I had an amazing experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken thanks to Abdule and Angles. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. They explained the menu clearly, helped with heat level choices, and kept a great attitude even while things were busy. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about customers, which is rare these days. The food was great, but their customer service is what really made this visit stand out. Dave’s is lucky to have them — I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing! the food is great and worth the money. Staff is very friendly. Only thing that could be improved on is the cleanness of the dining room. I had to wipe my own table.

Dave’s always gets the job done for me. The food is always delicious. Will it be the best hot chicken you’ve ever had? Probably not. But it will be really really good. The service is always very good. They are kind and helpful. Do yourself a favor and ask for honey - then put it on your chicken. Also the spice levels are lower than other hot chicken places. A Dave’s medium is comparable to a mild elsewhere.

I’m not sure what the super hype is about this place, maybe just not my thing. Not a fan of the one and only sauce they have for your chicken. No buffalo sauce or other flavors. The breading wasn’t really my vibe. Very friendly service though.

This was my first visit to Daves and the food was excellent, but what truly stood out was Elliot S. From the moment I walked in he greeted me immediately, took the time to walk me through the menu, and offered sincere recommendations. I watched him do the same for every single person who came through the door. His consistency, hospitality, and genuine pride in his work were remarkable. He was working the pick up window, taking orders, answering the phone and doing it all with efficiency and kindness. Something you literally never see anymore. I serve as a Vice President of Operations for a large company overseeing thousands of employees across multiple states. It is rare to see someone deliver service at this level with this much authenticity. If I had any operations anywhere near here I would be actively recruiting him to come work for me. Elliot is the kind of employee who elevates an entire business simply by showing up and doing his job with excellence. Kudos to you, Elliot. I hope they take good care of you. You have a bright future ahead of you.

I have never desired to honk a screaming rubber chicken in my life... until today. It was all that I could see the second I walked in the door. I had to know if it honked. I just had to get my hands on it. To my sheer joy, when I asked if it made noise, the guy behind the counter said it did and didn't skip a beat offering to let me honk it. I must admit the initial squeezing of the air out of the chicken was very anti climactic. The initial honk also matched the same energy. It wasn't until about 10 seconds after I was done crushing its plastic soul, that absolute wholesome joy was experienced. The honk that was emitted from said lifeless plastic chicken can only be described as the most annoying and hilarious sound I've ever heard. I left with the biggest smile and so much joy in my heart. What a great first time experience. Oh yeah the chicken was good. The Daves sauce slaps. If Dave's ever needs to rehome their life-size honking chicken, I am available!

We come here every now and then. I don't like burgers much, but I do like Dave's. The sweetness and spiciness of their chicken are just the right amount. And it's crispy! We just stopped by Dave's this past Sunday. The chicken was good as always, but the bottom sandwich was a bit cold this time as if it was sitting over something cold. I hope that won't happen again. I see flies at a lot of restaurants in summer and I hate it. It's a sign of bad sanitation. I haven't spotted even one fly here. They really keep this place clean considering how busy they always are.

This place is a favorite treat of mine and I can't help but love it. It scratches a very good itch for tasty, and potentially very spicy, fried chicken. I find most other places lacking in terms of bombastic seasoning whilst still being nice and juicy on the inside. They also have better mac and cheese along with better fries than virtually all of the fast food competition. The only imperfection with the chicken, besides complaints about it being to salty I've heard, is that it's not all that crispy. Not that their is zero crispyness but some bites feel a bit light and effortless, it's just not as crispy as a place like Popeyes. Orders have been consistent bar a couple times where extra sauce packets were not being included despite the extra cost. Though I have noticed recently the fries being more raw than I would like. Building/interior looks cool and the chicken sandwich is the perfect concoction. 9/10 totally worth the heartburn!

Not bad, not bad at all. I've gone to this Dave's location at least four times now, and I'd say things are pretty consistent. Here's what's hot about Dave's: * Parking * If you're familiar with this shopping area, you'll know that this parking lot can be a nightmare at times. During lunch, not so bad. Luckily they are right next to an open lot, so parking shouldn't be an issue. * Ordering, Service, and Dining-in * Only one time out of the four visits have I had a bad experience while ordering. But the last time was with Ash, who identified himself, and helped out while placing my order. He also buzzed the pager and asked if I needed anything else. Thanks Ash! The tables appear to be cleaned off as well. So no issues with service or dine-in. * Tenders, Bites, and Fries * I've tried the following: ~ Dave's #3, with 1 Hot Chicken Tender and a Chicken Slider w/ Fries ($13.99) ordered medium and it was pretty tasty. I didn't care much for the slider, as the little toasted bread didn't make a difference. I guess you can say I didn't notice it. ~ Dave's #1 with 2 Hot Chicken Tenders and Fries ($12.99), this I liked! Even just two tenders still filled me up. The fries are just OK. I don't mind crinkle-cut fries. ~ 10 pc. Dave's Bites w/ Fries ($9.99), now I wasn't sure if there actually were ten bites, but I had these HOT and boy were they HOT. A nice but manageable heat indeed. Overall, I like this Dave's location. It's in a popular eating area so just be aware of the possible parking madness. Service is fine, dining-in is fine. Their cuts of chicken breast are satisfying, and you can adjust the heat level to your liking. Knowing me, I'll be back.

So nice I had to have it twice, in one week! My first visit was during the lunch hour with a coworker on a Monday afternoon. It was busy but not overcrowded with plenty of places to sit both inside and out. Staff were friendly, ordering was easy and the food came out quickly. I got a slider and fries and wow, the chicken and fries were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Seriously so good. I cannot believe I'm only having this now. I loved everything about the slider including the slaw and pickles. I think this is a much better value and quality than other chicken places. Because I loved it so much, I came back the following weekend with my husband so that he could try it for the first time and we had another great experience. Staff were consistently attentive and helpful. Food was great. Thank you!

These guys are always super friendly, no matter how busy or what time of the day! Their food is pretty great and they are open super late. This is one of those super late hangout spots these days so the parking lot can be a bit full - seriously, be careful...I had a younger girl falling over drunk right as I was trying to exit the parking lot. She was pretty small and hard to see. Cramped parking lots can be a bit tricky - especially since a lot of vehicles are huge oversized trucks. But this is where everyone goes to get some hangover cure.

What a cool little chicken spot. Stopped by for a quick lunch. The food came out quick and tasted great. The decor really pops. It's located in a cute outdoor shopping center. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to grab a bite.

I'm a sucker for fried chicken, and I loved this place. The spicy seasoning and special cheese sauce hit the spot. I do wish they added more sauce to the fries, but I guess that's how they get you with the extra charge.

If you want to burn your butthole this place don't mess around. Their spicy had me gasping more than when i see margot robbie in wolf of wallstreet. Honestly doe the chicken is as juicy as me right after the shower. And their sauce is the best fried chicken spot hands down fite me otherwise. Bulk approved bootyhole burned!

I knew about Dave's chicken for a really long time but never tried it. Apparently, we have been missing out because the chicken sliders were really tasty. It was quite late at night (like 11 ish) and we were hungry after going to a concert. Desperate to eat anything, we quickly googled a place to go and Dave's chicken was the closest to our location. Let me tell you, it was a relief when we saw the shop was well lit and still filled with customers. We quickly ordered a meal and the food came quickly. I got a mild chicken slider and my fiancé got the medium spicy one. The sliders were big, made fresh and the chicken was hot and tender. After a long night, it was heavenly. We also appreciated the fries and pickles as they completed the meal. The chocolate milk shake was delicious as well as it wasn't overly sweet and had a nice chocolate flavor. Would we come back very often? Probably not as fried chicken isn't the healthiest option. However, if we ever crave fried chicken and/or need some good late-night food, we will definitely return to Dave's chicken.

Tried out this location for the first time and was pleased. Clean dining area and friendly staff. Ordered the medium heat chicken tenders which were juicy but not too spicy. I would definitely go with the hot next time! Fries are nicely seasoned and liked that it came with Pickles! Sauce was ok, not overly flavorful but chicken had enough seasoning. Yummy! Will come again!

Great to have such an accessible fast food halal option nearby! Service can be super quick, but definitely recommend being willing to wait as during busy times it can significantly slow down. Good news is they also have an order ahead option via the app to bypass the rush of ordering in person. Another reason to consider ordering through the app for pickup is the noise level can get really loud when dining in. The music is loud, and the din from other diners seems to echo. Not exactlythe right place for dates or to bring young children, but if the weather is nice they do have outdoor seating options!

Friendliest manager (gal with strawberry blondish hair and glasses) that seems to treat her team with fun and respect every time I've seen her interact with them. This location is always efficient and clean. Food is consistently amazing for what it is. Moist chicken tenders, great sauce , even better pickles. The pieces of chicken are always a decent size. It's not the cheapest lunch option, but the quality is this definitely there.

Another Dave's, another delicious lunch! I got there around 1:30pm but it wasn't busy, only 1 person in front of me. Like I said in a review of a different location, Dave's continually impresses me with the streamlined consistency of their food regardless of which location I eat at, and this spot checks all the boxes as well. The chicken was perfectly seasoned with my favorite "medium" spice. They were thick, juicy, and moist, having the same high quality I've come to love. The fries are insanely good too by the way. They always come out pipping hot, cooked perfectly with such a satisfying crunch to them. Plus the seasoning they use on the fries is great too. Staff was friendly, happy to accommodate us when we asked for more of Dave's delicious sauce. Fantastic and filling lunch as always. If you haven't eaten as Dave's before you really need too. And if you have, it's time to go back.

The food is always awesome! Never had an issue with that. My issue is with how the employees were letting kids(4 of them) eat at the counter that you pick your food up and made a mess and hard to grab my food. Unprofessional!

Simple menu with a lot of taste!! Go for the spicy if you like spice. Getting anything plain isn't worth it, while the chicken is juicy and good, it is plain chicken. Spice it up and enjoy the hot chicken! I got the chicken strips and they did not disappoint! I'll be back to try some real spice next time though

I have been looking forward to tasting Dave's Hot Chicken. I had not realized that they are large chicken tenders but don't let this turn you off the sandwiches are great. I tried the #2 combo, 2 sliders with fries, pickles and fries sauce. The chicken has a lot of flavor, you can also add your spice level, I chose the medium level it was perfect. Plenty of fries with a tasty dipping sauce. I could only finish one of the sliders, they are huge, I saved the other one for later. They also have Cauliflower sliders that are served on a potato bun with a kale slaw. I will need to try them next time. For shake lovers they have your favorites. I love pickles so I ordered an extra side, worth the cost. The inside of the location had plenty of seating. It was very busy mid day but you can also place an order for pickup, they have a pick up window for to go order which is very convenient. The staff were friendly. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Thursday 9/21/23 I always wanted to try Dave's hot chicken due to the amount popularity and hype I saw around it but to my knowledge it was only a California franchise. Luckily, they've expanded to Portland and there was a spot close by to where I was staying. I got 1 Dave's medium slider with cheese & cheese fries, 1 regular Dave's medium slider & fries, an Oreo top loaded shake, and Mac n cheese. The chicken sandwiches were decent but I expected them to be much better. The French fries were solid. The Mac n cheese was wack. The Oreo top loaded "shake" was very disappointing: it wasn't a shake at all, just ice cream with Oreos on top. Dave's hot chicken is very overrated in my opinion and I don't see why there is so much hype around it.

We ordered 10 sliders at mild hot level. 3 of them were ghost pepper. They absolutely ruined my night and two of my friends. We were in so much pain it was awful. This must have been an accident on their end but it absolutely ruined our Saturday nights. I'll never come back. Thanks Dave's. I won't forgive you for this painful experience.

It's still good but, I've tried better Dave's hot chicken locations. The burgers and chicken tenders of this location has chicken on the dryer side. I like it a bit more saucy. It's still well seasoned but it needs dipping sauce. The Cali and Seattle location I tried I felt like it didn't really need dipping sauce. I like the unique murals in every location though.

We don't have these in Northern California. I'm always looking for a good chicken sandwich. Simplicity in a menu is a sign that they do it right...and they do. Chicken offered in a few ways even more heat temps and they offer family size quantities. Nice sandwiches but the real impressive/deal maker part was their new addition of the cauliflower sandwiches. Finally a place my vegetarian wife and I can agree on. Good job

I loved the sandwhich/sliders they are so good!!!! The buns may not be toasted but I can assure you the chicken makes up for it! It's like chick fil a but better. I ordered doordash and our dasher was nice and crossed the busy road instead of me going there. And the inside seems nice from photos.

Good tasting fast food - great option if you want something spicier than Chick Fillet (and open on Sunday). It can get busy - both inside and with parking - and no drive thru, but their chicken is worth it. I have eaten level 3/medium and level 4 - but spicier is available for the adventurous folks out there!

Came here on a Sunday evening and there was a bit of a wait for this place, I ordered the tender and slider with fries and side of Mac and cheese. Its decent price for fried chicken. Indoor dining was pretty busy, every table was full and we waited for about 30 mins to pick up our food. It was fast food service so what do you expect. We ended up eating outside. The chicken was crispy and the sauce is really good. I didn't expect the tenders to come with bread food and the mac and cheese was delicious. I was very satisfied. Only negative was we got the medium spice but it was not spicy at all and we waited for a while.

I am back to try their chicken sliders as I've heard good things about them! when I think sliders, I'd think they're very small and you may need 3-4 to find it filling or add some fries but this was by far the biggest slider I have, it was almost like a burger to me! Okay, I'm petite so I eat less than others perhaps but anyways, I was surprised by the size and I had it to go. I brought it home and it was just as good. The bread was soft and light, the chicken itself was very tender, far better than other well known fried chicken burger places. The flavor was nice, not overly salty. I asked for no spice and they did it. The slaw and the pickles were a nice balance of flavors and lightened the heaviness of the fried chicken. This time, the wait was short since I came at odd hours and there were a few servers.

Food was good. Service not much to add. You order at the counter and you pick up when your number is called. Wall reflect all sounds, customers talking, calling the numbers your food is ready and pull chairs also make large noise. I think it is good place to order to go but sitting down and eat is hard. Very noisy.

Went here with my friend her two kids and my kiddo. We walked in around 245 to a fairly slowish/med restaurant. We ordered. I asked if I could have my chicken cut up, and the attendant told me they could give me a knife. I asked if they could cut if back in the kitchen. The attendant told me no, then a girl walked up behing him and and yes they could. He said they didn't have a knife... but offered to give me a plastic one. This whole exchange was weird and ultimately even after being told they would, they did not (not even a plastic knife) I ended up having to pull the tender open with my hands. It was not fun and very hot. The food is mid. Nothing special, not worth the terrible parking lot that is this Cedar Hills area. Like for real, how many accidents have happened in the parking lot. Anyways my food was just okay, I ate it cause I was hungry and paid for it. Asking for a 20 percent tip though for counter service is mind blowing to me! (As a former service industry professional) I would not waste your time here and take your hot sauce to Raising Canes or anywhere else.

I was a fan! I tried the #3 with 1 tender, 1 slider and I upgraded to cheese fries. I went with lite mild seasoning since I can be a wimp with spice but I still thought the flavor was excellent! Even lite mild had a slight kick to it. I enjoyed everything, the chicken, the fries, the pickles and the sauce. My partner tried the #1 - 2 tenders with fries with no heat. The chicken without any heat was just okay. Fries were good though. She also tried the mac n cheese which was also just okay. I'd definitely recommend getting some level of heat if you come in. Overall ordering ahead online was a breeze and I enjoyed the meal!

I've seen so much hype about Dave's hot chicken on social media and I have to say it's worth it! I came in fully expecting it to be overrated but I was proven wrong. I ordered a more spicey chicken sandwich with fries and a drink and it came so fast. The fries were super crispy and seasoned and the chicken was super tasty and spicy. I would TOTALLY come back.

Quick friendly service , I heard a lot of hype about this place and I love you can intensify the spice level as you please not a lot of take away food places offer that! * fun environment but loud. The noise does definitely travel so If you're sensitive to loud noises or someone in your group is just be aware. * kind friendly staff. * they seem to have a non chicken option (cauliflower). I would make sure If the bun is non animal as well if you're vegan. * the chocolate shake was really yummy, * the chicken is breaded/ coated with a delicious blend, the Outside of the chicken wasn't tough or hard crispy at all * it can get crazy busy during the lunch rush in cedar hills, I recommend online order through the app. * one meal , a slider, and large shake =$24.77 . The chicken pieces were huge so even though it looks like a little bit of food it was actually really filling. The menu is limited but a good spot if you're looking to turn up the heat on your lunch break. Recommendation: * offer a wrap option ( tender and slaw inside maybe?) * more options for sauces

I had never tried Dave's so when I was in Beaverton I thought....todays the day. I had sliders combo in both the hottest and burn your face off flavors. Had to sign a waiver for the latter. I like hot things, I eat all kinds of yummy things trying to melt my brain. I haven't got there yet but it isn't all about the heat, it needs to have flavor and heat and there sauces just don't. Sorry Dave, so sorry the chicken was absolutely high quality and that is what made it more of a shame to me. I should have gotten a lower heat level just to more thoroughly enjoy how good the actual chicken was. They lost another star because of the cost, it was so overpriced I was shocked. Like really, really? Cain has the same type of fare. I will go back and give it another try and get back to you all!

Starting off, the vibes were awesome! I really liked all the wall art through the restaurant. We got free drinks for checking in on Yelp, so that was cool! You just check in and show them that you checked in. Fries were good but the chicken is what was disappointing. I was expecting spicy, but it almost just seemed like a bunch of dry rub on it that wasn't pleasant. I wasn't a fan. The sauce they give you comes in a tiny container so you have to ask for more if you want enough for your entire meal. Overall, the food was good but I personally wasn't a fan so I don't think I'll be going back. If you enjoy spicy food, you may enjoy this place!

amazzzzinngggg!! not your typical spicy chicken sandwich and that kale slaw with pickles and Dave's sauce goes so well!! If you don't eat beef and wonder what In-N-Out burger taste like, this is comparable. I used to eat beef and recently switched over to chicken/pork/fish only. The chicken is well seasoned with spice and cooked to perfection, not too dry or chewy and still juicy!! I was really taken aback with each bite, so speechless that I could only make the sound of "mmhmmm" the entire time. Kale slaw is 10/10, i subbed it for fries because it just looked so mouthwatering. I did two sliders in spicy level of Hot and it was just perfect. Definitely would come again when i'm craving for crispy fried hot chicken!

lol after waiting in line at Powell's for what seemed to be an hour, I decided to bail. It was 2 pm and I was "starving". Unfortunately my parking choice was assuming that I would have mostly empty bags on the way back. I trudged back up to the Jamba parking lot and drove over to Dave's place. I was hungry, but not 2 slider hungry, so I got the #4 with a small fountain drink. Ok so 9.95 for the sandwich (I refuse to call it a slider) and a reasonable portion of fries was reasonable. The $3 for the small drink was kinda kooky though. Because profit margin. Anyway the sandwich was fire. I just got medium heat, maybe next time I will bump it up a notch. The chicken was super flavorful and combined with the crisp pickles, kale slaw, and their somewhat familiar sauce it tasted delicious. Just the right amount of tang and crunch to amplify the experience. The fries were tasty as well. And just the right amount. I have decided that Dave's Hot, is like Five Guys and Chik-Fil-A had a baby and I don't feel like I am compromising my morals when I eat there. Finally i was there towards the end of the lunch rush, but the workers were very fast, and efficient and the music coming from the speakers made it quite pleasant.

Despite the name, Dave's Hot Chicken can be ordered completely mild. It can also be ordered very hot, or anywhere in between. The interior is quirky and comical (amusing rubber chicken graphics and neon accents), but is also clean, bright, and inviting. The menu is VERY small, consisting of "two tenders with fries", "two sliders with fries", or "One tender and one slider with fries". The tenders are HUGE, here, and consequently, and slider is generally bigger than full-sized chicken sandwiches at other chicken restaurant. The portion size is comically large, honestly, and I couldn't finish my "one tender and one slider". Quality and flavor-wise, I've certainly had better, but if you like your chicken on the spicy side, that's definitely available here. Prices are low, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The food was surprisingly delicious. I had been hesitant to try this chicken joint, but glad I finally did. I like super spicy food, but ordered the medium spice chicken to eat there and take home. It's the perfect amount a spice while still appreciating the juicy chicken taste. The orange sauce is tasty with the fries and on the take home chicken for sandwiches at home. Also tried their shakes: too sugary and not dairy forward for me, my daughter liked her shake. Our order taker was super friendly and professional and made us feel very welcomed . The ambiance is pleasant and relaxing. Graffiti art and chicken pop art give this place a young feel. The restrooms have graffiti art too and it conjures a feeling of should I leave behind an artful message? - I didn't, though. Enjoy if you go.

No comment on service as there was barely any. I went in to pick up a takeout order, the teenagers/early 20 year olds working by the front counter were busy talking and saw me but didn't even acknowledge me until I asked to get some service. I told them I was here to pick an order, gave them my name and they just grabbed my order and handed it to me without saying anything. The chicken was soggy, no crisp at all. Mac&cheese tasted like school lunch, bland and cheap. I don't know how this place is rated so high.

This place is amazing, the chicken is truly tender and delicious. Has a real nice 'hot spicy' flavor. Everything was fresh and the coleslaw was delicious. Added a great complement to the meal. The crinkle fries are very good and were perfectly cooked. I will definitely be back and bringing friends. This place needs to be known as I haven 't had great tender tasting "hot" chicken in a long time.

Wow what a treat! this place was awesome. Happy you're gone really wish that we had one in Alaska. I got the sliders and it was enough for me to have two meals out of. I could've just split one with my dad, but we both decided to get the sliders. They were huge I was expecting a small little piece of chicken got to try all the sauces and all the things Ken loved. The staff was super nice and generous, and even offered up their favorites when I was unsure on what to order play Circle backstory definitely worth checking out.

I'm new to America, and honestly, the thing I liked the most is Dave's and Sheesh Shawarma -- truly the most delicious food in the city of Portland.

The chicken was dry but the flavor carried. Their Daves sauce is very good. Fries always crispy. Atmosphere is new and hip.

Dave's Hot Chicken was lunch as my kid saw one of them and wanted to try. He got the medium sauce for his strips and liked them , the strips are pretty good size. I got the meal with a slider & a strip and it filled me up, I got the hot and it was definitely hot lol. Drinks don't come with the meals which kinda I'd surprising based on the cost but it was worth it. My only gripe is they don't have ranch sauce , most every other wing spot does have ranch.

It is very delicious food; all my children love it. We tried to hold ourselves back from going there every weekend.

TL/DNR : We liked our food. Bomb chicken. The teen and I ordered delivery through Grub Hub, we got two strips with mac and cheese ( mild because I am still not eating spicy things) and two sliders, medium because my kid was putting a toe in the hot chicken waters, add cheese, with fries. We ordered extra Dave's sauce, honey packets, and milkshakes- one chocolate and one vanilla.The shakes were creamy and good. The Dave's sauce is pretty tasty (like a fry sauce). We both liked putting the honey on the chicken. The crinkly fries were all right, and the mac and cheese was pretty good but a little goopy for me tbh. Grub Hub and all their fees can get expensive, go pick it up. It is good. Worth a trip.

The service is what makes this location! Headed in right at noon and no line, with 3 combos the menu is straight forward. The sliders are more like regular chicken sandwiches. Drinks are not included in the order. Cheese is not automatically on the slider, unless added (from pictures it may look like it, it is just Dave's sauce) Got myself #3 (one tender medium heat and one slider with mild heat) and the food came out within 5 minutes, picked up at another counter. Headed outside to eat as there is quite a lot of tables. The chicken itself is larger and thicker than your average tender, the heat is more from a dry rub rather than a sauce base, so with that said I wish I got a higher heat rating. Though the juiciness of the chicken and amount of food made it enjoyable. Napkins and to go silverware along with ketchup and honey packets available when you pick up. Really like that you can choose multiple heat levels for your tenders and sliders- stickers placed to tell you which heat level is for each item Convenient to order online as the pick up window is located on the side of the restaurang, with a bell if you need. This window is also used to call out order numbers if the customers are seated outside too. Service is above and beyond! Crystal took my order and explained everything, they do have a first time guest button on their menu as there was a special mark on my receipt and was thanked. When picking up my order I was told to enjoy and even observing people pick up their online orders, each team member welcomed and thanked the guests.

I'd been to the other location a few times...excited to have a closer one! I had my first visit yesterday, Sunday for lunch. Not knowing how busy they'd be since they'd recently opened, I opted to order online. The parking at this location is plentiful, but busy and crowded. They've got a bit of outdoor seating as well as a small indoor dining room. They've also got a pick-up window for online orders...great idea to keep the indoor crowds down a bit. Although unfortunately the sign wasn't lit up above the window from outside, so we didn't even notice it until we'd returned to the car with our food. They were definitely busy, but not crazy. My online order stated a pick-up time, but it took 15 minutes past that time until our order was ready. They had a good rhythm going inside to keep the orders moving and numbers called. However, our online order name was never called out...we checked in a couple of times and luckily asked only a minute or so after our sack had been placed over onto the take-out shelf. Our plates were made to order, although compared to the older location my slider was slightly off. Still yummy, but with only a bite of slaw to be found at one end of the bun. Other than that, all the food was fresh and tasty. Overall I'd say a pretty good result for a newly opened location. I'll be back.
