"Delicias Cuban Bakery is a local chain that makes Cuban classics and baked goods. But their West Palm spot is particularly special because they do all of the above within the confines of a gas station kitchen the size of an elevator shaft. This place is perfect for a quick lunch if you’re spending a day at the Palm Beach Zoo and don’t feel like paying $85 for “dinosaur” french fries, or about to hit the beach and want to change up your pub-sub routine with the simple luxuries of a medianoche and fresh-squeezed orange juice. They also have a full menu of Cuban coffee offerings, which will save you from the standard scary gas station drip that might be diesel fuel. photo credit: CLEVELAND JENNINGS / @EATTHECANVASLLC" - Katie Walsh

Hidden gem in a gas station. Great coffee delicious fresh Cuban bread. I had the egg cheese and bacon breakfast sandwich. It was good.

Whenever I travel to West Palm Beach, one of my first (and daily) stops is always Delicias. Cafe con leche for a pick me up. The food is amazing. The pastries are sooo flaky, sandwiches are large and delicious. . This time I treated myself to their rice pudding. I believe it is the best I’ve ever had in my whole life. Creamy and flavourful.

Google
Their Cuban sandwich is only ham And chz!! When I requested pork on it I got a lot of fat and skin and so much I couldn't pick it up!

Paolo & Lisa Pineda

Google
Placed an order to pick up a large number of spicy beef empanadas and full size flans. This small operation is at a gas station with no seating, but this little shop is worth checking out; the food is delicious! The flan is perfect! I will definitely revisit next time I’m in WPB. Thanks for the great job, ladies!

Google
I have to say this is one of my most favorite places to order from! The food is fresh, coffee hot and they always get it right! I can also honestly say from personal experience that the employees go above and beyond for their customers. The ladies are super nice! Amazing service, highly recommend the steak sandwich and arepas con queso :D

Google
Best pan con bistec that I have had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. Atmosphere got 1 star because it is located in a small gas station.

Google
1st experience- Ordered Cuban sandwich got a ham and chz sandwich they said that's their Cuban sandwich. I wanted pork roast on it like they usually have!! Ended up with a sandwich I couldn't even pick up over full of pork. 2nd experience- I ordered a pork roast sandwich this time and got 3 huge pieces of pork skin 3inch x 3 inch and so much fat and pork in it I couldn't pick it up to eat it. After paying 15$ maybe they were mad from first time! I live in Verobeach and really was looking forward to a delicious Cuban sandwich but got crap both times!!! Don't waste your Money!!!

Google
Wow! I was a little surprised that this bakery was inside a gas station, but fear not. I’m amazed, we bought an assortment of drinks and pastries and every single item was splendid. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was tart and refreshing, the guava pastries were generously filled, and the croquettes were cooked to perfection. So happy with my visit & I’ll be returning soon.

Yelp
A Cuban bakery in a gas station I know I thought the same thing when I read the reviews I'm not even sure if they sell gas. I really think people just go there for the delicious Cuban food sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches and the best Cuban coffee ever the girls behind the counter are definitely working hard, and I can't believe I had the best breakfast of my life in a gas station. Cannot wait to go back.

Evelio R.

Yelp
Best grilled chicken sandwiches. Friendly and attentive ladies behind the grill--they work hard for the money!!!

Alex S.

Yelp
The Cuban steak sandwich was amazing! Service was superb! Normal ambiance of a gas station. Will highly recommend this place.

Nique W.

Yelp
The iced latte and ham crochets were amazing. Staff is always smiling and taste is always consistent.

Renee F.

Yelp
Excellent everything I had was superb. The Cuban coffee was amazing!!!!! The guava tarts and the tres leche cake was delectable

Carolee L.

Yelp
First, this is in a gas station. I went with the reviews & decided to try. I was NOT disappointed!! I got the medianoche (midnight), which is a cuban on sweet bread and sweet plantains & a guava pastry. Delish!!! Staff were really nice & it was the busiest thing in the gas station. It's right down from Havanna. If you are traveling from out of state, I would be hesitant about going here after dark. Otherwise, grab some food & head to the beach!!

Yelp
My favorite Cuban bakery in West Palm Beach. When my friend took me here initially, I was like a gas station?! This is sketch. I didn't even want to order. Boy was I wrong! This pastry shop is my favorite! There's a variety of pastries from all over Latin & Central America! Sweet, savory, hot & cold. The best Cubano coffees too. Iced or hot. Cortado. Cuartido. My favorite is the iced with caramel and whipped cream. Whenever I find myself in West Palm Beach, this is my go to. I love practicing my Spanish here (me español es como un babe). Jenny is delightful every time I come in. Las Delicisas is delicious with food, drink & service.

Irene R.

Yelp
I love the Flan here! Especially the coconut one. The portions for the Cuban sandwich is huge- it was a little too much mustard for my personal preference but overall good! It is in gas station but when you walk in you smell all the delicious food. I go back over and over for the coconut Flan (I get the entire Flan) and bring to parties and gatherings- always a hit.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. Ordered the cubano sandwich to go. It comes pressed hot in three big section and they even include some potato sticks in the package. The sandwich is good with the melty cheese. The only quality gripe I have with the food, is that it was a bit salty. I ate two sections right then, and later ate the other warmed up for a snack and it was just as good. The cost for the sandwich is a bit high at around $10, especially since I am poor. Other than that the employeees were quiet and nice, and there wasn't much of a line or wait. If you have trouble parking, just park on the side of the street a little to the north and I don't recommend using the bathroom there because you have to get a key from the cashier.

Kevin G.

Yelp
I was LUCKY enough to stumble upon this establishment when searching for food traveling north on I-95. I can't say enough good things about this business. Authentic Cuban food is what the community I live in is lacking!! The food here was not only INCREDIBLE!!! It was VERY fairly priced!! I had a Cubano sándwich and pastries while my wife just wanted some rice and black beans. They give you a very generous amount of food for the price you pay. And the service was outstanding!! Everyone working here was so wonderful to speak to. Everyone was smiling and happy. If I lived in the area, I would be coming back to this place over and over again!! The wonderful woman who took my order was even dancing and singing while assisting me. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. If you're in the area looking for a convenient beverage, some incredible Cuban food, or even just fuel up your vehicle, you HAVE to check this place out!!

Yelp
I looked up best Cuban Sandwich in West Palm Beach and headed right over. I arrived to discover that this place is at a gas station which is not a deal breaker. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich to go (this is a take out only). I also order a baked chicken empanada it was very hearty and delicious. Much to my chagrin the sandwiches are pre-made and the microwave them to heat them up. When I finally got to my location I discovered that the "Cuban Sandwich" had no roast Pork or pickles, I essentially wax given a heated ham and cheese sandwich which was tasty but not what I ordered. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. So my quest for the best for the best Cuban Sandwich in WPB continues.

Lori W.

Yelp
This place is excellent and so popular. I'm glad I found it. If you want authentic Cuban food and dessert this is a place to go.

Stephen R.

Yelp
Bought Dulce de leche to go, for dessert for a Cuban dinner I was serving my cousins. Fresh, tasty, reasonably priced snd convenient. It was enjoyed by everyone. Very good.

Brian R.

Yelp
This is the definition of a hole in the wall joint, in a gas station so divey, and cluttered, that they could film an episode of Hoarders in here. Yet, before you enter the pile, there is this tiny, very legit Cuban bakery with pastries and coffee that smoke past the living-on-memories Havana, down the street, or the more proper looking Tulipan, a couple of freeway exits North. Empanadas that are perfectly made. Pandebono that's light, not leaden. Lots of other well made adventures in coconut, or guava, await too! The coffee? Truly the best Hispanic coffee I've had at any of the dozen, or so, joints that I've tried. Parking is a nightmare, unless you're stopping for gas. Hard to park the pump with an eCar. Worth the effort, though.

Stan S.

Yelp
Stopped in for some Gas and found a hidden Gem .. Awesome Pastries and sandwiches.. the young lady working behind the counter was super nice and everyone was great !!! Stop in for great food and pastries!!!

Jorge luis J.

Yelp
Not professional people working here the place is a total mess. I make a order and everyone that order after me got the order before I wait 25 minutes for a sandwich I pay for it and I left the store with out it.

Alaskan C.

Yelp
Small ordering area but Café con leche was the best! I only made it here for my morning coffee run so I didn't get to try anything else on the menu.

Lence W.

Yelp
The staff is really nice and the food is incredible! It's the only place where I get a cafe con leche while filling up my gas tank. I refuse to go to any other gas station/ bakery.

John B.

Yelp
Good service nice and clean inside .. fresh bread... Inside. ? Meat lacking flavor.. Cedenos is still number one

Leslie B.

Yelp
We were staying in Boynton Beach and searching for the best cafe con leche. We tried everyplace on Yelp. This is the best, our favorite, not overpriced and worth the drive. Definitely our go to spot!

Donna B.

Yelp
Delicias has the best coffee and the employees are so nice. When you get out of your car there are wonderful delicious smells wafting through the air coming from the bakery. Love this place. Donna B.

Yelp
What's not to love about Delicias!? By far my favorite Cuban bakery in town, and that's saying a lot with the surrounding competition. Their app makes it super convenient to order ahead of time and the walk up window makes pick up quick and efficient, (and Covid friendly!) And if you're like me, makes customizing your order so much easier than trying to explain to their busy staff. The sandwiches are delicious and make two meals for most. The coffee is my go to, they make the best cafe con leche, hot or even iced! And I have to mention they have almond milk, not for everyone, but my choice, and you can't find that at a Cuban bakery anywhere! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
Best Cuban Bakery hands down!! The coffee is to die for. Nobody makes coffee as good as Delicias Bakery. love the girls working there, as soon as I walk in the door they already know my order. Not to mention there steak sandwich with everything is off the chain. This place is highly recommended! The pastries is delicious, the staff is friendly, the coffee is the best!! its a place you have to go if you haven't already.

Yelp
This review is way over do; I keep forgetting to make one. Where do I start, this place holds a lil special place in my heart. I come here to pick up coffee and breakfast sandwiches and my grandma loves it ! This little gem in city of WP, is My go to place for sweet yummy hot coffee (note always made perfect exactly how I request it). My favorite is the breakfast sandwich the egg seriously made perfect cooked well and made exactly how I like it. The sandwich a small feeds two ppl easily. The price is great too. Keep in mind it's in a gas station, but you are in and out fairly quick. You will not be disappointed. The ladies / staff are awesome super sweet and welcoming. This is refreshing were some other establishments you pay more and they treat you as if you are inconvenience but you are paying them for service. Sorry normally I take pics Ext time ! Enjoy guys this place and support small business.

Megan E.

Yelp
Everything was so tasty! Some of the best flan, maduros, and tostones I've ever had. And the staff were very careful about fixing mistakes and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good meal!

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Great staff and amazing food! The staff is genuinely sweet and helpful. It's nice to be able to pump gas and pop in and get a coffee and pastelito!

Michelle L.

Yelp
This place is usually very friendly and I love coming to this place to grab something to eat. Today was a bad experience I ordered something very simple over the phone and when I got there I informed them that they are missing part of my order the lady continued to argue with me that I didn't order and and began to give me attitude. This is not okay and makes me now think twice about coming back.

Cathy M.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE stopping here every morning! The coffee and pastries are incredible but the staff is even better! They brighten my day! Thanks for always helping to start my day off right!

Yolannet P.

Yelp
Service in this place is horrible, besides the fact that they don't speak English, they play around and laugh like it's a playground and have the worst customer service. People that they know come in and out like nothing skipping people in line like nothing.

A A.

Yelp
Came here to get a cafe con leche because they use to be really good . But god damn there was so many giant flies in this place and I was watching the lady make the coffee and as soon as she started pouring the milk I seen this giant black thing floating in it. Of course it was one of those damn flies. She tried to pull a slick one and pour it out of my coffee with her back turned but I immediately told her I do not want the coffee and give me my money back. Will never go back. Nasty place.

Donna S.

Yelp
Very accommodating they have everything in the store and the food is delicious and the Cuban coffee is cannot be Exceled

Joel H.

Yelp
Sandwiches are huge pretty good tasting coffee good Was disappointed when I saw them tacking stuff out of box thought the croquettes and empanadas are all homemade frozen i'm curious to know if all their bakery products are bought and not in a house hit and miss for friendly service

David W.

Yelp
Im there every day for the coffee and pastries, always friendly and quick with the best coffee ever!
