Warren was super knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer my many questions. The level of tailoring on site, within an hour, was unexpected. Very happy with my purchase. He explained my options without being pushy, which I greatly appreciated. I may update my review to comment on the jeans themselves, but regardless the service was excellent.

Great initial quality but after about a months' use on one of their $45 belts, the metal roller bent up and sliced my knuckle when I went to get dressed in the morning. Yea, not happy.
