Del Taco

The food is great. I have one close to where I live. But two of the employees at this location can't take your order correctly or can't read an order. A friend and I were passing through while on vacation. It was late and we got a hotel. This was close and we both enjoy Del Taco. We had to go back three times before they got our order right. Another employee was called in because another had called out. He was the one that made our order correctly. The worse experience we ever had at any Del Taco I've been too

Absolute nightmare, this was my first time at Del Taco and I will not be coming back. My Mother and I needed a quick meal but ended up waiting 40 minutes for a small meal. The only reason we didn’t leave is because we were stuck in between cars. Food was mediocre at best but she filled it up with 100 hundred packets of sauces. The picture posted is the line up of cars that I am currently looking at while eating, the line has not moved for 20 minutes.

Drive employee great service. Ordered 3 tostados and couple burritos and drinks. Went back to hotel 3 mins from del taco. Couldn't wait to eat my tostado haven't had one in years!! It was horrible tasted old (the shell) and ingredients had a bitter taste. Spent $20.00 and ate none of it. Just one bite. Tried calling no answer but it is lunch time and they are busy. Try to contact a little later I tried using the link that you posted in the reply but it says bad link. Normally i wouldn't have wrote a review but there are some things that should be brought to the attention to mgmt. Here is my receit. Maybe a refund could be the next step.

Came in tonight and ordered 4 items. They didn't have sauce packets out for customers to grab, so I requested a handful of medium and some mild because I like a lot of sauce on my food. I was denied my request and told I needed to purchase extra sauce packets. I thought she was kidding butshe was not. In 25 years I've never had a del taco ask me to purchase hot sauce So in the end I had 10 dollars worth of food refunded and thrown away over hot sauce packets. Went next door to chick Fila who gave me all the sauce my heart desired Seriously, who's running this clown show. You made the executive decision to throw away 10 dollars worth of food over a handful of hot sauce packets? Solid business practices here at this Del Taco

After I took a bite I realized that this was a huge waste of money. The tacos were empty. I'll never go there again!

May 14, I took my mom and my friend to Del Taco on Flamingo and Valley view. The French fries were cold. How long were they sitting on the counter?? Very disgusting. We ordered three meals and we were very we also didn’t get any taco sauce. disappointed in the food.

While on vacation I had to stop by and dine at one of my favorite spots that I no longer have access to since moving. They didn't disappoint. I had chicken soft tacos, fries, crunchy tacos, and steak and egg burritos. Of course this was during 2 visits. 😆 Bottom line, everything was great.

Update 9/26/23 Your right hand side front door needs to be fixed. It tends to stay open, increasing your power bill. Your men’s room door trim is damaged. And the inside is graffitied. Your employees should really be friendlier, offer sauces, wipe down/clean up the dining room more regularly. Update: 9/23/23 I go to the counter inside to order. A single Del Taco that I’m about to redeem on the app with points. They have one young Latino guy, with a bit of a lisp, who’s mainly working the drive thru, and apparently taking dining room orders as well. He argues with me, telling me that I need to order another to validate the offer. WRONG! That is NOT how you treat a customer. He said that there was another offer like that. Ok. There might be, but this wasn’t it. The proper way to have done it would be to scan the QR code after putting the order in on the register. Which is exactly what Stephanie told him to do. And this moron would’ve seen that HE was wrong, not the customer. You really need to get a better staff here, and train the employees better. I worked at a Taco Bell in 1988/1989, when it was much more difficult to work a register. And there were no apps. This location is by far the worst one in Spring Valley. Six months ago: It’s 7:11 PM on a Sunday and they ALREADY locked people out of the dining room, though the sign says it’s open until 9p. If you’re going to close early, put a sign on your door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The young Latino girl with the dark straight hair behind the counter, just made a face at me when I told her that a lot of the dining room tables were dirty. Totally rude and unprofessional, like I was inconveniencing her by pointing out that someone should do their job while people want to dine inside. She was also wearing a mask, we’re three years into this fake pandemic and she’s still wearing a mask. This happened at about 7:20 tonight. I’d tell you her name, but she probably wouldn’t give it to me.

Not the biggest deal, but can be depending on how long this has been going on. Dishonest pricing on advertisements as shown on my receipt. Your Thursday promo is 3 chicken soft tacos for $2.89 plus tax. My receipt show I paid $3.04 before tax. It was brought up to the cashier, but not worth a refund. I would however love an explanation and this should immediately addressed by updating your signage or pricing.

My girlfriend had said how she wanted to go back to Del taco when we came here to Vegas to visit. I had heard of Del taco I've never been in just assumed it would be good because she kept saying she wanted to go. We get there she goes, I only ever get two things from here, the chili fries and strawberry lemonade, I've never actually had their tacos. well, first nothing on the menu even looked good. The pictures, the descriptions, just didn't major sense. I had their steak tacos and from someone who has a love-hate relationship with Taco Bell. I gotta say this isn't anywhere close. The taco was not prepared correctly, the food was cold and it tasted like it had been sitting out all day maybe more. Will not be going here again.

I got there right before 10pm and they had their door locked! Not cool! Employees laughed instead of helping me

Fast, efficient, and got my oder right down to the extras. I was did drive through so I didn't see the inside.

The hot sauce on your fries are a must, use the medium sauce, it has the best flavor. Great team!!! All was clean.

I get my post gym meal here and Jonathan always has a polite and welcoming attitude that just makes the experience smooth and delightful. Late night shift is never easy and he holds his head high and I respect that.

Birria Ramen was awesome. The person on DT was nice. I was in and out within 5 minutes.

The food was OKAY they took a long time too make but whatever, NOW the service was bad the workers don't clean or restock their food.... Anyways u should not come here instead go too chick fil a next door DONT COME HEREeeE

Worst customer service at the window the guys took my payment and then told me to move forward way past the window so it would stop the clock and then wen I told him no he told me I need to go park in front then even tho no one was behind me and they were just standing around laughing doing nothing. And when I asked for a manager he told me he was but wouldn't give me his name I will never be coming back to this location

Yuck, old beans that are dried out. They don't read the order and won't put napkins or sauces that are ordered on the app. This is regular operating procedures for this location. Basically they don't give a blank. Hello you idiots. Stop putting the Yelp stick on the pick up window at the drive thru. I am now going to tell the truth about food and service. Crap at best. Manager needs to be fired. I've been to this location numerous times as they are located across the street from Goldcoast casino where I like to play. Bad, bad, bad. Don't waste your money.

I've been to this Del Taco several times. Each time it's an issue. Today I ordered 4 soft tacos. I got 4 hard shell tacos. I went back to get the correct order and was told they never had an order for 4 soft tacos. I'm done with this location!

This is a bad del taco. Came here late Sunday afternoon. Didn't look busy. To be fair, the service was fast and the staff were polite but not friendly. The outdoor area and drive through were clean and well maintained. They did a handful of things I don't like. They only gave us one napkin for two people. They filled the cups all the way up with ice so we got less soda than usual. Picture below. We ordered two beef burritos add sour cream. They didn't put the sour cream on so we paid an extra 1.20 plus tax for nothing. The fries were over fried. More brown than golden brown. They were also cold. I ordered the snack queso quesadilla and they didn't put queso on it, just shredded cheddar. The queso gives it more flavor and prevents it from being dry. It's an important part of the item. To top it all off she handed me my credit card back with greasy finger prints all over it. Any one of these things is ok and I understand that mistakes can happen. But there were so many problems with this order. The staff are either overworked or just don't care. I've been to several other locations with excellent service and order accuracy. I don't see myself coming back to this one.

I clearly sense a theme here, based on other reviews. Customer service sucks. 10 minutes ago I asked to place two separate orders through Drive-thru, was told no by the guy running the window. That's fine, you lost my business. Went next door to Wahoo's for better food. My friend wanted your cheap burritos, I was only going to order for convenience. Well, you made it inconvenient, so your loss. Hope your franchisee or corporate reads these reviews.

I just when to this place the manager took my order and then said pull over to the window retard... service it's pretty bad here. Do not go to this del taco. I will make a complaint to the corporation.

Nothing special to talk about. Friendly service. Food ok. They even clean the tables now and then.

This location should be taken back from the Franchise ! Consistently bad service !!! Today I walked out. A customer in front of was Vaping two feet from the Managers face !! She said nothing. I politely asked the customer not to vape inside Del Taco. The customer behind threatened my life. I had to walk out. This Location is the worst one ! I stayed at Gold Coast right across... and it's convenient..

Slowest service ever. Sat there for over five minutes and they kept saying just give us a few more minutes trying to figuring things out not worth your time.

Yet again they never fail. The worse location in the valley. Food took forever. Food was made with the wrong ingredients. This location just needs to close.

Well, this is starting horribly. I was told I had to try this place. Pulled into the drive-thru. So far, I have been sitting for close to 20 minutes with three cars in front of me, and I still haven't ordered. The cashier was running the counter and drive-thru. She repeated my order three times and still forgot to ring up all the ordered items. After a total of 45 minutes stuck in the drive-thru, I finally got my complete order. The double burger with Chili Cheese fries was delicious. The chili leaves a pepper burn in your mouth afterwards. The Carmel Apple milkshake was even better than the burger and fries. The tart apple taste with the creamy sweetness of the carmel was a perfect match. What dropped the starts was the wait time, order mistake, and sadly watching the shakes being made me nauseous. The blender is not wiped down between shakes, so if there is an allergy or time between making shakes so much bacteria growth.

We just passed thru the drive thru here and ordered two breakfast meals and a large water...can you believe they charged us the same amount as for a drink! For water! Wow! The food was good for a fast food restaurant.

this place is disgusting, I ordered a bold burrito (burrito with fries) and when I bit into the burrito the colds were cold, and tasted it real weird. I spit it out, opened the burrito and seen the fries had mold on it. I was sooo disgusted and kept throwing up and brushing my teeth and tongue to get that taste out my mouth. imagine if I had swallowed it or If my son was the one to eat it. Smh absolutely unacceptable!!!

Wish I could give negative stars! Absolutely horrible human beings working at this place...35 min in drive thru line where I'm trapped...20 of those minutes right in front of order box with nothing! All attitude! Entire staff needs to go...one is just as rude as the next! Appalling behavior!

worst service ever and the inside of the place was filthy . I came in with my registered service dogs . he refused us service because he said they needed a best to be a service animal witch is not true . the manager was completely disrespectful and caused a huge line just to argue about something he was completely wrong for . this man should be fired

I understand you're next to the Strip. I realize that messes with a normal restaurant operation. Don't ask me to move up to fake your metrics. Learn how to run a restaurant or set reliable standards.

Horrible del taco Obnoxiously long wait times, 25 minutes atleast each time. Dirty inside, don't waste your time

I got in line in the drive through and immediately when I got up to order, I got attitude from Steven. I read my order to him straight off of a list, and he repeated everything back, so there shouldn't have been any confusion, but there was. I was charged, wasn't given a receipt, and then waited about 5 minutes before Steven came back to the window with my order. I counted my order and it was not correct so I looked back at the window to see Steven just staring at me. He gave me a thumbs up and I shook my head "no." He opened the window and said "what." I told him I ordered a guac'd up chicken taco that wasn't in the bag, and he told me "you didnt order that." I showed him the list I read off word for word and told him I'm positive I ordered it. He continued trying to tell me I was wrong and eventually he tried to fix it by offering me guac on the side, which I accepted because I wanted to be done with him. He shut the window and opened it right back up and said "4 dollars." I told him he's got to be joking and started to shut the window so I drove off. Not the worst, but Steven is definitely a terrible server. I think to make sure this does not happen again, Del Taco should install a screen at the speaker so we can see what we are being charged for and also make sure your employees give out reciepts.

Stopped by this Del a few times. This location is awful. It's dirty, slow, and understaffed. Doors are locked during business hours. No trash cans. No seating. No staff. It took forever to get my food. I sat in the drive thru for 41 minutes. The employee basically threw my food to me and didn't apologize. Wasn't friendly at all. Their drive thru is terrible. My next visit I had to knock on the door to get in. The two employees who looked like managers were not friendly. Waited a long time to take my order and to get my food. The area is sketchy. Thugs loitering around the restaurant. Be cautious and know your surroundings. Overall, I would not return to this location. I do not recommend this shady and understaffed Del Taco. Staff needs to step it up. They need to take a customer service course or a management course. Hopefully service will improve. Hopefully things will change for the better.

Spoke with manager about a chicken guacamole burrito I ordered today. It had about one tablespoon of chicken in it and no guacamole at all. It was 99% beans and rice and a flour tortilla with a bit of lettuce. The manager at this store did not apologize at all and had a terrible attitude. I was far away from the store by the time I discovered the issue and was hoping she might offer to refund me or give me a credit for another day. Instead she insisted that I bring the burrito back so they can remake it. Unacceptable to have to drive half way across town to fix a mistake they made. Terrible attitude. Zero customer service and zero remorse.

just ordered from this location on grub hub, got the loaded quest chicken burrito, there was literally no queso in it. would love to know where it went and why i spent my hard earned money dollars on a QUESO BURRITO WITH NO QUESO

Honestly this is one of my worst fast food experiences ever. I mean it's del taco so I'm not expecting a five-star experience, but what transpired today makes me never want to come back to this location or honestly any location ever again. This was hands-down the worst service I have ever encountered. There was exactly one car in front of me at the drive-through and it took me 31 minutes to get through the drive-through. I couldn't back out because another car was behind me. I had a very simple order, two tacos and one burrito and one drink. Every item was on the menu and nothing was special ordered. When I arrived at the window they asked me if I still wanted my guacamole on my tacos. I said "yes, why wouldn't I?" For the next six minutes, all they did was laugh inside and not do anything. They don't give receipts when you pay for cash apparently, that's what they said and then I had to ask for my drink and I quote they said "I had no clue you ordered a drink." I replied "I would show my receipt but I didn't get one."The food was ALL missing the guacamole and was terribly put together. This location needs to seriously reevaluate their employees. I will not be back!

It's cheap tacos and it's open 23/7, not much else to say. I'm not a fan of the flavor of the the Del Taco rice, but the tortillas are pretty good. I asked for no cheese on one of the items and there was cheese on it. Not a huge deal, but par for the course, I guess. It's easy to get to if you are staying nearby.

Worst Del Taco ever! Being a resident of this area. I've been only able to order from them in the last 6 months. It always some reason why they can't serve. Tonight was because they were counting money and my car was on their sensor. That's where they ask me to move forward causing a delay in my order which after I simply cancelled cuz they blame me for driving back onto their sensor which cause them to perform their duties a lot faster which in turn made them work faster.

Ay ay ay.. I seldom feel compelled to leave a negative review, unfortunately this establishment has awoken the beast within that is a leaver-of-negative-reviews. For starters, I could feel my body catabolizing as I waited in line in the drive through after ordering my 2 macho combo burrito meals + sada fries. The other reviews are not kidding, I even pulled up reviews while waiting in line to see if others had experienced the same at this location. Finally, after waiting what seemed hours I received my order. Now at this point struggling to even pull the burrito out of the bag due to my crippling and debilitating starvation, I took a bite. Man was I let down. I would've been better off just ordering a lettuce burrito because that is essentially what I received. I am not one to leave food uneaten, but I couldn't continue to put myself through suffering and had to do like fabolous says and "throw it in the bag". The sada fries were no exception, flavorless almost even insulting to the palette. I will not be back to this location, nor another del taco for many moons.

Should be negative stars!!! DONT go here unless you have 30 minutes to wait in a drive through. One time they told us they were doing a shift change so would be 30 minutes and the last time we went they were out of ground beef. How are you a taco place and out of ground beef... I can cook ground beef in five minutes. They always have excuses and honestly it's the worst tacos and food I've ever had and I'm not sure how they are even in business. Taco Bell is around the corner and always so much better. Not only that the staff is very rude and needs to find jobs that aren't customer service related.

I'm actually sitting in the drive thru waiting for me 4 tacos. The girl had me move up a little so their timer stops beeping. From what I heard In the past del taco has a timer that starts from when you roll up to the window that tells them how long their taking.. I'm writing this entire review and STILL AM WAITING AT THE WINDOW. it shouldn't take this long for 4 tacos

The worst Everything ever. I have never seen this bad and disgusting customer service anywhere before. Food is disgusting too.

They are slow with preparing food. I put a doordash order in with them and it took them almost an hour too finish making my order. I also have went in drive thru and the employee was rude as fuck. He looked high. Their whole Del Taco team are just lazy.
