I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Cantonese restaurant in Los Angeles, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. As a Cantonese, this is the most authentic Cantonese food I have eaten since I came to the United States. Delicious food corner makes me feel like I'm in a restaurant somewhere in Guangdong enjoying these. I really recommend fried rice with Minced Pork. It has amazing taste and amount, we were shocked when the waiter brought it to the table. While enjoying this delicacy, we also ate pineapple buns and drank classic Hong Kong-style milk tea. You can refill the milk tea. The last but not least, I have to say that this restaurant is really great. I swear I'll eat at this restaurant again

Tried the pork spare ribs, delicious. Tried the sweet and sour fish, pretty good. Tried tofu fish, interesting. Tried another dish, don't remember the name but had Chinese broccoli. Looks like long stem spinach to me. I liked the Chinese broccoli "

Came around 6 for dinner and there was no wait for seats. Ordered the walnut shrimp, tofu with mushroom, and cauliflower. The dishes came out less than 10 minutes after we ordered which was nice. However, the portion size was disappointing. The taste was good though! Nice and flavorful but not salty. My favorite was the tofu dish which was fried really well and the seasoning was good. The cauliflower dish was lacking though, since the cauliflower was undercooked so it was hard. I like the food but I think there are better prices for these same dishes somewhere else with better portion size. It was nice that the takeout containers are made of paper though- very environmentally friendly.

I liked how clean and bright the restaurant was inside. The food also came out pretty quickly. My favorites were their bbq options like crispy pork and duck. They were so tender and delicious with their sauce. I also got their walnut shrimp which is a classic. The porridge was good but a little on the lighter side for me but so good when I added some salt and pepper. I like getting the kind with the thousand year old egg.

This is my favorite Cantonese tea restaurant in Los Angeles! It's also a great place to gather with friends. Hong Kong-style pineapple buns and spicy minced pork and egg rice are my favorites, and this time we also ordered BBQ pork, which is very authentic. If you are here for lunch, I would also recommend the Steamed Flour Roll with Beef. The restaurant has a great ambiance, a spacious parking lot, friendly waitstaff, and very affordable prices for the food. Highly recommended!

This joint has been the buzz for a long time now serving authentic Hong Kong style dishes, with locations in Monterey park, Rosemead and San Gabriel, interestingly it seems like each stores menu and quality are drastically different, and this location definitely is the best. To start, not only do they serve all the dishes served at the other locations, they also have dim sum, and I'm talking about good, authentic dim sum. So you can mix and match your dim sum with a French toast or sandwich, to family styled dishes like filet mignon cubes. Although this place is huge with plenty of seatings, they do tend to still get busy and have a wait. I've been here on weekends where you'd wait up to 30 mins but also had no wait on weekdays lunch time, and service is considered good for canto speaker servers, not throwing shades, iykyk

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in Arcadia. The food was so disgusting it made me sick. We ordered the Salt and Pepper Squid, which was coated with an overwhelming amount of heavy flour, making it inedible. We usually go to the Irvine location, where the food is much better. However, the Spare Ribs with Crispy Garlic here were disappointing; they just put garlic on top. The Steamed Flour Roll with Chinese Donut had no good taste. The 金錢肚 was particularly bad--it had an unappealing taste and color, resembling pig food, with no flavor and an off-putting orange color. The food quality is not fit for people. I drove all the way to Arcadia and was very, very disappointed. My stomach hurt afterward, and the restroom was very dirty. I wonder how the health department is handling this place. Just a heads up--people should avoid this restaurant at this location.

I went back to LA visiting children with one big reason was to eat authentic HongKong Asian food. This is close to my house and looks simple enough for solo enjoyment. Surprise me they have everything I was looking for, so many varieties of dim sums and other dishes. As I mentioned I was to have lunch as well. So I ordered that made to order Beef Congee & donut rice roll that many place won't do it as they can't be premade. Even I love to have other items but my stomach couldn't hold more. I even had a big container of congee to go home that I enjoyed later the day. Delicious ! Will definitely come again.

This place was big and went on a good day because there was only one big party in the private room and we pretty much had the whole restaurant to ourselves, aside from a few smaller parties. This was a cool place because they had both Chinese food and you can order dim sum dishes too. I didn't get any dim sum because my family was in charge of the ordering. But my parents loved everything here. Here's what we ordered: Sweet corn and minced chicken soup: 10/10 Honey walnut shrimp: 10/10 Fish filet with black bean sauce: 7/10 Sauteed chinese broccoli with dry flounder fish: 10/10 Yang chow fried rice: 9/10 Seafood chow mein: 8/10 Half roasted duck: 7/10 Overall, i love all the choices here and want to go back and try to add dim sum dishes.

Great Hong Kong style breakfast place! We had a group breakfast and some people wanted congee, some want dim sum, and I wanted something in between. I love spam so I appreciated their western breakfast menu included spam sandwiches and omelets to accommodate the Asian dishes. All dishes are a breakfast combo, which includes a hot drink with refills. Some of us got congee with fried dough and milk tea, some got dim sum with ice tea, and I got sandwich and soup with hot tea. Condensed milk is available at the table. We also wanted some dim sum a la carte. Apparently the servers gave us a better "deal" by grouping a la carte dishes as combos so we get a better price (and extra free drinks). The congee is filling and you can add white pepper as you desire. Fried dough is a good adder. The sandwich is small on a volume basis but still good. They cut off the crusts which seemed wasteful.

Delicious Food Corner has been sprouting all over the place in the past few years and I have been missing out. I finally had a chance to visit this Arcadia location for breakfast with my boyfriend on a Sunday morning. They were extremely busy and almost every table in this large restaurant was filled. We were seated pretty quickly, but ordering the food and the overall service was pretty slow after getting seating. Oh, and the table had chili oil stains, so I wouldn't say they are cleaned well in between customers. Breakfast is only available 9-11:30am, so get there early if you are a breakfast fiend like me. I really like that they have western breakfasts, Chinese breakfasts, and even dim sum. It's like having a Hong Kong Café menu with a Dim Sum restaurant menu in one place. What I love most is that all the breakfast combos are served with free milk tea, coffee, lemon tea or coffee and milk tea. My boyfriend got the C Option ($12.50) and opted for the Spam and Mushroom Omelet, with Toast, and a macaroni soup. I ordered a Pork and Preserved Egg Congee ($12.95). All of the congees are served with Chinese donut, fried noodle or steamed flour rice rolls, in which I opted for the steamed flour rice rolls. We both opted for the lemon tea with our meals. I also ordered the Egg Tarts ($5.95) from the dim sum menu since it's one of my favorites. The food was actually quick but the order was random. Most of the food even came before the drinks. The portions were large and really good value that it came with a drink. My pork and preserved egg congee was a bit bland, but still decent. The steamed flour rice rolls came with an interesting hoisin and sesame seed sauce. I liked it but would probably get the Chinese donut next time so I can enjoy it more with the congee. I was so focused on eating the rice rolls cause they tend to go bad quickly and I didn't eat much of the congee. And most importantly, I loved the egg tarts. They were nice and flakey and the filling was tasty. I can't speak to their lunch or dinner menus yet, but I love the breakfast experience. I can see myself coming back and trying more of their dim sum menu next time.

I usually go to the Rosemead location, but went to the Arcadia location this time bc we were at the Santa Anita mall! Started off with the iconic pineapple buns, except I ordered in canto and didn't know that there was one with egg custard and one with butter. I wanted the butter one but got the egg custard instead (I don't know how to say butter in canto) STILL REALLY GOOD THOUGH Also got their beef chow fun, which was a HUGE portion, but so simple yet so delicious And topped it off with the beef stew wonton soup which was SO AMAZING. The beef stew was cooked to perfection. The wontons had the perfect flavor and crunchiness. The soup tasted absolutely divine. I still think about this bowl to this day One thing about the Arcadia location is that they have yi mien (noodles) which are my favorite!! Will have to come back to try it The servers here were very quick on their feet and some of them were really sweet, most likely because I was speaking in canto. Definitely gets really loud and busy at times, but the space is relatively large in comparison to other locations

Today's lunch was delicious and filling... It's very informal and a really nice selection of menu items Service was excellent. Adequate parking in a private lot.

I've had this spot on my list since they opened - we're always looking for good dim sum locally- had a mixed experience here. Definitely a great spot for a very authentic Hong Kong style breakfast but the food is somewhat hit or miss and the service was extremely slow and a toss up - some of the servers are very rude, some are nice. Three in our party tried some of their traditional HK breakfast specials - two of us didn't like it at all. The dim sum we ordered was just ok - but their egg tarts are decent. For my breakfast I was torn between their congee (I love congee) and their daily special A which I ended up ordering. It consists of a breakfast sandwich with egg and choice of meat (I went with ham) and it looks like it comes with macaroni salad from the pic on the menu - which is similar to what I ate in HK but it ended up being a macaroni soup. The sandwich was definitely not something I'd ever order again. The eggs were super slimy - to the point where I couldn't keep the bread together at all - and completely bland. The macaroni soup had peas and carrots and a milky type broth and was actually pretty good - I liked it. The breakfast specials also come with choice of drink and I got their HK milk tea - very strong flavor - needs a lot of the condensed milk which they provide on the table. One of our party asked for the HK coffee but didn't like it. The main issue was the service. They were packed when we got there so we definitely expected a wait. We were seated quicker than I thought but after 20 minutes of being completely ignored and watching people that came in after us get waited on, one of our group tried to flag down a server. The first woman waved her had to dismiss our group and was very rude - loudly explained "IN A FEW MINUTES" - so no luck there. After some time longer and a second request we finally got service. Even after the restaurant cleared out later and was no longer busy, we were missing items we ordered and we still had issues getting help and then later getting the bill. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice, wide open ambiance- very lively and chaotic when busy. They have you take a number when you enter to get in line for a table and it moves fast. There's plenty of parking in back. It's in a great location around other Arcadia business and close to the mall. I'd consider giving it another try for more egg tarts and maybe have better luck with the congee.

First time here. Huge private parking lot in the back and lots of seating. Very bright inside with a handful of booth and lots of round and rectangular tables. The chairs are metal and are not very comfortable. Food is okay. It's what you would expect dining in a Hong Kong style cafe.

I have been to different Delicious Food Corner. This is the worst one so far. We have been to this location before. Last experience is maybe 2 stars. This time food is bad . I ordered a shredded pork fried noodle. My way fe has the pan fried pork chop with black pepper sauce. Compare to other locations I seriously doubt if the chef inside knows what they are doing. For the noodle at other locations is light in color almost pale white. But the one I had in here is very dark. Looks like they mixed in a lot of dark soy sauce. Pork chop has too much meat tenderizer it completely not taste of pork meat. And the sauce is very thick and lumpy. You don't really want to dip your meat in it. Very bad experience wish I had gone to other branches or went across the road to restaurant opposite side.

Credit Cards: They're accepted. Location/Parking: Located on Baldwin Ave. between Huntington Dr. and Fairview Ave.. Next door to KFC. Decent size parking lot in the back. Ambiance/Decor: Pretty cool ambiance with modern furnishings. Service: Service was a bit slow. Make sure you ask for everything all at once so then you won't be waiting to flag down a staffer. Food Of Choice: 1) Pork and Preserved Egg Congee: Actually like this one. I was very happy to see big pieces of preserved egg! The pork was good also. 2) Bok choy With Mushroom: Vegetable dish was pretty good. Balanced out the savory dishes that we ordered. The bok choy had a nice crunch to it. 3) Pork Chop and Eggplant: Absolutely love the eggplant. Pork chop was okay, but had a lot of fatty pieces. Delicious Food Corner For Thought: I'll be open to patronizing the restaurant again. Probably try their four rolls and/or hk breakfast.

Very popular place so make sure you come early other wise the wait could be quite long. I love their dim sum, big portion, reasonable price (now that after pandemic all dim sum price went up), good verity of choice Restaurant could be a little crowded and noisy but I like how it reminds me of Hongkong. Staffs are attentive, they did forgot to put in one of my order which we later decide to just skip because their other dishes are enough for us.

Parking is medium availability as it fills up fast during busy hours. Time of day good for: Breakfast/lunch/dinner Wait time: Multiple times came for lunch between 11:45am and 2pm with part of 2, was able to get seated within 5 minutes. Food came about ~15 minutes after ordering. Service: Good; staff was busy but attentive if you wave them down. What was ordered: Indonesian fried rice (entrée) and HK style lemon iced tea Does it taste good: Yes Any grievance: No Price/Performance: Great; entrée was a large portion and staff offered a lemon iced tea to go in a plastic cup (this is probably for the most common drinks like the lemon iced tea, I would not expect this bonus with a more expensive drink). Did I get a stomachache after eating here? No Would revisit? Yes Additional Notes: This HK cafe is directly across the street from another HK cafe (Garden Cafe) and I think the food is about the same (comparing same dishes) at both locations so if one is overly crowded you can try the other.

Excellent food and amazing service. This is a Hong Kong style cafe, serves both chinese food (cantonese) and hk-style western food. The menu is huge, something for everyone. They have breakfast until 11:30am, both chinese and western. There's a breakfast special: pick 2 dim sum dishes + 1 drink for $12.95. They also have congee and western-style breakfast plates. The menu is too much for me to go through here, best to just go and peruse the menu yourself. We like to stop here for breakfast post gym. The servers are super friendly. Highly recommended.

Came here in the morning and didn't have to wait. They have a lot of combos here that come with drinks. I'd say the Dimsum is a little on the pricer side but each dish is easily sharable for up to four people. These are some of the standouts that I got. Pork and preserved egg congee - A classic tasted delicious and even comes with a side. We got Chinese donut which was fried crispy. (4.5/5) Fried chicken wings - Always super flavorful and packed with flavor. This is a must get. (5/5) Siu Mai - Juicy and pretty large. I enjoyed them and these are a simple classic. (4/5) Overall, they serve a pretty good selection of Hong Kong breakfast items as well as Dimsum. If you don't over order I feel you can get away full for about $15-$20 per person. Food was tasty and service was good!

terrible service, rude and stone faced, from the owner and the waitress! I asked for one of our forgotten item, the waitress just turned around and walked away without saying anything!! Maybe I should have order service and smile off the menu too other than just the dim sum!

Lunch in Arcadia, Los Angeles, California... I saw a photo from my friend, Regis, and had to get the Black Squid Ink steamed salty egg custard bun. It's so unique, right? Niki and I first went to the Rosemead location of Delicious Food Corner - however, these black buns are only served at the Arcadia location! Spacious, modern, clean, and bright, this location of Delicious Food Corner had good service! We ordered: *Shrimp dumplings *Chive and shrimp dumplings *Quail egg Shiu Mai *Black Squid Ink steamed salty egg custard bun *Minced pork with egg and rice - regular (not spicy) Everything was tasty! We tried to figure out the ingredients of the Minced pork because it was very complex! I'm so happy that we got the Black Squid Ink steamed salty egg custard bun because the gold decoration on the top of the bun is a Gold Bunny!!!

A quick review here, because I haven't tried too many things yet, lol! But best wonton noodles in the Arcadia area, hands down!! I've only had an opportunity to try their breakfast specials, and I picked the wonton noodles with their "bolo" bun with a nice piece of butter...yum... The noodles were basic but very flavorful & quite tender without being mushy, with the wonton dumplings tasting exactly how it should, with a piece of shrimp & the right texture. Reminded me of what I grew up with! I actually went back a second time just for this, lol. Depending on when you do go and how crowded, it can be difficult to get great service, but the staff are friendly and they do try hard! Only thing I'm not too excited is the noise level, because it's pretty echo-y. Of course, that does mark the authenticity of a true HK restaurant! :) but you do need to raise your voice to talk over other conversations when it's crowded! Booths are better if you don't want to shout! Will be back to try more things and update as needed!

This is more a 3.5. Went here for lunch today and the food is good. This location seems to have slightly lower prices than the Rowland Heights location, but the portions at Rowland Heights seem bigger, which could account for the price difference. It was busy, even for a late lunch - but it did take a while to get any of the servers' attention. They also didn't initially bring rice with the curry plate, which was surprising. It was probably an oversight, but we did have to ask about it. The server brought rice immediately after asking, though. The curry was good, but not quite as good as Rowland Heights. The meat could be a little more tender. I don't mind going here if I'm in Arcadia, but think I prefer the Rowland Heights location better. It's brighter inside, too - but that could be because it's newer. But I want to come back and try the dim sum and noodle soup. I don't think the other locations have these options.

Great place for breakfast and dim sum! Restaurant opens at 9 am and there's usually a small line waiting outside. They have great breakfast specials such as two dim sum plates or congee and another plate of your choice. Their rice rolls with shrimp and beef are especially tasty. Highly recommended!

Pretty delicious! I guess that's why it's called Delicious Food Corner. My dad wanted to come here for his birthday celebration so we came here for lunch on a Sunday. We ordered: Chicken Feet (dimsum): 5/5 - Super flavorful. The sauce was good and it wasn't too greasy/oily. Chicken feet was cooked perfectly tender. Bean curd (dimsum): 3/5 They did a good job with the beancurd dish but I usually don't like ordering this. Lava custard purple potato balls (dimsum): 3.5/5 Pretty good but extremely greasy/oily. Charsiu baos (dimsum): 2/5 I was drawn to the photos I saw on Yelp of the charsiu baos but they really were disappointing. The bread itself was dry and the filling was underwhelming. Siumai (dimsum): 5/5 - The siumai here are huge! Meaty and yummy. Seafood Tofu Clay pot: 5/5 - flavorful and well done. The clay pot was filled with seafood, fish, shrimp, tofu, and mushrooms. Flavorful and not too salty or oily which was nice. Char Kway Teow: 4/5 - really delicious! You can really taste the wok-heat and the noodles were perfectly sauteed to a plump chewiness. Char Kway Teow is normally not my favorite, but they did a good job here. The beef was overcooked and chewy.

The only issue we had was the wait in line on a Wednesday morning. We were wondering why a long wait on a Wednesday then we saw that they have a promotion on weekday breakfast. Buy 2 get 1 free for dine in only. Service was good. Overall food quality pretty good for the breakfast menu. The ham macaroni tasted a bit better than the satay one. They charge $1 for refill but you can get it in a take out cup.

There's a fortune wheel near the entrance you can spin after your meal for a chance to get a discount. They also got a bowl of candies up front! Service: Relatively quick! Taste: Came here for a weekend dinner and dim sum was unfortunately not available even though the menus were left on the table :/ Food was alright--hits the spot for a craving though!

The name itself does match what the quality of food is. Food is 5 stars. As it was Christmas, most places are closed aside from most Chinese restaurants, so it was fairly busy. There was about a 30 minute wait and you have to be physically present as they only call the numbers inside, and there is no luxury of a Yelp waitlist notifying you or allowing you to join remotely. You order the dim sum by telling the server, even though the menu has boxes you can fill in to submit the order, as they don't even give you a pen to place an order. Food came out relatively fast, though usually one at a time, which can go both ways. Dim sum tends to come out in batches, multiple dishes at a time, for variety and ease of sharing and faster, but having one at a time means the dim sum is warmer and fresher. We got the usuals like har gow and siu mai, as well as sticky rice in lotus leaf, baked BBQ pork bun, bean curd, chives dumpling, and meat ball. The har gow is on the smaller side but the har gow is made in a way that resembles the ones I grew up with. Additionally, the shrimp is fairly fresh. The siu mai is also very solid and similar to the classics I had before. The sticky rice did not have as strong of a flavor as they double wrap it (the rice does not stick directly to the lotus leaf) but it is easier to take out. The baked BBQ pork bun is good - it did not have the glaze that sticks to your teeth which I normally dread, and there is not much fat inside which I prefer. The bean curd roll is in soup form, which is a little different to the thicker sauce I am used to, but it is delicious and refreshing. The chives dumpling and meat ball were fairly standard and nothing outstanding. Aware that dim sum restaurants have "bad" service, which require flagging servers for requests, service here is laughably worse than that in the sense that it takes an average of 3-4 times of flagging the server and repeating our requests to have it fulfilled, wasting at least 20-30 minutes of our time, which brought my rating down. Usually, at larger dim sum places with more people dining but similar number of staff, this isn't even an issue, so there wasn't really an excuse that they are understaffed.

My friends invited me to a Sunday lunch get together and I didn't want to miss out on this spread of deliciousness! I've heard good things about this restaurant so I had high expectations. Let's just say that you can't beat the price and the portion size!! Every single dish I've tried was good and I'd bring my family here next time. They have an extensive menu including noodles, rice and even dimsum. The flavors are made just right and not overbearing with seasonings and salt. It's good comfort food and you'll find so many great dishes to share with a large group of people. The tea drinks are very well made and their desserts are amazing! Our group of foodies all gave this place two thumbs up and we would be back again to celebrate another weekend very soon! Highly recommended and a must try for dine in or take out!

Love Delicious Food Corner so much!! I usually come for their breakfast items like congee, rice noodle rolls, or their combos but tried some of their entree dishes and they did not disappoint! They have so many items but my top faves would be the French style filet mignon cubes and their pineapple bun with butter! The French beef dish also comes in a version with mushrooms as well and also very good! I also love their milk tea and iced lemon tea! Definitely get these because they're classics! Definitely coming back soon for comfort food and great portions!

They have real dim sum at this location in addition to the normal menu. The dim sum is a little steep in pricing but I think if you're craving it, it's pretty good here. It's $13.95 for any 2 items. They have the popular dim sum items like har gow and chicken feet and it's made to order (I think) since it's pricier here, it's not as crowded as the other delicious food corners. And the servers are super attentive here. Would definitely return

It's definitely different than the rest of the locations. Dim sum is good. A little better than most places. Like that it's get 3 items and a free drink ( tea coffee milk tea). Unlike most Asian restaurants, they confirmed with us if that's really how much we ordered because it seemed like a lot of food so that was really considerate and nice of them. The food comes out quick and hot. It's newly remodeled so interior is still clean and not worn down. Plenty of parking spaces.

This place is OK not bad. I'd give it a 3.5/5 if i could add the half. The parking is good as they have a big parking lot. I came here on a day where it wasn't so busy so i did not have to wait long for my food to arrive. Delicious food corner is fairly new to Arcadia but i feel like they have a lot of competition in this area. The inside is nice clean and spacious. It doesn't feel crowded inside. The food is good, pretty much on par with other Chinese restaurants but for the price i'm left with wanting a bit more. The service here good. I did not have a negative experience. ordered my usual favorite crispy pan fried noodles, i asked them to substitute the seafood with beef which they so i appreciated that. It was on par to other Chinese restaurants just a bit more expensive. I also ordered the French style filet mignon cubes. It was also was good. The price for that one was good not expensive at all. I want to give it higher than a 3 but i don't want to give it a 4 so I'm a bit conflicted. my score is a 3.5 for them. Its good but I just have other go to chinese restaurants.

Bland! Bland! Bland! The wonton noodle soup was so bland we only ate the noodles with lots of soy sauce and sirracha! . No vegetables or anything! The broth was like water! The dumplings are nothing to write home about! Bland as well! The service was neutral! When we went back to the car in the back, outside, of the restaurant were trays with food left there in the open! Sorry I don't recommend this place.

First time trying out this restaurant, reasonable price, will update food quality after my lunch. Good services so far, friendly host

I'm so happy that delicious food corner just opened "down the street"! There's plenty of parking where "red" used to be. The interior is bright and warm, with tantalizing aroma of Hong Kong cuisine. It's very spacious compared to other locations & has private rooms for big groups (because dimsum should be shared with family and friends). The service is better than you would usually get at dimsum, we got great attention especially when going over the dine Arcadia menu thru April that includes any drink, pineapple bun, any entree from 4 different categories on the menu, and a dessert. I always get the pineapple bun with butter even at the other locations and it's just as good here. They have a wonder Chinese bbq section here, I definitely recommend trying the 3 piece combo that includes chicken, pork, and duck. Their sausage looks great too. They have a great variety of drinks and I recommend sticking to the classic HK milk tea/coffee, super cute red bean slush, or the refreshing yakult mixes. Their entree selection is huge and everything we tried was tasty, always family style Lastly, the osmanthus jelly for dessert is a must try. It's subtly floral and light, perfect end to the satisfying meal.

This place is ok, it'll hit the spot for dim sum or Cantonese cafe food but cleanliness is questionable. My husband says he gets a stomach ache every time we eat here. I wish they also had more baked rice items here like the other delicious food corner.

I feel like their food is always pretty consistent and delicious every time I eat it. Glad they have so many locations now. This location is pretty big so I never have to wait for a spot but also I may come during off peak hours. Some favorites I typically order are the porridge, wonton noodle soup, HK style bun with butter and can't forget their HK milk tea.

Came here for lunch on a weekday with a large party, and we were seated in a separate room that was filled with large round tables. I came because I was craving pineapple buns with butter, which unfortunately was nowhere near the quality of the ones I order from pineapple king bakery. However, some of the other dishes were surprisingly decent. Overall, the quality of most dishes were average and didn't blow me away, but it was nice to get a wide variety of Hong Kong foods.

I'm glad more HK style cafes are coming out towards East to the TC/Arcadia area. HK Canto comfort food always hits the spot for me and I can eat this everyday. When this location first opened they only had dim sum for breakfast, but recently they finally added the usual breakfast combo. For a combo that comes with "free" drink, $1 charge if you want to take it to-go after your meal which I think it's a reasonable price. I've also been here for lunch and dinner and all the entrees are generous in size. You can never go wrong with soup noodles, pan fried noodles, or baked pasta. I feel bad for Garden Cafe directly across the street for such competition though!

The food was very typical for a HK cafe nothing impressive but solid nevertheless. I didn't like that the drink is extra when ordering congee since it used to come with the meal. Beside food though the place was a bit dirty and hectic. The servers didn't do a good job of keeping the place clean. If that's changed it would greatly improve the dining experience.

This might be my new favorite dim sum place! Service: It recently opened and is really close to me. I came here on a Saturday morning, didn't have to wait at all and was immediately seated. Staff was attentive and took our order really soon. Food came out quickly too. Food: authentic, amazing, and just delicious. We tried the congee, friend donut, chicken feet, Siumai, pineapple bao with custard, and the pepper beef. Omg everything was impressive! Ambiance and others: we ate soooo much but the bill was only $45. Very well worth it. Overall the seating was spacious and nice too. Solid 5 stars.

Recently heard of the Buy 2 get 1 free Breakfast Deal, so I came here with my friends. We were seated immediately upon arrival on a Monday morning. Inside of the restroom is big and clean. We ordered 3 breakfast deals to share: seafood porridge, combo A and C. The portions are big and we get one refill for our Hong Kong milk teas. They also have dim sums for breakfast, which. my friends and I would love to try in the future. This DFC gets busy. There was a line waiting to be seated by the time we left.

The hot Milk Tea was lovely. Food was good as well. We were seated right away but had to wave the servers down anything we wanted.

I'm so happy to see another Delicious Food Corner restaurant open in the SGV area. They did me one better - they opened in my hometown. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite on a Friday night before a long road trip. He remembered the Delicious Food Corner restaurant had finally opened in Arcadia, after much anticipation. We arrived around 7 pm and were seated promptly. Upon entering, I noticed immediately the Arcadia location is HUGE! High ceilings, open space, and definitely more decorated than other locations. Our booth was also very roomy and can easily fit 4 or 6 people in it. Our waitress took our order of 3 dishes, and they all arrived within less than 10 minutes. Talk about quick, right?! We kept it simple. Veggies - Chinese Broccoli Stir Fry. Carb - Seafood Fried Rice. Crispy- Salt & Pepper Chicken wings. I did order a Hong Kong style Iced Lemon Tea and was especially looking forward to it, but it never came. No worries, though! All the dishes were hot and tasted delicious. The veggies had a surprisingly flavorful element with their seasoning. It paired perfectly with the Seafood Fried Rice. I'm not sure if it is my taste buds, but it was a bit salty. All came out to about $70 with tax and tip. Despite the hike up in price, we had a great time and took some leftovers back and enjoyed those, too. Overall, we enjoyed their food! We were there 10am on Sat, waited about 15min to get seated. They were busy with breakfast crowd. I was here when before the ownership changed, so I was curious how this new business was now. The previous place was known as Dim Sum only, but now, they seem to have everything. Food: 1. chicken feet could have been more flavorful.... 2. Combo meal comes with a free drink. I had milk tea with condense milk. It was really good! Service: Just don't expect good friendly service at any Chinese restaurant. Ambience: It was open space with a lot of sun lights coming in. Parking: They have a big lot size of parking on their property. I may go back.

Thank you to another Yelper's review on Delicious Food Corner (DFC) in Arcadia. You know who you are. I had to come here and check them out. I got the opportunity yesterday and I took it LOL. This used to be the China Red location. So glad DFC is here. The red looks good and is a good fit for DFC. Got here around 9:30 AMish this past Saturday. Btw, they open at 9:00 AM. Very bright and inviting interior. From what I can tell, there is only one single table for two available in the entire restaurant and it was open at the time just for me LOL... thank you! I dined by myself that day so it was perfect. The rest of the tables are for 4 or more. Anyway, staff was super great, attentive, and smiley... at least the ones who attended to my table LOL. Love it! I also got a chance to practice my broken Cantonese with all the attending servers... sweet LOL! My main goal for my 1st visit was to try their dim sum special... get 2 dim sum plus free drink for $12.95... cool deal! Well, I didn't just order $12.95 worth... I ordered 4 times that worth LOL. I even got the free drinks to-go... well, it wasn't all free... had to pay $1.00 per drink... cup cost at least that's what I was informed which was fine. Yeah, I am big on take-out so why not. I wanted to eat 4 dim sum here and take 4 to-go. They were supposed to pack the to-go ones, however, there must have been a mix up because they brought all the dim sum out to my table except for the fresh bamboo rolls in soup and that was the only dim sum indicated as to-go LOL. I guess my broken Cantonese was not as effective as I thought LOL and that's okay. Anyway, I had to pack my to-go dim sum myself which was not an issue. It worked out because I got to take pictures of my dim sum in their bamboo steamer... it's true nature LOL. Thanks for the mix up! Btw, dim sum is served from 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM. Surprisingly, all the dim sum I ordered fit on the table. If I ordered anymore, I may have needed another table with 4 seating LOL. Anyway, here's my take on the dim sum... 2 Shrimp har gow - This is my favorite dim sum so I'm always looking for this one to be amazing, but unfortunately, it wasn't as so here. It lacked flavor in the shrimp filling. Good size though. 1 Pork shiu mai - I'm not a big fan of this one usually, but I still get it just to try it for the first time at any new dim sum place. Unfortunately, it was even more lacking of flavor compared to the shrimp har gow. It was just bland... need more salt and pepper or some sort of seasoning. Strike two... bummer! Its size was huge though.... just need the taste! 1 Steamed chicken feet in brown sauce - Now this one was very good... tender and juicy feet... on gripe here LOL! 1 Shanghai juicy dumpling - This one is for my daughters so no feedback from me, but they looked very cute LOL. 1 Fresh bamboo rolls in soup - Amazing taste and soup was very good. 1 Steamed salty egg yolk bun - I was being very careful with this one when opening it. It got punctured and boom... a squirt or two of egg yolk LOL! Taste was light and egg yolk was too watery. It needs to be thicker for the taste to stand out IMHO. Size was just right. 1 Baked egg yolk bun - Just fantastically delicious! Great size... the way it should be. Another keeper! Will get again and again! Again, I was very impressed with the staff here. Thank you for your friendly, pleasant, and attentive service! I appreciate all the servers. Keep up the excellent service! If they can enhance some of their dim sum flavors, it'll be top notch dim sum in my book. Ambiance is lovely. Driving down the street looking for some Chinese food with my girlfriend and saw this restaurant. They were very welcoming when we walked in. We were seated right away and had our order taken. The food came out pretty fast. They had a breakfast special where you can order a bowl of porridge. With it came a choice of noodle rolls, chow mein or a Chinese donut. Drinks came with it too. Choice of coffee or tea. They even have dim sum combinations with choice of drinks. The food was very tasty. The waiters came back to check on our drinks and gave us refills. They provided takeout boxes for our leftovers and even cups for our drinks to go.

Came here on the second week of grand opening. I have been to their other chain locations, and love their food. The menu of this chain is a little different. They offer dim sum breakfast, but I did not try their dim sum. I came in at around 11am. There was a line, and the wait was about 30 minutes (not bad at all). I ordered the traditional Hong Kong style breakfast: Dry vegetable with pork porridge, crispy donut roll, curry fish balls, daikon cake, and red bean pudding (put chai ko). The food tasted decent, except for red bean pudding (put chai ko). The red bean pudding was very chewy. It gave me a feelings that I was chewing plastic. They only offered minimum amount of dressing for crispy donut roll, which made it a bit dry. I had to request for more dressing. Parking could be busy on rush hour. Street parking is available. Services were decent.

Was in the mood for HK style breakfast, been to another location previously so decided to stop into the new Arcadia spot. So happy to start off the morning with beef chow fun, congee and lemon ice tea! Service is always on point and left feeling satisfied! Will be back soon!

The place has changed hands several times. We hoped this one will stick around longer. We had been here a couple of times and did a lot of take-outs as well. The food is acceptable. Price is okay. It may deserve 3 or 4 stars for the food. However, two incidents made me took away at least 1 star each time. A couple of months back, we were having dinner around 6:30 pm, a cleaner started to mop the floor literally everywhere. We did not need to put up our feet but felt very uncomfortable with the wet mop swishing along with water everywhere. Yesterday was even worse. A stack of plates was put down on our table. The bottom one had 4 to 5 pieces of Ho Fun (flat noodles). We asked the server to change. He walked away with the plates, dumped the bottom one to a tray, used some kind of cloth to wipe the other plates and gave them back to us, all before our own eyes. So disgusting! We had no choice but walked out and went to a nearby restaurant. I hope the management can see this review and give better training to the servers. I hope they can improve. I don't want them to fail, again.

And another new DFC location pops up! Feels like they've been taking over the 626 by storm but I ain't complaining. We've been to at least 3 of their other locations and I was ecstatic when it opened right across Garden Cafe, both within a mile away from my parent's place. This is the only location that serves dimsum (to my knowledge) so we had to give it a try. We ordered some of the staples and a few other unique ones. They had my favorite, red bean pudding (boot jai go), which I literally never see at dimsum restaurants. Was not disappointed. Their golden coconut cake was also pretty good and this is coming from someone who doesn't even like coconut. Food came out piping hot. My parents complained about the seating; heavy set wooden tables and benches, modern but not exactly comfy. I joked that their goal was to get customers in and out for business, customary to true hong kong cha chaan teng fashion. I'm glad there are more HK style restaurants opening up in the area. Good experience overall!
