Ate here twice while attending different work events at Gillette. Usually bustling with a mix of locals and visitors. Food was very nice. Particularly liked the pasta with smoked chicken and tomatoes. Broccolini side was great. Cocktails were ok but nothing to write home about. Staff working hard, perhaps a bit over extended. Wanted to try dessert but was stuffed. My main knock is the music choice. Very loud and pop focused. Did not encourage a relaxing vibe but overall, still a nice establishment.

We go here once in a while. Its a high end restaurant and the food is really good. We had great service with attention to details around our food allergies.

Since you do not allow posted reviews on Open Table, I will post on here. One of the worst experiences I ever had coming to a Davio’s. I have eaten here as well as the recently closed one in Braintree countless times. Big mistake booking for Valentine’s Day dinner. I booked this a month or so ago, for a 7:15 reservation. Arrived at 7pm and checked in, it was absolute chaos with people waiting. I asked the hostess when I checked in, how long till I will be seated? She snapped back” I don’t know, we just started seating 6:45 reservations, we will text you when your table is ready” So I said to my wife let’s get a drink, we could not get a seat at the bar and ordered a drink and hung out on the side of the bar where I see, 4 empty booths. 7:30, they started seating people. 7:45, I There was a young kid at the hostess station, I ask him any idea? He tells me my table is not ready, ask him of an idea? I don’t know he tells me. I guess “ I don’t know” is the universal answer for , your ain’t sitting any time soon. There was a couple that was standing next to us for some time, overheard my wife and I conversation and commented they had 7:45 reservations, they were concerned how long it was going for them to be seated based on our wait. 8:00, they get their text to be seated. Seriously? I told my wife to go up to the hostesses because I was going to lose my mind with one of them. 8:10 we get brought to our table, while I walk past 6 empty tables. Oh, no rose for my wife, every lady in the place received one, including women who were seated after us. Tables that were occupied when we left. I was aggravated and lost my appetite waiting. To add insult to injury, I ordered the Eggplant Risotto. This is what i got, 3 slices of eggplant topped with spinach and some spoons of risotto.(See picture )To say I was disappointed is an understatement, I finally realized this location is a Monday to Thursday restaurant because they cannot handle large crowds. 4 Stars were for the food servers.

I called and made a reservation for our wedding anniversary and asked for something a little romantic. 5:30 reservation and we were sat in a booth right next to the bar. Wasn’t impressed by anything. My wife was most excited for dessert, but after watching the cart go by multiple times and our server never coming by to actually offer us anything, it was time to go. Paid way too much for a mediocre evening. 3 stars is generous for our experience.

Loved our food at Davio’s. We got a bottle of wine, calamari, mushroom gnocchi, 6 oz filet, salmon (not pictured), and veal (not pictured). Followed our amazing meals with the baked Alaska and espresso crème brûlée. Delicious. Our service was a bit slow at the start but great other than that. We’ll be back!

My fiance surprised me with a wonderful dinner here at davios! First time coming here. Its beautiful inside our server Olivia was amazing. She really knew the menu and the drinks and gave great advise as to what she thought was more tasteful food and drink wise. We will definitely be coming back and definitely would love to have Olivia again as our server! Great job and keep up the great work.

Davios was an absolute standout. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. The service alone would make us come back. The food, though next level. I had the sea scallops, and they were cooked perfectly: tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My wife ordered the Cod special and it was just as impressive, fresh, flaky, and seasoned spot-on. You can tell Davios takes pride in both their food and their people. An all around fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back and recommending it to friends and family.

We dined at Davio’s Foxboro on Sunday February 15, 2026. Our server, Zhanna S. was exceptional. She was the best waitress that we ever had. Her personality and energy enhanced our experience. Davio’s is always great but Zhanna made it even better.

Wonderful Food, Wonderful Customer Service Davio's is a great place for a special meal, especially if one (like me) is allergic to wheat. They have wonderful gluten-free options while satisfying that steak-house craving. The soups and salads are superb, the special appetizers are excellent (I had the glute-free lobster gnocchi one night, and the lollipop lamb chops another), and the mains never let us down (steak, and cod on risotto). Also the cocktails are wonderful - I especially like that they have Keel Vodka available for martini's. Keel is a local vodka with a lower alcohol, which is nice if one wants wine with dinner. And, most importantly, the customer service is great. A cautionary tale for all who enjoy dining out - if you are not happy with a meal or service - let the management know via a simple talk, a call, or an email. We went to dinner on a Sunday and our main took over 2 hours to arrive at our table, which we promptly had packed to take home (we were exhausted and no longer hungry). We paid our check (with a healthy tip, because it was not fault of the waitstaff), and left. I wrote to the management then next day, with a copy of my receipt, and an explaining the situation. I asked for nothing in return other than a response. I like Davio's, and I'm happy they are doing well, but I want to assure that my future meals are excellent even if it's a busy night. I mistakenly assumed the glitch was that the kitchen could not keep up with individual diners as well as larger groups in scheduled events. I received a prompt response to my email and spoke to the general manager who told me that actually a lot of staff had called in sick with the flu/allergies that day. Even so, she acknowledged the lack of attention we received - with such delays, someone in management should have come to the individual tables to offer an explanation. She invited us back to make things right. We did return a few days later and had a wonderful meal. Obviously she'd spoken to the staff - as all were very attentive. And she comp'd us a few items off our meal, as a thank you for reaching out. The lesson: Never assume and never write a bad review before telling management about your concerns - it's the kind thing to do, and the right thing to do. We will be back at Davio's soon - the rose wine flights are a nice summer treat.

First time here! Highly recommend. Service was great. Food was delicious. Large restaurant right near Gillette Stadium. Prices were reasonable

The food at Davio's is always excellent but be prepared to pay for it. My guest for the salmon and I got the filet with truffle fries. The filet was perfect but the fries were a bit soggy. The service is always great too.

We brought our sons and their gf's with us and they were thrilled with Davio's! It was a great night. I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was fantastic. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for a great dining experience. I included 2 pictures of dinners that we ordered. The tortellini was excellent.

Usually very good recently though someone at our table was served cod that was obviously past it's prime. They did remove it from the bill but it ruined theeal for my wife.

Food is delicious. On the pricey side. Service is great. We have been there on several occasions and have not been disappointed.

Never got an answer or an apology , I guess they are above that ? Plenty of places to spend our money that care about their customers.

I don't like to leave reviews but this was one of the worst dining experiences ever. The service was unbelievably slow, the restaurant was not crowded and we still sat for 30 minutes with empty drink glasses after ordering drinks with our server and reminding the server we had ordered 2 simple beers. One person in our party ordered a steak cooked medium, first came out cooked well which obviously was sent back the second steak came out rare, a cool red center. Two extremes. Hopefully they invest in a meat thermometer. For a "fine dining experience" this was terrible. Not worth the expensive bill. We will not be returning.

I recently attended a work event at Davio's. The food was outstanding and the service was great. They had a great selection for the pre-set menu (see pic). The event room was spacious and offered a great atmosphere. And did I mention the bread?????OMG......amazing. Following the event my colleagues and I went to the bar for a drink. The bartender was the rudest, unprofessional, snappy bartender I have ever encountered. So much so we told her not to pour the wine we had ordered, walked out and went to another establishment for a drink. I would have given them five stars if it was not for this nasty bartender. My recommendation---- it is a fantastic restaurant with great food you wont be disappointed----just don't sit at the bar!

Ok, so I forgot to take photos...I was hungry and it was SO good! Pop overs were huge. I had Burrata app and short ribs w/blue cheese mash and greens, my friend had pasta dish (they said it was hard). Our server was Suzette, and my gosh--this woman was patient. Definitely make reservations if event is going on...

Went here for a bachelor party, and the entire experience here was quite unpleasant. This restaurant is crazy expensive, and we waited at least an hour for our orders to come out. During that hour, the AC was cranked the whole time - and most of us were not just cool, we were COLD. When the food came out, the portion sizes were shockingly small for the price paid. Counting the tip and tax, it was $50 for my plate of chicken, which apparently consisted of a small piece of chicken breast, one chicken wing, a few brussels sprouts, and a few bite sized potatoes. Did it taste good? I'd say it was roughly on par with the roasted rotisserie chickens you can get at most grocery stores (some of those can taste really good, and I will admit the $50 plate of chicken tasted fine). The trouble is I would have much rather just bought 7 or 8 of those for the same price! When the waiter was showing us the dessert options and one of our party members asked how much they cost, she got surprisingly rude and condescending at the fact that we wanted to know how much the tiny plates of dessert cost - but that was not the first time she was rude; throughout the night she kind of projected that she'd just rather not even be serving us. Because there were more than 6 of us in our party, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill... for the service we received she did NOT have gotten a $91.60 tip! The bathroom was also underwhelming. It was dirty, half the soap dispensers at the sinks did not work, and there were no paper towels - at all - in any of the dispensers! I literally had to walk out of the bathroom with my hands wet. Did I mention the chicken entree I ordered was one of the cheapest options? The prices for entrees only went up from there, and they went up quite a bit... for a restaurant with prices that high, the level of service we received was unacceptable.

I went to Davio's for my birthday August 9th with my husband. I think we were more celebrating a night out without our 9 month old baby (who we love so much!) But as new parents it's still just as important to treat yourself and find time to go out! Davio's was attentive from when we walked in the door. Making sure we had drinks, telling is specials. They were clearly busy but still made time to make sure our food was brought out in a timely manner. We both had the lobster risotto and it was lick your plate clean good! They brought us out dessert for my birthday and everything was top notch! Thank you Davios team! We will be back!

We came on New Years Eve and had a great time. Our server was super nice and attentive. The food we had was phenomenal as well. We got the calamari for an appetizer, along with their complimentary popovers, both were really good. For dinner I got the filet, my husband got the rib eye, and we split the blue cheese mashed potatoes along with brussel sprouts. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and we each ended bringing some home because we were so full! I can not wait to go back!

Great restaurant with a large bar and plenty dinning tables. We went before the Metallica concert and had a great dinner and drinks. We didn't have steak, but the pasta dish my wife had was very good and the tuna steak I had was fantastic.

My family comes to this location quite frequently as the experience has been consistently great. It is a from scratch kitchen which is always a plus as you can tell the food is fresh and made to order. The staff is always nice and accommodating. What I also specifically enjoy about this restaurant is the fact that they do not rush the dining experience. There is nothing more displeasing at a restaurant than when you can tell that the server is trying to push things along to shorten the time spent at the table. Davios allows the customer to dictate how fast or slow the experience will be. They just added a nice indoor/outdoor section that allows for more seating options and adds needed space to this busy spot. You can tell it's a well run establishment.

Great food, amazing service and super kind staff! Beautiful views at the waterfront location. Highly recommend to anybody looking to spend a little more in quality food and service!

Dinner here on 12/19/23. Only giving 3 stars as I'd definitely didn't live up to past experiences here. Food was bland and uninspired. Salmon was like warm. Duck pasta was boring and had just slivers of duck. Chicken was ok and short ribs were ok as well. Maybe an off night. Service was great as always.

Cosmopolitan was very good as usual. Salad came with no dressing. I had requested dressing. I then spoke to waiter who brought dressing. I ordered special lobster pasta which I thought was dry. Lobster was good-- not enough sauce. It was our anniversary. Hostess and waiter never mentioned.

The worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. We had to ask our server for water multiple times. Our appetizer plates were filthy. A drink a friend ordered arrived in a glass that had lipstick on the rim- and no, it was not hers. The food was alright. Nothing that I would ever rave about. For the price you pay, we expected way more.

I've regularly liked this restaurant on a few past visits and had a gift card so I thought I would come back again with friends. This time, not so memorable and not as good which I was shocked and surprised. The place is always packed and has regular crowds. The menu is always full of both creative cocktails, wine and entrees and appetizers. However while the service is still on par with fine dining, the quality of the food and the prices are not aligned. The calamari seemed not as crispy and undercooked a tad and the 8oz filet I ordered was charred severely on the outside, tender still, but just not on par with the standards of a fine steak house like this. Sides were ok, fries a bit over cooked, broccoli a bit mushy. Even dessert was not the greatest with carrot cake that was dry etc. Now for the bill, I understand prices have gone up for food and I would expect to pay for good fine dining, however I just didn't see the alignment with price vs. quality and great food. I am not giving up on Davio's, however I will consider other places before coming back here sadly.

Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse is one of our favorite dining option at Patriot Place & also home to both of our favorite entrees! With close proximity to the parking lot, it offers easy access in & out if you aren't there browse around. First things first, the warm, delicious melt in your mouth popovers - definitely the best bread service around! For an appetizer we typically enjoy the Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls served with Spicy Homemade Ketchup & Spicy Mayo My goto entree is the Braised Beef Short Ribs, served with Blue Cheese Creamy Potatoes, and Braised Greens. The servers are always so accommodating and allow me to switch the braised greens for a different vegetable if something else is more appealing to me that day. My husband loves the Atlantic Salmon served with couscous and adds Crabmeat on top. There is a dessert cart available to see all of the delicious options. With a lively bar, a chef's table overlooking the kitchen, patio seating, and private dinning rooms available there is something for everyone. Can't wait to come back & until then I'll be dreaming of those mashed potatoes with hopes to visit the other locations in Massachusetts, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Texas someday.

I attended a MEDITECH Conference and came here one evening for dinner. The service and food were top-notch. They were busy with many large parties, but the wait staff kept the food and drinks flowing non-stop. I loved their bread; super delicious, I have not had anything like it. I ordered the short ribs, and they were so tender. We ordered one of every dessert, and my favorite was the chocolate cake. I live in So. California, so I can't say I will be back soon, but if I'm ever in the area, I will for sure come by Davio's.

We had a 6:45 reservation- finally sat at 7:00. Food and service were amazing. Then sat there for another 15 min waiting for coffee and....

We went before Kenny Chesney concert. We made reservations ahead of time which helped us navigate very easily. From the time we came in till we left service was great. We were greeted with a smile and told our table was ready for us. We had 6 people in our party. We started with appetizers which were great. We had the calamari, sampler of spring rolls, and oysters Rockefeller. Everything came out perfect. Our entrees were just as good. My husband and I shared the 10oz fillet with brussel sprouts with bacon and onion rings. 2 people had the veal special of the day. One person had swordfish. The last person had a fillet also. We did sides for the table of macaroni and cheese, brussel sprouts and one of the mashed potatoes. Everything tasted wonderful. Can't wait to go back again

After decades of Davios' enjoyment, I'm officially priced out here. A single Ketel one on the rocks is nineteen dollars and change. Seriously. Forbid having a few before dinner, then of course the now elevated entrée prices now. I really enjoyed many fantastic meals here, but it has become ridiculous. When they come back to earth, I may return.

Great food, great service, and great ambiance. The complimentsry cheese popovers alone are worth the trip. The cocktails are large and well made. The salad was delicious and it is so unusual to find beet salad on a menu. The scallops were fresh, beautifully presented and cooked just right. The desert was magnificent. If you want a wonderful night out, with white table cloths, cocktails that don't disappoint, food that tastes like it was cooked by an award winning chef, served by an attentive and respectful server, Davios is the place to go. You don't have to to fly to Italy. It is all here in Foxborough!

This place might have been good 20 years ago but they are running on fumes. If you want be a high-end restaurant and charge a high-end prices, then you should focus on high-end service and food. Just because people walk around with chef coats doesn't make your restaurant nice. Food is dated over priced and either over or under cooked. Decor is old and dated and bathrooms are dirty. If this restaurant wasn't at Patriot Place, they would be out of business.

Had an amazing dinner at the bar. Had the white anchovy Cesar and sliders. Great food and great service. Highly recommended!!

I'm going to have to go down 1 star, I wasn't super happy where we were seated, I was hoping for a quieter area to celebrate our anniversary and our friends birthday. The chicken livers were a bit overcooked. All the rest of the food delicious, the scallop special was super yummy, wish I had gotten it. Our waitress was great, but a server/helper young lady was absolutely delightful, she had us rolling the whole end of the night, let's just say drinks were spilled so the sippy cup got my friend was perfect!!

Not impressed.... The server mentioned that she would bring the popovers twice.... After the appetizer, my husband asked about the popovers. We never saw her again! The food was served and she never checked on us. The pasta was still crunchy. Far too much money to spend for subpar service... P.S. still waiting on the popovers!

Awsome service and food !! Will be going back for sure!! Cheese or waitress was on top of everything !! Kept good track of our needs without being round too much. They wrote happy anniversary on all four deserts for us wich was really nice. I had the veal tomahawk wich was cooked exactly how I asked for !! Thanks Davis !! Great food but not worth the price for the ambiance. Entrees are $25-50 and a la carte meats are $50+ plus $10 sides. It's very similar pricing to other fancy steakhouses but does not have the ambiance. We had a late reservation and it was packed. We luckily were seated in the back but the tables were so tight. It felt like a large wedding banquet in the main room and then booths by the front which were more like Skipjacks. There were wrappers on the floor by our table and it just seemed crowded/rushed. Dress was all over the place- there were some couples dressed up for anniversary but lots of kids in very casual attire. There was a mix of business people, families and couples. Our waiter was very polite but not Capitol Grille level. The popovers to start were excellent as we were starving so late. We got calamari and spring roll sampler. The server didn't identify the spring rolls so we had to guess and then ask our waiter later. He said they usually example it and the other server was being lazy... The shrimp spring roll was delicious. For meals, my husband got a swordfish entree $38 and I got the sausage gnocchi $29. Both were very good and price was fair as my husband's came with sides. For dessert, we got blueberry crumble and Creme Brûlée which were yummy but nothing special. The real lead balloon was when our server dropped the check off while we were eating dessert and my husband still had half a glass of wine. We still tipped him well but not the service I expected... We were seated at 8:15 and this was maybe 9:30? We weren't even the last people in there. Overall for good Italian food, it was fine but I probably won't go back for a special night out.

I am a frequent patron. I come here because I am never disappointed. Service was fantastic! As always, meal was delicious! The restaurant consistently delivers.

Had a terrible experience at the bar, the bartender refused to serve me a drink because I had a passport as a form of ID, never had an issue anywhere going out with my passport, I know the rules and it's a valid form of identification, felt very discriminated about this. But didn't want to make a big deal about it and still order food, not once the bartender came to check on us or refill our waters. The food was nothing special, it was a very uncomfortable night.

The food is amazing the service is outstanding and the ambiance of the Resturant is romantic. One of my favorite restaurants to eat at!

Last night we had made a reservation for a birthday dinner. Admittedly, the reservation was mistakenly for 4 adults and we had 5 in our party. We did walk in at 7:45 and were not spoken to again until 10 after eight telling us our table was then ready 10 minutes late. Once they attempted to see us, they realized there were five in our party. They could not seat five at the same table.There were inexperienced hostesses appearing to pose as flight attendants "seeing what they could do". No offer to grab us seats together at the bar or seat us in any of the 20 booths available with zero customers and maybe a mention it could be a few minutes. We as a family eat out regularly having the disposable income to do so. This establishment is apparently great if you're in your 20's early 30's and couldn't care less how you're treated. We had two in our party needing to sit down. So while we were waiting for our table to become available, they walked to the bar to grab seats. The bartender rudely explained to a 70-year-old plus gentleman that he could not sit there because the person in that seat was in the bathroom with no drink in front of it, or a jacket to hold the spot. When my sister-in-law walked back into the restaurant to ask about speaking to the manager, the inexperienced manager needing training did not do anything about the situation. She offered to mark it in the system in case we returned. This establishment just lost $1000 in one night and does not care about that fact. We love Davio's, but absolutely would never eat at this branch ever again. They need some serious training. For a price of a steak here you can have five drinks at Bar Louie across the street and be treated with white glove service by their waitress. Do that math!

I was excited to try this restaurant as I heard so much about it. I ate here last night and it was average at best. The service, food, ambiance were all average with a poor value. We started with the egg roll sampler appetizer, $23 for 3 egg rolls cut into 6 pieces. They were ok but c'mon, we had 6 people eating 1 bite of an egg roll for an appetizer. The rolls are terrible, they are called popovers, no taste, no bread, they don't even look appetizing. my main dinner was average at best, the meatballs were delicious. It was so loud that I couldn't hear the person next to me. All of this for $400, no alcohol, no desert, 1 appetizer, and 6 average dinners. First and last time!!!

So disappointing. I should have listened to the reviews. Food was just not good. Considering the prices they charge, I expected more ambience as well. On the plus side, the popovers were excellent, as were the cocktails. And our server did a good job. Overall would not return; there are many other much better restaurants at this price point.

Food is very good. The service was really poor. We were the first costumers of the day, visiting for a special outing during a small window in my husband's chemo treatment. Our coats were not taken at the door or offered a place to hang them. The server refused to place our appetizers order until we placed our entire order (never heard of this before), we were charged for DIET COKE REFILLS!!! We had to ask for oil for the bread (bread was amazing), had to ask for pepper.... The servers didn't know what type of meat was in the food.... For a $300+ lunch, I would have expected much better service. Also, the ambience is pretty bland. It looks like a conference room blended with an old Cheesecake Factory that is also under construction. The food was good. The service and ambience were definitely disappointing

The reason why I am giving Davio's a three star review is basically due to the prices. I know that steakhouses usually have a la carte menus but it's kind of a turnoff to have to pay $20 for mushrooms and $13 for sea salted potatoes. The food was good but the service was excellent. Overall the experience was fine but getting charged those kind of prices is a little tough to swallow.

Same amazing Davio's if you can't make it to Boston. In Patriots Place, so plenty to do before or after dinner. Plus the popovers!

Great place to have lunch! Now I need to try it for dinner! Had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and it was outstanding! Great wine selection also and amazing waitstaff

Nice experience from start to finish. Servers and hostess took great care to make a good experience for a bigger party managing a baby. Cinnamon sugar popovers a nice brunch surprise for the table. All of our brunch entrees were very good. Eggs in each dish cooked perfectly. Plenty of items to choose from and priced reasonably. Hostess allowed us to come in early to feed the baby and get settled. Server was gracious to everyone and knew we were celebrating. Will definitely come back.

Good option for the area. I would say fine dining/white table cloth is a stretch but the food is good quality. Only thing I've had that I haven't been crazy about was the crab cakes and the Brussel sprouts. Crab cakes were very very small and not elevated which is expected when the size is so small and the brussel sprouts were super oily. Swordfish rocks, filet rocks, oysters rockefeller very good(when are they not?), drinks are good, service good. Overall, the best option without having to drive to Boston.

Great food, Excellent staff! Service was incredible and the whole ambiance was remarkable! Only complaint was the chicken had many bones that kept getting in the way, but it was delicious! will definitely return.

Service was horrible! Bartender would wait in everyone around us and not acknowledge me and my friend. we had to yell out to stop her to ask for a menu. I ordered something to go and wanted it in a separate check but she "forgot". we gave her two credit cards said split it and she only charged one card but gave us each a slip to sign then they realized they messed up so charged my friends card with the whole bill and now won't credit it or even do anything for their mistakes and poor customer service and staff!! will never step foot in their again.

I was able to eat here for 2 lunches and 1 dinner during a work trip. The service was great day 1 for lunch and dinner, day 2 for lunch it was ok but they were def more attentive on our main day. The food was very good. For lunch day 1 i had the beef tenderloin grilled cheese, smoked mozzarella w crispy onions & horse radiche on a brioche bun. Solid sandwich. Meat was tender. Overall very tasty. Smoked mozz has a strong flavor so make sure you dig it if you are going to order. Lunch day 2, I had the super indulgent basil fettuccine w shrimp, & pancetta. It was delicious but a bit much for lunch considering I had to fight the food coma as we were in meetings all afternoon. If you have nothing to do post lunch, def dig in. Lastly for my dinner, I had the pan roasted Maine lobster with yukon gold mashed potatoes & green beans topped with a lemon tarragon butter. 1 word. Hmmm. Crushed it. Davios, its a high end chain focused on North Italian Cuisine. In !

First time here as we came to Monster Jam and OMG. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff were friendly and super helpful. I got the spaghetti with San marzano tomatoes, and my husband got the 55 day dry aged steak. It was so delicious!! We will definitely be back.
