Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what one would expect from a luxury 5-star property.||We stayed in a room costing around €2,000 per night, yet the bathroom drainage was not working, causing water to stand in the bathtub. This basic maintenance issue alone is unacceptable at this price level.||The restaurant experience was even more frustrating. We were seated at 20:00 and then completely forgotten by the staff. It took almost 40 minutes before we could even place an order, and we only started eating at 21:30. There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff.||In addition, the food prices are astronomical, completely out of proportion to the experience. Despite the very high prices, the quality of the food was only average at best, certainly not what one would expect at this level or for these prices.||Overall, the hotel fails to deliver a true 5-star experience in terms of service, attention to detail, and value. The price-to-quality ratio is extremely poor, and the experience does not justify the premium rates being charged.||Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to travelers expecting luxury, professionalism, and high-end hospitality.
