Second time visiting De Drie Ridders, and once again an incredible experience. The couple behind the restaurant clearly love what they do, and it shows in every detail. They’ve transformed their old café into a warm, inviting restaurant with a truly special atmosphere.
The food is sublime: carefully crafted dishes using regional ingredients, always mentioning the specific farms they collaborate with. That strong focus on local produce is, for me, an essential part of fine dining.
On top of that, the wine pairings are outstanding. Expect very unique wines and playful, well-thought-out combinations that elevate the dishes even further. The wine pairing is an absolute must.
Overall, if you haven’t visited yet, you’re seriously missing out.
