From the moment we walked in the door the vibe was just a little off, walked up to what I believe to be the manager over the bar she was wearing a brown coat. I asked her if I could get a table for two she kind of rudely redirected me to the host who is on the other side of the bar, but was not very visible because she mostly had her face in her phone We go over to the hostess she’s like can I help you? Can we get a table for two and she was more or less encouraging that we should go to the bar but we preferred a table and like she kinda had an attitude about that She sits us next to this party that’s twice the side of ours and completely loud and obnoxious speaking loudly in another language Uttering lots of profanities, we order our food. My wife food comes first my food comes super late like after like 45 mins And they brought the completely wrong order. They brought chicken Parmesan and I had ordered the Cajun shrimp. I pointed out that they had billed me for the food that we had not ordered. It was greeted by an attitude the original set of silverware that we were given were very dirty as were the plates when we asked for new silverware and for new plates it was greeted with an attitude. Basically for all of our inconveniences and bringing the wrong plates of food and trying to charge us for those mistakes, nothing was really much done and that’s why I’m giving the Feedback that I’m giving typically when establishments make a mistake. They tend to do something to make up for that rectify the repeated concerns issues, but it seemed like those that were on duty when I was there had authority to do nothing a title with no power.

Literally sitting here at a bar for the past 20 min everyone is just passing by no ones offering to take my order even after I raise my hand, i just want a darn beer. Terrible service or just racist towards asian people idk. What a shame. Two guys on my left and right got served drinks and food. One server asked the guy next to me if theyre good. And im right next to this dude. Im straight up ignored. I was pissed so i left the bar, but I was here for a kids birthday party so im stuck here. A few minutes later i came back and literally had to walk around to chase a server and call them to finally get their attention. This is the worst bar experience ive ever had. They’re not even that busy.

We visited on a Saturday with a party of 6 people. It was very busy but not overbarring. I recommend reserving a table on their company website. I found that they typically give out a 45 minute wait time to everyone, however I noticed that there were many empty tables. I figure they do this so people enjoy the games first and eat after. While I was there I reserved a table online and it was within the next 15 minutes. The food was good quality for the prices. Our food bill was $150 for six people including drinks and 1 alcoholic beverage.

Darnell is the reason we’ll come back here. He was helpful and kind. When he saw me waiting looking for help, he happened to be walking by and asked me if he could assist me. I told him a machine wasn’t working and he immediately walked over work me and fixed it. He also encouraged me to have fun. His customer service was fantastic. The games are in great condition. Knocked off a star because the bar service took too long and there wasn’t even half the capacity at the bar. We just wanted to order one beer so we could keep playing games. Overall though if all the employees had Darnell’s attitude, everyone would be guaranteed a good time here.

I recently visited Dave & Buster’s in Rosemont with a group of four adults on a Sunday. The venue was bustling with families, creating a lively atmosphere. When we decided to have a snack, we were directed to the host and informed of a 90-minute wait, despite observing that half of the dining area was unoccupied. This experience suggests that making a reservation in advance might be advisable. Additionally, some games malfunctioned during our visit, and staff responses were limited to stating they would have someone look into it, without offering credits or compensation for the inconvenience. Celebrated my son's 17th birthday. We did the play and eat deal I got to say it's a good deal $10 for the food $10 for a card I just think the pop should be included. Mia was our server very attentive sweet pleasant and checked on us plenty of times. Overall we all enjoyed our experience I do recommend this

I went here with my parents who are HUGE Dave and busters fans. Dave and busters seemed to get some new questionable pinball games. Maybe these are the cool new games the kids are playing nowadays. Or maybe it's a reference to a cool new Internet theme for the young folk. I did get a lot of tickets from the new games so I am still happy.

Did not get a callback from the Lombard location but Rosemont planners to the rescue. Had a private room for my birthday party and it was amazing from beginning to end. From the first call, to receiving the contract, the server in the room, the food, beverages and room was perfect. Highly recommend them for any event you're having!

Bf and I went for a date night but the food was really disappointing. The spicy smashburger had no flavor not even salt and pepper. Also you can't choose how you would like your burger cooked, they make them all well-done. The fish and chips were just battered fish with no flavor as well. Just tasted like hot oil with a weird mayo dipping sauce which was supposed to be tartar sauce. The only good dish we had were the pot stickers which had a nice chili crisp on top and savory soy dipping sauce. I will say the service and our waiter was amazing. Shoutout to Kaleb for being attentive, nice, and kind even though he was crazy busy!!! He was so kind we didn't want to complain. We never expected amazing food since it's a bar, but the food was disappointing and expensive. We ended up paying $75 for two entrees an app and 1 drink. I would recommend eating something before you come here and skip the restaurant entirely. I hope Dave and Buster's changes their menu prices to match the low quality of food.

The place is super entertaining for both kids and adults. The food was good and service was great . Wish the bathrooms were clean for my kids to use

Been here half a dozen times and service was always just okay. I'm literally sitting at my table that I reserved and haven't seen my server in over 30 min. We have kids playing and adults having appetizers and drinks. She has not come to check on us at all. I went and got plates and water. I was a server and I have never had my table get their own utensils because I wasn't checking on them. Update... This is the worst service I've had at this location. Reserved for a party of 12. Waited over 30 min more than 3 times for our server to check on us. Went to the bar for plates and then went to the bar for water another time. At the end of our visit, the server automatically added a 20% tip herself and said that was standard. I'm more than happy to tip accordingly for decent service, but the service was awful. I was in the hospitality business for 17 years myself and this was ridiculous. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was awful. We waited for her multiple times for an extended amount of time yet when she brought the check she stayed and hovered over us as we looked over the bill. How convenient that she was easy to find when we wanted to pay, yet when we needed utensils or when we wanted to order food and drinks she was no where to be found and we had to get up from our table to get our own water from the bar.

We stopped at The Rose Hotel restaurant across from Dave and Busters (it was The Thorn). Before leaving the area, we stopped here and grabbed a drink at the bar. It was my first time here. It's your typical gaming place (like Bowlero or Main Event). There are a lot of noisy kids running around. Thankfully, kids are not allowed to sit at the bar. The drink was food, although I think the bartender main it extra strong. I could feel it after this one drink. It was the Dangerous Waters Island Punch. It had coconut rum, pineapple juice, citrus mix, etc. Our bartender was nice. They had some sports games on the TVs. The bar was clean. We weren't there long, but no complaints. Another entertaining people watching place to be.

I came to this Dave & Buster's for my youngest brother's birthday and we had a good time. The reason I say good time is because 4 hours went by & we forgot how long we were there. We ate and played games too. A bit pricey for the games but overall my brother had a good time so it was worth it. Probably wouldn't by first option next time. The food exceeded my expectations, I wasn't really expecting too much food wise. I ordered the Hawaiian Chicken sandwich and it was top notch, I appreciated that. Overall, nothing was super special or out of this world, pretty mid-experience. The last thing that did stand out was the manager walking around asking if we were having a good time. He was awesome and did his job perfect, til this day I remember him vividly. Unfortunately I forgot his name but whoever he is, deserves a raise! Personal Review: 6.7/10

There's a discount for first responders and I obviously didn't have it so I showed my server at the bar my online license and drivers license. He still insisted he needed the physical ID so I told him I don't carry around my ID everywhere so he said he can get the manager. Manager didn't greet me or anything but flat out rudely said "yeah no" when he came out and left. No other place has treated me this way and Dave and busters clearly do not respect first responders

Needed to kill some time in a pinch before my flight! Here we go. Had an ok time killing 2 hours. I found 2 machines that didn't work. Front desk workers are oblivious with I told them. Didn't eat here so can't say anything on the food. Basketball hoops and skee ball are the best two things. The overall atmosphere lacked excitement but that's for me.

We went to Dave & Buster's for a holiday party (10 people). The service at the table was poor. Our waitress brought our drinks, took our order for the food, then I had to get the manager to find her because the waitress never came back. We left a $85.29 gratuity which was way too much and not deserved. As a group we do not go out often, but this kind of service is unacceptable. I reached out to Sheila Salinas, Event Operations Coordinator at Dave & Buster's, and she never responded.

This place is not as nice as the one in Addison, which is surprising since most things in Rosemont are top notch. Food is your typical greasy bar offerings and not my thing. Pricing on games is crazy expensive and really, you could do better in terms of prizes at the place with the pizza and mouse... But, the servers are very nice - totally overwhelmed with the number of tables they have to service- but still managing to keep things moving!

My son brought me here for Father's Day. We entered through the front and went to the desk for assistance. We stood at the desk for 1-2 mins as a young male and female had a discussion and shared some laughs. Me and my son just stood there as they enjoyed their conversation. Finally, the young female finished her conversation and asked how she could assist us. We needed a new players card, so the young lady told us to go to the next counter. So we walked 10 feet to a counter that didn't have a worker. We waited there 2 mins, the same young lady came back and told us someone will be there to help us. A manager came by shortly to assist, and he was fantastic. We explained what happened, and he took care of everything. My son and I had a some beers and played a couple of games. Overall, a nice place to relax and watch some games. The manager was the best! We will be back.

This is place is understandably loud! We had a party of 10. The servers and hostess were friendly and engaging. The food was decent for being a chain. I had the Cobb salad and felt it was a good size and full of fresh ingredients. I would have preferred grilled chicken over chicken nuggets though. I thought my drink was very weak and mostly tasted like juice. There was no free dessert or anything for birthdays. My biggest frustration was the game card situation. I had an old card that I paid for and no longer worked with their system. I was informed I had to buy a new card for $3 just to transfer my points! What? It's not my fault they upgraded their system, I feel better customer service would be to provide you a complimentary one.

It's a fun place to go with family but it is expensive unless there for a birthday with unlimited play. We will tray again on a Wednesday when it's 1/2 price games! Definitely a good spot to go with little ones

Came to Dave & Busters with some friends from work and really enjoyed the Hawaiian Chrissy Chicken Sandwich (I took the picture after I already smashed it down and started eating Oopsie!) super good fries as well. Our waiter was so much fun and super nice. Great place to hang out.

location is not bad. seems cleaner than the other one in addison. workers are friendlier at bar and area. games all worked fine and tickets were okay with the prizes. did not have a chance to try the food but from the drinks they were fine.

I love Dave and Busters! This location is so convenient, but it's my least favorite to go to since a lot of the machines I normally play at were down or missing balls. The food was okay too. Wings were decent, but pretty pricey for the amount. Fries were good- Hot and crispy. And the flatbread was alright too. Maybe more people go to this location which is why the machines needed maintenance, but I think I'll stick to the Chicago Dave and Busters location.

Came here when I was in town in a work trip, great shelter from the crazy rain storm, was able to watch the UFC Fights and a Canelo fight while getting a good reasonably priced meal, beers were good, taps tasted fairly fresh nothing stale or obviously old.

This was our first time going to this Dave and Busters location and we had a blast! I had a $100 gift card from work and then I bought 2 of the 400 chip cards for all 4 of us going to share. There were two adults and two teens (14 years old) in our group and we all had fun for a little over 3 hours. We came early (around 3pm) so it was busy but luckily not as busy as I thought. We didn't eat at this location but we did buy a few non alcoholic drinks from the bar and I had no issues. We secured a booth early on so we can take breaks here and there from playing, so that was definitely a plus. Only minor issue was the guy at the counter had a bad attitude (white guy and he was wearing an arm brace). I went to redeem my gift cards I received from work that were emailed to me and he kept mumbling snide comments like "oh you're making me work this time because of your cards" but not in a funny way. I asked to add on the two 400 chip cards and he made another comment about having to accommodate me, but I don't remember the exact words. I asked him how things worked bc I haven't been to a D&B in years (since there was actual tickets) and he just pointed at their little notice there indicating how many chips per card. I could tell he didn't want to help or offer any info so I just stopped asking anything more. I know working face to face isn't always a good experience but I was in no way being a jerk to him and he was rude the entire time.. Overall we had a good time and will def be back in the future!

Didn't have high expectations for a good burger at a "game n' dine" place, but was pleasantly impressed with the meal. Was staying at the hotel next door and didn't feel like paying $30 for a burger at the hotel restaurant so walked over to D&B's for a quick (and more economical) bite. Service was pretty quick and the server (Aaliyah) was very pleasant. The server wasn't overbearing and would occasionally check in to see if I needed anything or have my drink refreshed. Entree: Buster's Bacon Burger & Fries Ordered it cooked medium with bacon jam served on the side. Order came out timely and cooked perfectly. Pro Tip: Bacon Jam on the side makes for a tasty dipping sauce for your fries! Burger was really good and I would try them again if I was nearby and wanted to grab a quick bite. Burger: 9/10 Fries: 9/10 Food Service: 9/10

Service is super bad I order meal and give wrong one it was to go order. Waiting long time give just one order there is no one in there. just me one costumer. It happened to me I'm Asian maybe this place don't like Asians

We had a great time eating burgers and watching the NCAA Women's Tournament! Games were so fun! Service was good and pleasant.

First this place had a weird smell to it - and I could smell it outside the building too. The variety of games offered was good. And all of them seemed to be in working condition. The women's restroom was DISGUSTING. Two toilets were clogged with toilet paper (and pee). One was continually running/flushing & getting the seat wet. The stall I ended up in had no TP. Toilet paper was scattered all over the floor. I felt dirty in there. The rest of the place was fairly clean. Garbage was laying around, but not too much. The eating area looked like they were short staffed or something. I saw multiple tables that had yet to be cleaned off (plates still there) for a good thirty minutes.

Small for a Dave & Buster, but convenient location for me. Food is ok, but most of the time I eat before or after going there at preferred restaurants.

We have been to Dave & Buster's a few times in the past. My husband likes going here when he needs to keep the kids busy for a couple of hours. There is lots of parking in the lot. Tonight my husband wanted to go and get a drink and an appetizer while the kids played. It's funny, we call it date night with a Free babysitter. The staff is helpful and everyone is super friendly. We usually sit at the bar. The bartenders are quick and attentive. The beers on tap are great and appetizers are amazing. Our favorites are the Cauliflower appetizer and the chicken nachos. So yummy! I love that they are checking Covid cards at the door and everyone is still wearing their masks. The place is always busy but it's still easy to find a table to sit and eat at. Tonight we met Megan the manager who helped my son at the store while he was trading his tickets in. He didn't know how it worked and she stepped in to save the day. She was amazing and great with kids. Please give her a raise! We love Dave and Busters and it's our "go-To" especially in the Winter! Thanks for being so close by! We'll be back.

This was my first time at this Dave & Buster's location. My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday so we came here on a Sunday around noon. The place was quiet when we got to the place except for the few people cheering for the Bears vs Packers game at the bar area. They had several TV screens at the big bar and they also had a few at the dining area. Once we walked in, we told the hostess that we wanted to eat while we played as well. We paid for the game cards and were escorted towards the dining area. The dining area was almost empty when we were there except for a kid's birthday group in one corner. We were approached by our server right away and she let us know that everything will be done using the QR code that needed to be scanned. We scanned the code, looked at the menu and entered our orders in. Everything came at reasonable wait times. While my kids played at the gaming area, I sat and waited for our orders to come. Here are the things that we've tried on our visit: BUFFALO CHICKEN CRUNCH ROLL- delicious! We loved this appetizer VODOO PASTA- I liked the touch of spiciness on the sauce and the dish was very filling. I wish there was an option of grilled chicken instead of having breaded chicken. PHILLY FRENCH DIP- it was ok BEASTMODE BACON BURGER- the patty was cooked right. We were expecting a huge burger because of the description and name but it was just like a regular bacon burger. It was delicious though. CHURROS- they were hot and good. A few pieces had either chocolate or jelly fillings. Our server gave us a bowl with four scoops of vanilla ice cream and put birthday candles for my daughter. That was thoughtful of her (sorry, I forgot her name). I played a few games with my kids after we finished eating. I loved how big the screen was for the PAC MAN game, my all time favorite. It has never failed to have me screaming and kicking while playing for some reason. Overall, we had a fun experience both in the gaming and the dining aspects. The dishes were nothing special but they were not bad. Our server was attentive, nice, and efficient. The games were fun and the whole place was well kept and clean. Most importantly, the birthday girl was happy. That's what mattered most. Thanks D & B!

I would suggest to check your receipts before paying, check thoroughly! One by one if possible. Otherwise, you might be surprised you paid more than what u expected for. Especially if you host a party there. It happened to me and it happened to a friend of mine too. Hosted a party with some additions to the bill we did not even order. Those highlighted marks on the bill are not ours. They refunded me of $400 but as to my perseverance, sadly, if I wouldn't have spoken up they will not do it. It took three days before they realized their mistake.

I hadn't been a D&B in something like 20+ years. I definitely wasn't old enough to drink booze the last time. My friend wanted to take my daughter out for an early birthday and we met up. What didn't work: They lost our reservation. I showed the confirmation email and the host still asked me twice, "are you sure you booked for the right day?" despite me holding up the email in front of him the whole time. Customer service is everything, man. He was nice an calm, but I was annoyed that he kept trying to find a way it was my fault despite the evidence before him. They did still seat us, but in the noisy bar, where we had to tell to hear each other. We also weren't even drinking. When we were done eating, the dining room was still 75% empty. That felt frustrating. Still not sure why my reservation wasn't honored. What did work: Our server was lovely. The food was really delicious, and fresh. One person in our group had allergies, and the server brought out a spreadsheet that listed allergens by dish so she could make a good choice. Wow. I got the chimichurri bowl with steak and it was fresh and cooked right and I still find myself craving it. Everyone loved the food! The games were a lot of fun and there was so much to do for both adults and kids. They have games I haven't seen elsewhere, so it felt like a fresh night if entertaininment. I bought a $45 card for gaming that me and my daughter both used. We played for like 1.5 hours and still had credits left,which I wasn't expecting. We also had a situation where my daughter won a stuffed animal in a claw machine, and left it at one game by mistake while playing at one just next to it. Someone must have thought it was abandoned and took it in the few minutes it was attended. My daughter, who's a little kid, was crushed. We found a counter to ask about a possible lost and found, and the kind staff asked us for a description and REPLACED it for us. I was ready to just accept that it was gone and walk away with my sad kid. But they went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday end on a good note and it was unexpected and wonderful. Thank you 100 times to those nice folks. One tip: if you have a dining reservation, walk to the rear of the bar, don't wait in the line everyone is in by the front door. That's not the host stand for dinner, but there wasn't a sign to let you know that. Another tip: if you come in the winter and plan to hang in the bar, wear layers. It's near the door and chilly!

Great place to have a fun family outing. Not a super extensive menu but has a little something for everyone. The kids as well parents love all the entertainment playing games. My favorite part is the full bar.

20 minutes to be seated, 20 more minutes to order, coffee finally arrives and it's cold, sandwich arrives and the one thing I asked was no tomato's, so of course it had tomatoes on it. Basically the worst service I've had in long time from any establishment. It's been over an hour since I sat down and I still don't have my coffee. Decided to leave without my coffee.

This was our usual family outting, and they chose Dave and Buster. Everyone was so friendly. Our server was Matthew, and he was amazing. He took our order, and we received our food nice and hot. Matthew was very attentive. Not once did we have to look for him, Matthew was there. When you come, ask to seat in his section, you will not be disappointed. Food was really really good. We enjoyed ourselves. We will be returning.

Never had worse service in my entire life. We seated at the outer tables and they have MENUS at the tables but servers don't take orders and the bar says no. We'll take our spend elsewhere this is a complete joke

First of all, I will admit the games were pretty fun. But the service was terrible, we tried redeeming a pizza voucher that we exchanged for points. They had told us to redeem it at the bar, but when we tried asking for it at the bar, they asked for our ID's. So I tried explaining that we weren't gonna order alcohol and just wanted the pizza. But the lady told us to go to the front desk. Once we went to the front desk the guy told us that he didn't know what the problem was, and that they should have accepted it. So the front desk guy took our voucher directly to the kitchen. But while we were waiting, we saw the bar employees basically just standing around talking to each other, they were lazy and didn't want to do their job. When we finally got our pizza and sat down at a table, we noticed it was really dusty. Which was understandable at the time, because they were doing construction, but you would think the employees would at-least make frequent rounds to clean the tables. Overall, I would recommend for the games, not for the food.

This review is specifically for the customer service upon entering Dave and Buster's. We were immediately stopped and asked to show our IDs and vaccination cards. First time traveling I have ever been asked for "the papers" yet I wasn't wearing a mask and the security guard said nothing about it. His approach to both requests was extremely rude as he lifted up his shoulders to assert whatever authority he thought he had. The billiards area was dirty and despite having Covid signs all over the place the team members were more concerned about playing billiards themselves than keeping a neat, clean and tidy environment. Thank goodness I didn't have anything to drink or eat...yikes.

Let's face it. Dave & Buster's is for the kids at heart. Not the kids! Hahahaha. So my review is for the 25+ crowd. Guys, you will have fun! I arrived at 11am and it was a ghostown for like 10 mins, then the kids (of all ages) came flooding in! So many types of games! I recommend the Walking Dead 2 player shooter game. I was kicking butt! If you feeling stress...take a trip. This location is clean, nice staff, and not too busy.

From my first time experience today, this place is pretty cool. My boyfriend and I came here when it was very slow, and we were able to play any games we wanted without tons of people crowding around. We are both much more used to Gameworks because we always go to the one in Schaumburg, but honestly, this Dave and Buster's is very new, clean, and convenient, so we will most likely start coming here a lot more. The only thing I can really base this place on is Gameworks, so some of my review will be based in comparison since I've never been to any other Dave and Buster's location before. The games here are a lot of fun, and although many are the same as Gameworks, this Dave and Buster's location has many shooting games and much more kinesthetic games. They have a cool Jurassic World 4D game which is pretty badass, but it sucks that you have to pay money for it and that there is no way to use credits from your power card. They have the generic high-priced items, such as game systems, but they have some cute stuffed animals and things for cheaper. Another annoying thing about this place is that I wish the games allowed us to tap our power card instead of insert them. Many games said they couldn't read my card which was annoying, and tapping the card is also a lot faster than inserting, too. As for my experience at the bar, it started off pretty negative because we sat down at a booth, and nobody came by us at all. After 10 minutes, we sat at the bar, and the bartender Matt came by and helped us. He gave us waters and brought us our drinks quickly, mine being a delicious Original Adult Snow Cone ($4.50) and my boyfriend's being a delicious chocolate shake ($3.99). Prices were honestly surprisingly cheap in my opinion. Foodwise, we only tried the Pretzel Dogs today, but they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I would definitely come back to try their entrees. Overall, this place was a lot of fun and I will definitely be back soon.

This was my 2nd time here and it was very busy. 6:00pm on Saturday it's expected. The front desk gave us the information needed and told us where to go to have dinner.We checked in with the host. The wait was 30 minutes, no problem, we went to the bar and that is where our first customer service issue came. The guy took way to long for our drinks and gave me an attitude, no big deal. Maybe the guy is under lots of pressure or new. I tried ordering again, he was too busy for us. Luckily another bartender came by and gave us better service prior to us going to our table. Our waiter David was phenomena !!! I tried several times closing my tab from the bar while we were having dinner without any luck. Finally I was able to speak to the bartender and told him to give me 4 more drinks and to close my tab. Another bartending which he was very rude just screams at me "CAN YOU GIVE HIM A MINUTE" with an attitude. This same bartender who was very rude , when we tried getting more drinking after playing some games was insulting another customer verbally with profanity words. That is when security got involved. There is no reason for no one to insult anyone. I hope management takes care of this individual and give him proper training how to speak to customers.

Came to Dave and busters tonight and had a horrible experience. The workers were rude and ignored us while we waited for prizes at the end. Someone in my party recharged their card at the kiosk and their card was charged but no tickets were put onto the card. Management was no help with that and just told us to wait it out. The place is dirty, cups everywhere, a stench of marijuana. I was very displeased and was also approached twice tonight by creeps. I will not be returning to this location.

The worst service EVER... We sat for 20 minutes before anyone even came to our table at all! The Food was ice cold or not cooked at all a Burger we ordered Med came out RAW! Both the Server & Manager seemed bothered about us addressing it a well??? I understand we are in a Pandemic but come on... The place was not that busy and Servers were standing around doing nothing! I was in the Hospitality industry for 10 years I am not one to complain either... Be warned! We spent almost $200 on cold food and ignorant service NEVER AGAIN!

Had a blast with all the games and food. Almost no prizes anymore, pretty much completely empty and the small things they do have, have double in ticket price it use to be. Even worst it was Sad to find out after we got home the frozen tin missing most of the toys and a broken kazoo.

Great time great people lots of fun !!!!! Had delicious nachos for lunch! Staff was absolutely amazing extremely kind and helpful, if you haven't been go you'll love it!!

Green haired girl was horrible. Ignored all requests and super snotty. Ruined my experience
