Dave's Slow Food

Excellent and delicious food and service! Would absolutely have them cater again and highly recommend. Dave catered a summer party for us - pulled pork (I loved their sauce), roasted chicken, mac n' cheese, baked beans, rolls, and brats. We had about 30 people, so we got two warm party packs (one party pack serves ~20 per Dave) and a half tray of brats. The trays had generous amounts and were ready to serve. The meats and mac n' cheese were big hits. The guests commented about how good the food was. We had some left over (which I expected since we ordered for ~40 people). I was happy some of that sauce was leftover! I know they have a food truck, too, which I have not had, but will be watching for to get more pulled pork and BBQ sauce. I highly recommend them and would use again if we have another big party.

Such great food! I hired the team at Dave's Slow Food to provide for our large annual charity event. The communication beforehand was great. He is super responsive. We worked together to develop a meal plan to feed our participants. The trucks, trailers, and team arrived on time. The trailers look so good they enhanced our event with just their presence!
