We booked a table to watch the UFC fights on Saturday night. They have plenty of TVs. When we arrived, they sat us in front of one that wasn’t currently showing what we came for, and it took them 20-ish minutes to switch it over. By the time the main fights were on, almost every TV was playing UFC. Service was great. Food was okay. Of the two finger foods we ordered (Philly egg rolls and boneless wings), they were mildly overcooked, dry, and overpriced. You’re paying for the space, not the food.

My friends and I got Richard as a waiter and he was very helpful with food options. Him and his coworker were nice enough to give us a free dessert. It was a pleasure.

Booked here to catch up with friends and grab some lunch before heading to the airport. This dinner had a great selection of drinks and hearty classics at good value. Would recommend the burgers and golden fingers. Great service from the staff with recommendations that we tried and enjoyed.

The chef put his foot in the 10 Oz. Sirloin steak that I had ordered, even the fries were nice and seasoned. The food was delicious. My girl and I loved the service. The hostess with the long straight hair was BEYOND AMAZING! She goes above and beyond and does basically everything there but cook lol 😀 She deserves a raise, a promotion, or employee of the month. Tyler was awesome. I appreciate him. The waiter that served out table was amazing and the manager was super cool to talk to and gave a very friendly vibe along with a welcoming friendly environment. We would definitely be coming back there really soon. Thank you so much for the lovely service!

Food is pretty good at this location. D&B sometimes has some good promotions going on like $5 Margs and $10 wings. Sundays and Wednesdays (I believe) games are half off.

Food was great, had the Cali Caesar bowl and the bbq chicken flatbread. Server was excellent! The games were not that great tho. a lot of machines broken

Bad service. I was using an extra chair for our coats, there were only 3 of us plus that vacant chair. Not a lot of customers on Saturday lunchtime, and the black lady( not our waiter) said, I use a lot of chairs and kept yapping about it. She said she couldn't walk pass us but obviously, she could just go around and walk to where she intended to go. She just wants to be rude, and make me feel miserable about the state of unhappiness she is in while working there. I just said, you can tell me nicely, that she doesn't need to be rude. I told our waiter about her and he apologized. I asked if the tip is centralized coz I am not giving anything to her. Fortunately, it isn't and our waiter was okay . Food was meh. My kids said pizza, okay. Wings okay too. If not for the arcade, we wouldn't even be there. Waste of money and time.

I haven't stopped by Dave & Busters in years, however wanted a quick bite after church and watched the game. Luckily on Tuesday the place wasnt that busy and the manager Jeremy and the bartender took care of me very well. I had two orders of Buffalo wings and three long iced teas. Need I say more, I had enough wings for the next day, lol. Pleasantly surprised how good the wings were, thanks for the recommendation, Jeremy. As well as the banging long Island iced teas.

Don't ask why, but a group of us went to Dave & Buster's for a pre-theater dinner. Not surprisingly, the atmosphere is loud and there are flashy screens starring down on you from all angles. Plus, it was cold in the bar area (despite being on the third floor, we seemed to still get cold air from the outside). That said, the service was extremely friendly and the food was surprisingly good. I enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich, fried pickles, and boneless chicken wings (with honey BBQ). The protein bowl was only ok; I think I wanted it to be a salad.

The arcade itself is great. fun atmosphere, it's a great place to hang out with family and friends. I would say this is one of the much nicer dave & busters in the area compared to the other ones. this location is pretty big, they have a great game variety, and they allow you to exchange tickets for food which is great! (not all locations do). The food is okay, the pizza and pigs in a blanket are good, on the better side of their options. everything else has not tasted good. the burger is probably my least favorite here. As for the cocktails, they taste great! Service wise, 90% the service is not good. the employees often look at you when you're waiting and choose not to come and help or take your order. every time i've been there except once, the employees are just avoiding customers and talking to their friends and coworkers. It has taken over 15 minutes before for my order to be taken even when there were over 3 employees working and making eye contact with us. There was one single time that has been so so memorable because there was a man working behind the bar and he was doing his job absolutely perfectly. he was very observant and quick to talk to all customers, take the order and would immediately make any and all drinks. my group and I were genuinely amazed because it was so different than what we are used to at dave & busters. he was the only one working at the time too which made it more impressive. Overall, my experience at the arcade itself has been nice & enjoyable. Service wise, 2/5 (but that one day was a 5/5 with service). And food isn't the best but it's nice being able to exchange tickets for food. at least there's two good options (pizza and pigs in a blanket)

Casual place to come watch a game with well priced drinks. Currently they have a special for $5 22 oz drafts of bud light with some $5 food bites. They also have a happy hour on weekdays with various $5 drinks. Service was fairly standard. Also have arcade games to play on the other side of the floor.

My daughter took my son there after missing his Special Dance at school since she was working. She took him early to avoid the crowd, well the machines weren't working properly so she went to the front desk and asked for help. They told her to look for technician. so she walked around looking for one, only for one to tell her they are all working. She walked around again and found another one and asked that one who walked over to the machine and said well it seems to be ok and didn't give her credit for the game or the points. She had scanned the card 3 times 2 different machines. Mind you we have been to this Dave & Busters in Wayne many many times. The staff just seems to be miserable...... listen you signed up for this.......... This is your job! I have reached out to Dave & Busters but crickets. I mean why contact me back they already have my money and why care when they still have many other people walking in dropping money.... just so sad when they don't care.

I really cannot express enough my love for this location. Travis the AGM and Amanda our server were amazing. Awkwardly enough we have the same name. That aside; we had a wonderful experience. They were quick. Understood my needs. I even got my onions on the side as requested, which ppl usually forget. I truly just want to thank for the great service and thank Dave and busters for employing them. Customer service at it absolute finest.

Fun venue with kind staff here. Centrally located in Times Square. I come here frequently, and have spent thousands of chips. Today they had "surge" pricing Wednesday. Normally it was 50% off (so games like the Star Trek were 6 credits). However, it was 7.9 credits instead, which means I really only got 35% off. Not sure where this "surge" pricing came from, but it leaves a sour taste to loyal customers.

5 stars is for my free burger (it just cost 2200 tickets). They didn't have to but they made this Mf a double! Now that's a prize in my book

This place was pretty small and full of game hogs. There were games we wanted to play but the same kids were on the same game for over an hour. There was also kids standing on top of the basketball hoop game and their parents were just standing there letting them get away with it. When we tried playing with the game the balls wouldn't come out. So we had to call over a tech to fix it. Just a bit too rowdy and guests being disrespectful to each other and the equipment.

Fun video games. Games for everyone no line no waiting unless you're looking for something specific walking around you for quick Square. Definitely recommend for kids and adults.

Me and my family had a Great experience, service was great . My son had a wonderful time. cocktails was very good . Games was so much fun and easy for my three year old he was actually winning some tickets alone

We came Christmas afternoon and it was buzzing with people, especially families, so I won't give less stars. In the beginning the assistant manager took our order right away, so we didn't wait as long as we could have. I took advantage of the $5 Happy Hour Drink promo...the Tres Tequila Rita was great! Pros Food came pretty quickly Ribs were perfection, as always lively atmosphere great menu options good price/portion ratio tv screens are large and visible Cons Steak was a bit salty Picture of the sides for ribs is exactly how they were plated and served- terrible Music way too loud Bathrooms need work Took a very long time for dessert to arrive Had to request the check * They were short staffed, which also happened Thanksgiving Day, so we didn't stay for service. I hope upper management remedies this soon because I would visit more often!

One thing about D&B is that the kids will run out of points on their cards faster than you can blink your eyes. So I usually tell them don't use the card all in once place! The food was great! I asked for the strongest drink and the waiter recommended any of the Long Island Iced Tea which makes sense because of all of the liquors that are used. Well, it was more sweet than strong but it did taste really nice and sour. I got the Caribbean Luxe Long Island Iced Tea. My friends and I shared a big platter of nachos. It was really good! Went here with a party of about 15. The private rooms were nice, the food was decent enough, the cocktails were surprisingly tasty (I generally don't like alcohol), and the games are fun with friends. I'm glad I went, just wish the place was a bit less loud and chaotic. Also, service was good, they even did some odd requests we had, but that might just have been because we were VIPs. TL;DR come for parties, expect to spend lots on decent offerings, get the cocktails, and expect chaos and noise.

Food (2/5): I definitely would not recommend the food here. The burger we ordered was extremely salty and tasted not so good. Additionally the truffle fries that came with it was also very salty and soggy. The tenders we got were not crispy and lacked good flavor. The Cobb salad was the only thing that was somewhat decent but they drenched an excessive amount of dressing. It's edible and the portions will fill you up but not quality food. Venue (3/5): Overall this has a large selection of games and lots of space, but be warned that some of the games are broken and will take your money without working. For example, the Axe Throwing game took our money and the conveyor belt stopped functioning and bringing the axes back. The Pac-Man game had several broken controllers that weren't responding well. Also, the ring toss game didn't reset properly. These broken machines ruins the experience to a degree. Service (2/5): While the servers were mostly helpful, they didn't check up frequently nor acted particularly friendly. Additionally, at the gaming area we had a similar experience where when a machine broke someone eventually helped but they didn't seem to enjoy working there. Also there weren't many people on the floor to help despite several machines being broken so you will have to look around for a while.

Dave and Busters has an extremely dumb rule. My friends and I wanted to go on a double date, but were not allowed inside bc we were 18, not 21. They said since we were underage, we would need someone who was 25 to come inside with us??? Mind you we are all adults in college???? You'd think this is some elite club or bar in NYC but it is literally an arcade made FOR CHILDREN.

Place should be called "dave and BUSTED" so many machines down and on top of it when we got jacked 5 bucks and mentioned it to the woman at desk she looked at me like i asked for a kidney. Stay away and play 3 card monte at port authority(better operation with a smile).

For the place and location I wear expecting a much larger local with a greater selection of games and entertainment. The restaurant was not busy and the food took a long time. Luckily the kids lunch came out fast; however everything else was delayed - a lot of "supervisors" managing but not the tables at the restaurant area...

The drink I had was well balanced. I had a Kailua and Jägermeister. The bartender said it was an odd mix but made it for me. It was a piece of me and my mom in 1 drink. The bar area was clean and the bartender was attentive. The games were well taken care of and were also clean. There was no trash in site. The place was busy but not packed.

Dave & Busters is like gambling for children, but it's really fun. I ended up purchasing a $28 card at first which gave me around 100 credits to play games. The games were fun and fair. None of them seemed like they were rigged although the ski ball machine kept giving me the ball back after the game was over. It was fun to keep practicing my shots, though. I ended up refilling my card with $25 which gave me a lot more credits. I didn't think I would be able to get anything that good with my credits at the end of the day but I got some exfoliating socks, a Pokemon Pez dispenser, and some carnival prizes. Overall I wouldn't spend around $50 on those things, but alongside the prizes, you get the experience of playing fun games in an air-conditioned room in the hot summer with friends, which in my opinion makes it all more than worth it.

Outside of cheap drinks for happy hour - the bar side away from the games is decent to watch a game - I have never been to a D&B with so many broken machines. Certain physical ones were missing balls, others just plain didn't operate correctly whether it be at the card swipe, start button, etc. Gun games were uncalibrated and the basketball machine wasn't registering baskets. We were charged incorrect pricing at the inside game bar and happy hour times on the menu's didn't match the "real" happy hours according to the manager which were a half hour shorter. Certainly in a tourist location but very poorly run. Corporate should send someone to fix or just close the location.

I stopped in for a quick burger. The Buster Bacon burger was okay. I would have it again. I was a little surprised by the service. No one ever came back to refill my coffee or soda. No one came by to clear my table. I had to request my check.

The drinks were good the food was good honestly . The service was all over the place though we had about 3 different waiters who couldn't remember the drink or food order and it's so overly crowded we had to wait for every game. But the ambiance was ok we did enjoy our self over all

I love this D&B location. I threw my daughter's birthday party and everyone was so nice and helpful. KIM was the best. She served our food and was nice and helpful. She catered to our every need. The manager kept checking on us and asking If we needed anything more. It was just fun and everything was planned perfectly. The kids had a great time and I will be throwing another party here in 6 months for my other daughter. Would definitely recommend

Had a great time with the family. The $60 ticket package goes a long way.. unfortunately when it's it's time to cash out it doesn't add up to much. The food was pretty good and the waitress was cute and she was very accommodating. They need to add that Cajun butter to the cheeseburgers... amazing stuff !

I may have come here just to see the escalators and elevator, but Dave and Buster's is a whole lot of fun when there are two or more floors to move around! I must say I will have to join in the fun and games the next time I go!

We bring the kids here sometimes so they can have some fun and we're always hungry after so why not catch some food now the food is usually good but the drinks are way to sweet trying to give someone diabetes with all the sugar we also had nachos and I must say they were really good forgot to take a pick but we made a great choice good was delicious but the drinks taste like juice I don't encourage those but the food very tasty

Haven't been here since I was younger but it was just as fun. The games are similar to what they used to be but updated and the venue looks a lot more pleasing and clean. The drinks at the bar were good as well but a bit pricey. Only downside is some of the 4 player games had one that didn't work but technology lol‍. Would come back.

We come here with our family at least once a year. Friendly staff, fun games, good food. The wait times can be a long line to refill or get a game card, but that's to be expected on a weekend. The large space is anything but small or claustrophobic. Overall, I would definitely come here often.

A lot of the times I have visited Dave and Busters throughout the country (my son LOVES arcades), their games are out of order. Almost all the games here were working and in service. However, it is on the small side compared to other Dave and Busters but considering it is in New York City and EVERYTHING is compacted it did what it needed to do. This location is very near Times Square. We had a great time here. We did not get any food service, we just played in the arcade. I would imagine there are cooler arcade in New York City; however, as tourists we chose the prime location of Times Square and enjoyed ourselves. There is a parking structure nearby where we parked. The structure is about $40-50 under two hours.

The service was phenomenal The service staff was a pleasant to talk to food came in and looked delicious

Celebrated my son's 14th birthday this past weekend here. We rented the party room for 20 guest. Totally worth it, our party host Jeremy was absolutely amazing. He took care of all our party needs. We ordered food and drinks outside out the party menu and the food was great.

The manager John and server Kimesha were great during my daughter's recent birthday party. We had a few hiccups with extra kids joining the day of, additional food orders and a child losing their card and they were able to help every step of the way. The extra food and preordered party food all came out at once with all the food adjustments we requested. Food was tasty and hot. I would definitely do another party there in the future.

This place. I had the Papi Chulo, Kaso. And I have the worse food poisoning you imagine. The wait staff didn't care about there tables. I had to look for my server multiple times. Never again

Came on a Wednesday to take advantage of the half off. Albeit not a big arcade game person I did enjoy my time. Some of the games were a waste of money, some of the games didn't work properly/ out of order, some games are worth playing. It's a mixed bag but overall it was just a good way to pass time. There wasn't a lot of people at 4pm which was good. The hoops game was disappointing. See picture.

Took a while to get a waiter but the manager took our order, which was cool. Not very budget friendly but a great treat for the kids every once in a while. The veggies were either raw or over-cooked but, we are not here for the cuisine so, knowing that, I'd stick to bar food and not the entrees.

Yesterday me and my boyfriend decided to go to Dave&Buster's. I downloaded the app at my arrival and see that it was advertising the Half Price Games Wednesdays. Sounds fun! We get there, we create the card at the counter and I ask the lady what the Half price games is about. She tells me she doesn't know and they don't have that. I look at her like and as I turn around I see the offer banner on the wall. Okay, sure I guess. We start playing and after a little while we notice that many of the games are either broken, bugged or made to steal your money. We sat at the bar to have a burger and the TWO people working there have been pretty slow at everything... it's been fun to consume our meal while watching sports, but we would have appreciated not having to wait 15 minutes to order or 10 minutes waving at the waiters just to pay our bill. Overall it's been fun, but if I didn't have to spend 50+ fish on games who won't work I'd like it better.

Big difference from the one in brooklyn ny at Atlantic ave i would say this one feels more like for the grown-ups not much kids there and oh not all dave & buster have the same games you might see similar ones but its totally different dress light if your going in there cause it get hot pretty quickly not much room to move in but hey its an arcade for games so let your teenager side come out and beat them in games ;) but tickling your friends to win some games is all part of the rules;) so bring your kids or not and let's loose!

I've been coming to Dave & Buster's Time Square location for way over a decade. It's been some time since the last time I been here, and food wise- the food was NOT all that. I had the ranch wings and fries. The ranch wings was not what I was expecting to you be. If I knew my wings would be drenched in ranch POWDER I would have asked for PLAIN wings instead. It's disappointing that their menu is updated and they removed mozzarella sticks and cheeseburger sliders off the menu I'll stick to the games solely. Our waitress was amazing I must say!

I came here with my friends to eat and play games. The food was good but it took way too long to arrive. One of my friends didn't get his food so we signaled the waiter and he had to re order his food all over again. He eventually got his food but only after the rest of us were finishing. Like I said the food was good but I wouldn't come back here

I haven't tried the food or drinks so this review is only for the arcade. While there aren't as many games in this location as I have seen in other locations, there was still a good mix of carnival games, basketball, racing, and shooting games. I saw people wiping down the games periodically. While games are not being wiped down after every use, I was happy to see that there were at least being wiped down while I was there. A couple of the games weren't working but most were.

I am generally a fan of Dave & Buster's, but this one is just okay. It's on the smaller side (compared to other locations), but that is to be expected for NYC/Times Square. What was most disappointing was that a whole bunch of games were out of order :(. That includes some of the best ones, like Time Crisis and Down the Clown (personal opinion). The prizes here were okay. There is a full kitchen, and you are allowed to redeem tickets for certain food items (limited menu). As far as food goes, I was pleasantly surprised with the Voodoo pasta. I would recommend that dish if you are buying an entree. I had a good time here, but it was severely dampened by all the out of order games.

Stopped here to get a quick bite just after arriving in nyc. we were seated at a booth, upon waiting for 5 minutes about we were moved because the booth was not available for service, then waited another 15 without a waiter. we had to ask to find out a waiter wasnt assigned to us yet until we asked. we ordered, then waited another 15 without food or drink. after waiting, our 2 fountain drinks were brought to us, still missing the 2 drinks from the bar and our food. we got our food and never ended up getting the drinks from the bar and requested the check to leave. the ambiance was not great, lots of silverware falling, and some messes on the floor.

Dropped in for churros and a drink and it was worth the visit because it was a lovely and lively place. The staff was very welcoming and the manager was really nice too. Best regards Lara
