Dayi Wantan

We ordered 3 dishes. Minced pork dry noodle, all dumpling soup and crispy pork dumpling. Every dish is good and delicious. Tasty. The dry noodle served with fried dumpling, the noodle is good and put with 红油 taste like mala oil is even better tasty! The dumpling soup is also good, soup is tasty, the dumplings are different and delicious. Lastly, the crispy dumpling. It’s goooood!

I ate here a few times now. One of my favorite wanton mee shops which is not the traditional type, here they don't serve with roasted pork or char siew but with minced pork and fried wantons. Very delicious. The soup has very thick flavor which probably used lots of bones boiled for many hours. The wantons were delicious. Extra order of dumpling were really delicious as well. There is also free condiments and pickles include green chilies and radish cubes. All were incredibly delicious and helps cut through the fattiness of the meat flavor. Very good and highly recommended.

Must visit! Amazing typical street food! I loved their fresh prawn and fish roll soup. First, they say 6 pcs were not possible, that I needed to order more. So I said "sorry, I am not that hungry now, bring me the other chicken option, please." But then, they actually made my shimp wanton possible. Delicious! And the dessert? Unexpected! With durian, my favorite fruit in Asia. I ordered it as take away. Prices? So good! Taste? Memorable! Fast? Light the speed of light. Less than 5'. Staff? So cute and smiling. The place? Yellow cab color, on the street - literally. Vibes? Authentic & alive. Best part? Downtown and open until 4 AM. Must visit! Thank you, beautiful souls! I love it here! You are amazing! Parking is a pain here. First time here and I tried their 全家福 in chicken soup @RM18. There are 5 types of wonton and all tasted distinctively. It was decent wonton sized and the meat was nice. The wonton paired well with their papaya, radish, chilli oil and green chilli. The chilli oil and green chilli elevated the experience. Though I find myself feeling more thirsty after finishing the soup. You can also opt to buy their frozen dumplings which is cheaper than the cooked version

Overall taste is slightly above average. The chilli selection is tasty. A decent place for wontons and dumplings. Price is a bit on the high side for street food style, but can't complain much because it opens til late 4am.

They have indoor aircond dining and five foot way dining tables. Scan qr to order. Their wantan was wonderful with chicken soup base. Fried dumplings were okay. But their Hakka noodles soup was flavourful, not too salty. Can even buy their frozen wantan for takeaway away. Liked their roasted rice tea, refill hot water at dispenser. Cendol nothing special, just okay lah. Free water is self serviced at water dispenser. Good thing is they closed early morning so good for those who like to have light bites or late supper. Gave 4 star cause they don't give empty plates or bowls for sharing.

The wontons were delicious with a flavorful broth. Tried the “all-in combo” but honestly couldn’t tell the fillings apart — still, each piece was generously filled and tasty. The dumplings were juicy inside with a nicely crisp pan-fried skin. The tofu dish wasn’t very authentic (more like regular small tofu), though the chili powder on the side was nice. Side dishes are limited to three small plates per person, the pickled papaya and radish were quite good. Overall, a satisfying meal and I’ll definitely return.

Quick service, simple menu. Tried their mixed combo “All Time Happiness” and all the flavours were nice. The shao mai is a bit on the soft side compared to regular dimsum. Opens til late so it’s a good place to eat supper in Pudu.
