Best fish burrito I have ever had. Extremely clean, did not fall apart. Ratios of everything were on point. Other notable mentions are their new chai latte and of course cinnamon rolls. Haven’t had anything that has disappointed.

I've been here 3 times since they had their grand opening last week and it's such a cute little surf shop vibe! The food is outstanding - I've gotten the breakfast burritos and the salad and they were both so good! It's an also a great place to get some work in too :) Can't wait to go back and I'm so glad that JI now has a spot like this!

***Update. Came back again needing a coffee. There are no options for other brews than the grocery store brand "medium roast" which is light. Very light. Too light. Cool spot. Friendly staff. Just not a coffee I will ever want. End update *** Breakfast sandwich was brilliant. Coffee was an extreme light roast which just isn't my taste in coffee. Staff was friendly. Quite a few customers in there and many grabbing stuff to go. Definitely be back to grab some more food. Wish there was a good dark roast!!

Awesome local coffee shop with a great breakfast menu, they also have lunch, but I only had an opportunity to get the breakfast fare. Surprised to learn they have only been open a short time. Support local.

Just moved back to the area and found our new favorite spot up the street! Great coffee & food. Super kind service and the shop itself is so cute!

This place is amazing! Food is great! Workers are also so friendly, especially Lola. She brings a whole other level to the place and she is the sweetest soul I have ever met. Hugs and kisses to Lola. Will be back soon!

The place is packed it is obviously loved.. I wasn’t super impressed with the service and the coffee was just okay.. for how expensive it was.

Great coffee and food, friendly staff, and a good place to knock out an hour or two of remote work in the afternoon. Good vibe all around. Only critique: I hear the same 10 songs every time I come in. I like that y'all are playing music by a local artist, but it wouldn't hurt to switch up the playlist a little bit!

my new favorite place to answer some emails and focus on my laptop for a bit. Their interior is cute and retro, with nice light comin in during the day. I only had a tea so far, but the food menu looks good can't wait to try

Very cute place. I love the surfer vibes! Perfect for locals and tourists. The cafehouse is comfy and cozy enough to add to my work-from-a-coffee-shop spots. Their coffee selection is minimal, but good. The food varieties are great and thankfully not the typical pastries and sandwiches (i.e: they have empanadas, burritos, etc ) The mocha was delicious and so was the fish burrito. My only gripe was that the burrito took forever to come out. Otherwise, I'm glad to have tried this place out.

Such a great vibe in this little coffee shop! The donuts are AMAZING. If you see one - grab it! The coffee was pretty good, but very expensive for what it was. I think adding on a syrup was like $1.25 on top of a $6 or $7 latte, which seems really steep. No parking spots were available when I went so I parked near the playground.

I was honestly so excited when this place finally opened. It is such a great addition to the community! The staff is friendly, the vibes are cool, the food is simple(in the best way possible) and high quality, the drinks are unique and mindfully prepared. I love that we have a cool new spot to work, hang, or enjoy a first date, in James Island. I highly recommend checking it out!

I love the vibes in this place!! So beachy and chill. The coffee was great and the espresso tasted fresh. The service was friendly but so. dang. slow. I know they're still trying to get their footing down as a new establishment, but they need at least 3 more employees to move things along. This place is too popular and busy already for the bare bones staffing. I have a feeling this place will be unstoppable once they speed things up in there.

I was so excited when this coffee house finally opened! I went during the week and found no parking. The parking lot is small. It was already packed when I arrived but it didn't take long to order and receive my food. I bought a hash brown and a latte. The hash brown was delicious and had a side sauce that paired well! It was quite expensive for the two items that I do not know if I will return. The inside was decorated beautifully and it looked like a cozy spot to stay for a meetup or to get work done.

Firing on all cylinders. Get a lot of coffee shops who have the cashier playing barista and otherwise clogging up production -- not here. Breakfast sandwich was dank city to the dome piece, good coffee, nice decor, cold beers, and not overrun with any Tik Tok-ers or tight asses

Too small a parking lot. WAY TOO NOISY!!, Prices high. My friends said their coffee tasted no better than they made at home.

Relaxing and chill atmosphere. Burritos were absolutely delicious as were the french fries, chips and salsa. We also had an ice latte which was super delicious. Service was spectacular!
