Losing my husband was the hardest experience of my life, but I am so grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by Dearly Beloved Mortuary. From the very beginning, they treated my family and me with genuine care and respect. They handled his cremation with dignity and made sure I received the death certificates promptly, walking me through every step of the process. What truly stood out was their honesty and helpfulness. They gave me clear advice on what to do next and even provided guidance on who to notify, which was such a relief during an overwhelming time. They also went above and beyond by suggesting I find my own urn to help save money—something they didn’t have to do, but it showed how much they truly cared about my wellbeing, not just about making a sale. Both Josh and Carrie were knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured, only supported. I can’t thank Dearly Beloved enough for their integrity and compassion. They made a heartbreaking situation just a little bit easier, and I will always be grateful for that.

Josh and Carrie Torres Dearly Beloved Mortuary This family own mortuary are loving and caring from start to finish. I trusted them with my Uncle James. Staff came to our home to pick him up. Very kind, loving and gentle,. From the first phone call they were very professional and caring they did an excellent job. My Uncle, he looked amazing. I have no idea how to express my absolute gratitude for this Mortuary. My mom died somewhat unexpectedly and Carrie and her husband were absolutely the most kind, loving and empathetic people we dealt with during the entire process of my mother's death. I mostly worked with Carrie and she was soft spoken, showed genuine compassion for our loss and even helped us when the family started fighting about costs and who was paying. Their place of business is immaculate, well decorated and welcoming. They have a wide variety of caskets for you to chose from which was another terrifying concern for all of us in the family. They had so many different colors for the starter price that I was so surprised! We got to bury my mom in her favorite colors of white shell casket with satin pink interior! I called other mortuaries and funeral homes where they spoke to me like I was dumb for not knowing what they offered or what to expect. Plus, all the others where way more expensive and refered to my mother as a body or remains which often left me suck after the call. Carrie called my mother by her name or as "your mother" to keep the emotion of my love for my mom in mind. Carrie was kind and happy to explain what we needed. She gave us the quotes with and without tax so we weren't blindsided. They had packets that explained what do for my dad after his grieving had subsided. These are the best, sweetest and most helpful people I had the pleasure to work with. If anything happens to someone you know, this is the best mortuary to make you feel the love that you miss from your family member or friend. They truly are the greatest. Thank you Dearly Beloved

Josh and Carrie Torres Dearly Beloved Mortuary They took such great care of my father after his sudden passing in May. They made sure that I was updated every step of the way. They made sure I knew everything that was going to happen. They are the kindest people you could ever meet and they are doing all of this out of the kindness of their hearts as they are a small mortuary. I knew I had a wonderful feeling about them as I was searching for places to take care of my dad and they proved me 1 million percent correct. I highly recommend you use them for the services of a passing family member or friend. They will take care of them and you and yours with the utmost care and respect. They do something that 99.99% of us would never do and they are angels here on earth doing this work.

Carrie and Josh couldn't have been more helpful. We had family from all over the US and we needed to have a service quickly. They were soo accommodating. My sister looked beautiful, thank you Carrie and their space gave an intimate feel for all of us.

We recently unfortunately lost our Dad, and used Dearly Beloved to care for him during the process. I can’t say enough about how well the process went. Carrie and team were wonderful to work with, including the pre-planning, pickup, coordination of details, picking the casket, coordination with the Church and VA cemetery, preparation of Dad, placement of key items with Dad, transportation and coordination the day of the funeral, and connection with the Chaplain and live music for the burial. The funeral day was special for the family, and Carrie helped make it memorable and easy. Thank you….

Every time I called and texted it was a real person. They worked around my work/holiday/mom schedule and treated my special needs aunt with the upmost respect. My aunt wasn't found for 1.5 weeks and I called two other places, dearly beloved was the only one where an actual person picked up the phone-not an answering service and they updated me every step of the way. They did my leg work for me as far as the death certificates, and processing. When I waited to pick her up for 7 minutes and they apologized for the wait-really? Like I expected 20 at a minimum. Seriously. I used 2 of their locations as well one to pick up personal property and one for the cremains.

The passing of a loved one is always hard , but losing my Mother in law was exceptionally difficult. We knew it was coming and had made arrangements to find out the day she passed the place we made arrangements with was no longer accepting loved ones as they were going out of business. I called Carrie at Dearly Beloved frantic and confused . I thought I'd done everything I could proactively to alleviate stress and yet here we were. Carrie was kind and loving and joked with me in my nervous laughter and eased the anxiety that was building up so quickly. The arrangements were easy and she helped me to fill out paperwork and make sure all the legal red tape was understood. The cremation was done quickly and Josh was amazing in the professionalism with the exchange and final documents. I hate that we had to go through what we did but Dearly Beloved made a stressful time far more pleasant . I love that they participate so much in the community and help educate our community through functions they sponsor . You have to really have a heart for what they do to do it well. The family owned business are very welcoming and are ready to answer your questions about their local services. They work with Riverside County Corners office. They are slowly expanding. This week they invested in their first hearse. I look forward to seeing them at more local events in the community. Great community presence. Nice meeting you and your family.

I highly recommend Dearly Beloved to assist, host, and follow through with the final stages of a loved one's life. Carrie and her husband were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring when discussing planning my mother's funeral arrangements. From the first call, they were transparent on costs, steps, and how the funeral business works. Their costs were the best in the area by far! They also provided addition information on what to do after someone passes: who to call, what to expect, timeframes, and even recommended local places to host a memorial luncheon at. I highly recommend using them for their services above any others in the area!

The owners treat their customers with kindness, respect & also will not take advantage of your situation with your loved one. They are very accommodating, timely & easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Dearly Beloved Mortuary. Both Josh and Carrie were so understanding and caring. There is nothing harder than losing a loved one. After I lost my mom, I talked to Carrie. She was so sympathetic and understood how I was feeling. I don't know if she knows how comforting she was at a devastating time in my life. I whole heartedly recommend their serves. Five stars for caring, quality service and value.

Like many when notified of the death of a loved one I called around to different mortuary's. But unlike any of the other mortuary's the voice of Carrie stuck with me anytime I thought about this process. I had the absolutely pleasure of getting to work with Carrie to make my love one final arrangements. The level of service she provided was exceptional in every way of the word. Never once did I get the salesman vibe they were cost transparent. Every penny/dollar you spend can be found on the invoice. She was extremely patient, gentle, compassionate, and very detailed oriented. It is apparent at Dearly Beloved Mortuary that integrity is one of their highest values. This mortuary is honestly the standard of what all mortuary's should strive to be. They exuded a level of care for our love one as if he was their own which speaks great volume to their character. If it had not been for the care and experience that my family and I received utilizing their service we wouldn't have been able to depart with our love one with such peace. I say all this to simply say Carrie and her husband exceeded my expectations. I'm sure there are other good mortuary's out there but this is a great one. If you're in the San Jacinto / Hemet area save yourself the stress and heartache just come here.

Our mother passed and without having a plan of a mortuary I had to search around last minute. This was the best choice I could have ever made. They are so very kind. She explained everything thoroughly and I did not feel forced into choosing a location. This was almost a month ago. I'm still receiving calls from other big named mortuaries who are just looking for sales. If you want somewhere that doesn't feel so commercialized and is very respectful and very responsive. I would chose here. Their location is beautiful. They are very welcoming. I believe we made the best decision and I am happy they took care of everything and helped us out with everything else. My good friends just opened this mortuary and is very passionate about what she does. I wasn't expecting to use her services so soon after they opened, but they helped me and my boyfriends family with accommodations for my stepdaughters sudden passing. They were extremely helpful, caring and most of all affordable. They took care of our baby and turned out to be super amazing. Thank you for all the work you did! Loved it.

There are not enough stars for Dearly Beloved. They went above and beyond to help my family through the most difficult time in our lives. They helped us with everything and it was such a peace of mind. Being a small family owned business, they were always there guiding us through each step and answering any questions we had. Dearly Beloved is exceptional. My husband died fairly quick. I had not had a chance to contact them to make arrangements yet. When he died it was late on a Saturday night. When I contacted them they immediately took action. They were here within the hour. They were kind, understanding and gentle. They gently explained the next steps and talked us through everything they did and took time to answer questions. They were in constant contact letting us know how things were progressing. It was a process I had been so worried about, but when I met Carrie and her husband I knew we were in good hands. I would highly recommend them.

Dearly Beloved mortuary exceeded expectations with my moms services. I was initially concerned with how she would look for services due to her being ill before passing. The embalmer did an amazing job in making my mom look like her old self again. Carrie, Thank you so much for being so kind throughout such a difficult time for me and my family.

I can not put into words the amount of comfort and support we got from Carrie and staff. They put the client first they want you to be comfortable. I felt like they didn't just see my loved one as business there was a huge amount of consideration and kindness. In the worst situation dearly beloved made things much easier to handle

Unfortunately, we recently had to find a mortuary to assist us with the final arrangements for my mom. I called a couple of places, but once I spoke to Carrie (the owner) at this mortuary, I knew she was the right fit for us. Carrie is very kind and was able to thoroughly, but compassionately walk us through this process. We were able to contact her at any time with any question, and she consistently responded immediately. We all hate to put a price on our loved ones' final arrangements, but the reality is that it is a factor for many of us. We found this mortuary to be the most reasonable and never had an issue with any hidden costs or surprise expenses. Due to Carrie's help & kindness, this was the least difficult aspect of our difficult time. I highly recommend this mortuary and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.

When my husband died unexpectedly in May we were at a loss as to how to begin. As a veteran, we all thought everything was taken care of, only to discover that only the burial was covered. Luckily we were referred to Dearly Beloved Carrie could not have been more supportive and helpful. Navigating with the coroners office in San Bernardino to retrieve my husband after the autopsy, helping us pick out a coffin with no pressure to buy better or fancier or explaining all of the options open to us. I have spoken with her several times over the past few months regarding death certificates and she always took time to explain things to me or to help me find the right person to contact. Your loved one would be in extremely good and caring hands with Dearly Beloved.

Such a caring and professional facility. Carrie and Josh helped us through the process of a memorial package. Never easy losing a loved one but they really helped us through this difficult time.

Well let me start off with this.... Staff is very friendly and professional. The building is very well maintained and well kept. Obviously not a great time to have to use these services for obvious reasons but could not be happier with the transition. The owners went above and beyond in all aspects and me and my family and so very appreciative. I will be recommending these services to everyone I know.
