If you want something printed, no matter how simple or complex, large or small, these are the people to talk to. They do things with paper you'd never believe! And outstanding service too.

The customer service from this places is a disgrace. Their receptionist Donna is disrespectful and loves to hang up on callers and the management is laughing when you let them know about their staff’s actions. Instead of asking for the nature of the call they assume and we all know when you assume what happens. There are so many other companies that you are better going through then DCG One.

This company is contracted by the State of Washington to distribute State Forest land passes called the "Discover Pass" when purchased from the WA state DOL. I purchased a pass in April and never received it. I called to inquire and followed the phone tree to voice mail boxes that had no message 3 times. Called 3 more times and tried various prompts before finally getting an operator. The operator proceeded to transfer me to a dead end line with no voicemail message 2 more times. I called back yet again and finally get someone who was very unprofessional and slow. He asked for my information. He then said they would research it and get back to me several hours later. I gave him my transaction number, and exact date of purchase yet he needed time for what? Nothing. I then asked if I could just be placed on hold while they look me up. He did, got back on the line less than 30 seconds later... then said they would send me a new one. Very frustrating experience. I will never buy my annual discover pass through the DOL again because it means having to put up with this terrible, unprofessional, and disorganized contractor.

Critical order for an event didn’t arrive despite us putting in orders weeks ahead. Delayed communication, no tracking..

Formerly part of McCallum Print Group .Great service. Very competitive pricing and so far, seem to care about their clients and treat them fairly. IMHO, the print industry is an art. Among the many flawless projects, there are jobs that can and will wrong. Having a company that will work with you on failed projects, regardless of who was ultimately responsible, speaks volumes. In my experience, I have found DCG One to be responsive, capable and highly competitive. In the saturated print industry, these traits are not as common as one would think.
