I must have visited on a bad day because my ribs were dry and hard hidden with sauce My steak bowl was fatty, (steak) ,our waiters name was speedy he tried to help !!! so I would like to say thank you to Mr speedy but my food was not up to the part! the rice was a hard rock, which was replaced with a Cajun pasta that only had maybe three shrimp in the bowl, I wanted to really give a one star but I will be back to visit and I pray that I come on the right day but I must say it shouldn't matter what day I come everything supposed to be on point and it wasn't, once again thank you Mr speedy for being our waiter 🙏🏿

Had a good time here with my family. We didn't feel judged when my three year old had a bit of a meltdown because we wanted to eat before playing. The service from the host and our server Judy was friendly and hospitable. For food, we went with the food deals that came with the play card. I think the deal is worth it. I had the fish and chips which was tender on the inside and lightly tempura battered on the outside. It didn't seem as heavy as most which I enjoyed. The tartar sauce was odd, kind of just seemed like a zesty mayonnaise. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be tartar. My husband got the boneless wings and thoroughly enjoyed it. Their blue cheese is very good and not as funky and weird as some places. Their raspberry lemonade is nice and not too sweet. My kids loved the chicken bites and fries. The game selection was good in my opinion, not outdated at all and had some fun options. Not much is very playable for young children but they still had fun thinking they were playing the games. We visited on a Saturday and it thankfully wasn't very busy during lunch time, maybe because it's tucked away from the super busy area of Henderson. Not sure how it would be at night. Overall had a great experience here and would surely return with my kids for a good time out of the house.

We hosted our daughter’s birthday here this year and had a great experience. Brandon, Jeremiah and Jasmine took great care of us. It’s rare when your party guests comment on how fantastic the staff was and we heard positive feedback from multiple people. We’ve had and hosted a lot of parties and my daughter said hands down this was her best birthday party yet! Thank you!

✨️ Our family is a big Dave & Busters fan since we were living in the Bay Area so it's pretty cool to have another location here in Vegas besides Summerlin. This location is smaller and has fewer games but is a lot less busy so we like to come here when we don't wanna deal with too much crowd (unlike Summerlin location). ✨️ Good Things I like about this location: - less crowded - clean - easy parking - restaurant is not usually packed ✨️ Not so good: - less game options - prizes are usually the same and not a lot of cool stuff to choose from - there's usually just one person at the counter who doesn't know what they're doing so the line is usually long, so if you need to get a card, or need help good luck with that. ✨️✨️ But we definitely love this place and we highly recommend ❤️

Dave and Buster's is an expensive night out. I accept that and do not factor it into the review. This location has significantly less foot traffic, but that's because the arcade itself was super tiny. Way less to do than the Summerlin location. However their selection of claw machine games at this one trumps the other. And for some reason their prize shop is way larger than the Summerlin location. My issue was the food and the manager. The food was sub par, cold, and overpriced. When we had issues with our cards being loaded by the waitress (which was later discovered by corporate to be an issue with locations), the manager was incredibly dismissive and rude. If you must go to Dave and Buster's, choose wisely. This location is much less crowded but you'll have less to choose from in terms of activities.

Awesome bartender with great suggestions. Food was good and very tasty. Game area seemed smaller than the other location but had different game options which was nice. Also the gift options were tad different too. Restaurant area seemed really large. Overall good experience but no luck at any games today.

Went there with friends March 2024 and again today 2/20/25. I went with the same people and the service was great again. That seldom happens anymore. We like to go back where we get good service. The manager came over to the bar and asked how everything was, that was awesome! We sat at the bar this time and our beer was nice and cold the way we like it! Then we got a discount on air hockey. Thank you!! We will be back. We went to Red Robin a few weeks ago and a year before that and the service was horrible both times. Many places do not have good customer service anymore.

Decided to have a family nite. First time here and did not disappoint. Games are so much fun and well worth the money. Especially knowing the card Never expires and you can use it at ANY D&B. My son ordered a Burger, husband ordered wings, I ordered a platter with wings, sliders & hotdog pretzels. Beer was ice cold. Food was better than anticipated. This establishment is so clean considering it's everything in one.! We will be back.

This location has been opened about a little over a year. I haven't stopped by as my daughter and her friends did not have a good experience because of a bartender who was rude to them when they visited a few months after this location opened one evening when they were there to watch a game and had a few drinks. And today we took a chance and went in. It's so close to our house and always want to visit new restaurants in the area. It's Saturday around 12pm. Lots of parking in the plaza. Upon walking in, it's lively with both kids and adults all around. We went to the bar for as there were seats and we were able to eat and have drinks. Really nice bar, lots of seats in front of the bar. Open concept kitchen. Tons of TVs to enjoy all kinds of sports. I was hopeful for a decent visit and we got it from Jacob. I appreciate that he was such a good bartender and also a great waiter. He recommended some food items and we ordered and enjoyed our lunch very much. Their burger, HUGE The nachos, Huge Great flavors and very filling. We were not rushed. There is a private room that you can reserve and lots of games that the kids enjoyed. You can hear the kids and running around. What a great place for kids and adults to enjoy in one place. It's clean and good service. Hope it continues and we will come back. There are happy hour drink specials and food specials as well.

This location is fairly new, having popped up in the last few years. It's quite small, but there is still enough there to have a good evening. All the games seemed to be working , it was clean, and I had no issues with any of the employees.

The last two times that we have visited the drinks and food were awful. Bar was out of tonic and the food was cold. Chelsea the bartender was absolutely amazing. It wasn't her fault that they were out of tonic. I paid my tab and the very young bartender(not Chelsea) cashed me out. I left and realized he never gave me my card that was attached to my tab. Needless to say, now I have to go back there and get my card. Not sure if I will ever go back. I would rather go to the strip and play games then this place.

This place is so dang fun for little kids. It is so fun to go there because the games and are big and nice, and there is enough room to move around and let kids be kids. The atmosphere is so fun and exciting for kids of all ages! We didn't get any food, but the service at the ticket desk was quick and they were nice. It's not always the case at arcades. Good job at this location!!

I have to say that Dave & Buster's has some of the best prizes among arcades. If you're a frequent player and can rack up a decent amount of tickets, you'll find that the rewards are totally worth it. They offer a variety of items, from kitchen appliances like air fryers and blenders to big-ticket items like Xbox and PlayStation consoles. The games are super fun, and if you happen to visit on Wednesdays, you can enjoy half-price games, which is a major plus. Plus, the addition of a full restaurant and bar means you can grab a drink and relax while the kids have fun.

It's Wednesday and ofcourse I had to go on arcade date with hubby. My husband got me 4 rubber ducks. Always having good time on DDR, car racing games and bowling. It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be today which was good.

Dave & Buster's in Henderson is a great spot for a fun night out with friends or family! The place is huge, with a ton of games and activities that appeal to all ages. From classic arcade games to newer interactive experiences, there's something here for everyone to enjoy. The food is overall pretty tasty, I was pleasantly surprised y the cheese flatbread. Also they always have deals each day of the week for different food and drink items. The kids menu also was a great for the smaller ones in the group. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and helping us with game cards when they weren't working right. The vibe here is energetic and lively, perfect for groups looking to let loose and have a good time.

First time at the Henderson location and my party had a blast! The food and service were phenomenal. The wait staff was so attentive to all the kids and parents. All of us were in town for the volleyball nationals. To have a venue where we could enjoy each other's company, celebrate, and thank everyone for an amazing season was incredible. The games, drinks, and the fried pickles from our trip to DnB were memorable. Thank you for giving us a new spot to meet up when we're in town.

The service was great here even on a busy night. My drink was delicious but the food lacked flavor and was very salty .

We watched the game with family and enjoyed food and drinks mostly drinks. The drinks were super tasty and the food was great also. Great place to bring family and friends to enjoy the big game. Great place to chill and enjoy the drinks, food and loads of games

The service was amazing and the food tasted great! We ordered the mini hotdogs for our appetizer. Then ordered our main meals at same time but asked to enjoy our appetizer first. She said thats a great idea and she will time it right. We also ordered a kids lemonade, an adult size lemonade, and an ice water with lemon. The server brought our drinks right away. Within a couple of minutes. The mini hotdogs came really soon. They came with habenero dipping sauce. We asked for mustard and they brought us honey mustard and yellow mustard. Maybe the bread was pretzel bread. Whatever kind of bread it was, it was fantastic! Very soft, warm, and fresh tasting The server brought us 3 little plates in case we want to not share off the main plate, which was very thoughtful. It tasted soooo yummy! The server was super friendly and kept checking on us often. Dale and I get really thirsty and she noticed and brought us refills as soon as we needed it. The meal we ordered was the bacon smashburger with cajun fries and the Shrimp & Sausage cajun pasta. She offered to bring another side plate for my son to share with me and my fiance Dale. That was nice but my son said he will continue to use his sideplate from the sharing of our appetizer. The food came out the exact moment we finished our appetizer. Perfect timing!! Dale said his burger was really good. I tried the cajun fries. They were really yummy! My kid really liked the cajun fries too. Dale ate the Bacon smashburger super duper fast so I didn't get to try a bite. But it looked very juicy and big. The meat patty looked pretty thick. Also there was ALOT of bacon on it! My Shrimp and Sausage cajun pasta had over 10 juicy shrimp on it. They were perfectly cooked! It tasted just like food from Louisiana!! I was suprised My dish was so huge that I shared with my son and with Dale, but I still couldn't finish it! (And I'm pregnant so I can eat alot!). The waiter came by and asked how everything tastes and I said it was perfect just like the last times I came there! I accidentally spilt my drink and it got all over me. Ooops! The bartender and waiter helped right away! They were very kind and not angry. The bartender got me another drink. While the waitress brought a wet floor sign, napkins, and began to clean the floor. I apologized but she kindly said mistakes happen. After we pushed our plates away and were done- the server promptly noticed and asked if we need a box and the ticket. We said no to the to go box because we were going to play games after. She said she will be right back and then gave us a to-go lemonade to enjoy while we play games. After we paid, then we played games for about an hour! It was super fun! We did get thirsty so I was thankful for that to-go lemonade

Our server Manny made the experience great. Friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable on the entire menu. We started with the Pretzel Sticks which come with queso blanco and a very unique spicy Thai caramel dipping sauce. The pretzel sticks were hot, fluffy, buttery! Both dipping sauces were great. The Thai caramel is exactly as you would imagine - chili for spice but some sweetness. I personally enjoyed it for its uniqueness. I also had the Blistered Chili Green Beans - one of my favorites and this night it didn't disappoint! I also had the BBQ Chicken Flatbread which is a good sharing size especially if you're munching on other items. It has plenty of toppings, good flavor on a doughy foundation. Overall - everything tasted great. Service was on point and food came out in a reasonable amount of time!

We came here for a some family time and was filled with great disappointment. Many of the games look like it's rigged. The balls or the rings don't come back even if there's time left. They give you the lowest items possible each time. We didn't end up staying too long.

First - this is not the place to come if you want to have a private conversation. Also, do not come here if you want a quiet anything...the music is on and it is loud. We made a reservation on OpenTable, showed up 15 minutes early and was able to get seated right away. Lindsey our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Drinks and food came out quick! The fries were delicious, really enjoyed my chicken avocado club...the bread was soft! The drinks...dangerous!! Both were so tasty and I could easily have more than one, but because they are so good and easy to drink...they could sneak up on you too! hahaha!! The brussels were not cooked all the way, which if you like brussels you understand the taste on an undercooked one and that was a bummer. The appetizer sliders were super basic but tasty, had a little house sauce and pickle chips inside. Becoming a D&B rewards member has its perks...they had a special where you can get 50% off of food for a limited time. And new members get $20 game play when you buy $20. You can use tickets won playing games towards food, but they actually have a lot of cool things in the "winners circle" too. We never had to wait in a line to play games and each game is anywhere from 7-10 "tokens" to play. You can link your play card to the app, but service inside this location is terrible!!

The food is great. Fast service. Very chill Ambience and Hype. Every time me and my family go there, we always eat and play the games. No matter how old we get, we still have fun playing the games and try to save up our points to get bigger prizes.

My family and I went in this evening and spent 400.00 for food and games. The food service was terrible. It was a party of 8 and one of our appetizers was missing. Then one of our meals was also missing. It was very difficult just to get a second round of drinks, Just to look over and see our server sitting down with other co-workers. After all that we were charged another fee for additional ranch. This was our first and last time here.

New location in Henderson right next to Henderson Hospital. Tried this new place after a few months of it being opened. Got in around 5:30pm, seated for a group of 9. It wasn't as busy yet so we got seated right away and our waitress was super awesome. I ordered the pretzel dogs, bbq chicken flat bread, full stack of ribs and the mushroom burger. I loved the flat bread the most it was so good. I liked my ribs and ate it with a side of jasmine rice. My husband didn't like his burger as it was super rare but everything else was pretty good. Played some games after. Lots of machines wasn't working but still had fun. 4 stars because there were issues with our playing card and waited about 10mins to get it fixed. And my husband wasn't happy with his rare burger which he did not request for. But we still will definitely come back as this place is great for get togethers or family nights.

We've luckily been able to experience D&B twice now, once for a date night and another for my hubby's birthday. Both experiences were fun and honestly pretty great. The staff members all had smiles and excitement, I had really good conversations with all of the ones I encountered, and I'm truly surprised by the energy all of the staff gave me! To start off, Miya on our date night was an amazing server. I just had to let the dining manager know. She was on top of everything and always checked up on us, gave us suggestions, and filled up our drinks! For my hubby's birthday dinner, Jess was our server, and he was also amazing! From start to finish, he got our drinks out quickly, appetizers and food came out with good timing, and provided extra plates for our cake and dessert. He did a fantastic job hosting our party of 10! The only issue I had encountered was with one of the games & it became frustrating as it needed to be reset multiple times. From the tech staff Anthony, to the guys and gals at the prize desk (I didn't get their names but had fun conversations with them too) were very professional. It's a Friday night so I understand it gets busy and overwhelming. Ryan, the manager, was super helpful and accommodating to our situation. He left us with a smile and we were on our merry way back to playing more games. On our way out, all staff I made eye contact with made the efforts to say have a good night and even high fived me for all of the Willy Wonka cards I won!! It's those little details that make a business thrive. We will frequent this Dave and Busters as much as we can. My favorite games are the Willy Wonka coin machine and Piano Keys! I hope the location stays consistent with our two experiences. We'll be back to try more food and drinks! We recently celebrated our daughter's 11th birthday at Dave and Buster's in Henderson, starting our evening with dinner at the restaurant. We were promptly seated and introduced to our waitress, Gwyn. While Gwyn was personable, we only saw her twice throughout our entire dinner - once to take our order and once to deliver our check. However, our dining experience was saved by an exceptional staff member named Andrew. Initially, we assumed Andrew was a manager or lead due to his attentive service. He was constantly at our table, refilling our drinks, clearing our plates, and ensuring we were well taken care of. His proactive service was a breath of fresh air, especially when we found ourselves looking for our waitress. When we asked Gwyn if Andrew was a manager, she informed us he was a runner. This surprised us, given the level of service he provided. We requested to speak with the manager, not to complain, but to commend Andrew's excellent work. The manager, Izzy, was very kind and acknowledged Andrew's hard work. We felt it necessary to share our experience, so, here we are! Our experience at Dave and Buster's in Henderson was made memorable by Andrew's exceptional service. Despite the lack of attention from our waitress, Andrew's dedication and hard work turned our evening around. We highly recommend this location and hope that Andrew's efforts are recognized and rewarded.

The food was great! I ordered some fried lemon pepper wings, all flat and they were bomb! I had a very bourbon drink. The service was great and the ambiance was chill! I would like to give a special shout out to Angela, the bartender, for taking great care of me! Thanks girl!

Wanna eat good food and have fun too? Dave and buster's is the place for you! So lucky they opened up a place in Henderson! This was our first time coming here and the place is huge! Lots of games for our kids to play! The service was fast and our server was super nice! She helped guide us on what to do to get the game cards so our kids can play! The food was amazing! Mozarella cheese sticks (5/5) was our yummy appetizer! Crispy cheese sticks dipped in mariana sauce! Soo good! Fish and chips (5/5)! This was sooo good! Light and crispy fish on top of fries! It was good with ketchup and the server gave me malt vinegar to try it with! Creamy chicken pasta (5/5) kids loved it! Chicken was already cut into bite size pieces! The sauce paired well but the pasta and not spicy at all! Kids pizza 5/5! What can I say? Can't go wrong with cheese pizza! My child loved it! 14oz ribeye 10/5! This was the favorite! Tender juicy ribeye paired with roasted aspargus and mashed potatoes! You can adjust the cooking to your preference! We like our medium! Overall, the experience was fantastic! Definitely download their app as they have lots of promos!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The person at the front who greeted us asked if we're both over 21, the person right behind her started laughing like it was so funny she'd even ask. It came off really rude. The same person who laughed, sat us and said she'd grab the menus. I went to the bathroom and came back, no menus. The hubs had to wave her down and remind her. She apologized for forgetting. The hubs ordered a 22oz Stone IPA. A lighter beer was delivered. We had to ask for the correct one. A manager looking guy delivered our food (I asked for mayo) and explained the lines were mixed with Dos Xs and not properly cleared. I noticed he kept getting side tracked from getting my side of mayo. The hubs ordered the bacon burger and I got the regular American burger with sautéed onions. Onions were oily and still raw. The same manager looking guy got me a side of actually sautéed onions but clearly oil was used. Butter gives the flavor, I was disappointed. Hubs said he never had such flavorless bacon. He realized near the end of his burger, there were sautéed onions in his burger. He hates onions and apparently they were burnt. My patty was supposed to be medium but it was well, the outter part tasted so charred. The menu used to have much better options and executions. We probably won't be back for a while. A lady manager came by and asked how everything was and I let her know there were a few mistakes made. She apologized and asked if she could offer anything. I mean, idk she should've been clear on what could be offered?

I love there Fish & Chips, They are The Best in Town. Specially the one by Henderson Hospital. Mmmmm mmmmm Good.

Okay... came here with the fam the first time a couple months after they have been open. Now, it's kind of confusing because there isn't a stand you can go to purchase cards to load up, so it was kind of confusing because this was our first time here and everything is digitally thru the kiosk so it took us all a moment to figure out how to do it. There is a large selection of games here but many are repetitive. I wish they had some more claw machine options because my nephew loved that! There prizes like any arcade are absurd to win the great gifts. But overall we were very pleased with the games. Now. The reason for the 3 stars was the service. I have been to the downtown Summerlin location and have always had an amazing experience with the staff there, however, their service was just awful here. It took forever for someone to greet us when there weren't many ppl here when we came in. And then, our server was forgetting our orders, we had to constantly ask for things because we weren't being checked up on, and then we told her in advance we would split the check and she took forever to come back and give us the check and said no one else is helping her. I gave her grace a lot and didn't mind waiting but then she said it would be longer for her to fix the checks so we just ended up sending each other the difference later on. The service made me not want to come here again. I'd rather drive farther for better service and the food was just mediocre. I wouldn't sit and dine after this if you are hungry, eat somewhere else prior or after your visit

The place wasn't busy for a Saturday. Once we were seated, it took 20 min to get anyone to come to the table for drink order. We (5) then went and played games. Once back, we waited 30 min for someone to get our order. When it was brought out, 2 of us didn't get what we ordered. They supposedly put in the correct order. While the others ate, the one that had a burger, found a long hair in it. The one that had ribs, ate one- they were room temp or colder. Even the teenage wouldn't eat them! Waited 30 min and still didn't get the other two orders. At this point the manager had offered to remake the burger that had a hair- but didn't even check on our corrected order. We finally grabbed a waitress and asked for the bill for the things we had gotten. The place was clean and neat- but the service - the food.... One star

My first impression of this place is WOW it's clean in here, it's spacious and not overcrowded this is my new favorite location. I came in on a Wednesday and it was half off of all games and yet it still wasn't crowded. I was having some issues with the website, they did not give us the 100 free chips as described after downloading the app etc - BRANDON was quick to help my family and I resolve the issue. He was swift with resolutions and extremely patient as we dealt with the online purchases. Brandon was also very kind and kept checking in to see if we needed anything else. I also noticed he was VERY attentive to the floor making sure that all guests are enjoying their time and that all games are functioning properly. Having eyes on the floor is super important not only to know how business is functioning but also to keep everyone safe. I genuinely feel like he went above and beyond, can someone give him a raise? Haha! He really made everything feel like a breeze so that my family and I could enjoy each other's company. We are eager for our next visit.

Played here, it was fun! Ate here, wasn't great. Came in at a time where there was only about 5 tables (not a lot at all) We waited at the front to get seated for a while, we finally got seated and asked the hostess for a high chair and she said she will bring it to us, and she never did. Our waiter got to us and we ordered our food and drinks and we asked him for a high chair as well and he said he will get it. We still haven't got it. We asked him just for a booster instead because we assumed they didn't have high chairs since we haven't got one. We got the booster and it was broken and couldn't even strap in my child. I ended up finding the corner where they kept the stacks of their high chairs and got one myself since no one helped us with something so simple. Besides that terrible interaction, the food tasted okay. Got the salad and it hurt my stomach really bad after eating it. I don't have a sensitive stomach at all, so when something hurts my stomach that's how you know it was bad. I would go here to play but definitely not to eat. (I did like the 3 large projectors / screens on the walls of games on tv, which is the only thing I liked about this place)

Place is pretty cool and big for the kiddos but I thought it was very pricy and super loud I could not hear anything! Service was nice. guy at payment was very helpful and I didn't try the food but they have a huge restaurant inside .

If you're coming for the games.. this is for you. If you're coming to eat... DON'T DO IT!! It took over 10 minutes to get greeted, the appetizers took 40 minutes, and the mains took over an hour. The only thing we all agreed on was the pretzel sticks. Every thing else was terrible.. the wings were under seasoned, the burger meat was absolutely inedible, the hot dog pretzels were probably overcooked so the hotdogs were wrinkled and shrunken that they fell out the "blanket" I just would recommend eating elsewhere and coming here to enjoy the games. Whomp whomp.

We had a really good time, but we still prefer Summerlin location. This location has a really nice restaurant area with lots of seating and big TVs for watching sports. Their hamburgers and food are really good and the servers have always been very fast and attentive. The gaming area is a bit smaller and size. They don't have the monopoly game which is my favorite. The prizes at this location are smaller so they don't have the higher point prize options and my kids have been collecting their points for to get a larger prize. They ended up just saving their tickets for next time. This location has plenty of parking and the area is adding other businesses. The area is still under construction, so will see if they add additional businesses to bring us to this area more in the winter. It is near Cowabunga Bay,but I don't see us ever going to Dave & Buster's after Cowabunga.

Never had a problem at Dave n Busters as regulars. We were seated to watch the game at the tables near the bar. Not busy at all. Took us over 15mins to get a server to come take our order.

We came to D&B for a quick bite but ended up staying for the evening. Our dinner started with two beers at the bar side of the dining area. Our server Jess was great! He got our beers out promptly and around 15min after ordering our dinner was also out. We had one salad with grilled chicken and three mushroom burger with fries. Delicious! I would be willing to come back and try more of the menu. The games are a little pricey but we did enjoy ourselves. This was my first experience here and it was a fabulous one. Thank you Jess for being attentive and taking care of us. It's a simple menu but it works well.

Came here on a whim with my sister and our kids. There was fun things to do for all ages from our youngest 4 year-old to our oldest 15-year-old on Wednesdays, they do half-price games and if you download the app, you can get half price on their food too. We played games for so long, we ended up staying for dinner. Wasn't expecting much but wow the food was awesome and our server Erin was amazing. She was on it and was so great with the kids. We did salads, burgers, pizzas and chicken and everything was good, kids ate like kings. :) We had one issue with a game while we were there, it just kept resetting but took our credits. Charlie the technician on the floor was fantastic! He came over and fixed the game for us right away and reset it so we could play the two round that we had scanned for. He was personable and super helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Dave & Buster's knows how to throw a party and they are now in Henderson! The parking lot is huge and nearby businesses aren't open as late as they are so patrons don't contend with others for parking. Here for a VIP soft opening event and boy did we have a great time. They had a DJ booth outside along with a hype squad dancing around, checking IDs, telling you about the event, and scanning tickets. As guests walked through the entryway, they were greeted with more hype! Their team clapped us through the doors and hooted in congratulations! They equipped us with play and drink cards, and more information about the event. The first thing I noticed was the large dining room with the bar in the middle. They have tons of TVs for your sports viewing pleasure. The Raiders won! The game floor is large with three walls full of games for the kid in you and perhaps your own kids. They had everything from VR, shooting, hoops, soccer, test your strength type, strategy, hand eye coordination type, racing, table hockey, and claw! The most notable was a giant sized hungry hungry hippo with you could sit on. Not sure if their menu will be different from any other D&Bs, but I assume we got a good sampling of what they'd be offering. From pizza, pigs in a blanket, beef Wellington, pot stickers, ribs, to strawberry shortcake and their yummy stuffed churros!! The cesars salad is always good. I think the fan favorite of the night were the ribs! Fall off the bone goodness. The staff was attentive and helpful. Everyone smiling and greeting you. They brought their A-game all the way till the night was over. Guests were cheered on as they left for the evening. I can't want to visit again once they are officially open and possibly throw a party or two with D&Bs.

A little disappointed here. Food was decent I got a pasta and the pasta seemed a little under cooked and cold and my bf's mashed potatoes tasted old like it's been sitting for a while. A little annoyed tip is included they charged $13 for us and we were here in a party and split the check in 4 ways and we were all charged $13 each for tip so they got a $52 tip total. My total went from $65 to $80.

First off was I REALLY looking forward to spending time with my Grandson Christmas Eve, I was REALLY surprised they'd be open this late (wishful thinking I guess). So we decided to go to Dave and Busters I made a call and it directed you to there website for hours, so I found on this app and Dave and Busters website that it was OPEN today from 10AM-12AM. ( thinking ok time to drive to 30-40 minutes in traffic to get to Dave and Busters. If you call the number that's listed it TELLS YOU to go to Dave and Busters website to verify hours.... We arrive around 7:30PM only to find a VERY empty parking lot. Went up to the front doors just to verify since everything else I've seen says it's open til 12AM.... There is a sign on the door that shows, "Holiday Hours." (See attached sign) Do better Dave and Busters, do better..... $3.85 a gallon.....

The people there were so helpful in explaining how everything works. We enjoyed playing games then shopping with our points.

We had dinner there last night for my birthday and to celebrate two of my family members for Veterans day. Total disaster. I do not recommend eating here. I had to try and order 6 different items before they weren't out of something I would eat. I would have walked but the rest of my party had already ordered. I ended up settling for a very sub par flat bread pizza. 3/6 of our party felt terrible after eating the food. Huge let down after chosing this place to celebrate with my family. Customer service was average. Not bad but not great. Do yourself a favor and get an itemized bill. We thought our bill was steep but paid it just to get out of there. From the looks of it, they added their tip in after reading other reviews. So, we most likely tipped twice on a really poor meal with very average service. Lesson learned.

We sat in Tabatha's section. My husband and I have had her before. Tabatha is extremely friendly, shows that she is passionate about her job and is very thorough. Tabatha has a very professional manner and attitude about herself. When ordering with her, she provides consistency and knowledge of the menu. We enjoy coming here because of her. The food, not to mention, is very good and is always presented by a manager. That is great for other restaurants to follow as an example. Thanks again for your excellent service, Tabatha. We will see you again soon.

1st timer. Server was outstanding! Food was ok. We were a party of 8 inc 3 kids. Kids of course had fun with the games, a little too much stimulation for the 2 year old. But overall it was a pleasant experience

A big shout out to Manny and this establishment for giving us great service. We had a large party on fight night and they took care of us. It was a great atmosphere and great set up for the viewing. Thank you guys for the great experience!

The employee at the winners circle was kind and patient I think he made the entire night such a positive experience. Kids are terrible at games and therefore have very little tickets at the end of the night, and can be usually disappointed or feel frugal with their tickets, but this employee took extra time to show enthusiasm & really made the kids feel proud of their winnings, went above and beyond the extra mile. He went out of his way to make it fun, exciting, &really brought the level of pride & accomplishment to the conversation. he is a treasure & we need more people like him in the world, He made our kids feel like a winner w/positive vibes and made what was just another trip to the arcade memorable. visit was 8/5/24 @ 8PM wutg ZJerry

We came in for my son's birthday with a few of his friends. We were greeted right away and our waiter came to offer us drinks shortly after getting seated. It is a brand new location so they had a TON of waiters who were ALL checking on us. This was fine except it was so frequent that one person would ask us if we needed something literally right after another person had just walked away. With that said, I understand they were all likely bored. Our waiter was fantastic; super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable on the gaming and food/drink menu. The boys ordered fun glowing drinks with gummy worms and the waiter was able to be sure we had worms for each kid! We ordered a few appetizers such as bbq chicken flatbread, fried pickles and pretzel sticks. All were good however, It tasted as though the pickles were maybe fried in the same oil as fish or something? We love fried pickles not these ones. The boys all ordered different style bone-in wings; Korean style, Buffalo style and plain. All were great they said. We added fries to a couple too and those were good. I ordered a couple of the lemonade cocktail (forget the name) and it was good. We purchased game cards for each kid and they had a blast on all of the different games they played. They played for hours, literally. The location is brand new therefore the decor and games are all new. Overall they had a great time. We highly recommend trying out this new location which is very close to Henderson Hospital and/or LVAC galleria area. One last note, there were not a ton of customers yet due to it being open only a few days, I wish we had been given an option to sit near the gaming area instead of being tucked in a corner near the front. I had 4 boys with me who were running around and it would've been great to see them a bit from the table.

We loved it!! The food was good, service was good as well, thanks to our awesome waitress Kathern! The place was clean and super spacious. We all had fun and had a great time. So happy to have a D&B close to us!
