Degusteria Italiana stole our hearts with its intimate atmosphere and exceptional food. With only eight tables, the restaurant exudes a sophisticated charm that's perfect for a special occasion. We opted for the à la carte menu, allowing us to indulge in two delicious courses each. The flavors were fresh, seasonal, and expertly balanced, leaving us more than satisfied. But the star of the show was the wine selection. Extensive and impressive, it offered the perfect pairing for every dish. Overall, Degusteria Italiana is a gem, offering an unforgettable dining experience in Florence.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been in my life. The service is splendid. The team explains all you need to know, they are very nice and they communicate super well. The environment is very beautiful, romantic and intimate, with a stunning decoration, few tables and enough space between them to make you feel at ease with your partner. The food is simply fantastic. I had the tasting menu, paired with wine, and everything was surprising and perfect. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

If you you like have a good time with your couple; True adress. They only have 8 tables(for 2p), so you must reservate before. I found the last table when i went there. I tried my chance. Venison Sirloin was very well. Some other snack s and other small deserts was also quite good. Also waiters are professional and helpful. They are reliable so you can trust them. Amazing service, food and wine, ambience. Except their main dishes were not up to my liking. Beef fillet was too rare, and chewy, and the garnishes did not quite garnish the beef well. Experimental and it felt as though each component was separate entities. But my white truffle tagliolini was THE BEST pasta I’ve ever had in my life. I should’ve ordered two orders of this instead of feeling obligated to order a main dish.. I’d come back for the truffled pasta with 100% certainty

We absouletly loved this restaurant. Ambiance can not get romantic then this,having a candle light lunch was really nice,we had really tasty cheese camed with the home made bread.Then we had the steak tartar,and it was one of the best we had so far. It was really really good I’ll definitely be wanting to eat that again,soon! Risotto was really good too,all the flavours were there and even we were completely full we finished the plate. The wine recommended to us was very nice. I definitely recommend you to experience this experience. reservations are required.

Giving 5 stars because it's not possible to give them 6. Surely the best experience my husband and I have ever had in a restaurant. Food was unreal with an outstanding service from our server Benjamin. We went for the 130€ tasting menu with a bottle of wine that our server chose for us. Really happy with the wine choice as it went really well with the food too. We're really looking forward to go back the next time we travel to Florence.

Awesome Tuscan cuisine experience with a contemporary twist. The service was wonderful, with thorough descriptions of the dishes and great wine pairing. We enjoyed our dinner a lot!

This was our best dining experience in all of Italy. A romantic setting with a masterful menu and attentive staff. We chose the white and black truffle tasting menu and it was perfection from start to finish. The pork ravioli was the stand out dish, but all showed a very technical use of the truffle. Excellent wine suggestions and for a menu that included large amounts of truffle on every dish, very reasonably priced.

We were told this would be a tasting experience, and the experience was fantastic. We both had the black and white truffle tasting menu. The white truffles had such and intense flavor the black truffles where left somewhat muted. The waiter recommended a red wine that popped with the flavors. Each course was beautifully prepared and all the flavors were represented. Pics attached as words can't cover this meal. Make a reservation, not negotiable.

I wanted to try a truffle restaurant and ended up here. I find the truffle flavor very mild in all their dishes. The charcuterie plate was delicious, but I could barely taste the truffle in their cured meats and cheeses (1 star off). Similarly, with the asparagus risotto, I see the shaved truffles on top, but did not get much of that umami flavor I was expecting. The 62 degree egg was a nice soft poached egg, but the crunchy corn nut and popcorn that came with it ruined the comfy soft consistency of the poached egg. For dessert, I had the hazelnut cake with Nutella and truffles. I was doubtful how truffles would work in desserts, and my suspicions were confirmed, it tasted weird (1 star off). I could forego truffles in desserts. Overall, I thought the restaurant was interesting to try, but the dishes were not memorable enough to return. You just cannot add fancy truffles to everything and expect to make it work. I wish you could though!

WOW! Michelin could not be more wrong. This place is not any better than average. We did the 7 course dinner and sent two courses back. They replaced one, and sent some cold steak. Some pitty chain restaurant is better than this wanna be. Obviously they had a great Chef that left. Now they are left with the dishwasher to cook the meals. Total garbage.

Enjoyed the romantic gorgeous design of the restaurant and the dessert was my fav part otherwise tried it once and dint think l will come back again !
