This was the first time, in a very long time, I've went to Del Taco. Immediately, in the drive thru Aneisha, (she said she was a manager) was giving attitude. I'm in customer service, I get we have bad days, but she was rude from the start. Then, when we said, she was being rude, she refused us service. I HAVE NEVER BEEN REFUSED SERVICE IN MY LIFE. We didn't cuss at her, we weren't rude to her, we just hadn't been to Del Taco in a longtime and she gave us attitude on every item we tried to order. Then we asked for the manager, she said "I am the manager," I said "well I'd like to speak to you face to face". She said, "That's fine but you're still not getting served!" We went to the drive thru window and asked for her name, she refused and shut the window. I walked In, and another crew member said "Aneisha". I understand dealing with people can be frustrating and hard, but WE WERENT THOSE PEOPLE! She should not be working in your drive thru, representing your company, let alone be a manager as she said. She dismissed us, and refused service because we said she was being rude and had an attitude. I don't want anything but an apology. "Aneisha" should not be in customer service if she treats even polite customers the way she treated us tonight. Sadly, this is the only Del Taco around Orlando so I definitely will not be going back while "Aneisha" is working. I dont care if you are serving tacos or caviar, there is no reason for that disrespect and complete lack of service.
