This was an unexpected culinary experience in the heart of Luzern’s tourist area. We made the reservation 2 days in advance, as there’s almost no chance of eating in the restaurant without one.
The restaurant offers a set menu, there’s no à la carte option. We were worried there’d be too much food, but the pacing and wine pairing were wonderful.
Nadine, Oscar, Yannick (not sure I got this right), and the rest of the team did a wonderful job. We really enjoyed the short stories about the food, and especially the wines. The fermented parts of the food added a unique texture and taste to the food. And the wines chosen really prolonged the aftertaste of the food.
The team seems to a fixture in the restaurant scene in Luzern, so we’re really happy to have spent such a wonderful evening at the restaurant. 🙏
