De Stoepa

The food was very nice and the seating area was cozy. The portions were on the bigger size, and it felt like good value for what you pay for. We booked a table and I would recommend doing it if you want to eat here as most the tables had a reservation. I took photos of the English menu.

I liked the duck with rice. Food is good although with such a diverse menu they don't get foreign dishes 100% (rice was not sticky), but it is eatable. The place is really cozy and nice.

Amazing bar. We discovered this place during our last trip to Brugge. We were on our way back to the station and took a stopover at this place. Though we had only coffee & ginger tea. But overall on the menu they have amazing cocktails, beer & food options. Staff is really welcoming & considerable. They have both seating inside & outside as well. A nice courtyard is there as well. Vibe of the place is really nice. 🥂 Do visit if you are around centre of Brugge. We are coming back for sure 🤩. Good job guys.

Lovely bar/ indian restaurant right next to the train station of Brugges. The seating area is very cozy and nicely decorated. The hello to the queen cookie crumble with banana, nutella and vanilla ice cream was delicious and decently priced within the context and the portion, 10.90€. What was insane was that a 1L water bottle costs 10€! Super overpriced and incomprehensible. Despite that, this place is nice just avoid buying water from here, better drink a beer. Looking at the menu, in general the food also looks very pricey.

Loved the lunch! Decent pricing for the location and the guys are taking good care of the guests. Nice selection of beer and top quality food. The ambience is unique! Will visit again.

Beautiful location, with a nice outside area. Very diverse range of dishes, from curry to burgers. Nice service and decoration. Really enjoyed our lunch!

:/ omg... I still cant get why people like this pleace that much. Maybe the good name is only for locals? The attention was distant, the food (a wok) grease, it was raining on us and we had to ask shyly for a better spot that after a while they allowed us to change to... Maybe they have better days and I just decided to come in not a good one. To be fair, I've been told about their curry's, maybe those are the worthy ones.

Waited a LONG time for the food but it was delicious on arrival. Had the wok scampi and my wife had the Tom Kha Kai soup and they were both to die for. Yes

This is a very lovely little bar. Cozy, friendly, great atmosphere. Nice afternoon snacks or desserts options and enough choice of beers.

I visited Belgium with my brother and a friend. We decided to stop in for a drink and I'm very happy we did! The bartender was very nice and friendly. We ended up ordering an appetizer with a few samples. It was here we discovered bitterballen. The bartender explained what each appetizer was, the outside seating was lovely and even though we didn't eat a full meal we did enjoy our short stop here.

Stoepa's a place to meet great people enjoy delicious food and drink some of the best beer Belgium has to offer. Our hosts included world travelers Nina and Ellie. Both were very beautiful and friendly always recommending the best food/beer. When you visit please make sure to request them both. Ellie and Nina are such genuinely nice people. Both beautiful ladies sat with us after their work shifts and shared their stories of world travel experiences with us. I will forever be thankful for the the atmosphere Stoepa created for my son and I to have our first adult sit down dinner with quality adult beverages. I will recommend making Brugge a travel destination and Stoepa a must visit establishment. Thank you again Stoepa and especially Ellie and Nina.

I did not enjoy my meal at all. Ordered the "special" which was a chicken Thai curry. Almost inedible due to extreme salt. We also ordered a Belgium specialty, a deep fried item that unfortunately I cannot name. Didn't like it at all. Perhaps my bad for ordering it in the first place. The service was fine given how busy this place is, and the outdoor atop was pleasant.

I come here often, and i'll keep doing so. They're very friendly and the food is great.
