If you're looking for authentic Cuban cuisine served with warmth and soul, D'Cuban hits the mark beautifully.
From the start, the atmosphere pulls you in — colorful, welcoming, and full of life. The smell of slow-cooked meats and spices drifting from the kitchen sets the tone for what's to come.
I started with the croquetas de jamón, which were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside — just the way they should be. The lechón asado (roast pork) was a true standout: juicy, citrus-marinated, and full of deep, smoky flavor. Served with congrí (black beans and rice) and maduros (sweet plantains), it was a plate that felt both comforting and rich with tradition.
One thing that sets D'Cuban apart: their fresh juices. I tried the guava and sugarcane, and both were incredibly refreshing, vibrant, and a perfect complement to the bold flavors of the food. No need for cocktails when the juice is this good.
Service was friendly and relaxed — never rushed, always attentive. The staff clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows.
Whether you're craving a hearty Cuban sandwich or a full traditional plate, Cuban is the kind of place you'll want to come back to — not just for the food, but for the feeling.
