I got in line in the drive through and immediately when I got up to order, I got attitude from Steven. I read my order to him straight off of a list, and he repeated everything back, so there shouldn't have been any confusion, but there was. I was charged, wasn't given a receipt, and then waited about 5 minutes before Steven came back to the window with my order. I counted my order and it was not correct so I looked back at the window to see Steven just staring at me. He gave me a thumbs up and I shook my head "no." He opened the window and said "what." I told him I ordered a guac'd up chicken taco that wasn't in the bag, and he told me "you didnt order that." I showed him the list I read off word for word and told him I'm positive I ordered it. He continued trying to tell me I was wrong and eventually he tried to fix it by offering me guac on the side, which I accepted because I wanted to be done with him. He shut the window and opened it right back up and said "4 dollars." I told him he's got to be joking and started to shut the window so I drove off. Not the worst, but Steven is definitely a terrible server. I think to make sure this does not happen again, Del Taco should install a screen at the speaker so we can see what we are being charged for and also make sure your employees give out reciepts.
