature cause their check wasn't signed and added herself a Tip .. and they just think that this is acceptable.. saying they will have a talk with her. .. well normally that is our place to hang. But I have officially had enough. This the second time this has happened to me at the Frisco. Tx Location. And just forging someone signature is a felony I told my daughter to press charges on the girl.. D&B offered our money back but nothing for the girl singing someone name that's a felony. And the law need to be involved

Me and my husband loved going here We got a cute plushie, and also played some games it was very fun. 10/10
