Lunch subs from here were a childhood staple for me growing up. This was my first time back in 14 years and man does it still hit the same. This was the first place I ever had a peperoncino on a sandwich and the glorious smell of them always give me nostalgia of this place. Sub, potato salad and better made chips made for a perfect lunch today.

I buy hams from Dearborn ham once or twice a month. I went in today and bought a ham and it doubled in price. Not just went up 50% or went up an extra five dollars literally doubled. I don’t even normally look at the prices, cause I buy the same ham all the time. And it might vary depending because one might be a little bit bigger or smaller. Once I realized it, I just returned it literally three seconds later. And then I just bought a bigger ham that was lower price per pound, which I find very odd. It’s the same ham but the other ham is $2.10 less a pound. I usually buy a quarter ham this time I just bought a half of ham literally Get a ham twice a size for almost the same price. I find that ridiculous. I bought this at the retail outlet store in Roseville. They claim they put the prices on there but they put the prices per the main office. I understand prices changed, but it’s the same ham so why is one $2.10 more a pound than the other. And Why would you double the price within a couple weeks time? That’s a significant increase all at once.

Best hams you’ll find! Put one on a rotisserie on the grill for a couple of hours over low heat and it was freaking delicious, the family couldn’t get enough of it including my 2 yo granddaughter! Only ham I’ll buy now, just wish I could find one in the Lansing area.

We have always looked forward to enjoying the delicious Dearborn ham and pierogi each holiday. This year the pierogi did not meet our expectations at all. I sent a message to the company and received a reply in less than 24 hours! Dan took note of my concerns and offered a refund of my purchase. This is great customer service! We will definitely continue purchasing from the Dearborn Sausage Company and recommending them to others.

What a Great Place to shop for fresh Meat 🥩 s, Sausages, Cheese 🧀, and other specialty items! This store front is very clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Their bone 🍖 less spiral hams are heavenly in flavor and taste! Their staff is readily available to fill you food 🥘 requests! This is a must stop 🛑 if in the area or if your look 👀 ing for a short drive! One specialty cheese to be sure to try is the “Hoffman’s Extra Sharp Cheddar” creamy smooth taste with out the harshness of aged Cheddar 😋😍! Must Try😃!

Receiving dock for raw meat is one door on Ferney St. Walk in the yard and knock on the door on the right. There isn't a sign or bell on the door but it says receiving over the actual dock door. Had 7am appointment, came in at 6.45 out at 7.45 From I-94 take junction 210 and south on Wyoming. Garmin says no because of the bridge but its 14' 2". There isn't any overnight parking here so come in close to your appointment time. It's a bit tight backing in. Slid my tandems to the back and took it easy.

Oh my God! You might have good sausage which I've never had, but your hot dogs smell and taste like a dog, I mean I had them with beans and it made the entire pot smell like a wasted dog, I tossed them out and just ate the beans I mean will you guys give it a flavor or Smoky flavor or something

I worked across the street in the food manufacturing company itself for around two and a half months, hired through the Dearborn sausage company as a full time employee not temporarily or part time and I’m also signed up with the union and the union have taken money from my checks. Today I literally got fired by HR for absolutely no reason other than, they want to lower the number of employees at this time the beginning of a new year and work goes from 6 days to 4 days. They pretty much fired around half of the employees on my shift the afternoon shift for this reason as well and unsurprisingly they are mostly Hispanic, black and middle eastern, I am middle eastern which I think is discrimination and completely unjust, we were told to re apply after 90 days. I literally worked extremely strenuously hard in this company and had perfect attendance working up to 10 and a half hours a day and 6 days a week with the full permission of my manager and the sanitation manager and i would also do any favor the managers asked me to do and I helped everyone there when the work would be low and I finish early, I am always helpful, being extremely friendly and nice to all my coworkers, my manager Carol is literally the best manager I’ve ever had, she’s very nice, fair and helpful. She almost cried when she told me she had to let me go and she couldn’t do anything about it, it was a decision from HR and so I think that it’s totally unfair to fire many employees when there’s low work just because the company haven’t even given us as employees the opportunity to complete 90 days in the company as this is intentional, I was also told that they fire many employees at Christmas and new years time I’ve been here for two and a half months and I was hopefully planning to stay working here for years! What will they do next year if others and I are hired back in? Fire others and I again before completing the 90 days required to get hired in that’s very unjust and makes absolutely no sense at all! I can’t even receive unemployment compensation or anything and I have payments and bills to pay and I have to go home and explain to my poor family why I and many others have been fired for this reason and I have to desperately find another job! This has made me feel very distressed. This is how Dearborn sausage treats most of their hard working employees! Does the owner know about this treatment from HR? Maybe he does know just like he knows about the black mold growing all over the walls and ceilings of the manufacturing facility. I have contacted a very good wrongful termination lawyer and we will go from there.
