I have nothing bad to say about this place :) from start to finish it was great! Food tasted delicious. Staff very friendly. Drinks were strong definitely got your moneys worth. Huge shout out to Walter for making my first time exceptional especially with the crème brûlée ;) thank you & can’t wait to come back 🤗

I made reservations here weeks ago for my daughter's college graduation celebration dinner. Food and drink was very good. On the expensive side. No dress code, but they advise "business casual." However, as seems to be true just about anywhere today, people just dress without regard to their environment. Guys in shorts here looked ridiculous. Other guys were in sports jackets and dress slacks which seemed more appropriate. Women had the same variety, although it's not as bad nor as obvious as the men. Very nice of our server to provide a "Congratulations" on dessert without any prompt. One note for management: please teach your staff to walk around each guest when pouring water; I was a bit amazed that the young man repeatedly reached his arm right across my face several times when providing refills to my son and daughter sitting beside me.

Went here for my birthday. Everyone there acknowledged that it was my special day! The atmosphere of this restaurant is very nice. Our table looked put together and classy when we arrived. It was very clean and Aesthetically pleasing. Our server was very pleasant and willing to answer any questions we had about the menu. He checked in on us a good amount as we enjoyed our meal. I got the penne pasta which had a very dynamic flavor. I enjoyed how many different flavors there were making this an exciting dish. My boyfriend got the 55 day aged steak with fries. The meat was so tender, however the crust on the steak was overpowering giving quite a salty taste. The friend tasted good, they had a unique flavor. We enjoyed when the dessert cart came out with an array of desserts to choose from! We went with the fruity cheesecake option which was delicious. When the dessert was brought out it looked very presentable with happy birthday written in chocolate and a candle! Our waiter even asked us if we wanted our photo taken which was so thoughtful. Overall a good experience but maybe overhyped and little high in cost.

It was our first time here. We were dining with another couple. We chose Davio’s based on reviews. We were looking for a steakhouse that offered more than just steak. Let me just say we were not disappointed. Everything from cocktails to dessert was well prepared and presented. Our server, Tia, was not only attentive she was also pleasant. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Oh, my. Indulgence, sophistication and an upscale dining experience await you at Davio's!! We had a business luncheon and this is perfect for high-end clients and fancier staff meetings. Our server was delightful and the environment met our expectations - quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Highlights for me were the filet mignon, homemade Davio's steak sauce, brussel sprouts, warm focaccia table bread, cappuccino and baked Alaska 😋. All of these items were stellar in flavor, composition, presentation and quality. I felt the tomato soup, spinach, and potatoes needed a little bit of tinkering to be as stellar but they still were tasty and freshly made! The dessert cart is unreal with tons of homemade sinful options and if you order the baked Alaska, be warned - it's enough to feed 3 people! The entire restaurant was impeccably clean and there is ample seating for parties of all sizes, even a few private areas for big gatherings. Bon appetit!!

The food and service were exceptional. I was expecting a more intimate atmosphere. The floor plan is open almost like a ballroom in the main dining area. They do have private space for large groups. I suggest making a reservation prior to visiting the establishment.

Amazing restaurant! My wife and I went here for our anniversary. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean. It is located in the king of Prussia town center which is a great spot to go for food and desserts. The place was pretty packed for a late reservation on a Wednesday, I would recommend booking ahead of time. Our experience was elevated by our server Eric, he did a great job explaining the menu and providing top notch service. We ordered the claim chowder and chicken liver. The claim chowder was delicious with not a drop left in the bowl but the time I was done with it. The chicken liver was very filling but also dense and deep fried, the flavor was a little too sweet compared to other chicken liver. We ordered the veal tenderloin Au Jus and the braised short rib. The veal was cooked perfectly and delicious with the sauce. Highly recommended. The braised short rib was cooked to perfection however the dish felt like it was missing the X element for flavor. Overall, it was a very nice and satisfying dish. The server completely surprised us with a dessert dish with candles for our anniversary. Extremely nice gesture :) We left extremely full and satisfied. We will certainly be returning again.

Very nice ambience. Our waiter was very informative and polite. Food was alright, we ordered ducks two ways and ribeye steak. Lots of silver skins on the ribeye steak, could be trimmed better. Sitting was tight, we were sitting on a high traffic area and my chair was constantly knocked on by the staff that’s walking pass me.

Semi busy day which made service very slow. Needed to ask several other employees walking by our table for things we needed. Sometimes they would get them, other times they would forget. Chicken parm rolls and arugula salad were great Chicken entree was underseasoned and the branzino entree was just ok. If the fish skin is left on, it should be crispy, not flaccid. I ended up having to take it off. The fish was cooked well, just slightly underseasoned. Overall a 3.5, not a 4, so I rounded down to 3 stars.

Fantastic service, beautiful space, and a cool vibe at the bar...the only problem is that the food is merely okay. Let's just say that the sea scallops were a bit too salty and the pasta in the bolognese was a but more toothsome than "al dente." And at these prices ($160 for app, two entrees, one drink, and one dessert + tip), I'm feeling like the value just isn't there. Sorry, but once my bill goes over $100 for two, I kind of want to be at least slightly dazzled. Fried Chicken Livers: 3/5 Sea Scallops: 3/5 Pasta Bolognese: 3/5 Affogato: 5/5 When the espresso and ice cream float (affogato) after the meal leaves you more dazzled than the meal, something is a little off.

The cavernous dining space is something of an echo chamber; caught between a high ceiling, hardwood floors, and bustling bar scene, the decibel level, especially when the joint is jumping - which seems to be most of the time - is downright daunting. Depending upon your table location, carrying on a civilized conversation without shouting may very well constitute a major challenge. The general pandemonium notwithstanding, however, the cuisine continues to be first-rate on all counts. During a recent visit, the six diners in our party (three couples) were completely satisfied with the gastronomic goings-on. The majority chose variations on the carnivorous theme: 8-Ounce Center-Cut Filet Mignon, 8-Ounce 55 Day Prime Aged Strip Steak, etc. Though enjoyed during a previous visit, the incomparable Sautéed Veal Tenderloin (pictured), also deserves mention. It remains, without doubt, one of the best veal presentations it has been my pleasure to ingest this side of the Atlantic. The veal was extraordinarily tender, with oyster mushrooms, cipollini onions, and roasted fingerling potatoes putting in superb supporting performances... But, ultimately, it was a rich and savory Marsala wine sauce that succeeded in propelling this dish into orbit. Highly recommended. On this occasion, however, my dining partner and I decided to take the seafood route, both opting for the Atlantic Salmon (pictured). It arrived at table flesh side up on a seabed of sautéed baby spinach surrounded by a pool of warm eggplant caponata. The filet was attractively seared while its interior remained delightfully moist. This entrée had been ordered on one of my previous visits, and it remains a personal fave. Davio's has managed to inject a healthy dose of pizzazz into an all-too-pedestrian piscatorial menu fixture. Our group's appetizer choices ranged from a shared Chopped Romaine Salad to San Marzano Tomato Soup with goat cheese chive crostini to Oysters Rockefeller. Once again, though, my dining partner and I took a different route, sharing a starter to which we have become thoroughly addicted: the Crispy Chicken Livers (pictured). A bath in the deep fryer leaves them irresistibly crispy yet with a moist & succulent interior. They are then tossed with roasted pine nuts in an enticing port wine balsamic glaze and crowned with deep fried spinach leaves. They may not look like much, but, trust me, they are an incredible feast for the palate. That's the good news... Now for the bad. Dining at Davio's is a downright outrageously expensive proposition. I won't bore you with facts & figures, as they are readily available on the restaurant's website. And what goes for food is true of alcoholic libations as well. Dining here is a fiscal tsunami in the making. And so the question remains: Does the quality of the food, service, and ambience justify the hefty prices? That, of course, depends upon your point of view... and the state of your wallet. However, this conversation is NOT about Jean-Georges, or Le Bernardin, or the French Laundry, or La Tour d'Argent, or some other legendary bastion of ethereal gastronomy. No, this is about Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse in beautiful downtown King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. So... is it worth it??? Is it worth paying elevated fine dining prices to chow down on chain steakhouse fare - as good as it may or may not be - in an atmosphere saturated with near-lethal decibel levels? IS IT...? Not to me... But it's your call.

We came for a dinner on a Saturday with a reservation and it was definitely packed at 7:45 with even the seats at the bar full. Our server was very attentive and friendly so adding a star for her. We ordered the cowboy ribeye (medium rare), grilled veal tomahawk (medium rare), lobster risotto, chopped salad, truffle risotto, and goat cheese puffs. It did take about 75 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering and the veal tomahawk came out very well-done vs medium rare. The other dishes were very solid and the ribeye was particularly flavorful. The manager did come out to apologize and removed the tomahawk from our check as well as comp our dessert for the wait (and offered to provide us with other food as well) which was very kind. Honestly, the staff here are great and the food itself, for the most part, was quite solid. I'm hoping that it was just an "off cover" for them tonight as it's a beautiful venue with a good customer-facing team and solid fare. The kitchen looked quite lean for the sheer volume of diners and takeout orders. It is a good option for a special occassion (we saw many of them) and we would be willing to try it again (and maybe on a less packed night).

We arrived for a delightful brunch at Davio's Italian Restaurant. Needless to say, they have earned my five star review for the experience I received. The service was remarkably attentive, and the ambiance reflected the high-quality food and service the restaurant is known for. Opting for espressos, we were pleasantly surprised that they were among the best I've ever had. Our culinary adventure included a crab cake appetizer and hand-rolled gnocchi with truffle sauce. Although the gnocchi dish didn't initially meet expectations, we brought it to the attention of the supervising manager, Steve. Steve's service was exceptional; not only did he sincerely apologize, but he also prioritized having the chef remake the dish due to our time constraints. The revised gnocchi indeed met our expectations, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to excellence. Upon receiving the bill, we discovered that Steve had not only addressed the issue but had also discreetly removed the cost from our bill. It wasn't about the money; it was about the restaurant's dedication to delivering a quality experience. Davios, under Steve's management, truly stands out. I highly recommend dining at Davio's for those seeking exceptional food and even more exceptional service. I was genuinely impressed and grateful to the staff who embody the essence of what the restaurant represents.

I've never heard of Davio's restaurant before attending a college pinning ceremony. The place is posh! When I say "posh", I'm talking of course about the tasteful open kitchen, the quietly elegant décor and the lost art of actually properly servicing a large party effortlessly. (Think almost invisible care of the patrons at our table. How many restaurants nowadays sweep the table of crumbs constantly throughout the meal? ?) Our party of 8 never had to ask for anything....Our waiter was Johnny on the Spot with water refills, information about our dishes, recommendations, etc... And the recommendations were excellent. We ordered two orders of the Crispy Calamari with Cherry Peppers and Citrus Aioli.($19) and Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls®, Spicy Homemade Ketchup, Spicy Mayo for our appetizers. For our entrees we ordered the Following: Free Range Chicken, Creamy Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Butter($37), Georges Bank Sea Scallops, Sweet Creamy Corn, Match Stick Potatoes ($54), Niman Ranch Pork Chop, Goat Cheese Puffs, Vidalia Onion, Cherry Pepper Jam($49), 8 oz Braised Beef Short Ribs with mashed potatoes ($42), Atlantic Salmon, Fava Beans, Polenta, Tomato Confit, Pea Tendrils, Citrus Butter($39) and two people within our party ordered Caesar salads with extra shrimp and scallops. Let's talk about the food. My family likes share tastes of our dishes, so we were constantly cutting off pieces of our dishes. The fried calamari was properly served and not overcooked and the accompanying citrus aioli was a nice touch. The sea scallops in the salad and in the entrée were expertly prepared with a nice sear on each side of the scallops. The pork chop was humungous and served with a wonderful cherry pepper sauce that was especially tasty with the lightly smoked pork chop. The braised short ribs could fall apart with just a look and the salmon was lightly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. All of the side dishes were wonderfully prepared and perfect accompaniments to the mains. With regards to desserts, I also had the house Tiramisu and we also ordered the Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, Fresh Berries with Vanilla Tuile, Lemon Doberge Cake, Candied Lemon and Blackberry, the Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee served with an Orange-Ricotta Cookie and the Warm Chocolate Chip, Walnut Cookie served with Vanilla Gelato and Salted Caramel. Yummy, yummy, yummy! Treat yourself to a wonderful meal here so that you can feel pampered.

Love this place!! Great food, ambiance and service :) The Ribeye is hands down one of my favorite dishes. Staff is always so sweet and offer amazing service.

Came to dinner on a Tuesday night with my best friend and we had a fabulous meal! MARCHI: Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls, Spicy Homemade Ketchup, Spicy Mayo $15 *super crispy, wished it was a little more meaty but loved the dipping sauces INSALATE: Chopped Romaine, Green Beans, Chickpeas, Egg, Tomatoes, Niman Bacon, Blue Cheese $15 *like a cobb salad, acted almost like a palate cleanser before our steaks CARNI: 16 oz 55 Day Prime Aged Ribeye $70 and added Crab Meat Oscar $27 with extra Bearnaise on the side *the steak was fatty, juicy and tender, everything you want in a ribeye, the crab meat was super chunky and delicious. I am interested in trying the crab cakes next time. SIDES: I put this in my order from favorite to least favorite ~ David Bieber's Crispy Onion Rings $10 - I loved this with my fatty ribeye ~ Hand Cut Parmigiano Fries $10 - heaping portion, great to share ~ Goat Cheese Puffs $14 - I think the puffs were good but would've been better accompanying a different entree, not a steak DOLCI: Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, Fresh Berries, Vanilla Tuile $15 *lots of vanilla bean flavor and the berries were very fresh Espresso Martini: they can make it more milky/creamy or just regular SERVICE: Our server Daria made great recommendations throughout dinner and was very attentive. The general manager stopped by to check on us as well. I personally love it when management checks in, I wish more restaurants did that!

I just want to say the Bartender's Kelly and Chris are so special to my husband and myself. I am in a wheelchair and love to sit at the bar. My husband is the best and picks me up and puts me on a bar seat, because of my situation Kelly and Chris always try to save a seat for me if I give them a 10 minute heads up we are coming over. I also love my Philly sports teams so whenever possible they reserve a seat near the television. Also a big shout out to Joe and Michael who are managers and our sweet bar back Gabe. One last thing a new television at the bar would be greatly appreciated. Lol

First time here on Mother's Day for dinner. We waited quite a bit past our reservation time but they apologized multiple times and kept us updated. Service was really good, food was excellent. Definitely a "special occasion" kind of place for my family but I'm glad we tried it & would return! One of our filets was o recooked and it was replaced immediately with apologies.

Went to Davio's for Thanksgiving family dinner! Food was excellent, prepared perfectly! We had the Thanksgiving Turkey dinner, steak and our grand daughter had pasta! All plates were eaten clean ! Service was also excellent, very professional and friendly! Great experiencing !

TLDR - the service very good, but the food...was just okay for the price (some hits, some major misses). We came here for my brother's birthday, a party of 7 (with 2 kiddos). For apps, we split: Octopus, Aji Amarillo Peppers, Purple Potato Chips, Fennel, Citrus - really one of my least favorite octopus apps I've had; it was overcooked/nearly burnt, and otherwise pretty flavorless. really disappointing. Crispy Calamari, Cherry Peppers, Aioli - a very healthy portion of the fried goodness. Pretty good. Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls, Spicy Homemade Ketchup, Spicy Mayo - these were great; portion size could be slightly bigger, but yum. Oh, and though we technically arrived during lunch, our server was nice enough to allow us to get the octopus from the dinner menu (regardless of the fact that the dish was meh). Oh, and hooked us up with those delightful pop-overs and on to the mains: I opted for the Warm Spinach, Roasted Peppers, Portobellos, Goat Cheese, Balsamic with Filet Mignon (medium rare) added. The salad was moderately sized, and the filet looked like it was an after thought. Set aside from the actual salad sat a sad, overcooked, and pretty bland egg-sized piece of filet. But I was hungry, so it was eaten. All in all, the place looks nice and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating, but not really sold on the food (hopefully just a one-off/outlier).

The food was excellent. Ambiance is very nice and the service was attentive. Totally recommend.

Once one of the premiere places for high-end cuisine seems to have taken a sharp downturn. Cold food, under seasons or over salty food, incorrectly prepared steaks, low quality desserts. Our 4th visit to this establishment and this one was a complete disappointment. Service I would give a 3.75/5. At this price point I expected more or at least the level of quality we've received before.

Davio's is lovely with white linen table cloths and a cozy upscale atmosphere. The restaurant itself is very beautiful it's nestled in a very nice shopping center in King of Prussia. We ate on the patio where outdoor heaters were spaced between every table so it was cozy despite the cool, evening. The food is pretty amazing I have to say it was probably one of the best steaks I've ever had to date. I absolutely loved our waiter he was perfect for our table and I definitely would say the atmosphere was really nice! I've been here couple of times for business meals and its been a great experience every time. You've to try hand-rolled Potato Gnocchi, The mushrooms and truffle butter were incredible but the basil was not as noticeable. The gnocchi were delicate, soft pillows cooked to perfection. Complimentary bread, the popovers served were warm, cooked to perfection and gigantic! The cheese toasted on top added a well welcomed savoury flavour. This is not a run of the mill steakhouse it's definitely a little pricey but in this case you get what you pay for and the food was pretty delicious! I'd say give it a go you won't be disappointed I know I wasn't!

Party of 4 yesterday for what we thought would be a good steak house. Ordered several apps, 3 steaks and a couple sides. Apps were decent but they did not have any of the bone in veal, so we ended up ordering 2 bone in ribeyes. The first ribeye came out without a bone, the second was raw inside. We told the server and they threw it back on the grill. While that is okay, not something you'd expect from a "steakhouse" serving up $80 steaks. Mac and cheese also was almost like the Annie brand (although I'm sure it wasn't boxed, it just wasn't good.) Lastly, the server just had no experience waiting at a high end steakhouse. Not rude but not very helpful or pleasant. He even made a remark which I thought was a bit on the racist side. Once again, Not something you'd except from a fine dining location that totaled to over $670.

What a phenomenal Valentine's Day dinner at Davio's ! I have been trying to try this place for 1.5 years and my bf and I finally got an opportunity to go. The interior is bigger than we expected. There's music playing but it's not overwhelmingly loud. The bread was so good we asked for more. It was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside - almost like a croissant. . I definitely checked the menu ahead of time and had to try the fries chicken livers which reminded me of Szechuan food as it had a sweet and spicy sauce and they were fried really well. The crab cakes had a lemony taste to them and the texture was super soft and delicious ! For the entree we both ordered the filet mignon medium rare. The texture was amazing ! You can really tell that it's a great high quality cut of meat. However the star of the show was the gnocchi which tasted like butter !!!!!! It literally melted on my tongue. I have never had gnocchi like this. It was a masterpiece !!!!!!! I would come back and just order the gnocchi ! For the dessert I enjoyed how they have a dessert cart going around for visuals. It really helped me to see which one to get. We got the crème brule with a cookie in the middle. The cookie was soft and just high quality in general. I'm very intrigued and pleased with the high quality food. Even things that are simple tasted beyond amazing. I also want to give a shout out to our waiter ! Thank you for a phenomenal dinner experience

We had a wonderful dinner at Davio's KoP on 6/28/24. Anny, Joseph, and Jose were all very accommodating and provided incredible service. They made it a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, too, as always.

Last Night I had the Best Steak & Arugula Lemon Oil Salad.. For Dessert My Husband and I shared Carrot Cheesecake Wow it was Delicious & Tiramisu was The Best.. We sat at the Bar with our Favorite Bartenders Nina & Rob .. Love Davio's so Much it's Constantly Great Food & Awesome Staff .. Thanks for Being So close to Home

We were looking for a great steak dinner at a first class restaurant and found it at Davio's!! Davio's was perfect from atmosphere to service. The food exceptional, starting first with the appetizer and ending with a delicious dessert! The steak, so very tasty and juicy, was cooked perfectly! Thank you to Davio's for a wonderful night out!!!

Consistently a top notch experience. Doesn't matter if we go with a group for a full multi course meal or just for drinks and a bite at the bar, it's always as ordered, well prepared and the service is notable. Every staff member is good, but several are absolute professionals, a rarity.

I recently dined at Davio's , and it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was cozy, the service was attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying their panna cottait was a culinary masterpiece. I can't wait to return!

I made reservations for a birthday dinner and it took two hours for our entree to come out. The plates were not that warm and our party didn't even finish the food. We asked for medium rare and all our steaks came out extremely rare. We ordered dessert at the end, but that also took more time than needed. Also, the servers kept dropping plates/bottles behind us... definitely disappointed with my experience here.

I recently visited Davio's KOP for a birthday party. Located in the Town Center parking is somewhat limited. Davio's does offer valet parking, but I opted to drop off my passengers and park in a lot that was a short walk away. Davio's is very nice. They have a huge bar, plenty of dining spaces and private rooms. Our party of 14 was set up in a private room and we had a prix fixe menu. The room was large and our tables were set up in a square. I like that fact that everyone could be seen and heard. Our staff of 3 took our drink orders first and then began talking our dinner orders. I enjoyed my old fashioned, but my partner wasn't happy with her dirty martini. For the first course guests had their choice of cheesesteak egg rolls, Davio's meatball, or an oven baked lump crab cake. Second course options were salmon, beef short ribs, or filet with a grilled prawn. Dessert offerings were tiramisu and chocolate cake. I opted for the Davio's meatball, short ribs and chocolate cake. Davio's bread is delicious also. It's an extra large muffin that's hollow that I ripped apart and smothered with butter. The meatball was huge and so tasty with plenty of gravy. The short rib was delicious and so tender. I loved the crispy onion rings and creamy potatoes. The portion was quite large and I was able to take some home. My partner enjoyed her crab cake and she loved the filet. It appeared that everyone was pleased with their meal. I gobbled up the chocolate cake before getting a picture. It was delicious paired with the vanilla ice cream. This was a great experience and I would certainly recommend Davio's for a private dining room experience.

My first experience at Davio's was wonderful! Our server Ricardo was so kind and informative. We ordered the calamari and egg roll sampler to begin. The calamari could use more seasoning but the sauce saved the dish - be mindful the peppers within the dish can be a bit spicy. I ordered the sangria - it wasn't that strong. Tasted like Minute Maid juice lol. My meal was the star of the show! I ordered the braised beef entree which was a huge portion! I really didn't need to the Brussel sprouts but it made me feel good to eat a veggie. The meat was savory, tender, and packed with flavor! The fried onions added a nice layer of texture to the dish. The only reason they receive a 4/5 is bc my friends did not like their entrees. One ordered the scallops - despite being told they were large scallops, they were actually very small. The dish also came with too much fried potato straws, which diminished the dish. My other friend ordered some sort of seafood pasta and her shrimp was over cooked and noodles were not quite Al dente.

Had a really enjoyable dinner with old friends. Service was incredible, atmosphere was nice and food was very good. Really enjoyed the lollipop lamb chops with risotto and asparagus. Look forward to going back.

No thank you! I'd rather go somewhere less expensive for better food. While the ambience is pristine, the food tasted like any other chain restaurant. I have to admit that the fries were quite delicious, but there are many other restaurants that I'd prefer to this. Service was fantastic; environment was enjoyable. But most importantly, the food sucked. I wouldn't ever crave this food, but I'm glad that I went here at least once to experience this restaurant. Won't be back though.

Davio's did right by my wife and I. after a hiccup in a previous experience, they truly redeemed themselves. The food was just has I had experienced on my first couple of visits. Thank you Joe and Chris for making us feel welcomed and for making us feel as if our eating at your restaurant made a difference. Thank you to Gabriel, who waited on us, you were curious and professional and just down right friendly. As for the food, it reminded me of the first experience I had at Davios only it was better. There was a level of carelessness in service that was unexpected. Appetizers brought out with no plates or serving spoons. Some time later we were able to get the waitress's attention to bring them. Though we took our time eating the appetizers, there was still a minimum 30min wait for dinner - with no apology or acknowledgment. No one asked if we wanted a second drink. Essentially no careful attention. The food was also just ok- not special especially considering the price. One in our party had steak which was good. Everyone else reported their food was so-so. Lots of movement from staff but seemed frenetic without real purpose.

It's been over an hour didn't get any food, they prioritize take out orders so don't expect proper service or food here.

Arrived with 14 people for dinner. WE all loved the place. Food was a 5 star, party, We loved the steak and chicken, unbelievably well done. Why go into Philly when we have this !!!

I absolutely love Davio's. Hit it up every time I'm in Philly. Great vibe, tremendous food service is outstanding.

Went on Mother's Day and sat at an empty bar which we enjoyed. Bartender was nice and personable. Food is why we give it 3 stars. Arugula salad was arugula, parm and lemon vinaigrette for $14, could be a more interesting salad by adding more veg. Ordered steaks and a chicken pasta - everything looked really sloppy. Food was okay for price point. This place has really gone downhill in the last year or so. Each time we go we say it's going to be our last. While service is okay it used to be to be much better.

My family and I met here on a Saturday for a family lunch. The ambience at Davio's is relatively upscale. There are deep hardwood floors, a bar when you first walk in, square tables with white table cloths, and two private rooms. The prices reflect the ambience. Fortunately, there were lunch specials and for $40 a person you could get an appetizer, an entrée and dessert. I chose this option. Our waiter was extremely friendly and kind, but forgetful. There were several times where we asked for sugar for tea, additional drinks and condiments, and she needed to be reminded several times. Our food also came quite slow. For my appetizer, I ordered the Italian soup (it's called something different, but essentially that's what it is). When the soup came out, it was lukewarm. So I asked for the waiter to take it back and have it heated up. Once it was heated up, it was average pretty good. For my entrée, I got the short rib and risotto. I was very happy that the proportions were large and the leftovers lasted for several meals. However, the taste was just average and in a bit bland. For dessert I had cheese cake. The cheese cake was the best thing on the menu only thing was that it was very small. I now understand why the reviews are just subpar. They would benefit from more staff and seasoning the food better. At first, looking at the reviews, I was wondering why it was so poor because I know that Davio's is a very nice restaurant and the prices are pretty up there. However, after experiencing a lunch meal here, I see why they are not very high.

Went here for a dinner with colleagues and had a great time. Overall would recommend for business dinner or a date, and would come back. Ambiance 5/5- We sat outside and were given adequate heaters to keep us warm, the music volume was appropriate and the music ranged from oldies to modern pop, there was a classy, laid back vibe Service 5/5- We were served by Gabriel who did a phenomenal job. He checked up on us regularly, offered excellent recommendations, was pleasant throughout, grated Parmesan cheese for us when requested, gave us extra bread to take home, and boxed up everything nicely for us. Would definitely ask for him again if possible! Food 5/5 - the taste and presentation of the food was good, everyone especially enjoyed the calimari and burrata. The brussel sprouts were also quite good. Price- I thought it was a little expensive for what you get, but I understand with a restaurant that has a nicer ambiance it's to be expected. Would be good for a nice date.

It was nice to have a dinner out after having been in the house for the last few months. Davio's was an excellent choice for my meal. I felt safe in this restaurant. All server's had masks and stayed out of my personal space as much as possible which I really appreciated. Wednesday was a good night for dining with less people in the restaurant. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point and enjoyed my meal. Now for dinner. The bread was this amazing popover with Parmesan baked into the top of the bread. It melted in your mouth. I chose the burrata for my first course. The burrata was smooth and creamy. It was paired with arugula, prosciutto, and a fig spread. Paired with a nice glass of wine, this dish would make a perfect meal. For my next choice, I chose the grilled veal chop. It was cooked medium as requested and was tender and juicy. The chop was served with mashed potato, asparagus and a port wine sauce. I did decide on dessert as well. The layered lemon cake with lemon curd between the layers was a perfect end to my meal.

Davio's is amazing. We ordered the fillet mignon, it was cooked to perfection. Very tender and delicious. The brussels sprouts were amazing, so delicious. And we also had mashed potatoes and asparagus on the side. Our appetizer was the octopus which was fabulous. For dessert we had the chocolate cake..With vanilla ice cream. It was yummy. The customer service was top-notch. And the atmosphere was upscale. I was happy to see that they have complimentary valet parking. Overall The dining experience was excellent. I highly recommend.

Came in for dinner party of 4, waiter was late, food was cold, no dressing on salad, very small portion. I don't know what makes this place better than your local restaurant, you know what i mean.

If you are in King of Prussia, I highly recommend Davio's. this is our favorite place to eat. we have had dinner and lunch several times and have never been disappointed. the drinks are great, the food delicious and the waitstaff terrific.

Came to Davios for my sons bday dinner. The place was very nice White table cloths, all wine glasssee on table and silverware , waiters and waitresses in white chef coats. Can see the kitchen from some angles wherever you where placed for dinner etc. Some prices where kinda high It's was no different than any other place we have eaten. We thought the bill was goin to be high. Because we got one app 3 entrees and 3 desserts 3 sodas Wasn't bad at all. the food was big portions and food was amazing. Had no problems with service all very attentive and very nice. Definitely be gong back to Davios for dinner Would recommend as well.

Italian steakhouse experience that was average which is why the 3-stars. We came in during lunch with a larger group, but being that it was over lunch, the restaurant had very few other patrons. Some issues unfortunately... Slow service - and I mean both weirdly and annoyingly slow. It took WAY too long to order and at minimum 45 mins before we got our entrees (we either had steak, salad, or pasta, none of which take 45 minutes to make). F*cking freezing cold - and I don't just mean oh yeah it's inside during the summer with the A/C cranking. NO. It was so cold that the entire meal my forearm hair was standing on end. By the end of the meal, my fingernails were purple. Any food that was once hot quickly become lukewarm or cold. Quality of food - for an Italian steakhouse you would expect fantastic quality of meats and everything. In the rare tuna steak that was ordered, there was so much sinew (which shouldn't be the case) it was super difficult to eat. Yes, the gnocchi covered in truffle smelled amazing. But where it counted, the quality was missing. I would love to come back and hope this was a fluke, but the meal was lackluster and proving limited encouragement.

We went here to celebrate our gender reveal. We know it's a little out there and maybe annoying of a request by we asked them to help us celebrate by requesting certain drinks if boy or girl. It was just us two celebrating as we wanted it to be fun and special and they really made it special by being able to accommodate us and also hiding the drinks right up until they were delivered. They had a great options for mock tails that were really yummy! We also got calamari , steak entree and chicken entree. Everything was pretty good and very healthy - the chicken could have been slightly more seasoned but I wasn't too disappointed. This place is really nice and more on the upscale side which definitely shows in the food, service and atmosphere...and of course the price but I think it was worth it for a special dinner!

Stopped in here at 9 on a Wednesday and they happily seated us which was very nice since they close at 10. Service was average, nothing exceptional but we were one of the last tables so that's to be expected. They closed the restaurant while we were still eating. We saw employees go and change from their uniform and then just walk out so we felt bad and just asked for a box to go. The sides were better than the steak entrée so wasn't too excited about the meal in general. But it was fine for a spur of the moment date night. Might go there again at an earlier seating just to see if the quality and service improves. I wouldn't suggest getting there after 9.

I personally had a great experience. Server was very nice and gave awesome recommendations. The cheesesteak egg rolls were super yummy!!! I also had the spaghettini and added meatballs. They came with two HUGE meatballs. I was super full afterwards naturally. I would come back. My boyfriend had the ribeye steak and said it was good.

Everything was amazing. First we order the food and our waitress is very nice. Our food came out in no time. We got steak which was one of the most tender meats I've had besides A5 wagyu. We also got mac and cheese which my kid said was the best he has ever had. The spaghetti was also very good. The lager came over and asked us how our food was and was very polite. He even came back with 2 free lemon zest cookies. The restaurant looked very nice. And there is an open kitchen. Overall great restaurant would definitely recommend.

Diner here on a Saturday evening during KoP Restaurant Week. I had personally been to the location in Center City a couple times in the past, and was not impressed...so I was in no rush to try this location, but figured we would give it a chance when given the opportunity to double date with our friends. We were warmly greeted; we had made reservations (highly recommend!) and were seated immediately. The dining room is a wide open space with little privacy, and as it filled up it got quite loud. The decor was simple and classy, but nothing special. Our waiter was very friendly but overbearing in the beginning. He just stood there while we perused the drink menu, barely a couple minutes after we had sat down. Even after we had asked him for some time, he came back and just hovered until we finally put in our drink order. We all found that quite annoying. I am limited to the kind of alcohol I can consume and ended up not liking the drink he recommended. He offered to replace it with something else, but I didn't feel like dealing with that hassle all over again. From then on the service was acceptable. Food was pretty good; decent presentation, fair portions, perfect temperatures. I started with the Burrata, which was absolutely delicious -- best part of the meal! I got the Filet Mignon for my entrée, which was cooked just right, albeit slightly under-seasoned. Some of us shared the delicious spinach. For dessert, I had the Black Forest Cake. I found it boring and did not particularly enjoy it. Overall, it was OK, but I did not love it. I can't put my finger on it...but perhaps my expectations are higher because of the prices. One might be quick to blame the "Restaurant Week" menu, but they boasted that it was a "pretty good representation of our full menu," and I've dined elsewhere during Restaurant Week with higher satisfaction. Glad we finally went to say we did, and we enjoyed the company, but it wouldn't be my first choice for fine dining out.
