Feng Bistro

Dining at Feng Bistro was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and harmonious atmosphere. The seating is very comfortable, with thoughtfully arranged tables. The waiter was attentive and enthusiastic, giving a detailed introduction to the menu. The food was excellent — a wonderful fusion of East and West. Overall, it was a top-notch dining experience, and I will definitely come back again

Great food great service great atmosphere. İf you have no reservation then come 3-4 pm for most easist park and seat no one was there when we came in. Choose bang bang bang chicken and dynamite shrimp along with dip

I visited this restaurant with a group of five friends, and we were all pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. We tried the dynamite shrimp, crab rangoon, bang bang chicken, crispy beef, and the fried sweet potato, and every dish was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The ambiance of the restaurant was really lovely as well cozy, welcoming, and a great place to enjoy a meal with friends. We had a wonderful time and felt well taken care of throughout our visit. I am honestly surprised the reviews are low because our experience was great. I hope more people give this place a chance, because the food and atmosphere truly deserve better recognition. We will definitely come back!

Remarkable restaurant with a great deal of on-spot culinary experimentation. Refreshing contrasts and unexpected flavor outcomes made for a fantastic experience even if dishes are spelled out in the menu. Atmosphere and service were delightful with service starting at the terrace, then moving inside for the mains. A LOT of attention to detail. Hands-down recommended.

I wanted to eat at a Michelin rated restaurant and this one did not disappoint. I searched for a restaurant in a windmill and found this one and it’s also a Michelin rated restaurant which I’ve never ate out before. The Michelin rating is it as affordable but still it was pricey but well worth it. Definitely make a reservation you’ll need it. We arrived thinking it was not gonna be busy but within 30 minutes the restaurant was filled to capacity. We start with pre-cocktail drinks being Americans we thought we could order martinis but we decided just to have Jen and vodka on ice and that sufficed. The staff was very nice and willing to work with us and kept the same waiters the entire night we got to know them. The restaurant is candle very intimate. I think we all want to try everything on the menu.

Had dinner in early April 2024 - nothing so casual about this restaurant but was cosy despite it’s hush atmosphere. We ordered the typical starters, main & dessert - but what we had was more than we ordered. Each dish/ course was explained by the head server, presentation was beautiful and the texture & tastes were an explosion of colours. The beef was cooked perfectly, the seafood were done delicately and the desserts were too artistic to eat! Best sourdough bread with house-made butter, served creatively. Our servers were so professional and kept the pace of the dinner flowing. Only bug-bear, they do not have Moscato on the list, so had to settle for a Chardonnay which was not bad 😊

While a bit out of Amsterdam, that only adds to the ambiance of this unique place! If you are ok spending a bit of money on a dining experience, this is the place to do it. Someone used "masterchef" experience on a previous review - that's a prefect description. It's not just good food, it's uniquely presented. It's NOT the kind of stuff you can do at your house, even if you are an accomplished home chef! Defo recommend!

Hidden gem! Food was insane. Great tasting menu. 6 courses, lots of fish and not terribly expensive. There were 6 of us. $140 US each (120 euros about). We all did the 6 course meal and we had 3 bottles of wine total. Great experience on our vacation and fun to get out of the city. Would totally Come back.

Dining in an old windmill? Ja, graag! We went here as part of restaurant week. I like the idea of being in an old windmill even though you don't necessarily see it while eating. We had a 3 course meal starting with a sciency soup with frozen smoke? It looked amazing and it tasted great! Another "masterchef" experience. For the main course, I had a steak bernaise, which was the last impressive dish. The dessert consisted of strawberries with ice cream and crunchy pieces and was soooooooooooo tasty! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and keeping up with the table as you would expect in this price range. I would definitely eat here again :)

What a culinary experience just outside of Amsterdam! We all had the 5 course tasting menu and it was beyond amazing. Every course was served with an exceptional waitstaff who described the ingredients with such passion. Every bite was incredible and the next course just a bit better than the one before. The beet course and lamb main were memorable to say the least. Well worth the trip outside of town and I hope to come back one day.

Think great food, great presentation, superb-friendly-knowledgable service and all that in an old Dutch windmill! It's French with some surprising twists. Located close to Amsterdam. A real treat!
