"This popular Tex-Mex restaurant from Long Island has selected Delray Beach for its first location outside New York, featuring a dock-and-dine setup on the Intracoastal. Patrons can savor a variety of fajitas, including mesquite-grilled chicken, shrimp, Chimichurri-marinated skirt steak, and vegetables." - J. Miller

Loved the food, the vibe and the friendly service. The outside seating and intracoastal views are awesome. Highly recommend all the food like the fajitas, chips and salsa, and quesadilla.

This place has great location. That’s where it stops. Food quantity is ok, but taste has you curious what you ate. We had the egg rolls and an order of nachos with pulled chicken. Also I ordered one of their specialty drinks corintia and it was ok. Service as I’ve seen in multiple reviews seems scarce and we showed up around 4pm in a Wednesday as it started to get busy.

Google
The food was amazing. We sat outside on a beautiful Saturday night. We arrived at 930pm , even though they close at 10, there were no issues. Our server was a darling to us. So nice and great service. On top of that the food was amazing to add. I'm from NYC and I Know good food. This place was recommended to me and I finally saw why it was. Will highly recommend Del Fuego for your Latin taste. Omg, go there ASAP you won't be disappointed. Great for family or like me on a date with such a romantic atmosphere. You won't be disappointed. Ps even the owner came by to ask us if we were enjoying our time and the food. Perfect nice touch.

Had a very nice lunch on the water with good food and wonderful views. The place is giant. Everything we ordered was on point!

Google
Best tacos al pastor. Tacos are mix and match with no sides. Burrito was gigantic and a great value. Very attentive staff.

Google
I’ve dined here twice since they opened and was very pleasantly surprised. I know this venue has been several restaurants over the years and this is the first time I will say I hope this place sticks around for good. The house-made salsa and chips are complimentary and delicious. After sharing fajitas, we still had tons left over to take home. Generous portions. They definitely use fresh ingredients and have house-made chips (yum)…also the skinny margarita was delicious!

Yelp
They're out of business Too bad casual dining on the water Damn I liked this place....had incredible happy hour

Yelp
I have always loved this location no matter what restaurant has been here. It's a gem of a location right on the intracoastal in Delray so you get a great view with your drinks and food! Del Fuego is an EXCELLENT restaurant and I am glad that's what's here now! My parents were visiting from Orlando and there was not much to do this holiday Monday so I brought them so we could check out Del Fuego! We arrived 15 minutes after opening on a holiday Monday and were the first guests. It did take a minute to get noticed but they were busily preparing for the day and the host stand isn't exactly in the line of sight of where most employees were busy preparing so I understood the lag in greeting time. Once we were greeted we got to go to the outside deck and had our pick of prime seats with an intracoastal view! I was pleasantly surprised to get a Happy Hour Menu (the Happy Hour menu says it's usually Tuesday-Sunday 11:30-7) The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed the delicious mocktails (also on happy hour pricing)!

Yelp
One of the newest restaurants in Delray, and it is my favorite food group: Mexican! Loved the way they decorated this spot, and the water views were perfection. I would definitely come back here with friends! Our server was very attentive and even provided some good recommendations. Note that I think the prices here are a tad on the high end, but the food is good! It wouldn't be a Mexican restaurant without starting out with chips and salsa! The salsa here is a bit spicy, which I like! The spicy margarita was also delicious! I got the chicken fajitas (my go-to at any Mexican restaurant) and my fiancé got the burger. We both really enjoyed our meals. This place has a couple huge bars and plenty of TVs to watch sports or other events. It is quite a large spot with both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors and the view was great! I hope people enjoy it as much as I did! Can't wait to try out more menu items!!

Yelp
I'm giving Del Fuego 4/5 though I think it's closer 4.5/5. The food was quite tasty. It's not the type of place that offers items like mole - for that you can try Roccos Tacos or El Camino further west on The Ave. Del Fuego has a very nicely adorned and laid out Tex-Mex themed interior. The true gift of the restaurant is that it's on the west side of the Intercostal where you can dine in view of the beautiful Floridian sunsets. It's across the water from Deck 84. We had the chicken fajitas and burrito plate (no tortilla), side of rice and beans and guacamole. The jalapeño corn bread was good, too. We sent the espresso martini back, too sweet. The chips and salsa were okay, not great. I thought the sauce was too watery and tasteless and the chips were mediocre (the chips and salsa are your first impression). I will definitely go back to Del Fuego, the food was good and it's a good value (not overly expensive like so many other restaurants in the area). I think the service could have been better, tho our server was helped by the other floating staff which fill-in the gaps. One of the challenges is that the restaurant is tucked away in back of the roadside building and I don't think many people will notice it driving and/or walking by (on their way to/from the beach). Maybe a small sign somewhere and good advertising could help. The fact that they're over the bridge could be a mental barrier, but maybe not as the walk across the bridge is quite scenic (it cries date-night) and again, the outdoor seating and view is a huge plus.

Melodie M.

Yelp
I love this location. A beautiful, open space with a large covered backporch right on the Intracoastal, across the bridge slightly apart from the hubbub of downtown, and free parking in an actual lot behind the building. This is a newish restaurant in a spot that has had quite some turnover in the past. I came here wanting to take my visiting family from out of town to a waterfront dinner spot without a reservation. We were aiming for Deck84, but decided to try out Del Fuego instead, which is directly opposite that restaurant. What I was not expecting was this was the perfect place to bring my kids. We were seated at the most perfect spot, at the North end of the back patio, directly next to one of the dock entrances, which has wooden fences along it. My children loved looking at the water to spot crabs, fish, etc, and because our table was so close, they were able to very happily be on the dock walkway while the adults lingered at the table. In this case, the beauty of the water, the novelty of watching wildlife and boats pull up, and the ability to let antsy children move their bodies as each of us took turns taking them on a walk around the dock, was so perfect. The dock has benches on it with brand new looking red cushions. I highly encourage Del Fuego to take advantage of this! My kids go to school in Delray, so I will definitely be checking out their happy hour (aka afterschool specials) menu, now that I know my kids love being there. There are only 3 items on the kids menu: chicken fingers with a million fries and 2 other things I can't remember. Needless to say, my kids filled up on the endless tortilla chips and endless-that-night pink lemonade cups (served child friendly in a clear plastic cup with a lid and straw), so it was doggy bags for their leftovers. Our waiter was awesome, so friendly and helpful, and he spoke Spanish to my Spanish-speaking in-laws. The endless complimentary salsa and chips was very generous. We ordered the guacamole, which looked kind of small but actually was appropriate for our table, though it lacked salt rather severely (an easy fix tho!). We all ordered different things. I had the taco beef quesadilla, and it was quite good! A tiny dollop of sour cream, but I assume if I had requested more I would have received it. Thank you for having a creative and robust 'mocktails and lemonade' section on the menu. I had an INCREDIBLE mocktail- pink, fizzy, delicious- I am craving one right now just writing about it: the 'Cactus Fizz,' with prickly pear, hibiscus, lemon, and ginger beer. Last but not least, the decor in the front lobby is super fun, and they definitely go down for best decorated women's bathroom, with a Frida Kahlo tribute and even ceiling decorations. Peaceful waterfront view, eats that everyone can enjoy, very happy children, and a drink to remember = sweet!

Jaci K.

Yelp
Del Fuego is hands down my new favorite restaurant. With El Camino and Rocco's right down the street, I thought it was a bold choice opening up another restaurant that attracts a similar crowd. However, after one meal here I'm sold! The decor is unreal. They took this location and completely transformed it! You can tell a great amount of thought , effort, and time went into every detail . Even the bathrooms are decked out with colors, art, patterns, and photos! The food? Incredible. It's a little on the pricey side compared to its competitor, but everything was very fresh and totally worth it. The taco was incredible and I really liked that they offer both corn or flour tortillas and give you the choice hard or soft. Their yuca was wonderfully crispy and came with a delicious dipping sauce. Every at my table left fed and happy! Their drink menu is UNREAL. They have so many tasty drinks to choose from. While I am pregnant and can't enjoy a cocktail, I really appreciated their variety of mocktails! I have ordered mocktails at many different places, and none have even come close to how delicious my drinks here were. Once again, knocked it out of the park ! My absolute ONLY complaint is that they advertise for happy hour (and it even says printed on the menu food and drink specials), but they are not currently offering any happy hour specials. My friends and I actually changed our dinner time to earlier so we could get some happy hour bites and save a dime , only to be told they aren't offering any discounts on food yet. They either need to add some happy hour snacks as advertised, or take that off the menu and promotional flyer.

Yelp
5-star. Impressive. Excellent. This place is underrated. First, owners and / or investors have put a ton of money into this place. It's a striking facility and no attention to detail is lacking. You'll get a sense of the ambiance from the pictures below. It's beautifully done. Second, the staff is superb if not superlative -- across the board. Staff members help one another out. All are sharp and attentive. You won't sit around in this restaurant waiting for your busy waiter to attend to you. Someone, even the manager, will stop by and ask how you are doing and whether you need anything. This place exudes teamwork and, at its best. Kudos. Third, few among us visit a restaurant for the ambiance. We want tasty if not scrumptious food. And, these place offers up the latter in spades. If you read our foodie reviews you'll know we're all about price-performance. None of us can unring the bell of inflation and the impact its had on businesses and this one is no exception. It' a new restaurant but prices are in line with what is charged across the country now for good Tex-Mex food. Fourth, the food. Ah yes, that's why we are here. The Carne Asada is superb. Ask for medium rare, unless so doing runs counter to your tastes, as it is superb. We eaten here twice and the the cuts of flank steak are not tough or stringy. They are a delight to the palate. The Shrimp Fajita dish is a welcome entree for those who want the Tex-Mex experience but who don't feel like a meat entree. The Chili Bellino presents as two Pablano peppers stuffed with rice in a bean mole sauce smothered in a quesadilla cheese melt-- it's spicy and hot but not Jalapeno hot -- and worth a try for those who want something different. The Pablano peppers will awaken your constitution for certain. Now for the appetizers. The Octopus is very tasty. I wish there was more of this scrumptious critter on the platter. The Nacho platter is for gluttons and yes, I was happy to lead the way for adventurers at our table. Oh, and a word about desserts. The flan is, as many say today, "... to die for ..." (I'm not sure I like Flan that much but it is a current expression in the foodie lexicon). And, the chocolate fudge brownie with a dopple of vanilla ice cream on tops with chocolate syrup and an accent of mint leaf really is to die for. Are there downsides? Not many. Here's a few minor mentions. 1. The bar does not serve frozen margaritas and I would have preferred to have one in this hot climate. But, you'll find a dizzying array of specialty drinks on the menu. Prices are a bit high but I suppose that's the norm for the current economic climate in the country. 2. The chips and dip are very good but the chips are not those paper-thin, fresh, tasty homemade chips from the resident chip machine that you'll find in places like the Uncle Julio's chain. But they were still a pleasure to try. 3. The entrees on the menu are limited in comparison to some other Tex-Mex places. But, keep in mind, this place is called a "kitchen" -- not a restaurant -- and while it surely is the latter, we must presume an intentionality behind the name and infer is had an impact on the offerings. The menu is replete with a diverse assortment of offerings overall and you're sure to find something you like here. Go and enjoy!

Yelp
Formerly the Argentinan restaurant named Che!!, on the East side of the Intracoastal across from Deck 84 I was a great fan of Che!!, and reviewed it here on Yelp some time ago Great Mexican food Amazing location, on the water facing West so the setting sun casts its magical red glow across the outside bar Service was always good and it still is! Very reasonably priced, given the location Go - you will not be disappointed

Jerry B.

Yelp
Burritos & Chicken Cassa. Excellent! Service excellent also. The girls had skinny margaritas which they really enjoyed.

Martine K.

Yelp
Service is 5 star+ as everyone was super nice and helpful. We would come back for that alone because usually newbie restaurants have issues with this. Not the case here. Lunie at the front of the house is super sweet with a great smile. Crispy chips are brought out with a salsa in the cutest chili pepper bowl. (Idk what happened to my pic!) I'm not a fan of the salsa... too sweet and smoky for me. I prefer a more tomato spicy pepper forward sauce but hey to each his own. We came in for happy hour and the house margaritas are 1/2 off and $3 off specialty margaritas and other drinks. The spicy Margarita i had was just ok. As of yet no food discounts are offered. July 7th they will open up to include lunch and perhaps add food discounts into their happy hour. We decided to split the Carne Asada meal ($31), which is a good sized piece of steak on top of jalapeño cornbread with peppers. We ordered it medium rare and it came out closer to rare which was fine by me. It was tender and had a good flavor. I would prefer a more substantial side (rice? beans?) for the price but it was good overall. Bianca was a terrific server and we would return just to get her again. I hope they do well here. They will definitely give the competition up the road a run for their money.

Yelp
New Tex Mex on the water in Delray so we thought we'd check it out. Killer location on the east side of the intracoastal on Atlantic Ave. They have a lovely outside bar and seating overlooking the intracoastal waterway. They added some sofas right on the docks with a beautiful view. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. The margaritas are made with Cuervo Traditional which is decent for house call tequila. We ordered the traditional with salt and the Skinny no salt and they were okay. The margaritas needed more flavor, maybe the fruit juices added weren't enough, I don't know but they lacked flavor. Nice spot - I hope they do well. That spot has been tricky in the past, but go give it a go and see for yourself. Cheers!

Holly R.

Yelp
Very friendly and welcoming staff/management. They did their best to accommodate our group's dietary considerations. Chips and not spicy salsa were served right away. Everyone enjoyed their fajitas, including the generous protein portion. The mushroom quesadilla was loaded with mushrooms, but scant on cheese. The enchiladas were tasty and filling. They were covered in a red sauce (nothing like suisa) with sweet plantain garnish. You can't beat the view from the deck on the Intercoastal. If you like Tex/Mex cuisine, this casual friendly place is for you.

Dina A.

Yelp
Absolutely perfect!!!! Happy hour menu is great!!!! Half price margaritas (I recommend the spicy). Also on HH menu: We had the nachos, dip trio and the $4 tacos... outstanding!!!! Apple empanadas we're a perfect finish!!! Go go go!!!!! Service was absolutely impeccable atmosphere was great! We'll def be back!!! Three of us are and I (mom) had 3 margaritas, bill came to $60!!!!

Scott S.

Yelp
Hidden gem off the Ave for sure. Have been several times since they opened and service is always on point with each team member going out of their way to make the dining experience great. Food has been excellent each time, oh and free chips and salsa too!

Niki V.

Yelp
Just stopped in to see the new place and have a cocktail. The service was fantastic and helpful. It had a beautiful view and was relaxed. The drinks were delicious and they served free chips and salsa. I cannot wait to go back and actually try the food. I will post again once I do try the food.

karen c.

Yelp
Great happy hour . Best salsa around , good prices and happy hour drinks . James is an excellent bartender , friendly and makes a perfect margarita.

Brad W.

Yelp
Mostly everything was good here, but a poor version of chips and salsa started the night out. The chips weren't stale, but needed an upgrade and the salsa was too watery. Of course, if you eat outside, then the water view can overcone the chips. The rest of the meal was mostly good with the veggie quesadilla loaded with veggies and cheese and my chicken fajitas had tender white meat and the usual accompaniments. The rice was a little crusty, but nothing a nice glass of sangria can cover-up too. No reservations needed on lovely Saturday night.

Brien S.

Yelp
Opened in July '23. Nice renovation. Good ambiance. Great location. Food and service were very average. Seemed like the margarita was out of a jug--definitely not fresh. Slow. Fairly expensive.

Melissa L.

Yelp
Your next favorite happy hour spot! A must try if you like Tex-Mex. The charred octopus taco was phenomenal, a wonderful combination of flavors with perfectly cooked pieces of octopus. The fried yucca was crunchy and delicious and homemade tortilla chips were warm and wonderful. The staff is extremely attentive and responsive. Multiple people came by to check on us and the food and drinks were brought out super fast! Everyone who worked there was very friendly and nice. The house margaritas are good, not the most flavorful but perfectly acceptable for a happy hour price. The restaurant is cute and well decorated. They have a cute patio with views of the water as well. Definitely one of the best Tex-mex restaurants in Delray.

Frank V.

Yelp
Best chicken wings I've had! Great view too. We arrived by boat and a dock hand helped us tie up. Service was excellent, highly recommend.

Steve C.

Yelp
Food was ok. No Don Julio Tequila is kinda strange. But we had to leave when they broke Florida law and sat a dog at a table inside. I refuse to eat dinner with your dog, and won't return to a restaurant that isn't people friendly.

Ricky D.

Yelp
I believe Del Fuego is closed and if that is the case then it's really no loss. None at all. Del Fuego is just one of a long line of restaurants that closed in this location and what makes the closings even more interesting is that the location is great with easy and free parking, enviable Intracoastal views and if you live beachside it's possible to avoid traffic and who doesn't like that? In the case of Del Fuego it was evident that it was not going to last as the food was terrible and was basically junk food served in a restaurant. It was far from an authentic Mexican (or even Tex/Mex) but the problem was also the low quality ingredients used which made the food similar to that of a level of a bad chain restaurant. The four other Del Fuego restaurants are in Suffolk County (Eastern Long Island) and sometimes a concept and price structure that work in one location won't succeed in another and I appreciate bringing in a reasonably priced restaurant - but their food was simply awful and they were not going to get many repeat diners. The owners and investors should have known their audience but instead they chose to go with the same concept, menu and product served in Suffolk but in an East Delray location. Even the drinks were disappointing with chemical mixes used instead of fresh fruit. Service was great with a wonderful staff and that was the best thing about Del Fuego.

C K.

Yelp
Great location but underwhelming decor, inept service and average food lead to a poor experience. We sat at the bar and after a prolonged wait Jimmy approached and was kind and warm. Sadly the apps lacked flavor. The chips were from a bag and overall I was disappointed.

Axm M.

Yelp
This will quickly become THE best Mexican (Tex/Mex) restaurant in the area! We are from Texas visiting and the salsa would make Texans jealous... That's how good it is! The infused and unique tequila's they have make the happy hour Margs to die for. I had the mezcal and highly recommend it. You gotta get in and try the chips, salsa and drinks for happy hour! You won't be disappointed. Then stay for an amazing dinner to see how good the service and food are too. Signed, Envious Texan P.S. When can we get a location in Dallas area?

Chanel H.

Yelp
Brand new Mexican spot on the water. We went here day 3 of them opening and service was a bit wonky because of how busy they were but overall great experience. Their drinks and tacos were good. They even had mock tails which was perfect for my friend who is pregnant. They give you chips and salsa when you sit down. I want to go back when they start happy hour food. Hopefully that's soon!

Dawne A.

Yelp
Ambience, excellent, food decent, bar service which is where we sat terrible. Drinks watered down and sadly they didn't really engage. The food runners had great attitudes, the manager he was also awesome, upbeat We ordered a few different things the Sweet Plantain bites were excellent, we then tried some tacos, seared shrimp, surf and turf, Al pastor and traditional, they were okay, sauces lack flavor. I definitely want to go back, try again as the location is awesome

Ellen L.

Yelp
I did. Wonderful food and great service. Love to my bartenders Nicki and autumn! Great tacos great service at bar. Love the bartenders

Rebecca W.

Yelp
Really good food. Server was very friendly but the overall service was a little slow. I would still return as this was the first month they were open. Margaritas were fresh and the Chorizo and black bean dip (not pictured) is a must try!

Catherine N.

Yelp
The food took way too long and no concession was make for the wait only an apology. First visit and I am hoping they survive. My fajita was over cooked unfortunately after waiting a considerable amount of time. I didn't want to complain but they need to take trip to Texas. Visit Gringoes in Pearland a bedroom community in Houston. Come home and emulate this restaurant.

Henry G.

Yelp
Food was ok, the service was a bit on the slow side but it was a holiday weekend and they were short on staff. I had the chili relleno and it was stuffed with mostly rice. More Italian than Mexican. I will go back and try the Fajitas ... one of the other people in our group had them and was very happy with them.

Kathy O.

Yelp
I visited this waterside gem for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised by both the stunning view and the exceptional food. The menu offered a diverse selection, and each dish showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients. The waterfront setting added a delightful ambiance, making it a perfect spot to unwind. I'm eager to return for a full dining experience and explore more of their culinary offerings.

Reza A.

Yelp
This restaurant had good potentials, but unfortunately they couldn't figure out the service or flavors. After operating for just less than a year, the Mexican flavors are not there and service has gone from mediocre to bad. They need to hire more servers and train them better. They use fresh ingredients and produce but there is no Mexican flavors.

Annette A.

Yelp
I really like this place if you are visiting delray. The drinks were great. The food was delicious and the staff very helpful. You couldn't get better scenery. It's right on the water. Definitely worth checking out. All day happy hour prices are very reasonable, but they should make a signature hot sauce lol.

Yale S.

Yelp
Well my wife and I decided to try this new place out and to my surprise it was a very welcoming restaurant and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Our server Dustin was very helpful when it came to explaining the menu to us. My wife had the burrito bowl with shrimp and I had regular wrapped burrito with shrimp also and both came with a side salad. We also ordered quacamole which was out of this world yummy . Like I said our waiter was very attentive to us. We will definitely be going back again and telling all our friends about Del Fuego.

Susan W.

Yelp
Long story short, I will absolutely be going back to Del Fuego. Longer story ... Ambiance. This is a very large space. Enormous! Good for large groups as well as families. No issues bringing kids if you choose to do that. They did a nice job using casual Mexican decor. Pretty much what I would have expected. Of course, the real gem is the view as there is outdoor seating right on the Intracoastal. Not something readily available in downtown Delray (outside of Deck 84). Even though it was a very warm evening (read: hot), we took full advantage and sat outdoors. Cooling misters and fans made it tolerable (as did the Margarita's!). Service. While I have read other Yelp reviews to the contrary, our service was OUTSTANDING. Our waitress could not have been nicer and was readily available for drink refills. Our food came quickly and with a smile. The Manager came by to check in and see how we were doing. Food. Shame on me for not taking photos, but (a) I was starved and (b) I was really starved. This is casual Mexican, so the plating is not 'fancy', but everything was presented very nicely and serving sizes were generous. To start, you get Del Fuego's version of Salsa and chips. I really do not know what was in this salsa. It certainly doesn't look like your typical chunky salsa with tomatoes and onion. This was silky smooth and a dark reddish color and most importantly, delicious! While I typically never eat the salsa, I consumed most of our tables serving on my own. I ordered the Baja Shrimp which I will happily re-order on a future visit. Often when I order shrimp dishes I feel cheated in that they're never inexpensive and come with literally a handful of shrimp (6, if you're lucky). I should have counted the shrimp because this may have been a record-breaker. They were cooked perfectly and came on a bed of rice with grilled zucchini. At $29 it was the priciest dish on our table, but I really felt it was well worth it. One friend ordered chicken fajitas which also was a very nice portion and came with rice and black beans. Another friend ordered the Ensalada Fruta with mesquite grilled chicken. Both of the portions were generous. No appetizers, no dessert. Total bill for 3 including 2 cocktails and a soda fountain drink was $97 and change (not including tip). Under $100 for dinner for 3 adults in downtown Delray Beach to me is an outright bargain. And with that view, even more so. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Well done, Del Fuego! You are indeed smoking hot!

Emily H.

Yelp
Food is okay. Bartenders were interesting. Not super attentive and it was extremely slow. Overall just a weird vibe now that it's this and they took away the upstairs eating! The whole point of going to that building

Joseph R.

Yelp
Had lunch here with my wife. Great service. Very attentive and friendly. I had the chicken fajitas which was fantastic. Cooked and spiced perfectly. By far the best that I've had. My wife had the tacos. Very generous size and delicious. Everything was very fresh and you couldn't ask for more. The draft beer as cold with and served in a chilled glass. One of the best locations in Delray , on the intercoastal. We go out a lot and this is by far the best (Tex) Mexican restaurant in Delray and right up there with the best restaurants in all of Delray. No way that you can go wrong .

Antonella R.

Yelp
Second time !!! Drinks delicious, food outstanding for the genre and very personable waitresses!! Watching boats pass by while eating is so relaxing

Julie M.

Yelp
Wanted so badly for this to be good. One of the best locations on water front but food was awful. Won't be much longer until they go out of biz. Location has been 4 different restaurants in 6 years. Del Fuego will not break the curse! At least the weather & view were fantastic. I am VERY confused about the reviews stating how good the food was. We were a party of 3 adults; One app, 3 different entrees & one dessert all tasteless. Really bad, unpleasant food! Why are folks writing about the endless chips? We had one bowl, asked for more but never got a refill.

Caitlin B.

Yelp
Nestled along the waterfront, this New Mexican restaurant offers breathtaking views, delicious gluten-free options, a friendly staff, and a charming outdoor patio. With panoramic vistas, the serene ambiance sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The attentive staff provides knowledgeable recommendations, and the extensive gluten-free menu showcases the restaurant's commitment to catering to dietary restrictions without compromising on taste. The flavors are vibrant, the patio seating is cozy, and every aspect of this hidden gem combines to create a delightful haven for food enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

Yelp
Food was terrible, waitress left our table unattended and we had to get another server to serve us. Food arrived cold and was unseasoned. Table was never cleared of our empty cups and appetizers. Would not recommend. A food truck would be better then this. Couldn't even get the salad correct. Tacos were cold and the steak was terrible. Sauce tasted like chalk it was very pasty. Do not come to this place if you actually want food.

Felicita Z.

Yelp
Our waiter was very nice as well as servers. The food was not so good. whoever is in the kitchen needs lessons in Mexican cooking. The black beans had no sauce, tasted like it was out of a can. The steak for the fajitas was full of Griselle. The catch of the day was Grouper NOT tasted frozen no flavor, The ribs had a strange taste(old) All sides served with the canned black beans. I took my family there and will not be going back. Very disappointed .

Yelp
Tried Del Fuego Delray for the first time and was beyond impressed. The service went above and beyond to ensure a smooth dining experience-- they were friendly, accommodating, and made sure that drinks, waters, and chips never went empty. Tried the charred octopus tacos which were fresh and full of flavor. We sat outside and the views are some of the best in Delray. The outside bar has a lot of room and seems like a great spot for some drinks, especially in good weather. Can't wait to see this restaurant as its open longer and we will definitely be back.

Yelp
Good location, ample parking. Good Tex Amex fare. Drinks are well prepared. Great place for a happy hour.

Yelp
The food was amazing. We sat outside on a beautiful Saturday night. We arrived at 930pm , even though they close at 10, there were no issues. Our server was a darling to us. So nice and great service. On top of that the food was amazing to add. I'm from NYC and I Know good food. This place was recommended to me and I finally saw why it was. Will highly recommend Del Fuego for your Latin taste. Omg, go there ASAP you won't be disappointed. Great for family or like me on a date with such a romantic atmosphere. You won't be disappointed. Ps even the owner came by to say hello and ask us if we were having a good time and enjoying ourselves. That was very nice.

Yelp
I would give Del Fuego a 11/10 if I could! I planned a birthday dinner for a party of 17 at Del Fuego. The manager Tom made the planning process so easy. When my guests arrived the margarita pitchers were promptly served as were my chosen appetizers. Everyone ordered off the menu, as they liked, and each order was timely and correctly served, not an easy task with that many people. I found most notable, that the servers were fun, friendly and efficient. The food was great, everyone raved about it. I had the chicken fajitas. My order was more than ample and perfectly prepared. The vibe of the restaurant is very appealing too. The view of the water adds an extra plus also. I highly recommend Del Fuego for a fun Delray meal out.

Yelp
They have done a great job with this place, really nice updates to make it a TexMex ambiance. Drinks were very good and service was also really good. Food was decent. They are working out some things in their soft opening but I would definitely give it another try. Overall seemed like a great staff.

Yelp
The view on the back deck is nice, the service was good, unfortunately the food taste like typical frozen chain restaurant food. There are much better Tex Mex options on the Ave.

Yelp
I really had a 1 star experience. I'm giving 2 stars because the salsa was good and the spicy margarita was decent- could've been stronger. The hostess was too busy talking on the phone when my group of 3 arrived. Service was terrible, and food was bland. Better management is MUCH needed.

Yelp
Great parking once you find the lot behind the building. Really nice location and Tex-mex appropriate decor. Came by with 3 friends for happy hour in a Wednesday. Bartender was making scratch margaritas, we had a couple each. Ordered guacamole and chips. Lovely happy hour. Will be back for dinner soon!
