"At D’Berto, you’ll experience the full potential and expression of the local estuary’s produce. For those for whom scale is of little importance, this is definitely the place, where you can enjoy a truly surprising array of fish and seafood accompanied by excellent service. Perfectly cooked grilled dishes and stews are more important here than technique, though the latter is certainly not lacking. Options include an array of shellfish and several classic dishes such as the pan-fried lobster and the spider crab." - Michelin Inspector

We were expecting a lot probably because of so many recommendations. Despite all the clients being tourists, it was still enjoyable. We ordered the house special deep fried lobster. It was cut into pieces and deep fried with olive oil. Simple but very well done. Not overcooked and tender. The meat just came out of the shell easily. The spider crab was good but nothing special.

A very excellent seafood restaurant here. The seafood dishes are all delicious. I have a feeling that the restaurant has a lot of respect for the natural taste of the sea when the dish is still a little fishy, but I really like it. An excellent way of processing of the restaurant, and more especially the extremely attentive service from the restaurant owner to the staff. When the meal ended quite late and I couldn't call a taxi, the restaurant owner used a personal car to take my family with young children back to the hotel. Thank you and wish the restaurant more success in the future soon.

often regarded as one of the finest in Europe, The fish is primarily sourced directly from Galicia , As Berto explained to us, he adds no surplus to his preparation, focusing entirely on the ingredients. , arguably, this is essence of true gastronomy . The meal was delightful , surprisingly the desserts Too

Expensive seafood without elaborate preparation. We went here one evening in July. They were able to accommodate us on the earlier dinner shift. The restaurant was full. The wine list was more extensive than usual. There were at least 20 different bottles of Albariño alone. We didn’t look past that. A sommelier was available to help with the selection, which was nice. We ended up with a good bottle. My only complaint here is that the markup is more than 100% on the wine. The bottle we got sold for 20€ in the store but was more than 50€ on the menu. I expect this markup in the US but it’s usually less in Spain in my experience. I’d rather have it cheaper and not have a wine expert to recommend them. The food was excellent. There is no doubt that the seafood is prepared very well. The salpicón was especially good. The lobsters grilled was nicely done as well. It’s really missing elaboration and creativity in the preparation though. It’s not a Michelin star experience in the food just the price. There were a ton of severs. It was very quick but it was too much. One sever was just standing and staring about half the time, waiting for a plate to be finished. Fine to be fast but more discretion would be greatly appreciated. I’m mystified by the high reviews. The food is good but the value is low. Maybe it is a place to be seen so people know you have a lot of cash to spend?

Top quality local seafood!! The best that the region has to offer, hands down! There is a lot of high-end seafood here but also great, lower-budget options. Highly recommend trying the Percebes, local barnacles - delicious! Staff were wonderful as well!

The cuisine is outstanding, but the service is even more remarkable. The cheesecake is a must!

Exquisite! We had a ‘menu’ and did a little taste of several items. What a beautiful journey! Officially the most outstanding seafood experience of our lives so far, and we’ve had a lot of seafood in Spain and across Galicia! Do not leave without the lobster frito and the cheesecake. I will dream about them!

As you'd expect food is very good. The service excellent and professional. The free starter had too many ingredients that in my opinion didn't go well, although that's my opinion. In a place like this and the price I expected better coffee,it was very normal The fish was excellent and so was the cheesecake.
