Del Taco

My family and I enjoyed the food. Quiet atmosphere, great service. The shrimp burrito was my favorite.

This was my first time trying Del Taco, I really enjoyed the nice atmosphere. The customer service was excellent I really enjoyed speaking with Ms. April she was very polite and kind. I really enjoyed the Epic Guacamole Grilled Chicken Burrito , all the ingredients were delicious and tender all the way through.

Food was fine. This was my first time here. Service was great, though.

This was the worst food that I have ever eaten at a fast food restaurant. I ordered six asada steak street tacos and they were cold and just did not taste Good at all. My daughter ate two bites of one and by the time we got home she was crying that her stomach was hurting so bad. I had to stick my fingers down her throat to make her throw it up. We ended up throwing all of the tacos away. I just did not even feel like going back to complain to get a refund but I will never ever patronize this establishment again. This was disgusting. They only get one star because I had to add one.

Great fast food here, along with excellent service! Restraunt is clean and nice atmosphere. A step up from taco bell. A great value for the money! I recommend any of the burritos with potatoes in them!

The young lady at the drive thru windows tonight is always very nice and efficient at her job. Plus as a senior, she provided a soda for me...thank you so much! A very nice gesture!

I been here a couple times but refuse to come back. Tbh I only come here for one thing and its their fish tacos which are really good. However... I have found hair in the food multiple times. In addition, they have given me the wrong order even when they aren't busy.

Ordered the New Birria Taco combo. Completely disappointed at paying 12.60 for this combo. I feel jipped. I could have went to Monterrey and sent the same amount for Real Birria Tacos! Yall need to go back and revise this combo because it's giving lack luster compared to your TV commercials which prompted my excitement. This combo gets a 1 out of 10.

Once a week for the last several weeks, my husband and I have stopped here on our way to the interstate. Everything we've tried has been fresh, prepared properly and been delicious: crunchy (ground) beef tacos, soft chicken tacos with pico de gallo and no sauce, and crunchy tostadas. Sorry, no pictures yet but will try to remember to post next week. LOL! The staff is always pleasant. We never eat in but the restaurant is a great place for families, meetups, and alone time. It's always clean when we've visited. The ambience is chilled with bright signs and lighting. As an FYI: Tuesday evenings, they have a special for crunchy beef tacos and Thursday for soft chicken tacos. Enjoy!

The food was amazing, it came out hot and most places I go it doesn't. Then the service was also good. The man who gave me my food he was so kind and he also cracked a couple of jokes . But overall I recommend trying Del Taco!

Went there for lunch at 1pm. Got an Epic Queso burrito (which is basically just a Cali burrito without guac) and a BBQ Brisket burrito. The BBQ one was awesome, brisket better than most BBQ places in AL and GA. The Queso one I ordered 2 portions of guac to the burrito and only got like 2Tbsp put in there. This burrito was also really lacking on pico. It was still good, but not as good as it should've been. Also the trash was full outside, and I was the only one there so it's not like they're too busy to empty it. This place would probably get more business with more attention to detail, but it's still head and shoulders above any good Taco Bell.

Visited this location on December 9th 2023. I ordered the epic Cali Bacon asada burrito and a medium drink. I was very disappointed in the food quality it seemed thrown together and wasn't very flavorful I could not taste any bacon. I waited approximately 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. This is not acceptable. As I went through the drive-thru I cannot evaluate the inside but I can definitely say the drive-thru was messy oil stained and the trash can next to the drive-thru exit was overflowing with trash on the ground. Come on del Taco you guys can do better than this!

No fret on the three stars as the sole two employees working inside & on the Drive-Thru did well. Craving Tacos after the Scrimmage Game & was surprised to see the Beyond Burger on the menu. Unfortunately after confirming no cheese, my Taco ended up with cheese, no waste though as I gave it to my Sister. In addition to my Tacos, she had a couple of Cripsy Tacos & was good enough for the last-minute, quick Tacos. Other menu items include Bowls, Burgers, Burritos, Nachos, Salads, Shakes & more while extremly easy on your pockets. The Drive-Thru employee was active in pushing their Rewards program where you get can a discount on your next visit & other freebies along the way.

Okay, not the best visit to be writing a review about but knowing I won't be coming back to this location for some time since it's a bit out of our usual way... just wanted to add it was the most pleasant drive thru experience considering I was just redeeming my birthday shake. The first staff member taking my order was so cheerful and even told me "go for it" when I told them I was just here for the free shake and pretty much nothing else. The second staff member (maybe the same person?) handed me my shake and told me happy birthday. I mean, birthday deal redemptions should be this straightforward but often times it isn't! While I don't live or frequent this area, but if I ever am, I think I will definitely drop by again for a regular meal - likely recollecting the fuzzy, warm memories I experienced at this visit.

The Food was hot. Service was reasonable. My family and I had to pull ahead but the service was pleasant. We ordered a good bit of food and everything was in the back and they even offered refills for the wait.

Food is great here but when its comes to combo's you dont get what you pay for and this is so wrong. Warning check your bag and make sure its the number you ordered before you leave the drive thru window. Everything now days cost to much to eat out. For one that dont eat meat was going over to a family get together and get all the way over there about to eat and it was not what I ordered Seem like the workers had a great conversation going on compared to get my order complete and correct.

I wish I could give them a -1, I have been there 3 times since they opened and all three was the worst fast food experiences I've had. The food is old, burnt or both, how you mess up a shrimp burrito and fish taco, i bit into what seemed to be a nice size shrimp burrito and spit out one of the hardest piece of shrimps I've ever had, I open the burrito to find all the shrimps was old looked refried from 2 days ago, I really think this place needs to closed down. On top of bad food the go taking orders has his mask down to his chin. Never again will they get a penny of my money..

Too bad they aren't open when they are supposed to be. Supposedly open at 11 but at noon the doors are locked and the lights are off. I guess the people inside are just taking the owners money and not working.

Guy at the window was very rude bad attitude . Wouldn't reach out the window to hand me my food or card common courtesy is appreciated and this experience at this restaurant was not it .

Seriously, they close when they want to an do what they want. The sign says 2 the website says 2. But they close around midnight when ever they feel like. It

Yuck. I was hopeful this would be a good spot especially for street tacos. It is not. I had steak and it had weird texture. I think it definitely needed more onion. If it had cilantro I couldn't taste it. Had a coupon for bogo shredded taco. Tried hard and soft shell. Hard shell is more food but they use some meat that tastes like roast beef. Now if I had some horseradish might have tasted ok. But roast beef and tacos did not mix well for me. I only ordered cuz I had the coupon. I do want to try their chicken and fish tacos to see if they're better. The people that work here are nice so I hate giving a bad review but I just didn't like the food.

I've been trying to eat here for months. The drive thru is open but the dining room never is. I don't eat tacos in my truck. Mostly I stop by at 1:30 pm on Fridays so it's not like it's an unusual time. The problem is their complete lack of consideration for visitors. There are no signs indicating that the dining room is closed. I have to get out of my truck and try the door only to find it locked.

Sometimes I forget about needing a good fast food fix, West Coast style. This is one of the very few fast food places I will actually eat at. And since I am eating like a whale from all of this breastfeeding and fast metabolism, their gigantic avacado chicken burrito's are heaven.

This Del-Taco makes me want Del-Taco EVERYTIME I'm in the area. Now, the menu may not be as consistent because limited-time offers go too quickly, but its the customer service which makes this Del-Taco DIFFERENT. The employees, particularly the current manager, carry a positive energy that truly makes you feel welcome, almost everytime you are there (Lunch hours are very busy). The manger is very nice, and very approachable. Even before her promotion to manager she made the Del-Taco a more enjoyable restaurant. The manger has provided a positive and very pleasant energy to the entire restaurant and I really appreciate her effort in trying to make it a happy and welcoming place. The employees have been generous, giving extra items or compensating for errors in an order, and they have been friendly, willing to talk with customers. There is an appreciation for the customers, which really makes me want to keep coming back. Also, the food is indeed good. Sometimes a little messy, but its fast-food, that happens. The tacos and burritos can be filling, especially if you find the right items, and the seasonal shrimp tacos reel almost my whole family in everytime they are available. Del-Taco may not be the 1# Fast-Food chain in the world, but THIS Del-Taco means something to me in my heart.

Food was good Service was not A guy was on the Cash register and didn't know what Their $1 tea was about Then there was no Unsweetened tea on drink counter So when I went to get a refill He is walking around with my cup and does not know where the Drinks are held by the Drink up window Then he dumped my ice out and gave me back a Cup with warm tea The Manager said he was new Sounds like a TRAINING problem

Amazing food with amazing service! Going through the drive thru is quick and friendly, and Del Taco is taking extra precautions for their customers during COVID-19. Out of my many times there, only once was my order incorrect, and the GM was extremely helpful in getting the error fixed. As I said, amazing customer service!

Mannnn this is the second bad experience and if i could give zero stars I would. The first time I didn't write a review but they gave us cold hard fish tacos and tonight I asked for a vegan beyond meat burrito and they gave me it with cheese and sour cream but before that I ordered over $30 worth of food and she handed me my drink and said okay have a great night see u next time and I'm like woah wait where is my food and was so clueless . Don't think I'll go back to this location ever

Douglasville has upped their Mexican American fast food game by adding Del Taco. Love the convenient location, drive-through and $1 menu!

WOW Del Taco is so much better than Taco Bell! The employees are always friendly and my order is always correct. The food is really good and the quality is high. I only discovered Del Taco a month ago and have been about 10 times. The prices are also great especially since I'm on a really tight budget while in college. I usually only spend $2-$3 thanks to their $1 off coupon.

The food is decent, the service is slow. Less time is taken at a sit down restaurant. It has been about an hour to get something. I will not return

We had a great experience! Contrary to negative reviews this location was spotless, cashier friendly and fast, food delivered quickly, hot and fresh. Place was packed and the staff appeared to have it under control!

The tacos are crunchy even after Driving home, which is more than I can say for Taco Bell. They are also always happy to modify anything to your dietary needs. And the employees are so incredibly polite! It's like chick-fil-a but with tacos.

This was my first time eating at a Del Taco. I had a Del Taco, Bean burrito and beef burrito. I went through the drive thru . Service was quick and friendly. My order was accurate. I was very impressed with the price and how much beef ,beans and cheese were in each of my items. Beats Taco Bell hands down! I will be back!

I'd Give these guys 0 stars if I could only because they don't server breakfast at their location. Other than that, I've had better Del Taco at other locations.

Wow! So much better than Taco Bell!!! The quality of the food here is far superior than Taco Bell, and also the staff seems to be more attentive to their customers. I'm so glad Taco Bell finally has some competition here in Douglasville, GA.

This was the second time I walked out without ordering! The service is awful and the staff refused to acknowledge I was at the counter. The restaurant was busy but no one ever said hello, we'll be right with you, nothing ! Where was the manager???? Who owns this franchise? Del Taco needs to CLOSE UNTIL THEY LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went with a group and we got around three or four different burritos, along with the rest of our food. They were not marked properly and we couldn't tell what they were without opening them. We ended up with one burrito missing and another burrito had been mismarked and was therefore eaten by someone else. When I went up to the counter to explain what had happened I was ignored. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before I politely called for one of them to come over. They completely blew me off and then made me wait another 15 minutes while they made other people orders, after I had told them I never got my burrito. When they got second I was able to explain the whole story, and tell them about both burritos and all they wanted to do was argue with me about it. It was the worst service I've ever experienced. They gave me so much attitude and disrespect that I felt I couldn't trust them to even make my food professionally and I asked for a refund. They had me stand there for ten minutes before I asked again to see the manager, and they told me she was coming. I waited another ten minutes before having to put my foot down as I had already told them we were trying to leave. I work in the food industry and the level of unprofessionalism absolutely astounded me. I love del taco but there's no way in hell I'll be back. I still can't believe it was that bad
