What an amazing experience. Was at the spa with my daughter. I dont think I have had such an amazing, mind-boggling experience as I had here. The massages are literally tailored to your whim and want of the day you are there. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff are sincere and wonderful and the art is super interesting and gorgeous. The smells of the oils and lotions...wow..! I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We had an incredible couples massage with Lauren and Nomfundo. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Both therapists knew exactly what they were doing — their techniques were skilled, intuitive, and perfectly tailored to what we needed. The entire experience was calming, professional, and truly therapeutic. We left feeling refreshed, restored, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend booking with Lauren and Nomfundo for anyone looking for a world-class couples massage!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what one would expect from a luxury 5-star property.||We stayed in a room costing around €2,000 per night, yet the bathroom drainage was not working, causing water to stand in the bathtub. This basic maintenance issue alone is unacceptable at this price level.||The restaurant experience was even more frustrating. We were seated at 20:00 and then completely forgotten by the staff. It took almost 40 minutes before we could even place an order, and we only started eating at 21:30. There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff.||In addition, the food prices are astronomical, completely out of proportion to the experience. Despite the very high prices, the quality of the food was only average at best, certainly not what one would expect at this level or for these prices.||Overall, the hotel fails to deliver a true 5-star experience in terms of service, attention to detail, and value. The price-to-quality ratio is extremely poor, and the experience does not justify the premium rates being charged.||Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to travelers expecting luxury, professionalism, and high-end hospitality.

From the moment of arrival to our departure, the stay was simply a beautiful dream experience. So appreciative.

Ok let’s cut to the chase. This is for the 2% of the world. Or for the people who want to live like the top 2%. The grounds are breathtaking. And views even better. The service absolutely phenomenal. The lodges were nicer than our home. And we have a really nice home. The vineyards are expansive and have all types of flowers and produce and of course vines. The gym is the best I’ve been to while traveling. We ate at the estate twice. One night my stomach was off so I can’t judge this. My wife enjoyed her sushi immensely. Breakfast was a true delight. We went into stellenbosch and they offered us an exclusive private Transfer that was very affordable. My only issue with this establishment was the costing of the wines. They were expensive even for American standards. Like Napa! And they don’t offer any type of free house wine. They do offer free hard alcohol but we only drink red wine. For the total package it’s good to offer a solid house wine for your top notch guest. Would we stay again? Absolutely and I highly recommend.

We stayed for 16 nights departing 16th Nov 2024 on a part business / part holiday trip. The hotel, grounds, rooms and staff are fabulous. The lodges are well appointed, housekeeping is intuitive and non intrusive. The food at both restaurants and breakfast are superb, many thanks to Nick and the team for looking after us so well. Front desk provide an excellent service, always with a smile. There is a genuine care for the guest wellbeing and experience. Do visit the spa, again fantastic therapists. Highly recommend, we look forward to returning.
