Google
It’s nice to find a Cuban restaurant that is open on a Sunday in Metro Atlanta. I came here on a recommendation. This is one of the best Cuban restaurants I have around. The food was not only fresh but it was also hot which is rare nowadays. The empanadas were very delicious but the turkey cuban sandwich was excellent. Everything was very flavorful. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Google
$10 bowl special was delicious! I had the pork bowl but would like to try others. Ice cold water available while dining in. Counter service spot where I order and sat down. Food came shortly afterwards. Looks clean. I'd return.

Google
Exemplary restaurant. “Oh, so Delicioso” 1000% check it out! They have table service, coffee, juice and plenty of beverages to choose from before you get to the food menu, and it all tastes So SO good! Empanadas chicken, beef or pork, under $3 (there’s cheese if you don’t care about meat); plates or bowls, and food to Share! This place has one of the most adorable atmospheres, worth comfy seating all around for a laid back dining experience. There’s breakfast and lunch items, nevermind that all of the food is great for anytime of day! I love music, so personally I enjoyed how much everything’s themed and as soon as you walk in, Georgia slips away and you’re in a Cuban Dream land, melodies carrying you away.

Google
Underrated food. They have plenty of the heart's desires tucked into this café, with bowls of food, coffee, and prices that beat Starbucks' as... sorted dry eats and cold drinks. It's culturally delicious and i came here because the price for empanadas is poppin' and dangerously cheap. The coffee is amazing, and i don't usually try iced coffee, but wow, I was impressed. I was surprised to find this place not more packed. The music isn't loud or obnoxious and it's great for introverted people, especially coffee lovers to relax and unwind. Next door is Dandy Donuts and it stinks so bad of sugar and chemicals that i couldn't wait to escape from there. This place has outside seating with plants and flora, with a very homey and enjoyable atmosphere.

Google
We love this place, food always on point. Message to the owner: today was truly unbearable and unenjoyable due to an employee (wearing a green sweatshirt) that had so much cologne on that the entire dining room smelled like a cheap perfume shop. Restaurants are about appealing to the 5 senses, with smell being the most important.

Google
Didn’t want to get my hopes up because I lived in Tampa for 8 years , but I will say, this was better than I was expecting! I love that they have different options for Cubans and ropa vieja. Will be returning

Google
My family is originally from Cuba...so I really know how a Cuban Sandwich should look and taste, thankfully, so does D'Cuban. This is a wonderful Cuban restaurant! I've enjoyed so many genuine Cuban dishes. I know it's a "genuine" Cuban meal whenever I have the Ropa Veja...yellow rice, black beans and Tostones. Every meal brings back dear memories of my Abuela (Grandmother). Please don't leave without having a Guava pastry. It is the best place for Cuban food in Georgia! They have two locations for this family owned jewel - D'Cuban in Chamblee and Marietta. LOVE the food, atmosphere and hard working staff?

Google
I first went to D'Cuban when they had (have?) a place over at Buford Hwy./Jimmy Carter Blvd. light. The food was amazing and today, 9 years later, they did not disappoint! I had the Lechon Asado with rice, beans, avocado, and my favorite aioli cilantro green sauce. Oh and don't forget the plantains! I'll try not to be too long getting back here! Yum!! 😋🙂

Yelp
The food is always excellent and the staff is super friendly. I mostly order takeout through the app and my food is ready in about 10-15 minutes. My go to items are the lechon asado plate and a Cuban sandwich for later at night or the next day. Delicious!

Yelp
This is an inexpensive place. The parking lot is pretty vacant but most customers do take-out. The place is pretty clean. I ordered the Classic Cuban with sweet plantains and a drink. The sandwich had too much bread and not enough protein. I love the sauces that came with the sandwich. Plantains were good.

Yelp
I've only had Cuban food a handful of times but this did not disappoint. It was our first time here and won't be our last. You can either order at the counter or a kiosk. It took us a minute to figure out what to get but eventually decided on fried yuca, lechon asado plate, vaca frita chicken plate, mango juice and passion fruit juice. The guy who was taking our order was super friendly and helpful. After paying he said our order will take about 10-15 mins and that our name will be called when it's ready. Well a short 5 mins later and our food was ready and they brought it to our table. I always have to get fried yuca and this one was yummy! I loved the garlic sauce it was served with, though I found it a bit watery. I ordered the lechon asado plate and the meat itself was tasty, but both my husband and I found both of our meats a little too dry. The sauces they had helped remedy this and added another depth of flavor though. Of course, you can never go wrong with rice, beans and plantains either. Overall, solid place for quick and cheap eats. I think our total was around $40 plus tip.

Yelp
This week, our lunch spot was D'Cuban Cafe. It's a small place tucked away in Chamblee and definitely worth checking out. It's probably on the edge of being a dive, which usually means that you've found a place worth trying. I ordered a traditional Cuban Sandwich and a side of yucca fries. After lunch, I couldn't resist trying a Cuban espresso too. The sandwich was very good. Several folks at the table ordered it too and it got a thumbs up from everyone. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a side (they are a la Carte). Next time, I want to try one of the plates... I saw one at another table that looked amazing! Inside the restaurant, there were a mixture of tables - mostly booths or 4-tops with chairs. It's not huge and did fill up. Dry fast. With a small party, it's great! Anything over 4, you're gonna need to push tables together and borrow chairs. Overall Vote: 4 stars. Would I go back? Definitely!

Yelp
This restaurant is directly across from Chamblee High School. It has free parking but there's only like 12 parking spaces. But there's other businesses with parking spaces in the same strip. This is cute little place. You have the options of ordering online, the kiosk or with the cashier. There's about 10 tables for inside dining. The bathroom is so cute and clean. The menu is clear and to the point! There's a Saturday special of 10 Empanadas for $25. Totally worth it if you need to feed several people. I ordered the beef empanadas with black beans and rice. I also ordered the guava cheese empanada and a Nutella empanada. We also got a Cuban sandwich.. it was good but I needed more meat. That guava cheese empanada is amazing!!!! I put the green Aoli sauce on my rice and beans... game changer! Now those beef empanadas have some potatoes in it! Yummmmmmmmy lol. The chicken empanadas were okay but the beef empanadas were the winner! I'm definitely going back if not for else those beef empanadas, rice and beans and the guava cheese empanada. Oh yeah forgot to mention that the Nutella and guava cheese empanada were so good and flaky!

Yelp
The husband kept talking about this place, and so we just went for an early dinner snack this past Friday. The place slowly filled up as we finished our food. So it looks like people of all ages and walks of life really seem to dig this place. The chicken empanada was good, but it wasn't anything amazing. It was super filled with shredded chicken, and it was tasty. I was expecting it be more flavorful and moist according to the general hype to be honest. The husband said this place still has the best Cuban sandwiches though after a decade later. But he also said the sauce makes all the difference. There were only x3 choices so don't get too excited. We shared the Cuban, and the sandwich was hearty and pressed with so much yumminess. There wasn't a magical ingredient that made it out of this world, but good it was. The side of plantains were really sweet and healthy as a side. The plantains were a good texture of softness but not overly dry. The flavor was simple and tasty. We were pretty content with sharing a empanada, whole sandwich and side of plantains. They also have weekly deals up to 4 PM from Monday through Friday.

Yelp
I recently ordered takeout from at D'Cuban, and while I order from here pretty often, this was first time I picked it up vs getting delivery. Next time I MUST dine in. The vibes were perfect. The music, the art displaying Cuban artists, and the staff, it was all a great combination. We ordered 2 Cuban Sandwiches, with fries as our side. It was just *chef's kiss* GOOD. The sandwiches were a decent size, so between that and the fries I got full pretty quickly, but with that said, ya'll know I am greedy, so I also ordered a beef empanada and a flan to top off the night. I've been ordering from here for years, and they truly never miss a beat. I've had different people over my house when I've ordered, and it is always a hit. I look forward to continuing to make this my automatic go-to for Cuban.

Yelp
I usually order this on Uber Eats, but one day I dropped in and grabbed a to go order. It's cozy spot, across from Chamblee High. This is the best Dominican food in Atlanta! I get the mojo chicken, with beans, yellow rice, salad, plantains and tostones. I top it with the garlic aioli and it's just delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
I think they make the best (or one of the best) Cuban sandwiches in Atlanta. The customer service is great and the food is consistently well prepared. I almost always get the sandwich special with rice & beans. Their croquettes and maduros are delish as well. I think a lot of people get take-out but the decor and music make it a lively place to dine-in. The only minor drawback is the parking and the awkwardly shaped parking lot. But overall definitely worth a trip.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
I feel like their Cuban food is the most authentic in the Atlanta area. Their black beans are perfectly seasoned and served with white rice, as you should! The sandwiches are of a nice size and cooked very well. Thumbs up!
google avatar

Katie E.

Yelp
The food was pretty good, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Good place to go for lunch.

Yelp
I arrived at 8:50p and the door was locked. I just wanted to grab a pastry and empanada for take out ~ they shut the light out the minute I drove up and ignored me at the door.
google avatar

Yelp
We came back to this location since we wanted some Cuban food. I ordered the Pan con bistec with white rice and black beans. The sandwich was super delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly, the white rice was good and the black beans were delicious as well. It took over 10 mins for us to get our food though, we noticed other people who came after us who got their food first. The music playing was salsa and was not loud at all. I ordered the Ironbeer soft drink and it was good. The guy who took our order was attentive.
google avatar

Jennifer L.

Yelp
This place is tasty and you can order ahead so it is perfect for lunch! The food is great but having a little treat of coffee and a Guava + Cream Cheese pastry is even better :)

Timothy R.

Yelp
Had dinner at D'Cuban in Chamblee last weekend. Lechon asado bowl was great and plentiful. Kudos for the grilled onions! Very friendly staff, bright decor, immaculate café. Will definitely be back soon.

Yelp
This review is purely on their catering. Being South Florida transplants we had to have roast pig for Noche Buena and we found D'Cuban. We ordered the typical fare of sandwiches, tequeños, roasted pork, white rice, beans and plantains. It was all very delicious. The pork wasn't dry at all. My husband (the Cuban in our family) was surprised they didn't have moros. Knocking a star because bread wasn't included (as it usually is back home). Also prices were much more than we're used to paying for the same items back in FL for a catering order. Would definitely come back to dine in when the craving for Cuban food kicks in. Pictured in my review was a plate made with the food we ordered from their catering (minus the pandebono)

Yelp
Loving the vibe of D'Cuba (libre!) Cafe. Reminiscing of times back in Miami. Ordered a couple of con leches and a lechon plate. Fun fun fun. Yum Yum Yum. They had pastelitos too. Next time.

Yelp
Delicious food! Very flavorful. Whole family loved it. Lechon asado plate was amazing. Will be back!

Yelp
Missing my Cuban coffee and mango juice until I found this gem. I just wanted a cafe connected but my husband wanted a whole meal. I sampled it and it was great!!! My cafe con leche was just what the dr ordered too!
google avatar

Yelp
I need to warn others! lol. No. So, I was driving around on a Sunday. Looking for new places. I am Cuban, obviously love Cuban food so I decided to stop here instead of the usual Cuban spot (tortugas) because I didn't feel like driving anymore. I ordered 2 chicken empanadas and steak. the chicken was SOOOOOOO OVERCOOKED I couldn't even finish, so tough, so dry! It was embarrassing. The steak was okay and the seasoning wasn't that bad. But the rice was severely UNDERCOOKED and the beans were just okay. It was a disappointing meal to say the least. I can not bring myself to return. And for $22 I deserved better.
google avatar

Carrie S.

Yelp
The food here is amazing and the service is great! They have so many options and have homemade sauces and great desserts!! The ambiance is nice and casual ! I always have a great experience here!
google avatar

Sid B.

Yelp
Gave a them another shot. Failed completely. First time it was spicy. I came in yesterday and asked for a chicken sandwich and emphasized multiple times that I wanted with sweet sauce. I guess this is not an option, but they assured me it would have sweet sauce.. all they had to say that it was not an option that was last chance. I threw out half the sandwich

Yelp
Terrible service here! Ordered using the computer shown and I don't know if the system is slower than ordering with a person but people that came after us were getting their food and drinks first. That's not all though. We ordered a bottle water AND a Mexican coke but they only brought the water. When we asked about the coke the server tried to bring us a can coke so we corrected him and said no we ordered the bottle and he said no you didn't pay for one. He went back and started helping others instead of rectifying the issue. When we finally came back with food we asked about the Coke again and again he said we didn't order it but we showed him we did. He came back with the Coke and an attitude. By then we lost our appetite. Won't come back here ever again. So many other great Cuban restaurants around without bad attitudes. Thanks for making it easier to choose the other places.

Yelp
Casual resto with great Cuban food -- empanadas, sandwiches, rice plates. Had the beef and cheese empanadas, lechon and steak rice plates, Cuban sandwich -- all tasty. Highly recommend mango and passion fruit juice mixed together! Fast and friendly service. Kid friendly. Will def be back!

Yelp
I decided to call D'cuban prior to going, because it was around the New Year's Day (January 2nd). A young lady picked up and immediately her voice and impression gave me bad vibes. She wasn't friendly. She sounded bothered. I didn't want to go after I got off the phone, but wife convinced me, since there was ton of traffic to go back to the AirB&B. As soon as we arrive, I can see through the window, someone laying down. I thought it was a customer or homeless person seeking shelter. I walked in and I wasn't greeted with a welcome or a smile. A kiosk was right up front. Nobody talk to us or asked if we needed help. The young lady who picked up when I called, was right up front. No smile or any friendly. The restaurant was filthy, the food was mediocre and to add insult to injury, my wife found a dead roach near our table. I was nice enough I told one of the employees about it and didn't even say thank you. I will never come back and I don't recommend this place. The employees need better training. GOOD LUCK!

Yelp
How am I just now finding this gem? Besides living 25 miles away? The Cuban sandwich rice and beans are absolutely the best I've had this side of Miami. Excellent food, cool venue and very nice employees.

Seller P.

Yelp
The Guava Empanadas were a perfect balance of a sweet and tangy taste. The chicken empanadas were very fresh with a good portion of meat in it. Tres leches cake was delicious. I can't forget the passion fruit juice that left a lasting impression in my mouth. The service is excellent. The employees are always welcoming.

Yelp
Amazing food. They are pretty quick with getting your food ready as well. Highly recommend the juice.

Yelp
Got a Lechon Asado bowl for lunch today. I've driven by this place so many times since it opened up about 4 months ago. This restaurant is a delight! D'CUBAN Cafe is located on Chamblee Dunwoody Road, directly across the street from Chamblee Charter High School. The parking lot is not that big, and it can fill up without a moment's notice. There are about 7 booths and tables total inside, with some tall stools that customers can sit on at a counter. Customers can walk in, order at the counter, receive a pager, then sit at a table. When your food is ready, a the pager will let you know that it's time to pick up your order. Before returning to their tables, customers can stop at the nearby station to pick out plastic utensils, napkins and condiments, such as ketchup, green sauce and red (hot) sauce. I had ordered the Lechon Asado (shredded roast pork), which came with choice of white or yellow rice (I chose yellow rice), and black beans and sweet plantains. R ordered the same bowl, except he opted for the white rice. We received the bowls full of hot food. The shredded pork had a nice light roasted flavor, and the meat went very well with the black beans and the sweet plantains. The sweet plantains, however, weren't overly sweet, which was great because I don't prefer sickening sweet things. These plantains were perfect - heck, everything was, from the customer service (the woman at the counter was very nice and answered our questions), to the great food, to the welcoming dining area and the music playing through the sound system. As we were leaving and headed toward the door, one of the owners thanked us for coming in. We'll definitely be coming back! They have many more items on the menu, such as empanadas, many different sandwiches (including veggie), a large variety of sides, and meals are sold as platters and bowls.

Yelp
This place replaced a fusion taco spot I reviewed some years ago. First off, the latte/cafe con leche is at least on par with Starbucks, probably better. The cheese empanada is fantastic. The chicken empanada is subtle - it reminds me of chicken soup as I eat it, but drier...similar spicing. It doesn't jump out at you. The beef empanada has a nice consistency, more moist than the chicken, and is well spiced. The crust on all is excellent. The fried plantains are fried plantains. If you want 3 leches cake, they have a slice, for $5.95. To me, it seemed very standard, not worth the premium. You could get a cake without icing, throw some whipped cream on top and condensed milk in the container, and get as good a product, enough for a party, for the price of two slices. But it'll scratch that itch if you have it. I came once before and had the Cuban (ham, cheese, mustard, pickles - probably some lime juice marinade on the ham) along with a guava and cheese turnover. I'd say the turnover had a nice consistency and filling, and the sandwich was arguably the best Cuban I've had outside of Miami. No shade on Havana, which is near the corner of Buford and N Druid Hills, and is perfectly decent. Complaints? I wish this place had Ironbeer, and non-disposable silverware. Further notes: decor and music work well. Seems set up primarily for Uber Eats, but it's a nice vibe.
google avatar

Erin S.

Yelp
So so delicious. The Ropa Vieja Beef is great. I've gotten the Plate and the Bowl. For only $1 more, I think the Plate is a better deal because it has more meat. Comes with rice and beans. My favorite is the plantains it comes with. I've also tried the Guava and Cream Cheese Pastelito. It was good, but I was way too full from the meal and didn't need it. Great food for a reasonable price, good portions, fast service. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Amazing food and service! You can self order at the front of the restaurant or I saw others having their orders taken but the self order platform is quick and intuitive. We split a Cuban sandwich ( I do wish there were a way to customize this on the order screen. I always like extra pickles on mine), a chicken empanada, papa rellena (meat stuffed mashed potato ball, breaded and fried) and yucca fries. Everything was AMAZING! The sandwich was crispy and well filled, the empanada was STUFFED with chicken and fried perfectly, papa rellena was tasty but honestly could have used a bit more time in the fryer (meat filling was cool in the middle but it's precooked so it was fine) and the yucca fries were crispy and delicious. Yucca is a starchy vegetable and it fries up like a super crispy potato and STAYS crispy. They have a self service area where you can get water, plasticware, and sauces which I love because I hate bugging people for cups and water. The green sauce is a garlic sauce and they also have a slightly hotter red sauce as well and they both go great on everything. We doused everything with the green sauce and kept all vampires away. Please go give them a try, they are FANTASTIC!

Yelp
Delicious food with out of this world flavor. The service was great and such a really fun experience, makes you really feel at home with Cuba. Start with the chicken empanadas and take home a tres leches!

Yelp
Delicious! Stopped in today for a Cuban Sandwich and I don't regret it. So glad D'Cuban decided to come to Chamblee. I almost forget they did but remembered today and stopped by for lunch. There location is just off Chamblee Dunwoody across from the high school. Keep your eye out for the sign bc it can be hard to miss the building. The inside is really bright and decorative with awesome music played. I ordered just a sandwhich which was $10. I absolutely loved it and the staff was very friendly. Side note -if you're ever in the doraville Chamblee area and looking for somewhere to eat your Togo food , I highly suggest Peachtree Dekalb. They have benches and bleachers along the runway. D'Cuban isn't far from there at all so I took my delicious lunch there and enjoyed it while watching the planes take off and land. Enjoy!

Andrew R.

Yelp
Bland food and undercooked rice. First time I've ever had bland Cuban food. Highly disappointed!

Ingrid J.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Friendly service! Will definitely come back! Truly impressed and I'm picky! lol

Missy B.

Yelp
We found this cute little lspot and the food was delicious and very authentic!! We had Ropa Vieja sandwich and my husband had a Cuban sandwich. The lunch combo comes with 1 side and ikr is priced very reasonable. They also have bowls, empanadas, daily specials and much more. And they serve breakfast! Great place!! Loved the decor also. We will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Normally, I go to the Buford RD location (near home), but today I found out about this location (near work). Enjoyed the Beef Piccadillo plate with avocado and plantains. I also enjoyed the ham croquettas and orange jupina. Great food and great service! Just like I'm used too.
google avatar

Alaric D.

Yelp
The owner Nico is so great to work with. I've ordered catering from here many times and each time the food was so great and everyone loved it. Everything from the plantains to the rice and beans are season very well! The Chamblee location is in a cool area near downtown Chamblee.
google avatar

Ro V.

Yelp
Found this cute little spot in Chamblee. And decided to give them a try because my wife has been looking for the fried beef stuffed potato (papa Rellena) like we had in Puerto Rico. Didn't know a Cuban place would it and I bought 3. Lol. Just in case my wife likes it. The texture and flavor was just actually ok for me but we shall see if she likes it. Also bought the Lechon Asado bowl which is pork bowl. Flavor was really good. Amount could be a little more for the price and less beans and for me, I like chunks of pork not shredded. Price point was affordable and will even go back to try other things.
google avatar

Lauren O.

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a week night and they weren't too crowded. You order at the counter, get a buzzer, and come up to get your food when it's ready. I wish I took photos of the interior because it felt like we were at the beach. Bright colors. The tables are all decorated with news articles. There's not too many tables inside maybe ten so guessing they get some take out business too. I ordered the combo with two empanadas, and a side. I chose plantains and got 6 big slices. They were big but slightly overcooked. The empanadas were large too and done well. The platters looked good and large size so I can't wait to try that next time.

Yelp
Let's make one thing clear: This place is NOT "Miami Style" Cuban restaurant. For someone that's lived in Miami for 27 years - this does not come close to a Miami-Cuban vibe. I would love to know what they consider or what they mean by "Miami-Style Restaurant" on their website. If it's in terms of the ambiance - sure I can see the concept. If it's food, they're totally off grid. For starters, my FIRST interaction with the girl at the counter was mind blowing. I asked if they served "Congri" or "Moro" and she said "What is that?" .. (big sign outside that says "Authentic Taste" and you tell me you don't know what Congri is ?)... it took everything in me to not walk out. Side Note: Congri or Moro is a VERY popular Cuban Rice and Beans dish made a specific way with specific ingredients. In a matter of just seconds after she told me she didn't know what Congri was, I change my mind on getting a platter to something much more simpler for them. I ordered a Media Nochè & a Papa Rellena. Needless to say, the food was O.K at best. Overall if you're looking for AUTHENTIC and FLAVORFUL food, this is NOT the place. If you're in search of a mediocre Cuban themed place, this will do you justice. I have no complaint nor praise of the service - it was simply ok. I would-not not come back, but it also won't be the first place I'd go to when I or anyone I go out with craves Cuban food. I will continue to travel to Tortugas Cuban Grill for my Cuban cravings as they come closest to the authenticity of Cuban flavor I'm used too from Miami. For the record I was super excited prior to coming in as this place is close to we're I live, but I was let down.

Yelp
I tried this place out as I heard the other locations were good and I'm so glad I did try it! The beef empanadas were seasoned well and cooked to perfection! The shredded chicken and rice dish I had was seasoned well and tender! The fresh passion fruit or mango juice was truly fresh juice that's tasted great! The tostones were pretty perfect as well! I will eat here consistently for sure
google avatar

Cesar E.

Yelp
The food is authentic enough to bring back some good memories from my childhood in Havana. It came really fast and with a great quality. The service was excellent, attentive and fast. Location is very centric too and coupled with their affordable prices I will definitely find this place in my new favorite list. Obviously Lucas and his wife Christy know what their are doing, this brand could explode in every major city anytime soon.
google avatar

Courtney T.

Yelp
I ordered the vaca frita and the tequeño. Both were delicious! The vaca frita platter came with rice, black beans, and friend plantains. I was able to swap the beans out for salad for no charge. The tequeño was very good as well. On the website it says fried cheese sticks but I only was given one; I'm not sure if this was an error or how it comes. Overall, I would go back!

Yelp
If you need a Cuban food fix, this is the spot! I'm from South Florida and have had plenty of good Cuban food. This place is definitely a must try. Pro tip: buy a big container of their garlic cilantro aioli sauce. Put it on everything! We can't wait to come back! Atmosphere There's so much to look at in this place. They decorated with basically everything that reminds you of Cuba. The newspaper laminated tables are a nice old school touch. Just a fun causal place to eat some good food. Food Cuban sandwich - Pretty standard and yet pretty good. It's a solid choice if you want something hot and ready to go. Lechon Asado Plate - Very tasty but a little dry. This is where that garlic cilantro aioli comes in handy. It really enhances the flavors. I really liked the white rice, beans and sweet plantains. The rice and beans had a lot of nice flavors and are great accompaniments to the meat. Chicken Palomilla Plate - The chicken was juicy even how thin it was. Grilled onions were really good. Definitely a good choice for anyone who prefers chicken! Yuca Frita - So crispy and creamy! Definitely get this and of course get extra sauce! Mango juice - It was good but it sort of tasted a little store bought. It was still refreshing and a nice added sweetness to your meal. Service Everyone was very nice and seemed busy packing a lot of to go orders. It wasn't very busy when we first arrived but then it started getting busy as we were finishing up. You order your food, set yourself and pick up your order at the counter when they call for you. So there's not much waiting on the table kind of service. But the place seemed clean, lots of younger people working and the food didn't take long to be ready.

Yelp
It was good but not great. I like the idea of the place, and service was fast, but the things I ordered didn't blow me away. Or maybe I was just too hungry and nothing would have satisfied me. I'll certainly go back and order something different.

Yelp
This is one of our new favorite restaurants in Chamblee. We tried D'cuban Cafe on a whim for dinner one night and our family loved it so much that we went back a few days later and ordered more food for my husband's birthday. Everything we have tried so far has been delicious. I don't know what they put in the black beans, but I love how flavorful they are! I'm always impressed when a restaurant can take a simple ingredient and really make it sing. Our kids love the beef and chicken empanadas and Cuban sandwiches. I like the vaca frita chicken bowl with salad, beans, fried plantains, and a few plantain chips to scoop it up. Perfect.

Yelp
Food was cooked ok didn't take long a lil under seasoned for Cuban food & the Ropa Vieja beef is like really ground beef was my first time having it that way. Over all I'm selling to give it a second shot.
