Bartender/Server Taylor is one of the kindest and most professional I've met at a bar. He welcomes my girlfriend and I every time we sit at the bar. Great service and great atmosphere

Amazing food Amazing service Energy is amazing Went here for a date night had so much fun

This place absolutely sucks. Waited for 15 minutes just to get greeted and the girl who greeted us never returned, wait, she did, 15 minutes later. Didn't even bother to get us waters. Another 15 minutes go by and we finally receive our drinks. I sent my shot back as the glass had watermarks. The beer tastes gross and this is a clear indication the taps are dirty. The flavor profile of a Stella isn't bitter and sour. It tastes stale and absolutely gross. The aftertaste of astringency and bitterness is lingering as I'm writing this.. A server came by the name of Rashad (hope I spelled this correctly), and took our order. He was very friendly and accommodating. He apologized for the lack of service as they are short staffed, which is understandable. If it weren't for him, this review would get 1 star but he saved the day and deserves recognition. I ordered Bone-In wings and Boneless came out. Hell, after all the waiting and time lost with my family, at this point I'm ok with anything. Maybe I'm being a bit bias as I'm a professional Chef in a fine dining setting. Maybe I'm guilty of giving great service and expecting the same. Doesn't have to be fine dining. A bar/pub can give great service. Your local Walgreens can give great service. Hospitality is simple. If anyone is at fault it is management. They didn't step up and they set their staff up for failure this evening. I am extremely disappointed and will not return. Rashad needs to be the manager as he clearly knows how to take initiative and isn't afraid to do his best to save a horrible experience. Thank you Rashad. Cheers.

Overall D&B was ok. We were greeted as we walked in. And sat in the bar area, lots of tvs with various sports on. Service 4.5 out of 5. Our server was very sweet and pretty attentive Food: Fried pickles 5 Ribs 4 Chicken sandwich 2.5- it came out of the kitchen way undercooked! Once a new one came out it was better probably 3.5 out of 5. Manager visited us and we give him a 5 star rating. He apologized and checked on us after a new sandwich came out, then offered us a game card since we were going to play some games after dinner. The arcade is smaller at this location than other locations I've been too. The music is loud and the arcade is still fun. We mostly shoot basketballs and sad for my husband I beat him far more than I lost to him. lol (sorry I had to brag a little) Overall I give Dave & Busters a 4 rating mostly for the service in the restaurant.

Had a Saturday day date with my love. It was not busy, which was great. We were able to beat the Halo game while we were here today, so that's pretty cool! I got to beat him in care racing so that's always great, but he beat me on the motorcycle's so that's that. All the games seemed to be working. Bathroom was semi clean. We didn't eat here today, but next time. All in all a great day!

We had another large get-together last night for our flag football team. So I used the app to get a free appetizer- we got the Nachos, now with white queso cheese, mmm, and some corn sprinkled in. And used the app to get 50 credits on our card. Yes, this is a good app. Tip: Get the app! User-friendly too. We put some tables together. We had six tables to make 3 large tables. We couldn't get separate checks. I felt bad for the server so I gave him a cupcake. And hubby gave him his last remaining cash. We had a really large group. A lot of stimulation- a lot of TV's are on, but there is something for everyone. Sports- every sport here, the news, etc. And it is loud. But the games are fun. It is a lot of fun to see our group's kids have fun. We were keeping an eye on them and taking pictures too. A lot of variety. Many interests. Our son got a neat prize at the store: a freezable cup. But saved the rest of the credits. The staff was really friendly. Sorry to our server but hope your night got better.

Came here for Happy Hr with coworkers, got some drinks, nachos and smash burger sliders. The drinks were good and was a very good deal, I suggest to take advantage of happy hr menu. The food was good, not too bad. The portion was good because they were shareable and the prices werent that bad either.

Came here on a very busy Garcia vs Haney fight night and our server Savanna was amazing! The place was packed but she was attentive, so friendly, and always made sure we were good. I hadn't been here in a long time so the menu and everything was new to me. Savanna recommended some items and they were all really good: 1. Chili Green Beans - what a surprise! So tasty, nice heat and flavor with the chili oil and peanuts. Beans were crisp - loved it. 2. Cauliflower - healthy side dish and I put it in the green bean chili sauce too! Was good! 3. Brussel Sprouts - more veggies! Had to try them! Overall pretty good - nothing they blew me away but solid. 4. Hawaiian Crispy Chicken Sandwich - I'm not an aioli person so I can't say if that was good or not, but the chicken itself was good! I love the other glaze sauce that comes with it. 5. Fries - simple straightforward. Came out hot and fresh! Overall I had a great time here. From service to food - it was a hit. For sure though, I think that our server was a key reason for everything being on point!

There's a lot! "Come try our food!" Okay! Cali avo Caesar salad. SWIMMING in dressing. No avocado. Sign up and get a 100 game chips free! Never received. We used two numbers/emailsand signed up twice. Neither of us got the offer after signing up. Carpet is not even and has bubble spots where it's raised. Outlet or something on the floor so be careful. I tripped over that. Ouch! Service... where??? Dining room closed so everyone needs to sit in the bar area. Dirty tables not being bused. Two servers working the area and a lot of sitting around not being help. Bartender doesn't come out of the bar to assist. Really I felt bad for our server There's a ton of games. There were disinfectant wipes for the VR but what good are they if the containers are empty??? Some games are not fair and my daughter won 400 something tickets it gave her 10 tickets for the win. Overall egh it kept the kids busy

Dave and Buster's... the place to be! I really enjoyed my time here. I wanted to have some good bar food and on top of that enjoy some arcade games and this place was recommended and I'm glad they did. The drinks are good and they were served right away, the waitress was pleasant... the food was good and the arcade area is quite cool... Come beat the heat during the Vegas summers cooling down in a cool place with a cool drink and with your favorite people as it is family friendly

I enjoy frequenting this restaurant. So many TVs scattered throughout the establishment, ensuring that whatever game or sport you're interested in watching will likely be displayed on one of the screens. The chicken wings are quite tasty, and the menu offers a variety of other options as well. Our usual order consists of nachos to start, followed by our main course. The prices seem reasonable to me. I often meet up with friends who have children here; the kids can entertain themselves while the adults catch up. Yes, it's undeniably loud, but that's part of the experience--you know what to expect before arriving. The bartenders make the drinks right. The staff is attentive even with all the commotion going on.

I come here a lot and I have always had a great experience. I enjoy playing every single game. Sometimes, I come to watch fights or nba games as well, and I enjoy it. The food is good. It is noticeable lately that there are some changings in the ingredients, which is not bad . The service got better as well, I see they are keeping the place clean and organized. I like Dave & Buster's, especially this location, because I never had any issues.

Came in for 1/2 price Wednesdays. My kids had a great time. We had lunch after spending our credits in the arcade and our server Dwight was phenomenal. Seemed like the restaurant may have been understaffed as there were more dirty tables than clean, but after we found a spot to sit, Dwight quickly came to greet us. His service was prompt, friendly and the food quality was better than expected. The arcade had a decent selection of games and prizes, and we only experienced a couple of games that we not working properly. Overall a great afternoon.

We love Dave and Busters! Usually we stop by to play a few arcade games but today we decided to eat in and celebrate my husband's birthday! The food was way better than we'd expected. We started with the Creole Shrimp dip. Great dip with fresh wonton chips. My garlic parmesan boneless wings were also yummy and fresh. The parmesan was shredded, which was a nice change from what I'm used to. The food was above mediocre, the service was kind and attentive, and the games are mostly fun. Great spot for families and/or kids!

Basketball connect four? Say no more, im hooked! It has so much more too. Any type of game you can think of, its here! This place is great.

They recently changed their menu which equates to: Smaller portions & Higher prices. I tried the Cali Avo Caesar Bowl which tasted kind of fishy and disgusting, and my son had the kids chicken bites meal which came with literally 2 nuggets and fries (I upgraded his fries to truffle fries). Service was incredibly slow where I spent more time looking for the server than enjoying my lunch.

We had my daughter's graduation there and it was great! But what made it amazing was the young lady who hosted our party, she decorated for us and was just the most amazing person. Her energy, her passion to help make that event great, we out this world.. I wish I could remember her name but I'm so grateful that she was our host and because of her I'm look to have more events there.

The Positives Families of all types were having fun and smiling! Plenty of free parking, and even free Valet! Movies directly across to make it an Epic Night! Negatives Not a good value. Too many old games like "Terminator: Salvation." Family of 5 we had to pay $3 for a card for each of us. The prizes you can redeem you tickets for are extremely overpriced. We sat down to eat, but after looking at their one page, hum drum menu, we left. I would not eat here. Looking for a better value, more modern games location. Moderate Recommend. I always appreciate management listening to customer opinions and making an effort to respond! I have upgraded the reveiw from "3 Stars to 4 Stars."

Wow! You sure outdid yourselves dave and busters! Came in here for my Veterans Day meal and am completely blown away!! The salmon is cooked perfectly with the best char I've ever had from a restaurant! The veggies and rice are a perfect compliment to this dish! Did I mention they gave away a free $10 game play card! The staff are working so hard and diligently and my food came out SUPER FAST!! Thank you for taking care of us Veterans! This was definitely worth the bus ride here! Thank you Laura for being prompt, courteous and providing great service with a smile!

Came here with my boyfriend and we were starving, so we decided to try some of their food. I thought their food was good and loved that they have gluten-free options! The ribs fell right off the bone and my bf said he liked them a lot. My sandwich was pretty good! I thought it was a little dry, I should've got a sauce on the side to add to it. I loved their fries because they were seasoned well and crispy. I also got the buffalo chicken wings and the Korean flavor and they were really good! The Korean flavor was sweet and had sesame seeds with green onion. I thought they were very flavorful! We got so full that we didnt even want to enjoy playing some games after lol I would recommend coming here for a date night!

This was my first time here and overall I think it's just an ok place to visit with kids. Lots of the games that were suitable for my 6 year old were dark and not in operation, one specifically being the Hungry Hungry Hippos game. When using the games that were operational, on two occasion during our visit we had to find someone to help correct games as they did not load or start properly once we swiped our power card even though the credits were taken. Staff did immediately help in both instances and credited our card back. We accumulated lots of point to be redeemed for prizes at the end of our day but honestly most of the prizes were just junk toys for kids.

We have been coming here for years. Today is a very different and upsetting day. Took 30 minutes just to take the order. And almost an hour later we got a badly burned Brussels sprout. I have never elevated my voice from any restaurants but this is too upsetting to not be outspoken. The server keeps passing us by like we don't exist. We asked for a manager that took long too just to find out that they're on a "meeting". So an "acting" manager came by and tried to alleviate the situation. We don't want any free food nor care for a voucher as offered. Just treat your diners with respect and acknowledge them. We will never go back and to the "managers" that are on a "meeting". How can you possibly continue with a meeting when you have upset diners in your premises. I'm 100% sure your meeting is about proper customer service. We're very dumbfounded. As we are walking out the customers behind us we're also leaving and complaining. So thank you for wasting our time and we will never go back to this location. 3/22/24 3:00 pm

I love Dave and Busters. This location is so kid friendly, they never make a fuss about my toddler. The food is always really good and the service always nice and professional. They treat me well with coupons and free play because I go often. Love you D & B!!

Worst dinner. Worst service we had for very long time when we visit Vegas . Our server was rude . She didn't give us napkin no utensils and even forgot our order we had to ask other servers to help and some of them wasn't want to help her as well. Then when it came to the bill we kept asking for her instead of telling us give her a second she just waved her hand like leave her alone. Then we had to ask another server to paid . Then when we walked out she chased after us saying we didn't pay ‍. Again i had to walk back to the table show her the receipt on the table. Insteadof apologize for her own fault she rolled her eyes at me . Never come back here again ( savanna )

Cut their menu literally in half we thought we were looking at a appetizer menu, order two bowels and 2 alcoholic drinks and a raspberry tea literally 84 dollars prices are outrageous never again! Place was literally empty as well good luck with those prices

I've been to Dave & Busters before, but this is my first time at this location. We were looking for something fun to do for my Son's Birthday, and figured we'd check out this Summerlin location. First, we decided to eat at the restaurant. I had the Chimichurri bowl, my spouse had the American Cheeseburger, and son had the kids pizza. My Chimichurri bowl was absolutely amazing!!!, It had a perfect blend of spices, ingredients, hot and cold items, and the portion size was very filling. The kids pizza was very small, we ended up ordering a side of fries for my son so he felt satisfied. But other than that he loved his pizza. Nate was our server and he was fantastic. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the menu. I told him that I don't eat meat, and he highly recommended the Chimichurri bowl, he was spot on about how good it is. Nate was also great at keeping our drinks filled and checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. After we ate, we moved over the the arcade/games. My son really enjoyed himself. Tons of games to play, and a great variety too. We did have an issue with two of the games not working/giving tickets. But the game attendant quickly sent over a tech to fix the games for us, so it all worked out. We visited on a Wednesday around 7pm and it wasn't too crowded, we had no wait or very short waits to play the games my son was most interested in. Great food, fun times! We will definitely return again.

Dave and Busters is so fun. The girl that greeted us at the front was so nice and helped us decide how many chips to get. She suggested different ways to get more chips without spending more money, which I definitely appreciated. We waited at the bar while our friends were on their way to meet us. The bartender was nice and we got our drinks super super fast. They have a pretty big bar area, which is nice. After the rest of our party arrived, we obviously had to go play games. Each game was active and working and was super fun. My favorite is the super big basketball hoops, even though I was so bad at it. They had a bunch of 4 person games too, so perfect for bigger parties. Come on Wednesdays for half off games!! We will definitely be back.

Come for the games, which are well kept and have a good variety. Do not attempt to eat here. The food is cafeteria food priced at $16-$19 a plate. Chicken is dry. Bacon is precooked strips akin to dog treats. My kids wouldn't even eat the pizza. Do you know how bad pizza has to be for my kids to not even eat it? I should have thrown the $200 out the window on the way there and skipped the restaurant. Would have been a more pleasant experience. Server and staff were nice though.

Fun spot depending on when you go....food and service are decent as are the prices...the games are fun, modern, and the prizes are pretty good too!! ( after about a gazillion points (: anyway, this place does get really crowded at night, especially on weekends, so be careful when you decide to check it out, could make the difference between a good experience and an intolerable one....

Really cool place , came with my kids we had a blast. The arcade is entertaining for kids and adults together and the food and service is also very well managed. Fun night out

My sister and I came here on my last night in Vegas. We enjoyed ourselves my only complaint is that our food came with tomatoes although we specified no tomatoes on anything. Rico wasn't our waiter but he was really helpful! The bathroom was clean and our food came out pretty fast. Overall it was a great experience!

I haven't been to Dave & Buster's in so long. We brought my son here and he loved that we could go to a restaurant where we could eat AND play games. Our server was pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. I ordered the chicken sandwich with a side house salad. Other things on the menu that we ordered were the all American cheeseburger with french fries and the kids pepperoni pizza. We did wash these down with a couple of beers. I do have to say that we had a blast playing games afterwards. My son loved it because of the fun ambience around us and games left and right.

im just completely done with dave n busters all in all... In california was the same type of experience. I did not expect it here. Self seated myself and my partner, and was not attended to and we sat for 10 mins before deciding to leave. A group of 6 came a few minutes after us and got their waters and order taken right away. Im convinced workers here pick and choose who they want to serve- This place sucks I guess im never going to get that dave n busters experience ever

The food is ok, its a mass chain so expect that kind of food. My daughter loves coming her for the games they have. We like the connect 4 basketball game. Again the food is a bit basic and is more like cafeteria food, so expect that. Service was lacking a bit too. Don't just come here for food lol

Worst service from the front of house to server! Only one server who has heart here everyone else work like they dont have soul. Food is just ok there is no reasons to come back here or even recommend friends.

I intended to go here to watch the Tank Davis versus Ryan Garcia fight. The woman who answered the phone sounded like she was having the time of her life; the female employee had a friendly, upbeat, and inviting voice that encouraged me to go to Dave and Buster's. The boxing match ended before I left home, so I went to Dave and Buster's to scout it out for future boxing matches or a date night. When I walked into Dave and Buster's, my mouth dropped because I did not expect it to be so lovely! This is an upscale and posh Dave and Buster's location. The place was packed, they had a game bar with multiple video screens, and the atmosphere was super festive! I only did a walk-through, but I saw all I needed to see! I will return, and some places are so official one does not have to sit down to know a site is reputable, and Dave and Buster's is one of those establishments. They had two police officers posted in front of Dave and Buster's to maintain safety. The downtown Summerlin Mall complex is a beautiful site to behold, with a movie theatre and a plethora of eateries and shops. The complex is an excellent date night spot, and the setup is perfect for a beautiful night walk. I loved the layout and ambiance of the entire complex!

Not the best I've been to. The food service is terrible and the service is even worse. They'll keep you waiting for a long period before they acknowledge you and once you're seated they take their precious time to come take your order. The gaming section is isn't bad at all. They have plenty you can do and for all ages.

We went on a double date and decided to stop playing games for a food break. After we got our drinks, it took a while for our food to come out, which was not a problem. But when the food did come out, it was cold and the waitress only brought one set of silverware. When my boyfriend gestured for our waitress's attention, she looked him right in his eye and continued to walk past him without saying a word. We eventually got the rest of our utensils so we could actually eat our food. I ordered chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans, which was alright. My boyfriend and brother both ordered the salmon, which they liked but didn't like their green beans and my brother's girlfriend ordered Nashville hot chicken wings, which were sweet for some reason and big and bulky. Overall, we had a pretty bad dining experience. And this is not related to my food review but a bunch of the games didn't work and took our chips and I'm pretty sure our 500 tickets from one of the claw machines weren't added to our card.

Dave &Buster is usually pretty decent. Last year we watched the superbowl there without any issues or charge to sit at the bar or tables. This year, they decided to charge 80 bucks a head just to sit at the bar. It's ridiculous that they're charging this year for the same shit we did last year. Booooooo.

This place was awesome! The service was amazing! The atmosphere is outstanding. We celebrated my baby's 13th birthday here and i couldn't have asked for more. I forgot my candles and they gave me some!!! That was the best part. The games were half off because it was a Wednesday. The food was good. Got a salmon plate chicken parmigiana wings and carnitas nachos. The nachos are a must try! Salmon plate too

My son wanted to come here for his 13th birthday him and his siblings and a few friends we got there the kids played games when they got hungry we went and got a table open seating we sat 40 mins before someone came and took our drink order and food order as well she brought half the drinks cause the some of the kids were playing and didn't know what to order when they came we waited again so long I had to look for her cause the kids were thirsty she brought their drinks and the food finally came almost a hour later we were waiting for her to come back and bring condiments and she never did my food was ice by the time she came back and we waited till I went looking for her to pay her coworkers had to find her when they did she was reeking of marijuana I put my money on the kids cards and they spent it before she was finally found this was a disappointment that a fun day could be ruined by such a bad experience do better

This place is an adult Chuckee Cheese! My kids are a bit older and my son is terrified by Chuckee so this is always a great option for some good quality fun. They also have an app that I recommend you download. You can reload cards and check balances. I suppose the only bad thing is that they are always taking my money! We usually get one card with digital tickets and share swipes. You can get multiple cards, but we usually stick together so this is what we use. The higher dollar amounts are also considered a better value. This place is always pretty packed, but you don't have to wait too long for games. At least the ones we like to do. They charge $6 each for the virtual ride. We tend to do them every other time. They are fun but for the 3 of us it adds up. When you are ready to cash out your points they have a good selection of prizes. I know the kids are always happy with their choices. They even have the option to redeem for food or shows. We always leave in a good mood!

Really good for what it is. Little expensive on the game side but it is what it is. Fun games, good vibes. Service in the bar was great. Had a birthday party there and the lady server with the long curly hair was wonderful. Super friendly and accommodating, didn't miss a beat. Wish I got her name but she was great.

This is one of my kid's favorite places to go. The food is good for the value. It's what you expect when you go to a arcade/bar for all ages. They have a lot of games they are always updating with the news arcade games. It's a little loud but it's expected. The service is good each time we go. This time our server Shelley was exceptionally well she was fast efficient and polite. This is my go to place to keep my kids entertained and they have a lot of TVs for adults to watch any games that are televised. I recommend this place for anyone trying to have a little something for everyone.

This is a fun place to hang out, have a few drinks, play some games and enjoy some pub food We come here to watch games and play some games and the place excels at both. There are TVs everywhere so you can watch multiple games. They are pretty accommodating if you ask for a different game and will usually a TV for you Games are fun and can play action games or RPG or try to earn tickets for prizes. They have some cool stuff not just plastic whistles and stuff like that Drinks are good and they have lots of beer on tap. I had a few including perfect patron margarita and the vanilla old fashioned. Food is hot or miss. Ribs were good, shrimp tasted good but as kind of soggy. Wings were really good I had salmon with rice and green beans and it was good Always enjoy coming here

So my sons wanted something fun to do...and I wanted food. We landed at Dave & Busters. It was a good time. First, there was no wait on a Thursday evening so we were able to immediately get a table. Next, our server was named Money and it was a fitting name as her service was...money! She was pleasant, prompt and provided recommendations. The food was tasty. I had the bacon burger, which comes with two or three different types of bacon, and it was spot on. Hot, juicy and tasty. The Korean sticky ribs were delicious. I slurped them down to the bones. My sons enjoyed their meals too. One got the American burger and the other a chicken dish. It may have have been a new item. It must have been good as my boy garbled it up. Additionally, they give 15% off to Veterans. Thank you. Of course, we played games and a lot of them. I'm at the point in life where I'm still competitive but my boys beat me more then they lose. I'm glad I dominated their butts when they were little. :-) Food was good. Games were good. We'll be back.

I can't believe this establishment decided to charge to watch Super Bowl game. They wanted $75 pre person to sit at the bar! I watch the game here every year for the past 5 year without any charge.
