From start to finish, this visit was exceptional. I ordered the Blue Cheese Wedge Salad, Blackened Steak Tips, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Calamari, and the Layered Chocolate Cake, and every single bite was delicious. The steak tips were perfectly seasoned, the lobster mash was rich and indulgent, and the calamari had that ideal crisp without being greasy, very good portions too. But let’s talk dessert: if you’re a chocolate lover like me, do not leave without trying the Layered Chocolate Cake. It’s decadent, beautifully presented, and worth every forkful. Chloe was our server and she was amazing, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Huge thanks to Jeff, the manager, who personally stopped by our table to greet us. It’s rare to see that kind of hands-on hospitality, and it made the experience feel even more special. DC Steakhouse has officially earned a spot on my go-to list for great food and even better service. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent steak house. Love the truffle fries and chicken wings (super crispy) We have had the bone in ribeye, filet mignon, ribs and creamed Asparagus. Everything is delicious. Customer service is great. Outdoor seating is nice when weather is in the it's. No mister outside, but they have warm heaters.

Well this was a nice surprise in our own backyard. Makes us realize we need to look closer at downtown Chandler. DC Steakhouse was amazing. Great food great service and amazing atmosphere. I had the shrimp and fillet mignon and my husband had the New York strip special. They came with a salad and a choice of side… baked potato, steamed broccoli, fries or sweet potato fries. The drinks were also delicious. I love a good lemon drop and I wasn’t disappointed. We have decided we need to visit DC steakhouse again soon.

Made a reservation on open table and we were sat right away once arriving. Love the outside and inside. We got the bread as an appetizer and the bread basket wasn't that good. My husband got the 1 lb ribeye and a baked potato, comes with a salad too. I got the ny strip, broccoli and comes with a salad too but I can't eat salad so asked if I can sub for anything and that wasn't an option. The steaks were good along with the sides. Got a complimentary dessert for my bday which was awesome. The service was excellent. I would recommend eating here- more casual than other steak houses we have been to but that's okay!

I recently went to DC Steakhouse for my birthday and let me tell you the food was amazing. I had the 7oz Steak with a 12oz Lobster tail the food just melts in your mouth. My server was very attentive to our whole table. They also have really good specials for 2 which is a great value. We had 6 people in our party and the bill was right on NO hidden fees. I left my server a huge tip because she was so awesome I’ll definitely be going back

Superb experience! We decided to dine in here recently for dinner. J is subscribed to their email and every summer they send a dining perk. We missed using it last year before it expired, so we were determined to use the one for this year and we are so happy we did. Our server Chloe exhibited amazing hospitality. She smiled the entire time and was very pleasant. She checked on our table frequently to make sure we were good. We ordered the Blackened Steak Bites and Lobster Mashed Potatoes because J wasn't very hungry. We had planned to order off the happy hour menu but the email promotion excludes happy hour items. The food came out fairly quickly. Hot and ready to be eaten. E ordered a wedge salad too. When we tell you the food was delectable. Not one bite disappointed. We also ordered the calamari for the appetizer. I We have never had such a full portion of calamari before. And they were cooked just right. The batter on them was so good,, I didn't need the marinara sauce that came with it. E loves marinara sauce so she gobbled it up. The steak bites were cooked to perfection so tender they melted in ny mouth as easy as butter. They were well seasoned with so much flavor but not in an overwhelming way. I am not a big fan of lobster, but those lobster mashed potatoes almost made me start singing at the table. Really the potatoes were the star and the lobster added the extra shine. E's wedge salad was so fresh and mouthwatering good with all the toppings. We were very pleased with our meal and shared it with Jeff, the manager on shift. He shared some fun facts about the history of the retirement. How they came to the current location and in the evening the restaurant takes on a different personality with he sunset. The chocolate cake dessert set off the whole meal. So rich and light. We were so full we couldn't eat as much as we would have liked, but we tried lol. It was so amazing. We already have reservations to check out the evening scene and try an entree. Thanks DC Steakhouse for a wonderful dining experience.

DC Steakhouse has a great romantic atmosphere. Low lighting and comfortable seating. Zach, our server, was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. He seemed to know exactly when we needed something at the table. We had the Surf & Turf, which consisted of an 11-ounce Filet, either a 7 oz. or 4 oz. lobster tail, baked potato, and a nice house salad. The Filet was cooked to perfection. One of the best I've had in a while. The Lobster was very well prepared. I think the potato was the star of the show. Beautifully seasoned.. If you're looking for a quiet spot for a Date-Night, or just gathering with friends, DC Steakhouse iss a great choice. Also, valet parking is available at the Hilton's entrance.

We went to DC Steaks in downtown Chandler to celebrate a birthday and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff made us feel well taken care of. I ordered a steak plate and it was cooked perfectly flavorful, tender, and seasoned just right. The portions were generous and the quality of the food stood out. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving a good steak in a laid-back setting. I’ll be back for sure!

My husband and I absolutely love DC Steakhouse -- it's our go-to spot for anniversaries, birthdays, and special date nights. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for an evening out, and the service is always consistently great. We especially love starting every meal with their truffle fries -- they're our favorite and never disappoint. The food here is always outstanding, and one of the things that keeps us coming back is that they offer different specials each time we visit, in addition to their regular menu. It makes every experience feel unique instead of the same standard selections you see at a lot of formal dining restaurants. Another thing we love is the location. It's right across from the distillery, so we enjoy dinner here and then walk over to go dancing afterward -- it makes for the perfect night out. DC Steakhouse will always be a special place for us, and we're grateful to have such a wonderful restaurant right here in Chandler. Highly recommend!

We came on NYE with an Open Table reservation at 4:00pm. We checked in just before 4 and asked the hostess if it would be okay for us to sit at the bar if it was available. She said that was fine, we easily found two seats and my husband let her know. I'm giving three stars because she "cancelled" the reservation on Open Table which is incorrect because we were there so we did not get credit for it. Now on to the good points. Austin, our bartender was so fantastic! He made great recommendations to us. We started with the Spicy Peach Margarita and Ketel Dirty Martini, both awesome. The Cajun Scallop Appetizer was a perfect way to start our evening. I opted for the Shrimp Cocktail and Tomato & Mozzarella Salad. Both light and excellent! My husband had the Bone-in Ribeye cooked medium and perfect for him. Overall a great meal and we enjoyed it!

Went for a birthday celebration and had a good time! I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a nicer option in downtown Chandler. I started with a lychee martini, which had a great sweet and sour flavor. I ordered a medium new york strip, and it was pleasantly juicy. The mushrooms and grilled pepper that come standard with the steak were a nicw complement to the rich meal. The baked potato was pretty much what you would expect however, and if I wasn't trying to save room for dessert I would've regretted not going for the loaded option. Since it was for a birthday there was also a free dessert. For those who don't like being the center of attention I am pleased to report the wait staff did kindly honor our request not to sing when it came out. As for the dessert itself the brownie was quite fudgy and served with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It's hard to go wrong with that combo!

As high end steakhouses go, DC is a solid option. The ambiance is right, with nice decor. I do find the seating can get a but crowded but its not bad. The food is good, and as I have been here several times, the different steaks are very good. Service here has always been impeccable. Ive never had problems with the staff. For downtown Chandler this place is great!

You gotta be hungry and in the mood for some really, really good meat when coming here. From their drinks and wines to their appetizers and main courses, you've got some serious selecting to do - and unless you mind is made up ahead of time on what to have, it's not going to be easy deciding, I guarantee it. And it's not just the food you'll encounter here... the service and hospitality entering to exiting you will know management not only know what they're doing, but you can feel the vibe with everyone who ensures your visit is an enjoyable one. And, with appetizers ranging from Shrimp Cocktail to Fried Green Beans, Cheese Curds to fried Calamari you can't go wrong, we went with Blackened Steak Tips and their Sausage & Peppers - fab. When it came to our main courses, we had an even harder time deciding. Their huge selection of red meat shows up like an encyclopedia of beef, game and poultry, not to mention fish! All appear to be exquisitely done! To date, everything we've tried at the DC Steakhouse has been worth writing home about. I our book that means a lot.

Arrived a little early on a packed Christmas Eve and tried two of the specialty martinis. Both drinks were great, the bartender was very friendly and attentive. I didn't really go into this planning on leaving a review so sadly no pics. The main reason I had to leave a review was the fried cheese curds were phenomenal! And the filet mignon was absolutely perfect. It was cooked perfectly as ordered. One of the best filets I have had, and that is high praise. Definitely recommend.

Had dinner her one night with a group. The place was empty but the service while very nice was very slow. The filet was delicious as was the broccoli. The ribs tasted good but were very fatty. Be aware they charge extra for EVERYTHING. Bread - $6. Sharing an entree $12.

Had an issue at Bourbon and Bones for our anniversary dinner and left there after calling DC and hostess getting us a table. Atmosphere, food, drinks and service were perfect! Exact same drinks were DOUBLE the price at Bourbon & Bones. Would definitely recommend DC!!

I have eaten here once before and enjoyed my experience. Heading to a concert and thought I would have a nice steak beforehand. Was greeted and sat at a table. And sat. And sat. No hello no water - nothing. After 15min I got up. No one at the hostess counter, so I had to flag someone down to explain why I was leaving. Not sure if this was a bad night during the week. Not a pleasant experience.

Asked for a drink made in a pint glass!? Bartender says those glasses are in back, Manager says we only use those for desserts!? Never been to a restaurant that couldn't accommodate such as simple request! P.S. I'm an ex restaurateur, if he works for me, he'd be out the door! So I left hungry, and thirsty lol!

Years ago this was downtown Chandler's answer to an upscale steakhouse. In 2010, a Wisconsin native opened up DC Steakhouse in the historic square area. They became popular and did well. Years later, they moved to a swanky, modern spot around the corner complete with an enlarged outdoor patio and deluxe fire feature. Food: 2 stars Even though I love the physical improvements, my two stars are for the taste and value of the food. With many quality steakhouses around, the taste of my Mother's Day rib eye here lacked the rich and savory flavors that one expects from high end steakhouse. Their salad dressing was delicious but the "loaded potato" fell flat. The chocolate layer cake was also below average. Service: 5 stars Our server, Paige provided courteous and attentive service during our 90 min stay. Ambiance: 4 stars An elegant white table cloth but comfortable fine dining setting. We had a nice experience but they need to improve their cuisine to the high standards set by fellow restaurants in the area to justify their upscale prices. *Note-A discount option is offered on the bill when paying with cash as opposed to non-cash.

I think they try to present themselves as upscale when they are probably on the same level as "the keg". Here are my issues: 1. Sat for 15 minutes before someone came over to get our drink order. 2. Got bread service. If you like hard butter and bread that is of grocery store quality then it hits the mark. 3. Ribeye and New York steak had the thickness of a skirt steak. Definitely the thinnest steak I've ever seen and not sure it came close to the advertised oz size. 4. Accompanying mushrooms was three pieces. Had I known that I would have actually ordered a side of mushrooms.

Sadly my experience wasn't the best.... The service was exceptional! The drinks were delish, and It was cozy and elegant! The food was not what I hoped it would be. My $65 scallops were cooked perfectly but sadly VERY fishy. I ate one half and had others at my table taste pieces. So,1.5 of the 5 were gone. I was comped for a desert to make up for it, which I couldn't eat because I have food sensitivities. The steaks were good, but not cooked medium, more medium well. A $500 meal should be an exceptional experience and it just really was NOT.

First time at the new location although it's been here for several years. Food was amazing, I enjoyed the most delicious fresh swordfish. The salad was fresh and delicious as well as accompaniments. Little week on the bread, like frozen as opposed to freshly made. The service both at the bar and our table, excellent. I would call this a medium size restaurant which makes it warm and inviting. The decor is more modern but overall nice. Definitely will come back.

What a disappointing meal. We decided to go here for my friend's birthday. We all ordered seafood scallops in pasta and the salmon. First of all the salmon was horrible over cooked and dry and cold the side of potato was small dry and like warm. The scallops with the pasta were tasteless and the pasta was just normal spaghetti noodles that I could get at fry's with butter no taste. It was horrible. I remember the food be very good but his place has gone down hill. I would not recommend this restaurant. Zero Stars for food The service was good

I wish I wouldnt have wasted my money. My husband and I wanted to go out to a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We would have been better off going to Wildflower Cafe honestly. Everything was subpar and tasted like it came off the SISCO food truck. Frozen and thaw to heat up and serve. The worst part is that this place is sooooooooooo expensive for what they serve. Go find better food elsewhere. It was actually gross...Im sorry guys. I had to leave this review.

My wife and I are foodies and have been meaning to try this place for some time, but have held off as it's obviously a pricey restaurant. We started, by recommendation, with the cheese curds, which were quite good and unique. They used a fairly sharp cheese which added flavor and then gave them the lightest breading I've ever seen. Definitely worth it just for the unique experience. Next up were the house salads that came with our meals. They were nice and leafy, fresh and green. Oh.. and tasty! For the main course, I had lamb chops, maybe the best I've ever had! They were seared crispy on the outside and warm and juicy on the inside. My wife had the salmon, which she reported as very good, but not the best she's ever had. We also had a side of cream corn which was also very good. The deserts, while good, where nothing special. I want to emphasize that they were good, just disappointing relative to the rest of the meal. (It's hard to be superior in every category! lol) Drinks were good. We split a brandy Alexander as part of desert. It was huge (could have been desert for both of us) and it also classified as maybe one of the best "milkshakes" I've ever had. If you only have one drink during your visit there I recommend that one. Ambiance was upscale, older dark steakhouse. Service was a bit slow, but slow in the "we're not going to rush you" sort of way. The lighting was low enough that was finding the bones in my lamb-chops by "feel" rather than sight. :) It is a bit pricey but lower than we expected. We went in Oct 2025 (for future reference). We had an appetizer, two main dishes, a side dish, two deserts and 5 drinks for slightly under $200. I can point to several restaurants in the area that would have charged quite a bit more for the same. Finally, the best recommendation possible: We'll be back.

60 dollar Ribeye that you can get anywhere. 12 bucks per scallop? I will gladly pay for when it's actually worth it. This place is a First & Last for me. So many better restaurants for Food, execution, and value.

I don't write this in anger or exaggeration, but out of disappointment. I believe that when we're given the chance to do good, we should -- and recently, I was fortunate to help a dear friend who's been ill. Her family, who live out of town, insisted on thanking me with a generous gesture: a gift certificate to DC Steakhouse in Chandler, a restaurant that holds sentimental meaning for them. It arrived at just the right time -- near my wife's birthday -- and gave me the chance to treat her to a special dinner I otherwise couldn't have afforded. That, to me, is the beauty of a gift like this: it allows kindness to extend a little further. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match that spirit. The gift certificate was more than enough to cover our meal and a 20% gratuity. When the check came, we placed the certificate and a small amount of cash to cover the tip. Our server, polite but unmoving, explained that gratuity could not be paid with a gift certificate. Instead, they would issue the small remaining balance -- not even enough for an appetizer -- as a new certificate, requiring us to dine there again. I want to be clear: I would never tell the family who gave us this gift what happened. Their gesture came from gratitude and love, and I won't let the restaurant's policy tarnish that. But I was disappointed to find that what was meant to be a complete, generous experience instead left us having to pay out of pocket and carry home a token we'll never use. If I were in a position to dine here freely, I would choose not to. I hope DC Steakhouse considers what such rigid policies do to the spirit of giving -- and to the people they might never have known, if not for someone's kindness.

Unfortunately this restaurant has really gone downhill in quality. We had noticed it heading that way for awhile so we waited almost a year before trying it again. Last night it was just bad. The service was really bad. They were super nice when they did come and check on the table but that was far and few between. The walleye was extremely dry and no one came around to ask if we needed anything when I really needed lemon. Needless to say it wasn't eaten, and no one asked if everything was okay. We had a larger party and most were not pleased with the quality of their food, especially for the price. Things are obviously pricey these days, but what's being charged for Applebees type steak isn't acceptable. We do love the atmosphere and the place is always clean and welcoming. It's a shame the quality has gone so downhill. The drinks were all great and it's an incredible espresso martini!

All "Steakhouses" are different but the no flexibility with the sides had me scratching my head. I was disappointed as I was told no flexibility in terms of the side which in return made my desired steak meal "subpar". The complement to the steak is a Baked Potato. I get it, but when you have many sides, there should be a way to blend the two and create the ideal meal. Celebrating a group party I decided to go with the 8-ounce fillet, house salad & as a shared side, the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Initially, I requested no baked potato however, it still came out with my meal (maybe so my steak could have some company on the plate). My steak was cooked just right, medium as requested. It was the best part of the dinner. Unfortunately, the lobster mac & cheese was bland and despite having some crumbled breading to complement it, it only changed the texture & not the flavor. Very bland and smelled more fishy than expected. For my cocktail, started with the Mezcal smoky cocktail, and that also was extremely good. All other meals were spot on except for one where the request for the steak was to be medium and it seemed more on the well-done spectrum. We did have the option to send it back, but given the fact that everyone was eating, they decided to just keep what they had. I do like the location and the settings however, the experience with the group that night didn't really stand out for me. I was expecting a higher-end-styled steakhouse, but it missed the mark for me.

Our waitress, Diana (blonde hair and glasses) I believe that was her name, was wonderful. Great customer service, super sweet, and checked up on us many times. Loved how they still had holiday decor and when my boyfriend and as the night went on my boyfriend and I were basically the only ones in the restaurant. It was nice! Felt like we were the only ones there for our date night of celebrating out anniversary. I got the cheeseburger and sweet potato fries and it was delicious! I would definitely come back. They some really good music too and felt like we traveled back in time. Thank you so much for a lovely evening!

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Our waiter was 10/10, his name was Justin. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. The food was amazing. The carrot cake was mouthwateringly delicious 12/10. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Atmosphere was nice. Not casual so dress appropriately.

This was our first visit to DC Steakhouse. It was a belated Valentine Day dinner with my lovely wife. We had a great server and treated us right. The steak was delicious and to end the meal we had the awesome carrot cake.

Tonight I dined on ribeye with asparagus draped in hollandaise sauce, shrimp. Yes baked potatoes, delightful bread, house, salad, and some good Caesar dressing I love low light, ambience and special moments in time -with my favorite man. *Go midweek, quieter times & enjoy the moment* (kind service staff)

Great date night place especially when you're in the mood for a solid entree paired with a glass of wine. It's very upscale and a dim romantic vibe. We had awesome service and the staff was very knowledgeable of the menu. Super cozy atmosphere too. I think if they made the seating more individualized and romantic I would give it 5 stars but everything is so open it didn't have that tucked away in our own booth kind of feel...

I have been here many times. DCs Steakhouse always has the best quality. Service is outstanding. Hostess was very rude. I noticed she ignored several people. Otherwise, never a complaint. I had a peppermint margarita with a peppermint stick. My bday here came with a small table fireworks and chocolate lava cake. Always a five star. Fabulous

I am absolutely pleased with my service. Although I may have been at the bar, the service I received was more than excellent. The young lady, I believe her name is Cheyenne was delightful, full of life and amazing at what she does. It was my first time there and she made it feel like I was a regular. She suggested great food items and surprised me with wonderful choices of wine. I highly suggest you Check out the bar area! All the bartenders were attentive. Thank you DC!

We took our mom there for her 87th birthday dinner and it has changed so much that the food wasn't even good. I had the filet mignon and it had a funny flavor to it. They came with only three mushrooms. I ordered a side of scallops and they are $12 each. I do not recommend the new DC steakhouse. The old one was much better.

Visited for happy hour. Drink was good, so was the server. The steak sandwich was nothing but grizzle. Considering the sandwich was a half order to begin with- a real disappointment to be that tough and fatty. Shocked this came from a steakhouse

Our second time eating at DC Steakhouse in chandler Az. It's close to 3 years since the last time here and let me tell you... it was absolutely amazing... I had the bone-in 24oz ribeye cooked rare. Came with a side salad that was huge and a baked potato. Steak was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. Perfect grill marks and char. I will definitely be back again. It's not an every week kinda place. It's a bit pricey but if you're looking for a cut of meat worth it, this is your place. We actually couldn't get reservations for the inside so we sat outside with heaters all around. It was cold out but comfortable still the heaters.

First time at DC Steak House and I have to say I was not disappointed. I love what downtown chandler is doing to revamp and make the area more attractive and DC Steak House really adds to that. The place looks upscale and modern and delivers a memorable experience. We were seated outside per preference and the patio was really nice and since the nights are cooling off it's getting nicer and nicer to sit outside. While we were seated quickly, the rest of the service did not follow. We sat there for a while before water came out and than again before our order was taken. Perhaps they were short staffed but it was a Tuesday night... We ordered the pan fried chicken over pasta and the New York strip. Along with a signature cocktail. No complaints about the food. It was cooked well and it tasted great. There were no complaints about the food. Overall, great night spot. Whether you want fancy date night or casual dining DC Steak House delivers on both fronts. Give it a shot!

I visited DC Steakhouse while in Chandler for business. Their outdoor seating area was a perfect place to enjoy the AZ weather! My server was excellent and very friendly. I started with a beer from a local brewery and some fresh bread with butter. For an appetizer, I ordered the cheese curds, which were different than any I'd previously had, but so delicious. I then got my salad that came with my meal before the main attraction: a NY strip that was perfectly cooked, with a baked potato, which came with butter, sour cream, and chives on the side. I finished my meal by taking their flourless chocolate cake (not pictured) to go, and it was the perfect way to end a fantastic dinner!

First time visiting DC Steak House and it did not disappoint, From the reception we received by our server Rikki, to the appetizer, meal and drinks she was attentive, charismatic and always smiling. She made sure to check on us throughout the evening without pressuring us. The food was absolutely amazing and perfectly cooked. The 16oz New York Strip was seared to perfection and Medium rare was exactly how it was served. We will definitely be returning to DC in the near future.

Absolutely top quality prime steaks and seafood. Steaks come trimmed; very tender. Excellent service. Comfortable tables and chairs. Usually not too noisy.

MENU AND FOOD: DC Steak House offers a variety of meat and seafood plates and a rather limited selection of pasta. SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE: Service was professional and friendly, but it did take a while for out server to come to our table due to miscommunication. Their indoor decor is appropriate and appealing. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Be aware that they do have a dress code. PARKING: Located in downtown Chandler, they have street parking along with a nearby parking structure. IMPRESSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: We ordered their New York strip and lamb chops, cooked medium rare. However, both were underwhelming and undercooked. The meat was tough and rare, and the complimentary bread was sadly cold and soft without good texture. We were charged extra for steak sauce, and also had an added charge for use of credit cards. We will not be back.

First time ar the new location, very nice, classy. Our server Abigail was fantastic along with our meal, outstanding.

Finding the store was quick and easy. Parked at the parking garage behind the Hilton Garden Inn and walked up to the storefront. The ambiance is elegant and somewhat romantic. We were quickly seated and given menus. The options don't disappoint as they offer a wide variety. I ordered their 5 oz filet and 5 oz lobster. The quality of the meat and lobster was amazing. The flavors were there! While my food was great, I must admit for it being a slow Tuesday evening, the service wasn't what I would have expected. There was plenty of staff, however, the attention to detail (refilling drinks in a timely fashion) wasn't present. Our server was super friendly and the food was done quick. I'll certainly be going back!

They have upgraded so new reviews need to come in. We came here years ago and weren't impressed. Joined friends for dinner last weekend. Amazing! Great food, great service, great ambience, and a great wine list. Keep this up!

Always a chill, comfortable ambiance. Staff is typically friendly. The steak is always seasoned and cooked perfectly for me. The sides are lovely as well. Just a very solid and consistent choice when considering a steak in the Downtown Chandler area.

We've always been curious and finally tried DC steakhouse. We were so pleasantly surprised with how great it was! The steaks were cooked perfectly, staff was attentive and professional. We sat at a booth in the bar area and it was perfect - not too formal, but nice enough we felt we were at a steak dinner, if that makes sense. The only downfall I would say was that they charge for a bread basket. I'm of the mind when at a steakhouse, that's included. The basket was good but too much variety if that even makes sense- pretzel bread, three other kinds, etc. all tasted great. I just want dinner rolls with my filet. We had filet and a sirloin and both steaks had great flavor. The sides were all great as well. Came with a salad which we tried the wasabi ranch dressing and it was lights out! Manager came by to say hello, which I always appreciate and it shows they care. Apparently they have a happy hour which looks intriguing. We will definitely be back.

Nice steak house in the heart of downtown Chandler. I came with a large party and they did a good job of hosting us. The menu consists of American classics and seafood. I hadn't had a steak in quite some time and ordered a top sirloin with a bake potato and an Old Fashioned. We also ordered a variety of appetizers to pass around. Our overall experience was great. The person organizing our party picked up the tab so I don't really have an opinion on their prices for this review. DC Steak House is located in a plaza area with a few other restaurants and conveniently has a parking garage right next to it. They have happy hour Sun-Th and occasionally have live music. There is also a dress code on their website that they ask you to adhere to.

I saw a few comments from other users about this place so thought I would try it out. I had no idea if or when I would be able to go so I was lucky to get a table without reservations. It took a few minutes waiting for the hostess to stop talking to a coworker and turn around and notice me waiting for a table. I ordered the ribeye and sweet potato fries. The steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it which is great. The sweet potato fries were fried just right. As more people came I noticed that I was the only table my server did not give me a complementary bread basket. I got there the sun was setting and was already somewhat dark inside. By the time I left the sun was gone and just got even darker inside. I had to turn on my cell flashlight on to read my check. When I read my check I was shocked they charged me $1 when I asked for a side of ranch for my sweet potato fries and a charge to pay by credit card. While the food was good, there are other places I will go to for the future.
