She went and found a couple more and absolutely fell in love with the 1st one we tried that she brought us. She asked all of the right questions and immediately captured the vision making our wedding dress hunt much easier. She was a pleasure to have help us and recommend her!

We had an amazing time with LaRetha and she was so patient with us!! She listened to what the bride was liking and not. She didn’t push anything and really helped things move quickly. We absolutely loved her and would suggest the next bride to work with her!

We were greeted immediately and assisted by LaRetha. She walked us through each designer and was she was very pleasant and helpful with helping us match the dress with the perfect veil. We found the dress and are thankful for LaRetha.

I worked with Renee. She was very helpful and great to work with. After trying on many dresses I ended up liking one off the sale rack the best. The dress ended up being on a really good clearance when we went online to check for my size. Renee continued to service me and provided the best customer service. She was a pleasure to work with and I felt no pressure to buy and she worked with me to find the dress that looked best on me. I will definitely go back to David’s Bridal and recommend Renee! Had the best experience at this location that I’ve ever had at a David’s Bridal. Krystal was so knowledgeable and made the visit top notch. She had our bridal party info ready, knew the exact dress and color when I walked in, and made the whole process smooth. I tried on dresses, placed my order, and joined their rewards program in record time. Even though the store was busy for a Friday morning at 10:30, she made me feel like I was the only one there.

I had such a wonderful experience at this store today! My stylist, Krystal, was absolutely amazing. I came in alone, feeling nervous about finding a wedding dress, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. With less than a month until my wedding, I was really hoping to find something that day, and thanks to Krystal, I did. She was very attentive. She helped me pull so many beautiful options, and in the end I found the perfect dress that fit like a glove, along with shoes to match. I could not be happier with my experience.

I’m a new bride and just went to my first dress shopping experience. Not knowing I was going to find the dress!! My experience was amazing and very easy going. Shelby and Rozanna helped me out a lot. They helped find my vision and bring it to life. It always helped so much to have my bridal party also do their fitting and finding a dress as well. And Shelby succeeded to the top working with all of us! I would definitely recommend this location and these employees to help you out!

Went to Davids Bridal and found the dress. Working with Rosanna was awesome. She was super helpful with assisting me and my bridesmaids with the many dresses we wanted to try on. Very grateful for her help and assistance.

This is the most helpful and nicest David's Bridal I've been to and I've been to all of the locations in AZ! I had to exchange a dress I bought because I'll be about 5 months pregnant by the time of my sister's wedding and I was worried I wouldn't be able to exchange the dress because I bought it online. However, the manager Amber was SUPER helpful! She was nice and professional the entire time. She helped me find a new dress that was maternity friendly. While trying on dresses there were other staff that walked by to help me zip up my dress. I feel extremely grateful and happy I came to this David's Bridal! The entire store was well organized and they had a lot of dress selections! 10/10 recommend! Thank you ladies!!

This place was amazing and attentive. My daughter was looking for her wedding dress for her wedding and Shelbie was attentive and amazing. She hears what you gave to say and makes it happen. Thankfully she was able to ensure the afternoon appointment for the bridesmaid dresses to follow the wedding dress appointment. Highly recommended her.

I started at David's Bridal on Talking Stick Way which is much smaller, nice selection but not as many sizes. The dressing area was some mirrors, a make shift curtain area and 2 chairs for my sister and friend. Thankfully we ended up In Ahwatukee where Renee was SO very helpful! It is obvious that she loves her job. She was great, super sweet and very attentive. So many dresses that I truly loved, it was difficult to decide on just one! This location was much bigger, nice dressing area with 3way mirrors on a raised platform and more suitable seating area if you take family or friends with you. After I found 'the one' a young girl named Shelby was super helpful to my best friend and helped her find a beautiful dress for herself! This young lady gave terrific customer service! I don't usually leave reviews but they were both so amazing that I had to!

just came in here to try on some wedding dresses saw that they were a little busy so they talked to me and I browsed patiently waiting for them to help me. then I saw them help someone that walked right in they instantly helped them. It's really upsetting honestly I was the only person of color in there with no help. everyone else was helped and I was in there before half of them. Do better.

I FOUND THE ONE! I came in to my appointment today expecting to only look at wedding dresses, and not actually purchase one yet. Sherilyn was who helped me out today, she was great! They have so many beautiful dresses here in a good price range. Many dresses under $1500. I browsed the sales rack (which was very extensive!) and found a dress on sale for only $120. It fit me perfectly and was in near mint condition. One of the lace appliqués was coming off, and I was told that they can fix that for me here in the store. I ended up purchasing the dress, because you can't beat a deal like that! Sherilyn was very knowledgeable and taught both me and my mom about the different colors of dresses, veils, other bridal accessories, and more! I'll be coming back in later to get my dress altered. No picture of the dress included, so I can keep it a surprise haha! Thanks David's Bridal!

I have purchased bridesmaid dresses for 3 different weddings here and they've always had affordable and stylish options with stress free alterations on site. The seamstresses are always great to work with. I've never had a bad shopping or alteration experience. I finally write a review as this year, I went in with my mom's 1991 wedding dress (she designed it herself) for my own wedding this upcoming November and they treated it with such care and love, I'm truly grateful. Now it fits me perfectly and is ready for my big day. Thank you DB for all the wonderful dresses and memories!

I have mixed feelings about this one. I got my dress here and while they do have a big selection for every type of bride and bridesmaid, the service was okay depending on who you worked with. Sophia was my second seamstress and she was wonderful. But whoever did my alterations before was not great. When I got my dress it arrived quickly and I needed something's fixed like the length of my sleeves, bustle and the dress hemmed. The prices are very high for sub par work. Again Sophia was great she was able to fix what the previous lady screwed up. One of my bridesmaids needed a bustle for her dress (which was black) and they put CLEAR buttons on it and you could blatantly see them sticking out and they told her when she picked up her dress " well we only have those buttons sorry" and charged her an arm and a leg for it.

Make sure you have an appointment before you come in. We had Lyle as our stylist and LOVED him!!! He's not a usual stylist but he made our experience so fun and helpful. He knew what questions to ask to help me find the right dress!!

Update : Maria called me and apologized for the previous encounter I had. Maria offered to order the new dress and have me bring back the damaged dress when the new one arrives so that there is less trips to make which is appreciated. Maria was very professional and apologized for it all Paid $150 for a BRAND new bridesmaid dress for it to look like this.... when I called and asked for the manager she did not once apologize for anything. I live very far from davids bridal so for me to drive back and forth for a mistake that is not mine is unethical. I'm so disappointed in the product and how the manager handled things. The manager did eventually offer to send me a return label AFTER I asked to speak with her boss. Needless to say I will not be recommending or using Davids bridal ever again.

Buyer be ware this company does not care about you or your big day. We were quoted one price and then it came out to almost triple after they add on all there little charges. They don't speak English very well so there is a huge communication problem especially when it comes to knowing what you are paying for. The fitting day is supposed to be a great fun experience but with my bride she came home crying and if was not because of my mom there to help pay for all the add on charges I don't think we would have been able to use the dress that we already paid for. This is not the way to treat a bride right before her big day. The minute you say you don't want one of there up sell items you are treat like you don't be long in there store. I can not speak for all locations but I would not go to this location if you can help it.

***This should be a zero star review.*** Do not, I REPEAT, do not get your wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses alterations done at David's bridal. The alterations is a front, the woman that do the "alterations" don't alter your dresses. They send out of the state to get the dresses alter for you! It's a front and a scam to take money from you. I've had a horrible experience as a bridesmaid, as well as the bride herself. My mother (the bride) purchased all bridesmaids dresses, and has had her dress alterations her. The woman that did her dress overbook themselves, making her have TWO sessions for her dress. When I went in the first time, my dress was perfect to my body, until the "seamstress" broke my zipper; which by the way they mentioned the zippers on their dresses break all the time. They said they'll fix it for free, which they did. The second fitting, the dress was fine until I came back the following fitting. The back of where my zipper was, bumped in the back of my dress. The woman stated it was because of my body, possibly gaining weight... I asked for a hem on my dress, I went in this past Thursday to get my dress and try it on. The zipper was still jacked up, the dress not hemmed my dress at all! And then I looked at the back again and complained about the zipper... and told them, this is not "weight gain", that it's the stitching in the zipper... then the proceed to tell me they will fix it for free. I get a call from them on Friday, them telling me they won't fix it, unless I pay for it, and I need to be there. I called them and complained that this is something they need to fix. The girl on the phone, told me that she needs to talk to her manager. They had me on hold for 20 minutes, after I explained to the girl the first time. Then they tell me to come in on Saturday to get it fixed for free, then I expressed that the bride and I have had a horrible experience overall. I told them my concern is the flower girl dresses for Saturday, that we would be dealing with the same situation. They also admitted that they have horrible communication, from what I understand. I also mentioned to them I have plenty of photos of from when I got the dress, and with every fitting. Come Saturday, the day of the flower girl fitting, the bride gets a call that they need to cancel the 3 o'clock fitting because their "seamstress" went home sick. At that point I was overall fed up, my daughter was supposed to be there at 4 o'clock. When I got off work, I went straight over there and picked my dress up, and told them to cancel all appointments. We are going elsewhere. If you read tbh previous reviews about this place, they are 100% accurate. Not only have we spent SO much money with David's bridal, and it's "convenient" for some. Don't get your dress alterations done here. It's ridiculous and awful. I will be contacting corporate as well and I hope they see this review. And I will find a way to get my money back from their alterations, they messed up my dress, and no only other peoples dresses. I'm absolutely disappointed and disgusted by this place.

Someone from David's bridal replied to my initial review telling me to contact them through email and let them know my experience and see how they can help any further. I did and NEVER heard back. Thanks for, yet again, wasting more of my time! That's twice now.

We were helped by Emily and she was a dream. So quick with everything and so nice to try on clothes with. My friend was looking for a dress for a wedding and they helped her with specific styling and great suggestions. The prices were reasonable and the sales associate even looked for coupons for us! I absolutely recommend David's if you are looking for pretty dresses and helpful staff.

Went in to try on for size and order a dress for my sister's wedding this summer. Paityn was very helpful, answering my questions and getting me a fitting room when I needed it. She also helped me place the order. Overall a very positive experience!

I just bought my wedding dress from this David's Bridal location and had a great experience! Overall, there was a wide variety to choose from, the store was clean/spacious to comfortably try on dresses (and feel safe given COVID), and there were plenty of mirrors. I also had a fantastic stylist (Madison) who really listened the details of what I liked/didn't like, helped me make small adjustments to try different looks, and used my feedback to grab more dresses that incrementally got closer and closer to THE one! Thanks, Madison! I was originally visiting "just to look" but ended up buying my dress right then and there!

Shoutout to Renee! I had the best experience here and Renee was wise, helpful, funny, and helped me feel at ease during the whole appointment! The whole staff was kind and friendly and cheerful! Wonderful experience! Thank you so much, Renee!

Krystal was AMAZING! The color I chose for bridesmaid dresses is being discontinued so it was very difficult to find enough dresses in that color and in the right sizes. Krystal stayed on hold with the warehouse for 33 minutes to ensure we were not leaving the store without the dresses we needed. Krystal was beyond helpful, working with her was like working with a friend rather than a salesperson. She was honest and did everything she could to ensure we were well taken care of. Thank you Krystal!!!

Came here to get my bridesmaid dress and it was such an easy process. The girl that helped us had me see pictures and told me to pick the styles I liked. She then measured me and then got the dresses I picked with my size. I tried them in and picked my favorite and checked out. She was super nice and 100% recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and attended a fitting here. I was 2 months postpartum and mentioned that during the appointment that my weight fluctuation should be in consideration because the wedding was months and months away. We went bridesmaid shopping very early. The woman helping with the fittings was not present, seemed very rushed and basically said not to mind that and that we will figure it out. They didn't have the actual dress that the bride wanted us to try on, so she gave me a dress that was "similar." It was a size 6 and too big but that was the smallest they had in store of that "similar" style dress. My usual size is 0-2. Being so newly postpartum, I was a 4. mentioned that and again, disregarded. She said it would be fine. She ordered me a 6...and in the style that the bride had actually chosen, which we did not get to try on in store, the dress was HUGE on me. Like truly huge. I went into the store with the dress and was met with a rude lady (forgot her name, older lady) that seemed so disgusted at me for just being there. She snootily asked me for the receipt and I said, "can you not look it up in your system?" "My email is associated with the purchase and the brides name is there as well. I also have my card used to purchase." She literally rolled her eyes and looked it up. I told her what had happened, and she said," well if we order another one today in a different size, it wouldn't get here until 2 months before the wedding so I'm not comfortable doing that" ..... like ????? Why would she not be comfortable doing that? She grabbed her tailor/seamstress and said that I can talk to her. She had me put on the dress that was huge and basically said that I'd have to pay $200 to get it altered. THATS MORE THAN THE DRESS ITSELF. When I was changing back into my clothes and out of the dress (the fitting rooms are up against their back room area), I heard the seamstress and rude lady talking about this group that came shopping there earlier that were all so fat and laughing about it. I cannot believe how truly horrible these people are. I called a different David's bridal, the one In Scottsdale, and they were beyond sweet and nice and considerate. I came in, they easily and swiftly took back the dress and ordered me the right size. They were absolutely wonderful and great to talk to. 10/10 David's bridal at this location was the worst and most disrespectful place I've encountered and I professionally model wedding dresses and work with bridal shops all the time... I'm telling you, this place is horrendous! I let it go previously, as this happened a year ago, but I found the dress in my closet today and I felt like it was only fair to warn others of these people.

I wanted to give a shout out to Allie, my daughter is in a wedding this weekend and hasn't got her dress yet.Allie answered the phone when I called looking for a bridesmaids dress and looked for the size and color while I waited on the phone. She went above and beyond to help us out!

Spoke with Ally today one of the managers and I asked for status of my refund and had no status. Blamed other manager Tiffany for not having any info regarding my case. Asked her if they had coached the rep on the the floor Kristin since she ordered my wrong dress and had to drive back home three hours away. Ally laughed and said ugh yes haha. I'm not sure what was so funny but definitely wasn't professional. Y'all running a damn circus in there def not organized at all.

10 stars for Sherilyn, 5 stars for management, and 2 starts for alterations. First, Sherilyn was able to find me the perfect dress after the first dress I picked wasn't going to work. However, after alterations gave me incorrect information and was not able to change out a corset back, I was forced to find another dress that day. Management quickly owned up to their error and committed to making things right. Sherilyn went above and beyond in making negative experience a positive one. She knows her stuff and was able to quickly determine what I was wanting and paired it with what would look stunning on me from a very limited in store selection. If it wasn't for Sherilyn, I would have cut my losses and gone to another store.

Krystal was WONDERFUL! Im a first time bride and came in with my tribe and I will say I have been very overwhelmed with all the planning. Krystal made this experience fun, easy and exciting! She knew what to pick for me and helped me get into all my dresses. I was able to pick the dress same day. I am VERY excited to get my dress and my girls into her for their fitting! If you can, PLEASE do yourself a favor and request her... you will not go wrong! I will also say, the other staff members were all so nice, and very outgoing as well! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Went in as a panicked bridesmaid. My original dress from a different store arrived way too small. My friends wedding is 2 weeks away! I was paired up with Renee who was nothing short of an amazing fairy godmother. She matched the color I needed perfectly and found me a dozen dresses to try one. Dress #2 was the one! She made the whole process too easy. I will definitely return to this location and ask for Renee for any event that needs a formal outfit!

Taylor M was amazing to work with. She looked at the photos I brought in and immediately pulled several options I liked. She also found the last sample of a dress I had found online in the clearance rack (and it was my size!). I ended up going with another dress but was so happy to have been able to try on options to help make up my mind.

Today we visited Strut Bridal and it was the best experience we have ever had. The Bride felt so special and the customer service was amazing. After that we came to David's Bridal and I can't begin to say how horrible the customer service was. David's bridal didn't even help her clip the dresses. It made this experience horrible . On our way back to pick up the dress from Strut!

Nothing but a great experience using this location of David's. Had a fabulous time trying on dresses (ending up ordering mine online from David's when COVID shut everything down). The girls helped me choose a perfect veil to match my dress after the fact as well. I brought all my bridesmaids to this location to try on dresses, and we had a great experience then too. Additionally, I also ordered a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding through this location and that process went very smoothly. 10/10 recommend!

"Stylists" don't listen to your style or budget preferences. It is nearly impossible to get a new, never worn dress. Appointment times are not on time.

Absolutely awful. I came here with 2 of my bridesmaids to try find dresses for them. It took 10 mins to even be greeted by anyone!! We are told to start looking around and the "stylist" would find us. She came over 15 mins later and advised that she was helping 2 other parties as well and would be back. We searched the terrible dress selection. They had none of the dresses that I had pre picked out online before the appt. At this point, I said let's just find their sizes to order online later. I had to run back and forth for them to get dresses on with no assistance. She tried to put them in two different fitting rooms that weren't even next to each other so we had to point out that there were several other rooms next to each other that we'd like. There was zero seating for me (there was a big party that was using all of the chairs on our side). We ended up just completely leaving, as we are leaving, the stylist runs up to see if he needed anything after not helping AT ALL. Just an overall bad experience. If you're a bride, excited about dress shopping with your bridesmaids, don't go here, they will act too busy to help.

I had to buy a brides maid dress from this location and the experience has been horrible to say the least. When actually buying the dress, I could tell the lady was splitting her time between us and other people, and she obviously was just trying to get us off her plate. I get it if you're short staffed and that's not the workers fault, but we made an appointment months ago, why are you double booking people? Also, why are there no mirrors in the dressing room? You have to leave the room to see yourself at all, and anyone shopping can see you. That's super awkward to me! I had to get alterations and asked how much they would be and I was told "oh, probably around $70 for what you need". I was thinking that's fair. I make an appointment for alterations, of course when I get there, I'm double booked, AGAIN! So I had to change in the rooms in the back that just have a curtain and no doors. Let me just say, I hate curtain dressing rooms, but these are the worst I've ever encountered! They DO NOT close all the way. I was praying the people standing uncomfortably close to the opening were looking away! Then when I was getting all of the pins put in, with all of the other women getting altered next to me, the seamstress opened the slit in the skirt, to make sure the front was flat, opened it all the way and exposed my underwear in front of everyone! I know it was a mistake but like!! Then the price was as much as the dress! I was told $70 not $190! I was getting the distinct impression that they were trying to upsell me too. I said no to several suggestions they were making. I made my pickup appointment for the same time (7pm) in two weeks. I was going to dismiss it all, but I called today to make sure my dress is ready to pickup for my appointment, since I never got an email or anything saying it was ready. I was then asked if I could come in earlier, like two hours earlier because, "7 is late for the seamstress". First of all, why are you letting people book appointments for that time if it's "so late". Second of all, multiple other people were there after me during my initial alterations, so I'm not buying this excuse in the least. Third of all, I work till 5 and the place is over 20 minutes away! I'm not waiting to eat dinner at 9 tonight, ok. I said I'll be there at 6, which is still pushing it for me, and if they give me the run around and say my appointment was at 7 and there's a bunch of other people getting alterations too, I'll have a really hard time trying to still be polite. Never come here! I've heard even worse stories and reviews about this place too! I'm getting married in June, and you can bet I'm not getting my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, or alterations done there, and I'm telling everyone I know who's also getting married, to never go to David's bridal! Way better options out there that will actually make you feel special, especially for one of the most important days of your life! Go to Brilliant Bridal for your wedding dress, trust me!

Called ahead to find out if they had a dress in the color and size I needed, and they did! Store was closing in 45 minutes and I was 30 minutes away. Got there with little time to spare and was greeted by Ann who knew it was me somehow and had the dress at the front for me. Tried on the dress and it was snug so she helped me troubleshoot and came up with ways to make it work, helped me pin and get tape for my girls. She was just lovely. Truly lovely. I told my mom when we left that if I ever get married I'm hiring Ann to be my personal consultant. So sweet and supportive in a stressful situation. Thank you Ann!!

I am going to preface this review with I have never been married & going bridesmaid dress & undergarment shopping was a first time for me. My expectations may have been too high... I had made an appointment about a month in advance to do this shopping with my ladies. When I arrived it was very busy but they got me checked in. It took them half an hour past my appointment time to even find someone who could help us. Once she showed up I felt like there wasn't much communication as to what her role would be other than showing us where the long dresses were, which we already had found & were even holding some to be tried on. Next, there weren't enough dressing rooms available for my party so we were all going to share & take turns. Also, our stylist would be about to show us something and would then get pulled into helping another customer. At this point I think she could tell I was a little irritated and she tried to salvage my experience. My second caveat here is that I don't think this was her fault. I think it's the company's fault for booking too many parties to a stylist at once, so you don't feel you actually have someone's full attention or help. My suggestion to Davids Bridal is this, when you assign a stylist to a bride or party, communicate what the process of the appointment looks like & what the role is of the stylist. Explain how choosing dresses works, and alterations, and payment. Just because I had already purchased my dress does not mean my me & my bridal party is any less important. While I understand someone's day for choosing a wedding dress is important, please schedule accordingly so the other customers don't feel like they have to fight to get a stylists attention & putting your employees in that situation is unfair as well. At that point it makes feel that quantity is more important than quality. On the plus side, all of my bridesmaids found a dress they were comfortable in and I found clearance shoes that were $119.50 and I got them for $12.47.

My fiancé had an appointment at Davids Bridal on Ray Rd. to try on a slip for our wedding today. Her alterations appointment was canceled by them so she decided to just buy another slip. When she arrived she noticed there was another person still being helped from an earlier appointment. She stood around without an apology for at least 10 minutes until she finally asked if someone was going to help. Another employee said "don't mind me, act like I'm not here" as though she was in a hurry to leave even though they were still open for another hour. Finally someone brought over a slip that appeared to be filthy and feeling as though nobody cared my fiancé got emotional and decided to leave. They acted as though she was being hostile when she just wanted some assistance trying on some things. These customers are shopping for a special day and it sucks that some people just don't care...we will never recommend or give Davids Bridals any business going forward at that location. We were able to get an appointment at PV location even though we live in east Gilbert it was preferable to going back there!!

Sara K and Brie were amazing!!! We came in an hour before close to pick out a dress (yes I know I'm terrible for this) they did not rush me, gave me all of my options for the color we wanted, and ultimately helped me find THE ONE!! Thank you ladies so so so much!!!!!

I went to this location twice. The first time I bought a dress and a veil. The second time I went with my bridesmaids and I found a dress that was even MORE perfect! So I purchased it. I went home to to get my veil to return it with my original dress. At first one of the employees tried to tell me I can only get store credit then I told them their policy says I could get a full refund if returned within 7 days (they're really lying to their customers???!). The employee that completed my refund was Taryn Z. She was rude to me as soon as I told her I was there for a return THEN she was trying to guilt me stating (why didn't you return this when you came in the second time?? Why didn't you use the same stylist!? Now she's out of a thousand dollar commission!" So I not only had her return my first dress but also my second dress and I will not be going there when my 10 bridesmaids get theirs! So thanks Taryn Z. Not only did the first stylist lose her commission but so did the second. Thanks for making a special moment a bitter one.

I don't usually like to leave bad reviews, but I had an exceptionally poor experience. I went to David's Bridal as my first stop in searching for a dress, I went later in the afternoon around 3pm-4pm as a walk in on a Monday, the store had essentially no one. I'll leave out the associates name who helped me, but from the first encounter with her, she already came across as unhappy to be working with me and unhappy to be working in general. After reflecting on the experience I am wondering if it was possibly due to my low budget for looking for a wedding dress. I was hoping to look in the $300-$600 range initially. I felt like I was bothering her by asking to try on dresses as I did not like the style she was bringing me- in total I only tried on about 5-6 dresses. It wasn't until we discussed financing and I liked a dress that was $1,500 that I even got a smile from the associate. I've never been dress shopping before and do not know any terminology for dresses. When we were discussing the things I didn't like about the previous dresses, she asked if I liked a "sheath" style, I didn't know what that was and asked what that meant and she responded with a blank stare. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable for not understanding what she was trying to say, and conveyed to her that I would need to see it to understand what she meant. Overall she never tried to help me understand, I felt like a huge burden, and from not even getting a smile from her I felt awful being there. It really was a disappointing experience all around. I was hoping to have that excited feeling, being that I'm shopping for my wedding, but had the complete opposite. I left home that night feeling very depleted and disappointed in looking for wedding dresses. I was tentative to leave a review, since perhaps that associate was just having a bad day, but regardless- I really wish I just worked with an associate that was more helpful and friendly.

Received my dress in the mail from the Long Beach, CA store. The dress they ordered me was huge. I called the Chandler location and they went above and beyond to find me a dress in the color I needed. Huge shout out to Misha & Jalyn who took the time to ensure I was getting the correct size and the a dress that I felt great in and love.

Save yourself the money , the stress and anxiety and the lack of professionalism this company puts you through . For such an important day it's worth looking and taking business elsewhere .

Alyssa and Lane helped us find my matron of home and my two flower girls dresses and they are gorgeous!! I'm so excited and I cannot wait!!! I definitely recommend this David's Bridal such a fun experience and very helpful!

I could not have asked for a better experience! I have always been hard to fit, and all the ladies I worked with where so willing to help and brain storm to make sure I found the perfect dress! I was a bride on a mission to get married in a little over a week and the staff made my perfect dress come to life with such kindness and patience despite my last minute crunch! I wish I had written down here name (I think it was Madison) was amazing and so much fun to work with! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

The manager responded to my last review with a half assed response. The only response needed, is as follows "sorry for the inconvenience, can we lower all the prices to match Amazon for you? I will also call my regional manager to complain and get the store policy changed and prices dropped. If they don't let me, I will lower all prices myself right now." Nothing more and nothing less. Hundreds of dollars for what is basically scrapped garbage is absurd.
