Del Taco

Hello owner, if you are reading this I'm a local here and having a del taco close by is the best as it's my favorite fast food. I gave this location a lot of chances whether the food quality, bad service, and long wait times happen I thought it would get better. Today I went around 10am and find out half the menu isn't available because of no gas at your restaurant. Your restaurant should not be Open. You will lose more customers than you already have at this location. I then ordered a bean and cheese burrito and the beans were burned on top of that. I don't blame the employees everything falls on the owner. You have to do better. This is not Del Taco quality standards. You need to hire sufficient employees and properly train them. This location will fail if it isn't already. I've been going here since it's been open. Please consider what i said. Thank you.

If you’re in a hurry don’t come here. I ordered food from the Kiosk ( I hate not being able to order from a human) and no one was by the grill working for about 5 minutes after I ordered. Finally they came out of the back to start 2 orders. Probably won’t come here again.

Hi I want to say this is my first time at this location. I really just wanted to relax and eat something good after work. This place is clean and I had a issue with my order and was helped by Alexis thank you for being patient and professional.

@1:55pm 12/18/2025 waited in drive thru lane. 1 vehicle at window, one vehicle at ordering speaker they waited over 5 min to place order. When I got to speaker I was asked to wait. I waited over another 5 min thats a total of 10 min to even order. Person working drive thru was un professional and after waiting 10 minutes and had not even ordered I backed out of drive thru. Lost my business. Young male running drive thru needs further training on how to eitjer multi task or run window in fast food. Poor service

I have a high Gluten / Wheat Allergy. Visiting this location I was standing for 5 minutes waiting for service and then told by an employee that I have to use the Kiosk. I replied: I have some questions before ordering. Are you Nachos and street tacos Gluten free? The guy responded let me check with the manager. The manager said yes. He then told begin explaining our burritos and soft tacos also gluten free, I asked are those flour tortillas. He responded Yes. I explained then they are not gluten free because they contain wheat. The street tacos are in corn tortillas he stated. After eating I began belching badly and feeling bloated. About 35 minutes my stomach started feeling weird, I told my fellow co-workers I felt bad, I told them I think the food was not gluten free. That evening at the hotel my stomach my in waves and I began having diarrhea and feeling like I was going to vomit. This continued through the evening until the next evening. Which I was flying home the next day, needless to say this was a horrible experience. And this held on for 2.5 days. Please Train you employees and management on what Gluten Allergies are, so they don’t kill someone.

This del taco is owned by the same people as the gas station. Chandi empire. Watch out for this truck stop. My card was compromised at one of the two. I bought food and pumped gas. I had a weird feeling at both of these place but I didn’t realize they were both owned by the same people.

They prepared my food and put it on the side and I waited 10-15 minutes for them to give me food but after i asked for my food she said strawberry shake not ready i said atleast give me my food its getting cold even after i finished my food the shake wasn’t ready then i requested to guve me lemonade instead and i got small lemonade paid $4.49 for shake but she choose to guve me small lemonade crazy people

I did a online order ill show up a 10 pm The door was open and the schedule said they closed at 12am they told me that I had to pick up my order by the drivethru the person gave me a bad face I had to wait another 20 min just to pick up my order these people don't help allowed I don't know what's the point of ordering online if you have to wait anyway more than 20 min they need more people with better customer service and better performance the girl need someone to help her ill been diferents location and this one got me disappointed 😒 not sure if she is alone but she really need more help

We just went through the drive-thru and saw this on our re receipt! This simple gesture totally made my day!

This place is HORRIBLE. They park you EVERY-SINGLE-TIME! I order a medium drink and 4 snack tacos (stuff they don't have to actually cook or fry. Only assemble!) and they still park you. AND it takes them 8 mins to bring out 4 tacos and a drink to you. Mind you, i was the only one in the drive thru. And they only had 2 cars parked in front. Oh, and each time, they never give you sauce even tho they ask you what sauce you want before they tell you to park.

Sat at counter in front of woman at register while she did something on her phone for over three minutes without her even acknowledging me, so I just walked out. Not one customer inside or at drive thru...

We have been super excited about this del taco opening up. The place was obviously super clean. The staff was very friendly and moved quick. Once we got our food, everything was fresh and made to order. Can't wait to make this a quick stop on our way home.

This location is by far the worst I've ever been to. First off they will tell you to park every single time regardless of what you order. Then they take forever to bring the food out because there's other parked cars and they wait for all the orders to be done. Food was cold by the time it got to me. The worst part is they lie and say they park you so they can make fresh fries or fresh fish but then when you get the food the fries are cold and stale like the fish. If we go through the drive thru maybe consider we are in a somewhat time crunch and don't have time. The final straw for me was today I went at 9pm and they closed the drive thru and the doors. Are they not supposed to be 24:7? Whoever the franchise owner is needs to investigate that is seriously a lot of wasted money. Will never come back to this location id rather drive down the street.

Used to be the best del taco when they opened and then all the sudden their fryers are down after a certain time. This is my 3rd time coming in the past month and this issue happening. We had to drive off because we are just fed up now. Not to mention almost the whole menu is fried. Real disappointed when it's the closest del taco to where I live.

Stopped by to get some breakfast before work 5:40 am had me hold for a minute ended up waiting about 5 plus minutes just for me to leave so I wouldn't be late for work all I wanted was 2 chicken rollers ‍

Drive thru is always super slow now, Orders always screwed up. This location has fallen off big time. Waited 40+ minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. This happened 2 nights in a row, on top of my food order being totally wrong even tho they repeated the order to me at the window. Avoid at all costs.

They park all of their drive thru cars so they can get good times. Beware you will wait with several other cars in the parking lot. They have parked me every single time even when I'm the only order. Poorly made food, poor presentation. Staff was rude.

Just ordered through the drive thru. I didn't get their name but I'd hope they get their credit. It's 2:19 pm and they're working drive thru , a young male and female. Very nice. Smiled at us while helping us. Told us to have a lovely day. You can tell they are just great kids. I love to see when young kids take their jobs serious. I was 16 at my first job at Burger King and I completely understand not every one is worthy of being kind to. Keep it up you two !

Today is the 3rd time visiting this location and has not changed like I hoped! 1st time I waited 20 minutes after ordering through the drive through for a chicken quesadilla. 2nd time was shorted 2 burritos and 2 Cheeseburgers 3rd time today stopped quickly to get something before daughters game and was not given a chicken roller and the three burritos with 2x extra cheese were extremely cold. Unfortunately this seems to be a management issue at this location and obviously not getting better because this was the 3rd failed order. Pretty sad because this is a new opening.

Place sucks. Use to be great when it first opened but now it's crap. No cars behind me and yet i was still told to go to the front and wait. Waited 10 minutes just to get a burger and tacos. Don't get me started on the drinks. Ordered a large strawberry lemonade, like always when it first opened with no issue...but now it only had 2 strawberries and when I asked for more the lady told me that's how it's always made...

Service is average at best. I've been here numerous times and they forget things such as asking you what hot sauce you want and you get totally different hot sauce, or paying for extra meat and not getting it. I ordered one quesadilla with no cars behind me and they asked me to park out front. There were no cars behind me.

We just moved to the area and I can say that this is the best Del Taco I've ever been to. The food was extremely fresh and tasted delicious. The cashier Keoni was very nice and knew the menu pretty well he made it easy to choose. The restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely my new favorite del taco!

Went today for the first time. I was excited to try it. I would give it 0 stars. Food was cold and fries were super soggy.

Waiting for 5 minutes.no one coming to take the order on register. Time is- 04:41pm 19th June

Went threw the drive thru and order the tenders and when I got home it was just fires no tenders

This del tacos customer service sucks, i work around the corner and its the only food spot nearby. When i go through the drive through they have me order and then pay and park up front were they write what color car im driving on the front of the receipt. Also note that they dont give me my receipt, and im only ordering a single meal. There is no reason to park up front and have my order messed up three times now in the past week. Also the customer service sucks they are very rude when coming up to the cars and at the window when paying.

Terrible food and service they never have food ready fast they take forever I waited 30mins for a order of fries and a drink and they still forgot to bring my drink and took 5 more minutes to get my drink ... fuck this place and the workers go somewhere else don't waste you're time... I'd give a 0 stars if I could

I was so excited to have a del taco in my area, especially within walking distance. But this del taco has been a huge disappointment. I've been here 4 times and they have gotten my order wrong every single time and do not give me hot sauce when I ask. I'm willing to keep trying since they are a new business but they honestly need to get their s*it together. If they improve, I'm willing to re write my review and give them a better rating.
