This place didn’t even meet our expectations.
This restaurant is just another seafood place in Spain, but it is way far from being the best like they say. Many articles and influencers will tell you it is the best, there is even a book that says it is the best that is totally incorrect to say the least.
Elkano, Gueyu mar, El Campero, Chinchin Puerto, all in the same category, are better places than this.
Some things were out is season, this is what we ate: navajas, carneiros, clams, bogavante, necora, bonito tartar. The worst was the bonito, a poorly executed recipe.
The wine recommended by the sommelier, he gave us 3 options, we picked the most expensive $180, and with the best description, it wasn’t well priced, too much money for the quality, we had better wine in this trip for half the price in the places mentioned above.
Not coming back.
