Such a great cantina with fantastic music to set the mood and drinks that actually pack a punch. I was seated at a table in the very back of the restaurant, but even there, the lively atmosphere was apparent. I started with a Paloma, which did not disappoint, followed by a Mai Tai that was a bit intense, and ended with the Buena Hierbabuena, a perfectly balanced drink.
This cantina doesn’t skimp on the alcohol—the drinks were strong and well-made, something I can’t say for many bars in Mexico, where they often go light on the alcohol. The service, while friendly, was a bit slow, but the overall vibe more than made up for it. Prices were reasonable, ranging from $130-180 pesos.
Overall, this is truly a cantina with the right vibe and drinks to match. One of the best bars I’ve ever been to!
