Way bigger than most around southern California. The bar was awesome and we really like that there is a whole section on the side with receptionist to check in to be seated.

One of my favorite locations to come to, lots of new games I see being added every other month or two. and the service is always amazing. Food and drinks are always great and it’s always a blast to play games here and have fun with the whole family

Went in for new year eve’s. I go every year but this year was a disappointment. Called in before to confirm timings and 10 pm happy hours promos are still there. The person on the phone said Yes. Went in, had drinks, tapped out and server said no discounts today. Irony is that the same discount came on TV infront of me atleast 50 times, mentioned i was told its there, negative. Ordered food, cutlery was dirty as in pics, waited 45 min for nachos, reminded server, another 10 min & we got Nachos finally. Server never came to us, had to stand up 6 times to catch hold of her. Most of time, our server was chatting personally to a gentleman seated 2 seats away from me. Place was not at all as busy as last time. Overall lack of service, hospitality and commitment. 2 stars are for hats and glasses they threw this year.

Great food and games. Our waiter Jay was excellent and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and kept our order together, despite having a big party with a 3 way split on the payment. First time coming here and definitely will be back

The food was fire 🔥 the Dave & buster burger...I have not ate a burger that damn good in a very very long time so therefore if I feel like having a burger to go I know just where to get it. My wife our 3 children & my father had a really awesome time. Thank you Dave & Busters for having great burgers & other stuff there sorry I'm a burger fan.

Fast forward to present day, that play discount is no more & replaced with levels for loyalty play; there are 9 with rewards starting at Level 2: 48 game chips for 300 played, Level 9: 750 game chips for 20K played. I rarely dined at D&B's unless there's a special offer because the menu offerings weren't tasty or worth the price. It wasn't until the recent improved menu that I started dining again. I especially love the spicy flavors of the smashed burger & blistered green beans! It's a better menu in terms of tasty options, but their calorie count in a single meal might exceed your total count for the day. Yikes! How about adding some healthy options to appease those with dietary restrictions? In addition, Dave & Buster's launched a 2024 Winter Season Pass (12/2024 - 02/28/25) for unlimited game play, daily food & beverage discounts, & more; choose from: Platinum, Gold, & Silver for different perks. I'm not as big of a fan of the arcade because I'm more sensitive to the noise level; yes, I'm admitting my advance age. LOL It's nice to spend 30 - 60 mins. on Wednesdays because all games are 1/2 off. With the winter pass, we've been going 2 - 4x/week & mostly dining in on those visits. The Torrance location has a sizable dining room to the left of the entrance, a huge bar area on the right, & further in is the arcade with the latest regular & VR games, tabletop, air hockey, & traditional gaming. Service has been a hit or miss in both dining & arcade... when they're off the mark, it's usually for wait time to be seated & taking the order for dining, or locating a staff member to assist for gaming issues (e.g. taking chips without play credits, missing game cards for Minecraft Dungeons, etc.) that I usually go to the Win! Zone to call for assistance. Gone were the days of roaming personnel for quality/service checks. The "ticket" games are no longer as generous in the past, have transitioned from paper to virtual so earned tickets are recorded/saved directly on the power card. One of my fav oldie: Flamin' Finger is no more, Daytona is still here. Some of my family's latest go-tos are: Air Hockey, Harpoon Lagoon, Centipede, Connect 4, Candy Crush, Hot Wheels, Mario Kart, Minecraft Dungeons. Dave & Buster's is a cool family-fun local hangout, a tad pricey from my arcade heydays but an enjoyable, safe environment for the kiddos. Recommended: Driving games (Mario Kart, Hot Wheels, Daytona), ticket games (Harpoon Lagoon, coin pushers), Connect 4, Candy Crush, Minecraft Dungeons, Centipede.

I had fun at the arcade with my cousins we even took a picture as Ghostbusters it Made us feel like we were Ghostbusters! I haven't tried the food yet so I can't read them on that and the service but I love the arcade. It's a fun place to be at on the first date or with friends and family. Update: on food it was delicious the beef fries were delicious.

There's alot of negatives with this place but the number 1 issue is the staff. Myself and another girl in our group accidentally made two reservations. She arrived first and checked in (note: they had her reservation and she was checked in on the tablet). We were waiting about 15 minutes and were noticing alot of people were being seated before us. She went back up to the counter and spoke to a different hostess and was told they had no reservation in her name (mind you, she SAW her name on the tablet initially). The hostess was soo rude so my friend asked to speak to the manager. He couldn't find her reservation. Luckily I still had my reservation which he found and we were sat right away. So that was the first issue. 2nd issue: there is zero vegan food on the menu. I ended up having chips and quacamole as my meal. The drinks were weak, the waiter was all over the place, and in the end messed up our check so we individually paid and he ended up being tipped ALOT for sub par service and food. We tried to be nice and it wasn't necessarily his fault but it confirms that I personally won't be back (others in the group stated the same). 3rd issue: the bar. Bless this poor bartenders heart, she was running around, spilling drinks, taking too many orders at once, visibly flustered. Two of us ordered an Irish Car Bomb - it was wrong but it was still good so we let it slide. The second time we went back to get another round of the Irish Car Bomb, a different bartender was there and she said they don't make them (obviously not true as we had ordered about 30 minutes prior). Walked away and then said they're running to the back to get more ingredients. Now just say you don't know how to make one. About 20 minutes later, she gave us our drinks and they were again, wrong. Tasted gross. I was over it so I just called it a night on drinks. 4th Issue: The bathrooms. I feel like there is not enough janitorial staff because the womens bathroom was a mess (just like the last time I came). ALL that aside, we had fun with the games because we as a group have fun together so at least there's that. All in all, come for games but I'd avoid the restaurant and the bar if you can help it.

Not the best location. Food always come out wrong and cold every single time I hate it. I only come cause of my daughter. It's always hard to find someone to come fix a game when you need help. Oh i can go on

Haven't been to one of these since I was a kid but decided to go here for a random date night for their half priced games Wednesday. Food and drinks for their happy hour were a great price and also, surprisingly really good. Solid burger and wings, all you can ask for from a sports bar setting like this and they delivered. Had a blast with all the games, we only had one issue with a game not working and the staff were nice enough to get it fixed for us and give us another go for free.

Good food good service. Beer and drinks for adults and if you go during the week they have half price games I think on Wednesday. You could have a party here too. Kinda pricey but fun Fun for adults and kids

The restrooms are ALWAYS disgusting. On a Monday, when it's not busy, someone should be available to be checking the restrooms and making sure things are stocked and clean! There was also trash on the games and tables! Management needs work, badly! Server wasn't too good, just ok. Everytime I go, bar need wiping. Games and tables were filthy with trash.

Cool spot, nothing special. Dave and Busters are always a great place to go hang out. It's family orientated but also for adults, and I like that. Food: I've only had some of the appitizers, but I have to say they have the best garlic parmasean fires hands down theres No competition. The nachos are okay. The presentation isn't very appealing, but you get a nice portion. I also ordered the queso Blanco dip and chips, and that was so good. The mixture they put in the queso with the beans, corn, salsa, and cilantro is fire. Loved it. Atmosphere: The vibe is cool. Everyone is chill. You hear people laughing and having a good time. There's plenty of places to sit and hang out. The bathrooms are clean and organized with baby changing stations. They also have 2 banquet rooms called FUNtion, room 1 and 2, which hold about 40-50 people, maybe more. Great space for private parties. Service: The service is average. Which isn't bad, but there is room for improvement. I don't really see staff smiling, recommending items on the menu, or just being friendly with conversation. It feels more like the staff is checked out at times. Price: The food and drink prices are average and seem to be right on target for what they offer. The games are a little expensive but you do have fun. Location: It's located at the Del Amo Mall in Torrance, CA, on the old part of the mall on the Prairie Ave / Madrona Ave side. It's right next to a parking structure, so there is plenty of free parking, and it's well lit. Security is also within eye sight of the parking lot as well. It's very convenient if you have a big party or you just show up on a busy night. Games: They have almost every game, the one thing I don't see is pool tables, which is a bummer because pool tables are so much fun, especially in an environment like Dave and Busters.

We literally stopped here to try out this location and bought $500 of gift cards to load up and play. There was way too many malfunctions in one night for us that we started recording games that were doing funny things. Including not creditingus for wins. Out swooped Victor aka Superman, where he would explain the issues possible fixes and made sure we didn't leave feeling cheated. There was a random Sunday half price games and my wife and I played a ton of games.... Couldn't help it lol. Food is a bit expensive for things like Ribeye dinner so we tried the late night $5 menu. It appears the menu is now gone or was never offered at the Santa Anita Mall location. Won't lie the no discounts on food sucks but will have to do with the great games, the casino like atmosphere of fun, and we love the staff here. I highly recommend this place for fun and time/value! Came here for their AYCE Wings! Never knew it existed until they sent me emails. For under $25 this AYCE wing deal is a DEAL. Between me and my man we had over 50 wings lol. Check the D&B site and they will tell you when it's available. They kind of take long for the wings to come out so here are some tips: -arrive when they start the ayce wing special which is around 4pm -stay at a table closer to the bar -tip your waiter well -order the wings well in advance, ie if you are on your last 3 wings order the next order -be patient, smile, enjoy and have some drinks

Had a blast on a sudden half off games Sunday. Some of the machines were having malfunctions including one that robbed me of my jackpot. But that's when Victor stepped in and made everything right. Big thanks to him for making the night fun for us! Had some late night food as well after playing for a while. We tried the flat bread, nachos, and cheese fries on the $5 late night happy hour menu. The nachos look like the cantina chicken nachos but it's like a third of the size and without the chicken. It's much more worth it to just get the regular order. Overall the $5 menu didn't really seem worth it and normal menu items are much more interesting and satisfying. We salvaged the food situation with the Game Day Grub platter which is always good. Jazmin was our server and she took great care of us. There was also a girl in the prize room who was really friendly and helpful but I unfortunately didn't catch her name. Compared to the other D&B near me in Arcadia that I go to, I really like the layout of this one better. The seats are comfy and located close to the games.

Games, Beer, and Food! Great for kids and adults! Been here a number of times. Both with adult buddies to watch some games (football, tennis, soccer, etc.), and also with kids to play games. Even had a work team building event here. Good entertainment for all! Games (4): Lots of games. Most are ticket-based where you can rack up tickets for prizes. Their prize store is pretty extensive with lots of options. They use game cards for pretty much everything including your tickets. Beer (4): Had to mention this since a good beverage is part of the fun and entertainment right? Not too large of a draft list but a good enough variety to please most. Full bar. Food (4): We got some appetizers which were all pretty standard bar fare. Their fish & chips were pretty good. We had a work team building event here. They have rooms you can rent for parties and events. Ours had a mic and screen so we could present things. Had a table of catered food as well. We had a competition for some games and ran a leaderboard which made the event fun. One thing I didn't expect was the amount of TV's they have. They have a large main screen and tons of TV's surrounding the bar area. Definitely enough to watch multiple games at once. Give the kids some game cards while the adults watch the game at the bar. Then have the adults test their skills with football and hoops games. Good times. Overall, we always enjoy our time here.

This is a very good restaurant and game center. They have much better quality prizes than places like Chuck E Cheese or John's Incredible Pizza Place. We had a birthday party here and the staff were very good and helpful. I just wish they had more vegetarian options on their menu besides the standard bar type food.

So annoying when the ticket amounts are wrong or no ticket at all. I made the assumption this pac man video game was same amount as Atari game thing. Come to find out it was 10,000 tickets !! Which no tag says that! So irritated with these corporate idiots! No one in management even cared! So sickening I will not visit again!

Bad service! Bad place! Very forgetful, bought a game card and it was empty! Just totally messed up my son's bday!

I was charged extra for my service, and honestly, this is unacceptable. I also have my receipt to confirm the charges. I did not leave a tip because I was not satisfied with the service.

I hadn't visited this place in a while. On Wednesday they have half off on games, so why not. In addition they have 5 dollar bites! Win win for parents! ERIKA a server there was PHENOMENAL! She has exceptional service! She did not miss a beat! Such an inviting personality!!! Ask for her I didn't care for the cauliflower bites they were too bland for my taste buds. But these Nachos were delicious!

Came here on 12/17/24 and the girl Alex working at the bar during happy hour was super rude! Went with a few coworkers for some drinks and without asking she put a few drinks on one tab and when asked to separate everything she said "no figure it out, zelle each other or something." And after she proceeded to make the drinks and i'm surprised nothing broke because she was throwing cups into the sink from across the bar and slamming down drink bottles. Her coworker with the pretty christmas bow was super sweet and said Alex was NO help and she was having to do everything alone. She even reached out to the radio for help and said Alex was giving her a hard time and nothing was done!

If you come in and Malia is working, definitely ask for her! She is amazing and has made this place feel like home. She is great with my whole family. I will come back just for her!

Food is mediocre. Food service was extremely SLOW. My cousin ordered cake to finish off her meal and we waited for almost 30 mins that we ended up canceling the order and just wanted to leave. It wasn't even a full house. Waiter gave it to us on the house. They have a promotion if you buy the $15 game card you get $15 game credit on them. The app is glitchy and I didn't get the promotion to apply to my account. I had to get them to manually add the promotion so I could get the free $15 gift card. I had to go through 3 people though. It kept getting escalated up the management chain. Such a huge inconvenience. I spent about 30 mins waiting at the front desk until one of those 3 people could figure it out while a HUGE line was forming behind me. Overall I had a bad experience

The good: This is a fun arcade and restaurant that is great for folks of all ages. I came here a couple of times with my toddler. She enjoyed the games. The atmosphere is lively, fun, and loud. The interior is darker which allows for the games's lights to illuminate the space. They play sports games on their TVs and offer food as well. They offer birthday packages that include play cards and food (both for kids and adults). I enjoyed the team games like Mario Kart where you're competing against other players. This is getting 5 stars because I haven't been to a bigger/better arcade! The bad: I've been to three other Dave and Buster locations and this one was the smallest. You need a million tickets to anything cool in the prize store. The interesting: They started in Texas. Dave and Buster are real people.

Well The Server was very nice and accommodating. I just don't like that they overcharge for Tip. The lemon pepper wings were delicious. The buffalo wings were salty. Everything else was ok.

Its cool, but I went to watch some UFC and it was not on. Drink prices are a bargain. Lots of fun stuff to do still

Y'all when I tell you the service yesterday at Dave and Busters was amazing I absolutely mean it Nitta was on fire! She held down the tables at the bar all on her own with the help of a gentleman running food for her. The entire time she didn't look stressed and was all smiles. The music was a bit loud but I mean can't hold that against them complaining about something like that is like going to the beach and being upset there's sand. Overall great experience my son loves going to play the games.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Mike the hospitality manager who saved my son from shame and embarrassment today. My boy put his playcard down during a game (instead of in his pocket like we had talked about) and we think it was taken by someone else. Mike helped us out immediately, no questions asked. You turned tears into smiles today Mike, I'm extremely grateful for you! We had a wonderful 4 hours of gaming and food today at Dave & Busters. My boy is super thankful that you added the new Minecraft Dungeons to your collection. That game is so fun!! Thanks again and see y'all soon!

Like any other D&B, consistent and this one is fairly larger than some others. Food was good, nothing special. Amicable staff and quick service.

Came to get some food, we were sat promptly the host was polite but that's the only positive thing to say. We sat and waited for over 25 minutes without anyone including the waitress acknowledging us even though we were clearly looking for our server . There were at least 3 people just standing around talking. We saw what we assumed to be our server at the table next to us and not once did she check in not even to say she would be with us shortly. I didn't expect 5 star service but this was pretty bad. We waited 10 more minutes and finally walked out. Table was also wet and the menu smelled.

Manager was antagonizing and rude and above all racist. Back story manager wasn't happy with my boyfriend's request to order for me and removed him from the bday party.

The food and service is wonderful. Almost every week that I go and want to use the bathroom, most of the stalls and floor are dirty.

Yes I went here to have a good time with family and friends and turned out I left disappointed. Food was trash... service was HORRIBLE. Hopefully it be more better with management and service wise. Also we had to clean 2 tables off cause half of the tables were dirty. Just do better next time, it took us hella long to get our food and good service. The server was trying her best but just horrible.

Idk why people are doing terrible ratings lmao. I came to show 3 of my kiwi friends a good time. The table for a party of 4 for a Saturday was told 1.5 wait but actually only took 30 min. We played games in the meantime while waiting anyway! Our server, King Nate, was the homieeee. Such an absolute legend. A++++ service from you, thank you so much for showing good crackup American hospitality! Games were fun and all working and the prizes are decent. Drinks aren't that expensive and the food was good! Ended up getting desert and loved the churros.

Keep your wits about you if you choose to drink alcohol while you're here. I bought a 2-pack of gift cards at Costco, and went directly to D&B where my husband was hanging out with some friends. I gave one card from the 2-pack to my friend and the other to my husband. My friend was able to pay her bill with the gift card I gave to her. The server that was "helping" my husband, Ryan, told my husband that the gift card had a zero balance, and that my husband had to use alternative payment. My husband had been drinking and didn't want to argue, so he paid using his credit card. Shady af. I'll probably just give the remaining gift card to someone else. I'm not going to back to a place with shady practices.

I was debating between 2 and 3 stars for this place not sure which way I would lean. I think the only reason it deserves 3 stars is because of the wide variety of games available to play and the cleanliness of the space. I would recommend going on Wednesday because they have half of games which is a pretty good deal. As far as the food, we ordered nachos and sliders which were good. Nothing special honestly but not bad, slightly overpriced in my opinion but that's fine. Our bartender was another saving grace, I didn't see his name but he looked like he had a lot of regulars come up and greet him and he was quick and attentive to everyone at the bar top , us included.

We had a very bad experience here, they had us waiting for more than 45 minutes to give us a table and they had more than one table empty or both available, in my opinion it's unprofessional and they should work more on prioritizing their customers instead of holding seats for bigger parties.

Got some food delivered from there a couple weeks ago. Some items were missing so I drove there to pick them up. Gerson was very apologetic, understanding, and helpful even while the store was super super busy. Thank you Gerson! I appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Great for family fun and birthday parties. Not so great for hanging out with a small group of friends - the place is super noisy, the service was slow and the food average. But the arcade is so much fun - it's a great stress buster!

The food here is on point, and doesn't disappoint! I'm not sure who the Chef is, but he/she has skills. Everything I have tried here has been prepared perfectly. Great prices too M-Thursday is 50% off. Best deal in town IMHO. ENJOY

Think this is only my second time here at this location. Not too much to say honestly. I know this location has been here for at least a couple of years now. I came today (Tuesday) and was pleasantly surprised that it was practically empty. I can see this place being packed on a weekend or evenings. But it was awesome. My daughters are on spring break and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Didn't have any food or drinks. Simply came for the games. The things I liked the most, was that the whole place seemed really clean. Didn't feel grimy at all. Even all of the games we played seemed clean and in good working order. Nothing was out of service. So kudos to the establishment for keeping a clean environment. We had a good time for the hour or two that we spent there.

When you come here, just have a budget to spend. Bought $150 games for three kids. Food was $130. Annabel was the best in the restaurant. She's a very attentive server. I think anyone I asked helped with was very helpful. The bottom line, my kids had fun. My daughter brought her friend and they both enjoyed the place. It's more on for teens. Food is excellent. This place is really cool , went there with coworkers and we really enjoy the all you can eat wings. The service is excellent with the Manager going to your table letting you know if you need anything. Also handing Business cards. The place is loud with music sports people in the background.

Sat down and waited 30 mins , and no servers came to our table to take our order, then got up and left, what's the point of late night deals if don't honor, such a waste of drive

Watched bartender fake pour from an empty bottle my entire dinner. It must have been a liquor from the happy hour menu because he did this A LOT. For several customers I clouding 2 of my own

The food was either bland or too salty. Did speak with a couple of managers and hopefully it'll change the way they prep the food and get better food. Hopefully they get better food sooner than later. Would i come back? Maybe not. Was it worth the money i spent? No it wasn't. Next time I'll drive to Orange County or Hollywood to eat at a Dave and busters.

In my experience the bacon burger that they promoted was very good but the meat on the other side was absolutely trash. It was still raw which is what I didn't ask for. They didnt ask me what I wanted regarding how cooked and the whole time they had an attitude problem. My dad had ate the burger and he is not feeling at all well. The beef patty I'm sure was still mooing and eating grass from the pasture. Would never eat anything in there. Having fun and playing games is fun but it is costly so bring around $100 or so for 3 people to play. Its vibe was very loud and a lot of screaming kids. I would not come here if you are your partner are trying to have an intimate memory maybe more if you are just trying to have fun. Anywho I wouldn't come here again unless I get paid to be here's that's my opinion.

Food was below average. Food came out right away but for this place to be as empty as is was we should have gotten scalding hot food, but instead we received room temp food. We sent it back in hopes that the next time would be better but unfortunately they fell short once again and the food was only slightly warmer. Was there any parmesan on the parmesan brussel sprouts, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Did we eat it yes because we (kids myself and my husband) were starving. Did they try to charge us different prices than what was listed on the menu, YES! Service was good at least but we probably wont be coming back for a while at least not to eat.

Julian(travel nurse) and I hung out today for some bro mance at Dave and busters..I was surprised they were still open due to the pandemic and stuff. Julian is good at the claw game..one down side; some.of the games were broken. We tried to play air hockey which never worked, and the worker here wouldn't give me my credit back. Otherwise, we had fun. I won a total of 293 tickets and Julian, won 932 tickets. I forgot how fun it is to drink couple of beers and play games.. If only the workers were consistent on checking and making sure all the games worked would been nice...

J made our experience amazing! Very attentive to us and had amazing conversations. He made our experience so much better! Food was good and kids had fun! Recommend going and asking for J!
