Ivy City’s New City Winery Is Now Scheduled to Open by Late April | Eater DC

"In Dupont Circle I watched DC Tap House quietly close: the local bar at 1825 M Street NW, which attempted a rebrand last fall, unceremoniously disappeared last month and left only two farewell tweets linking to Semisonic’s “Closing Time” and Pink Floyd’s “Goodbye Cruel World.”" - Warren Rojas

A nice deck overlooking the course makes this a decent stop for lunch even if you aren’t playing golf here. The setup is a bit odd as you enter through the pro shop and the counter is shared between food and golf purchases. While my patty melt was tasty, $18 seems a tad high

Good food, friendly staff, and great outdoor seating options makes this a stop worth making.

They ditched most of their menu and never took advantage of their redecorated outdoor space, finally covering the pool table since noonone was playing due to lack of good cues or chalk. Maybe I should have given it a 2, as it's getting worse not better. The largest "to go" cup to bring on the course with you is now only 16oz but they did add a frozen margarita which isn't bad at all.

A nice place. We live nearby and decided to walk there. Walked into a Golf store and walked out looking for the place. Went around the side and walked back into the store. I guess with the name Tap House, I was expecting it to be a brewery but it turned out to be a side counter with some taps and a kitchen in the back. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

What could be a wonderful happy hour and early evening summer spot has been relegated to a meer snack bar. Great location in Cupertino foothills, unfortunately the management has a lack of vision regarding potential and business possibilities. Closes at about 630 pm even with a golf course full of players....this place is just dying for someone to come in and take the bull by the horns and make what's already a nice local golf facility a cash cow. Shame on them. One last comment is the staff really seems to care less about the customers and more about how to keep from working. Sad.

Enjoyed my BLT with onion rings here. Thought the sandwich was a bit on the small side but tasty. Onion rings were great crispy, sweet, and not greasy. Took awhile to place our orders but food was served fairly quickly.

Clubhouse at Deep Cliff Golf Club. Nice outdoor deck. Very pricey beer ($11 for 12 oz pour!)
