Bustling, modern eatery with communal dining, offering Roman pizzas, antipasti, and creative cocktails.
"The patio at Delarosa is in a quiet plaza where you can eat outside without the sound of traffic. It’s also where you should go for big group meals in the area. Grab a seat on the heated patio and share a bunch of Roman-style pizzas and other Italian small plates like crab arancini and pappardelle with pork sugo. The food ranges from solid to pretty good—so even though it won’t blow your mind, keep this place in your back pocket anytime you spontaneously need a patio." - julia chen 1, lani conway, ricky rodriguez
"You can go to any of Delarosa’s locations with a big group, but the one in the Marina is more reserved for hanging out with the people who will never judge you for that one night you still call “the pool noodle incident.” The SoMa location, on the other hand, is surrounded by offices, which makes it inherently tamer - but it has the same food, drinks, and long tables, so it’s better to go to with people you’ll have to face on Monday mornings." - will kamensky
"We love the Marina location of Delarosa for brunch, but this one is much better for a slightly longer-than-average break in the middle of the day. Meet up with your friend who works a few blocks away, get the burrata to start and then some pasta, and start to plan your next vacation from the patio outside." - will kamensky

"When you have time for a leisurely lunch and want to catch up with your coworkers, or an old boss, or a friend who works in the area, head to Delarosa. It’s modern and bright and feels worlds away from the rest of the FiDi and Market Street. All the food is good to share - so get some pizzas, meatballs, salads, and most importantly, the burrata bruschetta." - Taylor Abrams, Jess Basser Sanders, Will Kamensky
