Went here upon a friends suggestion before and evening concert. It is in a house near Taylor Square. It was surprisingly busy for a Thursday night. I booked through email and they were responsive very quickly.
Food is tapas style, designed to share and ranges between small and large dishes and some sides and 3 dessert options.
We ordered the beef tartare, which had some crisps on the side, and the yolk was replaced by aoili. This dish was ok, but I've eaten better ones.
Had the buffalo mozzarella which was nice and also a generous portion. For the larger dishes, we had the lamb ribs - these were delicious and the top pic from my party of 4. We also got eggplant that had a wasabi flavoured sauce, a chicken dish with cavolo Nero and a side of greens with a nice crisp topping. Although the meals weren't as tasty as some recent places I've been, my friends loved everything, so I might be a bit picky. Serving sizes were very generous and presented nicely. They gave us a complimentary dessert to try, so nice of them. It was toffee ice cream with a malt crunch. The ice cream was a hidden little crunch at the bottom.
The lady who served us was outstanding. Excellent service, explaining the dishes and continued to check in on us.
