24 Of The Best Outdoor Cafes In London - London - The Infatuation

"Like a Floridian granny or a lizard, Day Trip thrives in the sun. The curved stone bench in the pocket-sized courtyard garden is ideal for chatting, sipping lattes (the takeaway cups are adorable), and mentally calculating how long it would take to afford an Islington townhouse like this one." - rianne shlebak, sinead cranna

The 19 Best Coffee Shops In London - London - The Infatuation

"Come rain, shine, or even diagonal sleet, we’ll pop to this tiny Islington spot for excellent coffee and a chat with the easy-going baristas. Day Trip is a place for waking up slowly in the tiny zen-like courtyard garden with curved stone benches, or leaning on the tiny concrete counter inside. The branded takeaway cups are adorable too." - sinead cranna, rianne shlebak

Day Trip - Review - Islington - London - The Infatuation

"Come rain, shine, or even diagonal sleet, we’ll be popping to this tiny, pretty Islington cafe for excellent coffee and a chat with the easy-going baristas. Day Trip is a place for waking up slowly—in the zen-like courtyard garden with curved stone benches, or leaning on the concrete counter inside. If it is raining, do like the other people dropping by in their cutest sportswear and get your latte to go. The branded takeaway cups are adorable. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch Pause Unmute" - Sinéad Cranna

An extremely beautiful cafe space. The level of aesthetic detail could easily overshadow the rest of the experience in less capable hands but it is matched in both the quality of drinks served and the warmth of hospitality; it exists simultaneously as a destination cafe for high-end pourover and espresso and as a friendly neighbourhood cafe. Comfortably one of the highlights of my time living in London.

Day Trip is super cute. Not much seating (mostly outdoors). Great coffee. Yummy croissant. Excellent service. My barista was very sweet and friendly!

This is a truly welcoming team in a great location. Exceptional attention to detail with their coffee, and they also had an amazing pain au chocolat to enjoy with it. Their retail coffee and pour-over selection was brilliant, with international brands too. The locals here have an awesome neighbourhood spot!

Today was my 2nd vist to this Amazing coffe shop. Both times Douglas the head barista was very attentive and trully passionate about delivering the best coffee experience he can. Its rarely to see someone with so much passion about their craft and care about delivering it to their customers. I love that the filter coffee constantly rotate so you can try different processes and beans around the world. First visit we had Washed yeast Innoculated thermal shock from Colombia and Today we tried Anaerobic Natural from China. If you live nearby definitely pay a visit and of you dont, its 💯 % worth the trip

We purposely went out of our way to come and visit, and it was so worth the detour! What a lovely place and excellent coffee. Full marks!!

A nice and cozy place full of the best people you'll probably meet (and I'm not talking professionally ONLY). The coffee and the food is great and with a fair price! It's completely worth the visit!!

A super cute multi-roaster café attached to a restaurant. They offer a delicious selection of coffee, and both their espresso and pourover options are both excellent. Alongside Nostos, they are one of the only places I know that use a frozen stainless steel ball in their pourover — which is fun but I’ve yet to be able to taste the difference. The space provides a lovely, intimate drinking experience, featuring just a brew bar with a stool at the counter and some outdoor seating.
