Local and authentic piedmontese cuisine - clearly a highly regarded establishment popular with locals! Great place to try truffles - six euro per gram was cheaper than some other restaurants in the area. We had it shaved over eggs. The rabbit on the meat cart was excellent. The local Brunet chocolate pudding was exceptional!

Very good restaurant: high level service, exceptional dishes, and long wine list. People are very open and friendly. Kitchen is based on meat with typical Piemonte local tradition. Rabbit and chicken also very good. Great desserts and cheese. Highly recommended

True Piedmonte cuisine. They prepare the meat and then divy it amongst the tables, making it feel like local communal experience. The house selection of wine was perfect (we were served a 2013 Barolo), in case you’re overwhelmed by their extensive wine list.

We have been visiting the restaurant for over 20 years now. It never disappoints. Consistently good food, excellent wine list. Knowledgeable and efficient service. A must visit if in the area.

We went to Bardone yo try the Pietmontese style food. We tried the selection of antipasti, the crudo carne was really good - I could almost taste the sweetness of the rare veal. For primi we opted for the white truffle Tajarin (really eggy noodles but would not pay 90€ for the white truffle again), and the veal Ravioli. For secondi' the finanziera (mixed internal organs) and bollito misto (boiled beef meat) are both good. we decided to go for the wines of Nizza - both are recommended by the Somelier tasted like Tignalnello at half the price. We ended the meal with an excellent cheese platter. Another highlight of the day was the server (forgot his name) but his service was excellent. Would recommend this restaurant!

Lovely typical Piedmontese food! All cooked to perfection and amazing flavor combinations. Incredible amount of wines to choose from. Overall lovely Italian experience!

Never been welcomed so well in any restaurant. So kind, so professional, so smooth. You see they love their job and do everything with passion. Food and wine was of the highest quality. Price is more than correct. We'll be back.
