I was greeted by valet to park my car which was $25. As I entered the building, I was greeted with a smile as I mentioned it was there for a birthday dinner. I was escorted to my seat. Everyone was super friendly our server was great. I called ahead of time to see if they had any vegan options and of course they did. Not only did they offer a vegan option at a steakhouse but they also had mocktails. I felt like it was my birthday. We ordered appetizers and warm bread was served while we waited for our food to come out. I ordered a salad and it was a 10/10. My main entree was the cauliflower steak and when I say its the best I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. It was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. There was live music. The entire place was a vibe. I can't wait to visit again. My total including gratuity for a salad, mocktail, and cauliflower steak was $76.

Del Frisco’s is hands down one of the best steakhouses in Indianapolis, and our annual Thanksgiving visit continues to be nothing short of fantastic. The ambiance is always beautiful, and this year’s private room made the experience feel even more special. The food? Absolutely delicious. The bacon potbelly bites and mini crab cakes are incredible—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Their house rolls are to die for…soft, warm, and dangerously addictive. The steaks are consistently outstanding; you truly can’t go wrong. I highly recommend the petite filet mignon—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Sides are generous and perfect for sharing. The standout for me is the lobster mac—rich, creamy, and simply fantastic. Del Frisco’s delivers every single year. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience in Indy, this is the place.

Google
Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse Indianapolis did not disappoint. The service provided by Josh, Matt and Eric was phenomenal. They really stepped up the customer service and made our first time experience very special. All their food recommendations were excellent and the food quality was beyond our expectations. Definitely one of our best experiences to date. Will definitely recommend to anyone who visits Indiana.

Josh was an amazing server! I ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfectly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Josh was attentive without being overbearing and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. He also recommended a mocktail (watermelon mint) that was refreshing and delicious, which really elevated the meal. Great service, great food, and a wonderful overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
I could go on and on about our experience at Del Friscos. This was our first time. We pull up and the Valet staff greeted both my husband and I, held the. doors open for us as we exited our vehicle. We walk in to the host/hostess. The staff were very friendly and they immediately greeted us and sat us a little earlier than our reservation. Now on to Alex. He was the absolute best waiter. Personable funny very knowledgeable about the menu. Answered all our questions and then some. Even took a picture w me and took several of my husband and I. Alex also shared his favorites to which we ordered. Our first experience was great. We will definitely be going back. Thank you to Alex and Del Frisco staff for a wonderful New Years Eve !!

Google
Been all over restaurants downtown and am upset it took me so long to get to this place. Incredible experience from beginning to end. Great old fashioned, seafood tower was incredible, and the wagyu meatballs were great. I ordered the 16 oz prime strip and it was one of the best steaks I've had in indy. The three desserts we tried were all fantastic but the butter cake soared high above the rest. Almost forgot to mention, service was also outstanding. Will definitely be a frequenting this spot going forward!

Google
This was my second time dining at Del Frisco’s. Tonight was even better than the first visit. Joshua made sure to explain everything in the menu and helped us make selections. The sea bass was amazing! Very light and buttery. As well, the prime steak with Gorgonzola was cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back!

Google
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal experience at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse in downtown Indy! From the moment we arrived, GM Juan made us feel welcome and ensured everything was flawless. My signature VIP cocktail was perfection, appetizers were delicious, and the ribeye was cooked to absolute mastery. Huge kudos to Executive Chef Adam for the incredible flavors, and a special shout‑out to our server Kyle for outstanding, attentive service. The atmosphere was vibrant yet elegant, elevated even further by a talented live musician who made the evening feel truly special. We ended on a sweet high note with decadent beignets. This is fine dining at its best (Dare I say it's better than Elmo's?! Yep, I said it. 😁) -unforgettable food, stellar service, and a team that truly shines!

Yelp
Del Friscos was an amazing time, and it was aesthetically pleasing. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and accommodating. I was indecisive about my drink and, of course, my meal, and she helped me ease my decision. For dinner, I went with the Seared Chilean Sea Bass and lobster mac and cheese. Due to my sesame allergy, I was unable to get the crab fried rice, which was disappointing; however, I managed, and my Sea Bass was still good. It was light, buttery, and airy. It left me wanting more. On my side, I chose the Lobster mac and cheese. It was good, cheesy, and filled with more than enough lobster for me. And for my drink, I can't remember the name, but it was delightful. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back for more delicious offerings. One last thing I forgot, the bread was sooooo good that I can go back and order it by itself. :)

Yelp
We dined here on NYE with our 4 month old. They were very accommodating in regard to seating us with our stroller (the doona). We were sat upstairs and they had an elevator so we didn't have to take the stairs. The cocktails were fantastic as well as the oysters. I'm not usually a bread before dinner person but they were the best rolls I've ever had at a steak restaurant. We both ordered filet mignon (medium rare) and split the creamed spinach and whipped potatoes. The sides were incredible. The steaks were good but I found them to be more rare than medium rare. The ambiance and service were fantastic. We plan to come back!

Yelp
We came to Del Frisco's to celebrate my birthday. We had heard good things about them and have tried their other locations and other state. When we arrived, they had live music playing, which is a lovely touch. We were seated in the bar area, which typically is our preferred area to sit because we enjoy cocktails. We love interacting with the bartenders. But on this particular night, it seemed like the service team was overwhelmed. We were there for almost 2 hours, which we probably only talked with the server four times in that timeframe. While the food was good and was definitely our favorite part, I do have a dairy allergy and asked for no cheese on a good portion of my food. I was told it was able to accommodate that, but all of my food came out with cheese on it. Which normally wouldn't be a problem, but I didn't see a server or couldn't get someone's attention to stop for about 15 minutes to which we had largely finished our meal with the exception of my food. We did not want to continue to wait because we did not know how long it would take to remake that food. With that said the appetizers we had were really good, the calamari was some of the best calamari I've had. Not sure if we will give it another try, the food was good. I think if we're in the downtown area and it's convenient we would. But the service just was not what we would expect from this type of restaurant.

Yelp
Nathan is the man. Service was incredible and the food is always great a Del Friscos. I think its the best steak house in Indy as I've also had Tony's and St. Elmo and the service here is what really set it apart.

Yelp
The service at this place was exceptional. The staff were so warm and welcoming. I was looking forward to coming here as I don't frequent restaurants like this very often. The rolls were amazing. They were sweet but also salty and buttery at the same time. They came out piping hot. For my entree I got the Snake River Farms wagyu steak. It was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. It was a little salty but otherwise perfect. I also got the lobster Mac and cheese. So good. Made with huge chunks of lobsters. Excited I had leftovers so I can eat it again. My brother got the crab cake entree. They were delicious with huge pieces of crab. He also got the truffle fries which were so good. The portion was huge so again we have leftovers. I had to try to butter cake for dessert. It was yummy. Topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and caramel I really enjoyed it. The restaurant was so elegant. We were seated upstairs and it was wonderful. Such a great elevated experience.

Yelp
Food was fantastic! They have the best rolls I've had so far. Hit and fluffy, buttery and sweet. I had the roasted chicken and it was delicious. Juicy and flavorful. It comes on a bed of mash. We also ordered a side of creamed spinach and it BLEW MY MIND! Cheesy, creamy and Smokey from the bacon in it. My waiter was extremely friendly and provided great service. It was a bit dim but if you like a romantic setting, this is your spot.

Yelp
Nice, upscale steakhouse with great service. I ordered the jumbo lump crab cake, roasted half chicken, lemon drop martini, and warm butter cake. The jumbo lump crab was good, it was mostly crab with minimal filler. The roasted half chicken was moist and juicy. It came with mashed potatoes which were a little on the thinner side. It also came with a gravy that was too salty for my taste. The lemon drop martini was delicious, light and refreshing. The warm butter cake was moist but the caramel was a little grainy. I almost forgot the star of the show which is the warm bread they serve when you are first seated. The restaurant is worth visiting for the warm bread alone.

Yelp
My second visit to Del Frisco's was just as good as my first but this time, it was date night for my birthday. He surprised me with dinner reservations & we had the best time. We both ordered the ribeye steak & for sides we shared mashed potatoes & broccolini. He ordered a medium well steak & I had medium, they switched our steaks by mistake but it was an easy fix we just switched our plates haha. He even had them personalize me a birthday card with a cute handwritten personalized poem inside & the entire crew including the chef signed it, how sweet! AND since it was my birthday, we got to try the butter cake which was 10/10! I've also come to the realization that their bread is top 2 & it's not 2 haha.
google avatar

Yelp
I reserved a last minute birthday reservation here and I was blown away with how special they made me feel on my day! Even from the start with the hostess, who was very personable and funny, Matthew, our server who was very welcoming and attentive and we also had a manager check in on us as well. When we sat down at the table, there was a birthday card sitting for me and actually signed by some of the staff, it was such a kind touch! We both had crab cakes with a side (no complaints), the bread they provide before the meal was, (as Matthew stated) addicting! The birthday dessert was delicious and the restaurant itself is gorgeous, with beautiful chandeliers and a upscale decor! I would highly suggest Del Frisco's and would love to visit again!

Yelp
They need to add the lobster Thermidor NYE special to the regular menu. It was so good! Very juicy meat and flavorful.

Yelp
10 out of 10 experience. We were greeted by the host who then sat us. Once the waitress came she offered her suggestions which was great but I already knew what I wanted. I was excited to visit the Indianapolis location because when visiting the NYC location with my job it's always a hit. The bread was phenomenal, I mean the softest most buttery piece of heaven. The steak Was well prepared and the knife cut right through ( prime ribeye) my chicken had the perfect crispy crust and was very juicy. The dynamite shrimp was also yummy (I wish it was a little more spicy) I enjoyed the moscato Asti wine as well (which was very smooth) the warm butter cake was divine. Overrall the ambiance was very quiet and romantic. I enjoyed my time and the staff were truly amazing. They kept checking on us and making sure we were pleased with the service and food. I highly recommend visiting this location.

Jaclynn P.

Yelp
We came here awhile back and we unfortunately had god awful service. We ordered so much food and after maybe an hour the only thing that came out was our steak and we had to cancel everything else. I would not recommend this location at all :(
google avatar

June F.

Yelp
When we first walked in, we heard a beautiful voice singing live. A beautiful young lady played piano and sang many songs beautifully. It immediately put us in a good mood. My daughter quietly sang along few songs while waiting for our food. Service was great. Food was ok. I like mocktails but the zero proof drink option was not at my taste. They made up something for me according to my favorite choice of fruit flavor and it was good. Appetizers were ok. Steak was cooked to perfection. Overall it was good. FYI, I saw a valet parking sign of $25 so we went to a public parking next to the restaurant which costed us only $7.

Yelp
This is a fantastic place for a high-end experience and a special occasion. My partner and I came here for our anniversary, and the restaurant did not disappoint. The ambiance was superb, and on the night we were there, a live singer performed who sounded just like a recording--it was a perfect touch. The service was attentive and personable, making us feel well taken care of throughout the evening. The food was, for the most part, absolutely delicious and well-flavored. While the tab was costly, it was absolutely worth the spend for the overall experience. The only minor critique is that my main entree was just okay, and I likely wouldn't order it again. My recommendation? Definitely get the steak! The entire experience was a solid 5/5, but due to that one dish, I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars (or 4.5)

Ted M.

Yelp
Never even had the chance to review "my experience" here. I have dined here before and was satisfied with both the food and service--Booked a return visit through Open Table for Monday night football game and the reservation was accepted and confirmed I then get a message left on my phone from the restaurant telling me it was in error and they could not honor it as they were full--wait..it gets better--they then tell me my option is to try and get a seat at the bar--which is first come first serve!!! what a terrible job of customer service--the fact the reservation was confirmed in error was a problem between them and Open Table--not me.. the fact they did absolutely zero to provide any kind of option for us was pathetic. the own the restaurant, at the very least I would have blocked off two seats at the bar and allowed us to have dinner there--but apparently that was too much to ask. the world's worst example of customer service ever--will not go back., mistakes happen, i get that but it was on them to fix it and they failed miserably

Yelp
First time at this location and they did not disappoint. The service was great. Incredible suggestions from our server. The warm rolls are killer! We shared the shrimp cocktail and then both had the 8 oz filet. Tons of salt and cracked black pepper make this steak flavorful and truly delicious. We also shared asparagus and the truffle fries, enough to feed an army. Desserts look very good but we were full and heading to the Pacers game! The space is cozy but open with the high vaulted ceiling. Back bar is beautiful m! Wonderful experience.

Yelp
ABSOLUTELY THE MOST AMAZING ANNIVERSARY DINNER FOR THE BOOKS!!! We were greeted with a "Happy Anniversary" upon arrival from several team members. We were immediately taken to our table where our friendly and knowledgeable waitress took great care of us. We never waited or had to ask for anything; the team was attentive and proactive the entire night. Our food selections were DELICIOUS! Fresh baked buttery & gooey rolls; the lobster bisque was creamy and full of flavor; the sea bass was fresh and cooked extremely well; the ribeye was perfect; the mushrooms, broccolini and truffle double baked potato was scrumptious. We also received complementary cheesecake for our anniversary dessert that was very tasty. The ambiance was perfect for our romantic evening. Great location, beautiful decor and amazing team members. Truly a perfect evening; a 10 out of 10. Del Frisco's has definitely moved into our top 3 favorite restaurants. See you soon!

Yelp
I have now been here four or five times and I've been extremely pleased each time. A buddy and I went tonight because they had a Labor Day special. It was just too good to pass up. We just got a salad we shared a porterhouse. It came with one side, we ordered an extra one, probably didn't need that. And we just got a small dessert. A crazy deal for $135 for two people. We opted for the upgraded dessert. Because I just can't pass up that butter cake. We seated promptly and efficiently as soon as we walked in. Our server Jill came over and greeted us and offered us water. My friend that I was with didn't drink so we stuck with the water. Two different managers came up and talked to us and made sure we were having a great time. Even the bus was fantastic. He kept our waters full and cleared the plates, quietly and efficiently. I would describe this place as a steakhouse for foodies the side we got was the cream corn and it was absolutely ridiculously delicious. This is a must try people. It's not just your average downtown steakhouse.

Yelp
I was in town for a convention and was turned away from Fogo De Chau. Not their fault, i didn't have a reservation. But, I thi k it was a blessing in disguise. I initially walked into Del Friscoes to get out of the rain but when I asked if they had a table they were able to accommodate me right away! I ordered the lobster bisque that had large chunks of lobster in it, butter bread was delicious, bone in filet was great. They also had a live singer which was pretty neat. Would definitely go again given the opportunity.

Yelp
Absolutely phenomenal!! There was not one thing not to love about this restaurant. Super delicious and the service was amazing!! Please go see Giselle she is a true rockstar.

Yelp
Had an amazing dinner last night. The steak was cooked to perfection, I loved the seasoning! The lobster mac was loaded with large pieces of lobster! The truffle baked potato was delicious ! We split the wedge salad, again amazing. The atmosphere is classy- with live music as well. I almost forgot to mention the bread....wow so good!! We were celebrating a birthday and our server and staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for an elegant dinner. Perfect evening! They have a nice bar area, perfect place to meet with friends for a cocktail and live music!

Yelp
Joined a friend for their happy hour and a few weeks later had dinner. Overall, I believe I may like apps from here over actual entrees. However, I'm going to give another try. Happy Hour Experience: 10/10 We sat at the bar. Good was already ordered so I personally did not have a long wait time. Listen, that honey bread situation is bad news in a great way. It's like if Texas Roadhouse & Auntie Anne's had a baby together. Sweet, warm and salty. Delicious! Hamachi was tasty. It had just enough citrus from the Meyer lemon and was sliced well. The charred octopus I will give another try to appropriately rate as I tried it after it sat for awhile so it was warm. Now to the star...the beef carpaccio. Job well done!! My goodness. The greens, the pickled onion and babeee the stone mustard sauce really complement one another for a PERFECT bite. Run to try, don't walk. That is all. I had a lemon drop as a bevy and it was just okay. Dinner:Of course in true fan girl fashion I got the beef carpaccio again. Bravo to the consistency in the flavor & presentation. I ordered the sea bass that came with a crab fried rice and a black bean garlic sauce. The sauce gave more of a ginger soy profile and unfortunately the "crab fried rice" lacked the crab. When I mentioned to my server it was somewhat brushed off. I was happy the flavor was there however...please add the crab. I also ordered a side of broccolini. If you aren't a true garlic fan I'd advised you choose another side. I thoroughly enjoyed. For dessert I got the strawberry hibiscus cheesecake...YUM!! My friend got a the lemon cake and it's not how your aunt makes it with the nice lemon glaze. However, it was shockingly moist and really flavorful. Service: It was a Saturday night. Fairly packed. Valet was a breeze! And honestly the better route due to our garage partnering so expensive. Our server was fairly attentive considering the crowd, knowledgeable and kind.

Yelp
Wonderful Christmas dinner! We started off with great cocktails. Then enjoyed calamari (I am very particular about my calamari and it was the best ever!),shrimp cocktail (Enjoyed the different dipping sauce options.) and wedge salads. Entree's were all fabulous! (Porterhouse, NY Strip, filet, and lobster) Sides asparagus, chateau potatoes, whipped potatoes, truffle fries and cream corn all surpassed our expectations. Dessert's chocolate cake, butter cake and an all time favorite lemon cake. We've enjoyed Del Frisco since the 80's.

Yelp
Pretty darn good steakhouse! The bread they bring out prior to the meal is delicious. My husband and I got the Sidecar for our drink and we were pleased! I got the trio of medallions delicious. Husband got the bone in ribeye and he had no complaints. Overall good meal.

Yelp
First of all, this is a very classy looking place so don't be surprised if you get a few stink eyes from other patrons if you're not dressed appropriately. The atmosphere here is filled with good vibes and the pianist is extremely talented. Next is Kyle, our server for the evening. The staff was very accommodating, but Kyle was next level. His recommendations were on point, and his knowledge of the menu and the happenings in Indianapolis made him look like a lifelong resident. Saving the best for last, the dinner was purely amazing. If you've ever read my other reviews, you know I love a good Ribeye and the Ribeye was the best I've had in years, and I had just eaten at the Fountain Room a few days earlier. Word to the budget conscious, this is quite pricey so it's a special occasion type place.

Qiana S.

Yelp
We had dinner on Christmas Day ! Josh was an awesome server. All his recommendations were great. I had the salmon and the VIP cocktails. The food was delicious.

Yelp
My son and I took a weekend trip to Indiana to check out a few races at the motor speed way. He asked for a healthy meal, so we decided to explore outside of our hotel and check out this steak house. We were seated upstairs since the restaurant was packed! Everyone looked to be enjoying their evening. Everything we ordered was delicious. My son took it upon himself to ask for the manager to let him know the steak was "mind blowing ". Can't wait to come back next time we are in town !

LaShan N.

Yelp
I enjoyed the meal. Our server was very helpful with menu recommendations. Great food and service.

Yelp
Great food and drinks. We were there when live music was on deck. Cool vibe. Will definitely go back. Grab reservations. Sit at the bar if you're game.

Yelp
The server Bryce was rude and just disrespectful. Spend almost $1,000 and I would have rather ate anywhere but there with him.

Yelp
This is my second time coming in the last two weeks. Once with friends. Once with my fiancé. The service is definitely elevated and there are plenty good options on the menu. This place is expensive for Indy in my opinion so just know you will spend a pretty penny, but once you get past that... definitely try their steak, crab cakes, calamari. The VIP is a great drink! I left full both times with plenty of food for home as well. They give you a lot of food which I appreciate. I'd recommend giving it a try for sure. Oh and the strawberry hibiscus cheesecake was BOMB!

Tasha H.

Yelp
My husband and I have been coming here since this location opened. We've always had a good experience especially with the food & service, we even joined their rewards program. The last 2 visits were not so good and they've changed a lot of things. For example, bar menu isn't available all day anymore like it used to be, on several occasions I had to send my crab cakes back because it always came out cold. And on our last visit I ordered the lobster bisque and I was served cold chunky broth, that I had to send back. For the amount of money we spend here the food needs to be consist. We ended up going around the corner to Dean's Steakhouse. They had Free Valet and the lobster bisque was hot & delicious.

Yelp
Place was considerably knew but I wanted to try it! The ambience was nice e and my server was a great guy. But this place is too expensive not to be able to cook lamb chops or steaks... I mean your known for this. My lamb chops was I complete bine of fat. I'm sure the cook saw this..... I will give them some time and maybe try again when they work out all the kinks

Yelp
For it to be the 2nd or 3rd weekend open, they are still working out some things I guess. There are tons of staff/mgmt around watching, greeting. The service was good. We had 2 servers for our table of 2. It was quite busy in there on this sat evening. The website says they strictly enforce the business casual dress code but that is def not true. I think we were one of the most dressed up in the place. There were many shorts, tanks, tennis shoes being worn. Even the staff had on Js and new balances with their suits. Drinks: I ordered an espresso martini which somehow didn't get put in so I had to wait a little longer for that. It was tasty. I wanted to try the anejo old fashioned but couldn't fathom the $35 sticker price. Food: We split the wedge salad which was good 8/10. The complimentary bread they serve is the star. It was so yummy and fluffy. It's like Hawaiian sweet rolls. It has honey and some special salt on it. I got the surf and turf filet trio which was delicious. I ordered it medium well (explained by my server as pink throughout-* usually its just the center but ok) it def looks like medium or less. I didn't complain and still ate most of it. The mashed potatoes were excellent and actually quite seasoned. I've never had such seasoned potatoes at a restaurant. I expect a steakhouse to be able to perfectly cook a steak but it's almost never the case. Other than that it was 10/10. Tried the lamb chops also ordered medium well but came out well done. At $77 yes I'd like that re cooked. We were asked to double check with light from our phones to make sure it was actually over cooked. That was an odd comment because not only was it over cooked 'in color' but it was in the bite/chew. The other said "I've never seen them cooked like that before". This time it came out right but was all fat, barely any meat on it. Anyway they took it off the bill. Honestly it didn't have much flavor oddly. Had the strawberry rhubarb cheesecake for dessert and it was good 7/10. We kept getting the "we've only been open 10 days" so still figuring things out. I think maybe give them some time before going and also it's just a little over priced. I was hoping this would be my new birthday spot but not so sure anymore. Id go back for the filet and to try other seafood. They had live music. There are 2 floors with an elevator and stairs. The upstairs bathrooms are beautiful as is all the decor. There are nice big windows facing Maryland.

Yelp
I had a chance to check out Del Frisco's this weekend for Devour, and had a good time. One of the newer steakhouses in downtown Indy, there's a nice vibe going on. A high-end addition with a high-end cost to match. Decor is modern and sophisticated. A two-story restaurant that gives me an elevated Harry & Izzy's feel. Not to say it's not original, just familiar. There is a dress code listed on their website. So be mindful. Now, our party abided by the rules, however I did notice that several other patrons did not. Not sure if they are trying to get everybody familiar with them before enforcing the dress code, but nonetheless. Be aware. Everyone and I mean everyone, from the hostesses to the staff while we were headed to our table, greeted us upon arrival and it was pleasant to experience. I wish I had gotten better pictures of the food because everything was delicious. So where do I begin??! Appetizers: I ordered their tuna tartare and my husband ordered their Wagyu meatballs. Both to me were yummy. Hubby didn't care for the tuna tartare, but I did. If I were to get it again, I would ask for a little bit more of their spicy mayo. I can't remember the name of it, but it was delicious. Bread. Order. The. Bread. BUT: be warned! Some of the best dinner rolls I've had. Buttery without being too wet. And soft without being under baked. OH my, they were good. Entrees: For many of us who have a number of steakhouse visits under our belt, we know that not every house cooks their steaks the same. We know the places that overcook steaks and we know the places that undercook steaks. I am pleased to report that Del Frisco's knows how to cook a steak! When our server, Logan, took my order, I was concerned that his description of their medium would be like a medium rare- so I ordered medium well (not usual for me). Well, when my medium well steak came out, it was overcooked for my liking. No one's fault, I just wasn't sure what I was getting by Logan's description. Hubby ordered his steak medium and let me try his. It was perfect. This being my first time, I just didn't know. But now I know that I can trust the folks at Del Frisco's. So they re-fired a new steak, medium, and it was perfectly delicious. The Oscar enhancement was a nice touch. It had a surf and turf taste, that I enjoyed. We ordered the sweet potato casserole and broccolini for our sides. Please note that everything here is à la carte, just FYI. I enjoyed the broccolini. And hubby thought that the sweet potato casserole was okay. Maybe one or two shakes of brown sugar more and I think it would've been good for him. Dessert: We both ordered dessert from their Devour menu. I had mine to go because I was already full (blame the rolls). And hubby ordered the butter cake and I think he took his to go as well. I thought the chocolate mousse was a chocolate mousse cake, so just slightly surprised, but nonetheless, it was good. Nothing too special, but I came for the steak not the dessert. We had an issue with the check when we were wrapping up, but it was resolved-no fuss. But just always double check your check before so there's no frustration. So all in all, it was a nice experience. I would like to come back. I have my eye on their surf and turf trio. So we'll see. I'd give Del Frisco's a 4 out of 5 - only because the price point for their regular menu is a little higher for weekly trips, but not a deterrent for me. I'll just spread my visits out a little but. But check it out for yourself and let me know what you think!

Yelp
This is the place to eat in Indy! The food is off the charts and the service is top notch! Ask for Jacob as your waiter and you will get excellent recommendations and A+ service. Be sure and try the Wagyu meatballs and don't forget the butter cake for dessert! This place is top notch. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
We were so excited Indianapolis finally got a Del Frisco's! It is one of our favorite restaurants to visit while traveling and couldn't wait to have one in our home city. The restaurant was beautiful. It has 2 levels, live music, & beautiful lighting. I was curious to see if the decor/ambiance would be as luxurious as the other locations we have visited & it was! Our server was phenomenal! She made sure everything was to our liking & was extremely informative. Any questions we had, she had an answer! The manager also made a point to come around to each table to see how they were liking their meal. Del Frisco's is & always will be a dining experience I look forward to! I can't recommend it enough.

Yelp
My boyfriend surprised me with dinner here for my birthday! We sat at the bar, and the service was great. If you are a racing fan, you will love the elegant decor they chose for this restaurant! The food is amazing and has beautiful presentation. It was a wonderful time, and I'm sure we will be back!

Yelp
Wow! It has been a minute since I ate at Del Frisco's, and this was a great reminder why I should go more often! The experience was fantastic- we had a private room with amazing service, food and wine. The restaurant was beautiful as well.

Yelp
I was in Indy for work. My work dinner canceled and we were supposed to go to the "other" steakhouse, so I had steak on my mind. Cool place. Only their 2nd week (8/13/2024). They weren't very busy. I sat at the bar and it took about 7-8 minutes to get a drink ordered. For an appetizer I ordered a bar portion (not on the menu) of the bourbon bacon. Spicy but very good. For dinner I had the 8 ounce filet and a loaded baked potato. The steak was tasty. The baked potato was a 2. How do you mess up a baked potato you ask? I asked myself the same--my answer is it wasn't very loaded. Overall 3.5 stars. I'd go back.

Yelp
Simply not worth the higher prices. The bread, app, and meal were okay besides the ordered medium rare stake was rare and highly over seasoned especially for the dry aged stake. Wait staffs hair were all unkept, gody earrings, was surprising that was allowed for a high end stake house. Wagu was nice and buttery. Twice baked truffle was great but only had three truffles on it. Waitress short changed us as well. Live music was good but to loud so I couldn't hear my date ): Will try somewhere else next time. It falls short of the high end goal it's trying to give!

Yelp
Do Not eat here! Save yourself time, health, and money. Through Uber Order 2 burgers med-well and well done received them both rare! That's not the worst- the big issue is hard plastic in the meat! Told the manager and he was nonchalant and dismissive.. did not act or care that plastic was in the food... never seen a restaurant act like this..manager name is Juan.

Yelp
Very classy place perfect for a celebration! The staff is attentive and well trained. They walk you through your dinner without rushing you. We started w drinks, wine and espresso martinis. Freshly baked rolls and honey butter was brought to our table. For an appetizer we enjoyed Dynamite Shrimp. I loved the sweet and spicy flavor and the fact that the shrimp was not breaded. For dinner, our party had filets, scallops and crab cakes. For sides we shared mushrooms, broccolini and lobster Mac n cheese. The filets were cooked to perfection and very tender. The scallops came w a fresh, lemony sauce and the crab cakes were amazing. 90% crabmeat and full of flavor. We rounded off the meal with some sweet treats. The butter cake is served warm with vanilla ice cream. The lemon cake is savory and delicious. A very nice dinner!

Yelp
After eating at the New York City - Rockerfella Plaza location I was excited to see Del Frisco's was opening in Indianapolis. I ordered the Prime Ribeye, mashed potatoes, asparagus, shrimp cocktail, and ended the meal with the strawberry cheesecake. Everything was delicious and contending with some of my other favorite local steak houses in the city. I didn't catch his name, but the live music was amazing, making the night's ambiance comfortable and relaxing. I recommend this spot for a nice date night. Service was on point and you're in the heart of downtown if you plan on doing anything afterwards. Since I was so enthralled by the experience, I totally forgot to take pictures. But since I know I'll be back soon I'll come back and edit the post for yall.

Yelp
Service was wonderful. Food was great. Loved the atmosphere...the only disappointment, was not seeing them actually uphold the dress code from guests; I prefer dressing according to what I'm paying & would appreciate seeing others do so, as well. However, I would absolutely dine at Del Frisco's, again!!!

Yelp
I attended a birthday dinner here. The food was so delicious. I got the crab cakes and they were mouth watering good. The drinks were a bit over priced and lacked in alcohol with the price tag. The tables were a little crowded but nothing friendly people couldn't manage. Our servers were really nice and took great care of us. It had a dark romantic vibe to it. Perfect for a date night or anniversary dinner! The live singing was ok.
