We had the vanilla bean & dark chocolate shake. It was just ice crystal, sugar & syrup. Pathetic is the word to describe these overpriced shakes. The male staff had a bad attitude

I visited the café today, August 14th, between approximately 7:30 and 8:30 AM. I approached a female staff member wearing a hijab to ask a question. Unfortunately, she responded with a rude attitude and showed a lack of respect. She didn’t answer me properly and seemed annoyed, even giving me looks that made her colleague step in to assist me instead. I excused her behavior, thinking she might have a reason for her mood, but there was no valid reason for such unprofessional conduct. Shortly afterward, I noticed her laughing and chatting normally with the other staff members, which made her behavior even more disappointing. Her attitude was very disrespectful, so I decided to leave my order and walk away. I sincerely hope the management carefully considers their staff selection, as personal attitude is very important. I also hope you will recognize who I am referring to and address this issue appropriately

Ordered 4 slices of pizza and a bacon twist here, over priced and the food quality was not good at all. Pizza was undercooked and watery, bacon twist tasted like plastic. Observed the male cashier for solid 5 minutes while waiting for my food, seemed like he gave most of the customers the wrong changes back and placed the rest in the tip box after the customers left the counter, including our order. We went back to demand our exact change, and the cashier gave us an attitude. As the shop is located inside a busy airport, many travelers are either not familiar with the thai bills and coins, or in a rush, and the cashier took an advantage of that, not an honest practice.

Same feedback here as other reviews - general staff seem fine, but there’s a woman staff member here who’ll make your day worse.

Waited at least 20mins before being able to drink the coffee it was so damn boiling HOT.

Staff members miserable and have no idea of customer service !

The chicken sandwiches were not tasty at all, and they were cold too.
