The service is lackluster from some of the bar staff and other staff picked up where they lacked. The guy who greeted me was stellar, but the guy who took my order was lackluster. Example I placed my order got my food and didn’t get napkins/wet wipes until I was halfway done. But when the lackluster waiter helped another patron napkins/wet wipes were handed out immediately. If I dine in again I’ll look for the guy who greeted me. The wings are worth the hype and the suggested flavor of the month or week was delicious to the point I poured the extra sauce on my tots. You can tell this is a place for regulars, but management should let staff know the hype around their wings is growing and that means diverse clientele with money to spend. Solid 7.5/10

Google
Best Bar in Fed! This place has it all — amazing food, a thoughtfully curated beer selection, and the perfect vibe for watching the game. Whether you’re here for the drinks, the atmosphere, or just a great time, this spot never disappoints.

Google
Amazing experience as always here at Foley’s. The AC was out upstairs for our private party but they brought up two portable AC units and saved the day. Great food, great service. Couldn’t recommend Foley’s more for a party.

Google
We stumbled into this cozy Irish pub on a Saturday afternoon and we were so glad we did. Our bartenders were so kind and happy to share stories and info. We ordered the wings extra crispy and they were some of the best we've had in years. They also have rarer Irish beer that you don't often see.

Google
I ordered the sweet Chesapeake smoked wings. It was burnt. I paid $20 plus on wings that were and tasted burnt with a hint of honey. My sisters and I drove 30-45 plus minutes to come here because of so many good reviews on the food. It was an utter disappointment and unsatisfactory. Couldn’t even eat the rest because of the burnt taste. All four of our orders were burnt. Customer service was pleasant in person but not over the phone when I tried calling later in the day. I called multiple times until the umpteenth time the phone rang and someone finally answered. I did not get the male’s name but manager was not present and he didn’t have the time to help me but said call on Monday. It is questionable that a manager is not present on a busy Saturday night as he stated because of the traffic in the bar area. This is ridiculous!!!

Google
This place has the BEST wings. With over 40 different flavors to choose from, each very unique and delicious. And the pretzel nuggets were the best pretzels I have ever had!! I would go here 100 more times absolutely an above and beyond experience. Service is fantastic food is fantastic all around 5 stars. Everyone should go here to get the best wings in all of Baltimore.

Jeremy Bergolios

Google
Great spot to watch a Michigan game. Wow. Smoked wings were amazing. Wings of destiny (a smoky, spicy barbecue) were pretty darn good but my buddy and I liked the Orangeman (Old Bay, honey and buffalo sauce) even more. "Jack Black" look alike works here. Only recommendation... The menu is a little tough to read with their color choice.

Google
Good servers, good, and drinks. Very welcoming! This is coming from a Texas guy. Also, the best wings I’ve ever had. Go and enjoy yourself.

Yelp
We'd heard good things about the wings here so decided to try them out. We arrived at a good time and were able to get a seat at the bar. They have bar seating as well as tables and it's a cool, casual ambience with fun, typical Irish pub vibes. Service was great; all of our servers were friendly and attentive even when it got busy before an Orioles game. We chose to try the wings of destiny flavor and also ordered a grilled cheese which came with their house made chips. The wings were really good! They were consistent, tender, and the sauce was a great blend of flavors. The grilled cheese was melty goodness and the house made chips had a nice seasoning blend and great crunch. On top of the food, there was a good selection of beers. I really liked this place and will definitely return!

Yelp
Came to Delia Foleys because it was rated in the top 3 for wings in Baltimore - the 3 stars is for the wings. Yes they have 40 flavors but there aren't 40 DIFFERENT flavors. It's various combinations of different seasonings and sauces, and the wings were just OK.. nothing special ! Now as far as service, the staff is great ! I forget our bartenders name but he was very attentive, friendly, and talkative. I would say this is an average bar with average food, drinks, and prices. Nothing particularly special but a decent, everyday local spot.

Yelp
Best wings in federal hill! They also have a spicy ceasar wrap made with their house sauce called destiny sauce that is delicious. Delia Foley's also does themed trivia every wednesday which is always fun to check out!
google avatar

Yelp
Great atmosphere with tons of fun things going on in the week! I'm a part of a regular trivia group on Monday's and love it. Chill workers and good food

Yelp
I actually really liked this place. So far I've been twice. And both times I sat in. The first time it was to try one of there Philly cheese steaks. They got amazing reviews for them and were listed on a food page is too 5 best Philly cheese steaks in Baltimore! So I had to test it out and see. Pretty typical bar, lots of tvs and good beer selection, plus they had my favorite beers on tap. Second time, we stopped in before a ravens game for some wings and crushes! Wings were really good and baked. Would have liked more sauce on them but the flavor was definitely there! Surprisingly flavorful food for it to be a bar on the corner
google avatar

Christine P.

Yelp
Their wings are good! Would not get the nachos again. Drinks are ok. Only come here when they have trivia.
google avatar

Yelp
The best wings in the city. So many sauce and heat options. Picture blue cheese buffalo Mac and cheese. Amazing eats. Great beer.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing- food and service are terrific. We drove from Potomac to Baltimore for this amazing meal and experience. The manager was terrific.

Yelp
Delia Foley's has trivia on Wednesdays upstairs. We sat downstairs. Service is not bad. Sometimes a little slow, not knowing where the server went but it's probably because they are serving both upstairs and downstairs. The wings are good. Not totally drenched in sauce but we'll covered. Many of their sauces are a variation on their buffalo sauce. The cheeseburger egg rolls were really tasty. I really liked the sauce with them, a variation of thousand Island sauce I think. I'm always a little surprised with how expensive 10 wings can be, but I think it's in align with most places. The wings are listed as MP on the menu. It was about $16 for one order of wings of 10. They have music playing and general vibes are of a bar/tavern. Overall, chill vibes. Good food. Certainly plan on returning.

Yelp
Great wings, tons of options, popular happy hour. I don't stop by often, but if I want wings, this is an appealing option. Service can be patchy, but only because of their popularity. Definitely with a visit.

Yelp
Guys. This is the ONLY place you wanna watch Sunday Football... great food, great people, great time. We've had Mark as our bartender for like 3 years... it's a must. GO ENJOY

Yelp
Being as though I'm not a drinker, I don't care to frequent bars much. However, this was a special occasion. Being a Michigan Wolverines fan, I had to come here to watch my team play in the National Championship game after finding out it was a Michigan bar. The atmosphere was just what I was looking for. The bartenders were welcoming and friendly. If you are a Michigan fan like myself then you need to come here. I know I'll be back again.

Yelp
Delia Foley's is absolutely our choice for favorite wings locally, as well as best and most consistent Guinness pour. We've been a few times and I try a different sauce each time - so I can't yet pick a favorite, but have enjoyed Orangemen, Jamrock, and a few of their specials. The potato wedges are definitely a must-order - they remind us of the ones from the now-closed taphouse at the Rotunda, or almost like the Buffalo Wild Wings wedges. Great flavor and texture, and go so well with the wing sauces.

Yelp
Went to Foleys for wing and Thursday night football. The atmosphere is great for sports viewing. It is also a great neighborhood bar in Fed hill, Baltimore. I ordered the Chesapeake Wings which is honey and old bay. They should have added more honey and old bay on the wings so there was more flavor.

James C.

Yelp
Place is the best, staff are great and Guinness is always poured well. Best wings in the city and the food slaps, these 1 star comments are likely people that expect Michelin star service at a local Irish bar

Rose P.

Yelp
We went to Delia foleys for vanderpump rules trivia! Such a fun night but the food made it even better. For apps we got fried pickles and Mac and cheese. Both were delicious but the wings were stellar. They have a million different unique flavors. Definitely will be returning for trivia nights.

Yelp
I came here on a Tuesday evening, where they were hosting Bingo (although it was not very crowded). I ordered the firecracker nachos from here one evening and they were definitely loaded. There was shredded cheese, some sort of sauce, and meat bits. I have to say, I was not happy with my choice. The meat was very dry. The sauce was in such abundance that the nachos became soggy. They also said they make their first win nacho chips by what seems like deep frying tortillas, which tasted just okay. I think I would have preferred regular nachos as well. I am willing to give Delia Foleys another try, especially on their wings and I do plan to update my review accordingly when I do.

Yelp
I've been meaning to come here for a couple of years, and man am I glad I found my way here this afternoon. Just a terrific pub. The atmosphere is great. Traditional Irish Pub, great beers on tap(a lot of good Hazy IPA's), and some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. The smoked wings are outstanding; juicy, flavorful, 40 different flavors to offer. I got the "birdland" wings, which were just spicy enough for my palate. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentative. Very homely, welcoming corner pub. I recommend Delia Foley's to anyone in - or visiting the Baltimore area.

Yelp
Best bar in Fed. Nonstop community events, great staff, great food, great drinks, great vibe. DF forever xx

Yelp
I come here religiously for Bingo Night every Tuesday because it is so much fun and there are great deals. The vibe is definitely very casual and almost divey. The workers are incredibly amicable, and no matter what day you go, this place is packed and definitely has its regulars. Onto the food! Honestly, you can never go wrong with their wings here. They are crispy, crunchy and lathered in delicious sauce. But I would get your wet wipes ready because you'll definitely need some! This time around, we also ordered the Soft Pretzel Nuggets and the Charles Street Chicken Wrap. The Soft Pretzel Nuggets were served warm, like a delicate pillow made of bread. They were paired with rich cheesy dipping sauces. I'm not usually a wrap person because I love things smothered in sauce, but Chicken Wrap was so flavorful and saucy. It was served along their delicious house made chips that are fried to perfection. Some other favorites of ours include but are not limited to: Magic Mac (this is a MUST try/ a heavenly combination of fried chicken and Mac and cheese), the Loaded Curly Wedges (their wedges are so thick and flavorful), and the Reuben Sandwich (the meat to sauce ratio is perfect on this). It is generally hard for me to compare bar/ American food, as I find it to be quite similar in most places. However, this is definitely the best bar/ American food the city has to offer. Some of the classic items have such a unique flare to them, or they have fun specials, so it is fun to try new things here. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a fun yet chill night out with some scrumptious food.

Yelp
Wowwww. These are the best wings I think I've ever eaten. They won't allow you to split orders, so I ended up with 2 orders!! I got Hot Ranch and Mango Paradise and both of them were equally as good. So good they didn't even need Ranch! Which was good, because the only critique I have is their Ranch is not the best; but it's okay because the wings don't need it to make them good.
google avatar

Yelp
Great wings! If you are looking for a local bar feel with surprising bar food, this is the spot. They have several flavorful options for their wings; from tangy to spicy to sweet to savory... with a Maryland kick. Plus a full but unique menu of burgers. And if you're a Guinness fan, they have all of the half and half's you could imagine. Something for everyone. The service was friendly and very helpful when looking for a recommendation based off of my personal preferences. I highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Yelp
I decided to try this place due to all the reviews raving about the wings. The wings are amazing to say the least. They even allowed us to try different flavors before committing to one. I tried the sweet jalapeño flavor 9/10 and my friend had the house flavor (I think wings of dynasty) 10/10. The fried pickles and egg roll sampler was hit! We also had a peach lemonade crush 10/10! The service was great and our server Kate was amazing! The vibes were great and laid back! Will definitely be returning!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a great local spot. They have plenty of bar and table seating, enough room for a large gathering, but the right size to keep it cozy. I've only tried their wings during their happy hour special on Tuesday and loved it. Tried their ghost pepper (medium spicy) and woooo boi, it was fire. I'll definitely be going back. Plus, they do musical bingo's on Tuesday which seemed like a lot of fun!

Yelp
I came here a few weeks back for Sour Fest. I LOVE sours; funky, pungent, salty, fruity, doesn't matter they all get love from me. I've never been to Delia's because it's pretty far south and parking is an absolute nightmare; it's definitely a neighborhood bar. I lucked up on some parking on Fort. It was nice to just sit down and order a sour beer without the bartender/server giving me a questionable look and asking "Are you sure?" which tends to happen anywhere and EVERYWHERE. They had a great selection from local and regional breweries to national brands. Unfortunately, the taps were warm so the beer came out foamy and only kinda chilled womp womp. At any rate their selection gave me a new list of sours to try so there's that. The highlight of the night was the wings tho! They have a huge list of unique sauce or dry rub combinations and it took me a while to choose. I ended up getting the Crush Davis wings and was not disappointed at all. Tangy and little spicy mustard sauce with garlic and parm? Uh yea! Definitely won't be driving but I can see myself swinging back thru for those wings!

Sabrina T.

Yelp
Mark the bartender = awesome 10/10 Cauliflower crumbs they advertise as "wings" not worth 10.99 for all my vegetarian friends out there
google avatar

Yelp
Came here to watch college football on a Saturday. The waiter made eye contact to let us know that he noticed us. Gave us sometime to glance at the menu. Asked us if we wanted drinks first before ordering. We got the sour beer on tap. It was delicious and refreshing, however it wasn't even a pint glass and it wasn't as cold either. Was a little bummed about that. We ordered the classic buffalo and garlic parmesan. The drinks came fast and food came at a reasonable time. The wings were good, but they were at room temperature. At most restaurants they normally serve a dozen wings per order, here it's 10. Everything was portioned less and I didn't like that. The wings could've also used more sauce. I would give this place a 3 1/2 star of I could not a 4. Pro: -Wings were good -A lot of different sauces to try from -Various beers on tap -Good place to watch football games, has multiple TV's -Fast waiters Cons: -Smaller portions compared to other wing places -No prices for the wings on the menu -Very expensive in my option. One beer and an order of wings came out to $19.80 excluding tip. I probably won't revisit again because of the price Tip: -Ask what the prices are for the wings, they're not on the menu -If you go with a group buy different flavor of wings them share them amongst your group because you cant order half and half of different flavors.

Yelp
I'm from Los Angeles and I've been walking around the Federal Hill area for a few hours and I was greeted by Mark (the bar manager I think?) He was the most coolest and personable guy ever! He welcomed me in and recommended the Irish Old Fashion and it was smooth and to the point. Evan and Claire were very awesome, friendly and really know how to hold a conversation. So if you're a solo traveler or anyone looking for good vibes in the Federal Hill area, this is the place to go! The place was packed but not over barring and it was a Monday. I can only image how great it is on The weekends. The food was also very good and the service is fast! When I'm in town again I'll visit again.

Yelp
Today 1/22/21 is the first night that indoor dining is back open but only for 1hr increments per guest. So we opted for dinner to go Order: fire starter sandwich & Honey BBQ wings Total: $26.48 Pros: 30min cooking time so we made a pit stop before which was very convenient. Being pregnant (3rd trimester) my mouth was watering about these wings and I couldn't wait. Baby tossing around in my belly as I watched my husband come out with the bag of food. -sandwich comes with either fries or in-house chips -honey bbq wings comes with ranch or blue cheese dressing Cons: Honey BBQ wings - no flavor it actually needed salt and the baby in the belly wasn't satisfied so I had to hiccup all the way back to the kitchen to get a ginger ale & find something else to eat.. Fire starter sandwich w/chips - it's okay Overall, happy to see places back open but it just seemed rush which I get if you only have 1hr total to cook/eat. This place is a pub so guessing as you drink.. everything must taste good or your not really checking. Third trimester think will just cook at home or stick to what we know. The spot was busy though for a 7:30 pick up.

Yelp
Been to Delia Foley's a couple of times. I gotta say, the spiciest wings that are still edible. I've had the Irish destiny and the face melter and they were no joke! I like to believe I am able to eat spicier than most so reader beware. The face melter had a tiny bit of bitter taste to it but flavor was good. SPICY! As a bar, it's got pretty good specials and happy hour from 4-7 pm. Overall, if I feel like eating really really spicy wings, this will be my go to spot.
google avatar

Kelly C.

Yelp
Typical bar, but I love their cheese. The Irish cheese is so good. The wait staff is super nice and it's a chill place. Has excellent beer selection too and they will make most drinks that you ask for. I haven't asked for them to make a really complicated drink but they been good making a mean lemon drop martini.
google avatar

Taylor M.

Yelp
Great service and great food. Very comfortable neighborhood Irish pub. Love this spot!
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
Overall it's a nice spot with some well poured Guinness. Not the best wings in Baltimore, but the customer service and beer on tap makes up for it. I would recommend either putting more sauce on the wings or frying them harder. Good location, good Guinness, not too bad of wings
google avatar

David Z.

Yelp
Chicken wings are a must! They have a whole page worth of flavors with I believe all made in house!! Have been here well over 10 times and the HH is terrific too.
google avatar

Yelp
A great neighborhood bar with delicious food. Everyone I know has nothing bad to say about this place. As a vegetarian, it was nice to be able to order a burger. I got the Foley chipotle back bean burger. It came with a choice of around 7 cheeses, incredible! The burger itself was flavorful and a bit spicy, just how I like it. We also ordered the pretzel bites and they were buttery goodness. I'm impressed and I will be returning here for the food and drinks.

Yelp
Bomb wings. Delicious fries. Inexpensive. How can I avoid this place for Friday afternoon happy hour? $11 for 10 big, well marinated wings. The garlic sriracha had just enough of a kick for me to notice, but not so much that I was overwhelmed. The Oriole was sweet, but not "make you sick" sweet. Splitting both orders with a buddy made for the perfect balance of sweet and spicy; with an order of fries as a nice cleanser. These wings were divine. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. All flavor, and not too messy. They disappeared from my plate before I could snap a picture; but, I'll be back. Pictures will have to wait for next time. If you're in the area, give this place a chance. I was skeptical when my friend suggested it; but, I'm glad I listened!
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
This was a neat little place. They had tons of specials for each day of the week. I just had a positive vibe about everything. The menu had lots of interesting choices including 35 different wing flavors. 2 orders of bone in wings were placed. There were about 10 wings for each order. The two sauces that were chosen were the wings of destiny and caps. All of the wings were of decent size and the chicken was tender. The wings of destiny was labeled as top secret. It was very good. There was a nice kick to it, but not a Buffalo type of kick if that makes sense. They were very enjoyable. The caps sauce consisted of a Smokey BBQ sauce with a dash of sriracha sauce. I did not really taste any of the sriracha sauce. There was more of a Smokey BBQ taste to these definitely. They were alright, nothing great. The wings of destiny were much better. Will I go back? No doubt.

Yelp
Food is ALWAYS delicious and service is outstanding. Great spot to watch the ravens games.

Yelp
I come here for the vibes, the wings, and the staff. Mark and Claire are always a joy to be around and we love coming here!

Yelp
I think I have met my match... I've had good wings before but their wings are phenomenal!! Cooked to perfection, crispy and fried, just how I like them! I tried the garlic parm, Jameson glaze, old bay bbq and Caribbean pepper jelly. They all were amazing however my personal fav was the Caribbean pepper jelly! Some many flavors in one bite, finger lickin gooood! I plan on going back next weekend to try the wings of destiny, I cannot wait! Very pleased Oh yea, how could I forget the best part of the night ... the statue see pic

Yelp
This Irish hole in the wall on the back side of Federal Hill has a big glutinous menu with lots of Gray options that are delicious. However if you make your way to this establishment without a big plate of wings, you f#%*ed up. Theses Irish Wings wizards boast over 30 wing sauces, of which many are truly amazing. The wings themselves are also truly awesome. Give it a go. Definitely top five wings in Baltimore.
google avatar

Justin J.

Yelp
Best wings in all of baltimore it's deff a staple and I go there at least once a month! A must go to if you are around town!
google avatar

Catherine C.

Yelp
Everyone who is a Baltimore local says one thing.. to get the wings here! Wings I got to try: - Jamaican Jerk (dry rub) - Wings of Destiny (wet rub) - Buffalo (wet rub) - Sweet Chesapeake (wet rub) They have 32 different flavors for you to choose from! Hands down.. my favorite were the Wings of Destiny, their own "top secret" sauce that they specialize in. Service was great, our server was fast and efficient with our party from getting drinks and handing back our separate checks. The only thing about the wings is they come in increments of 10 for $10.59 and it has to be one flavor only, so choose wisely or have someone to share different flavors with!
google avatar

Robert W.

Yelp
Purchased takeout and got two different types of wings. Fireman and Wings of Destiny. Both were delicious. Would recommend and go back again
google avatar

Jane S.

Yelp
Great wings and fun Happy Hour. Brandon's spot on with recommendations on the sauce for the wings. And props for giving me the requested "all-flaps" with my wings order!
google avatar

Alex S.

Yelp
Good local spot with absolutely phenomenal wings. Had the opportunity to stop at Delia Foleys on Saturday as I ventured to Baltimore to see the O's. Enjoyed 20 wings with 10 dressed in the Crush Davis sauce and 10 in Buffalo Garlic Parm. The wings are legit. I would recommend. I wish I had the opportunity to try more of the wing flavors they offer. Also split the loaded curly wedges which are very very tasty. Also had great conversation and service from Mark and Shelly behind the bar as they treated us as if we were locals and had ventured the spot regularly. Enjoyed our time and recommend if you are in Baltimore.

Abby O.

Yelp
Love the wings, love the drinks, love the bartenders. Special shout out to mark for the best service!!
google avatar

Lance G.

Yelp
The wings. My goodness. I first tried the Destiny sauce. I like hot wing sauce, and these were not nearly hot enough, but the flavor of the sauce was very good. My wife is not a fan of spicy food and got tacos with the same sauce on them, and she loved them. I also got a side of the Fire Starter sauce, and it was excellent. Plenty hot for me and great flavor. The wings themselves BLEW ME AWAY. They are smoked and flash fried. The texture is prefect. Just crispy enough, and the meat practically falls off the bone. I usually don't care gore smoked wings, but these are primo. In fact, I think I'll go get some now.

Yelp
So accommodating with carry out during the COVID-19 quarantine. They took all necessary safety and health precautions to still serve food to us hungry and stir crazy neighbors. We got the cheesesteak egg rolls, regular Mac and cheese, and the Irish destiny wings.
