I took a chance and tried a new location for tea, since I now work close to this store. I was hoping for my typical Persian tea, which I've seen at many locations, but unfortunately there was a very small selection of loose-leaf tea here. Based on the sound the tea made when tilted, I should have doubted that there were actual leaves contained in the box, but I asked the clerk and he assured me the pieces were not tiny, but the leaves I was familiar with. Alas, the pieces were tiny granules, smaller than the pieces I generally toss from my normal tea box as they can escape some of the tea balls I use. While this may be my own misunderstanding of what "loose leaf" means, as the box was labeled as such, I'd have appreciated the staff having a better understanding of what they are selling. Since the image reflects what is at the top of the box, I anticipate tea dust (i.e. unusable) as I get part way through the contents.
